I've got a roleplay () which is already underway and going really well. It's about a pack of werewolves (modern setting) who coexist with humans in a town. It's basically a sequel to (<- THIS however is not the RP I'm advertising for...) and which was based on the RP. Now I've already got the town pack filled, and I'm playing a whole bunch of NPCs myself. There are certain privisos and I'll give you the brief if you're interested, but you'll be creating and playing one or more (or even all) of the rogues who are advancing on the outskirts of the town. There's a bit of history into the mix, which I'll also explain at the proper time, and they're not planning a direct attack, but something more subtle. They are, however, mean, ruthless, and harbouring a deep grudge against the town pack for events which took place 18 years earlier.Sound like your cup of tea? PM me! :)

From what I can see, it will be a long conversation(Especially since I'm getting a lot of ideas from people in private conversations). So, I thought I'd just make a separate thread for it. I'll make a youtube playlist of all the songs soon and post a link here. You all can posts links to what you think fits Aeval An Domhan or the characters that dwell there below and I'll add them to the playlist. :)

So obviously if your looking at this page, you’re a literate and advanced roleplayer. Cool. So know you probably want to know what the rp is about:Basic Plotline:Numerous people have been apparently diagnosed with harbouring the deadly plague seeds of Denva. All of them have been removed from their homes and placed in a new facility in order to be "quarantined". No one has ever come out and apparently all victums of Denva die...None of the subjects actually have Denva it was a ruse from the government in order to get something but only two people in the facility know, Adrian and the mysterious Doctor. All the subjects go to unusual classes created by Adrian and are supervised by staff. Every now and then people are requested to visit the Doctor, yet no one knows what goes on and no one that has been there has ever talked. Then there is the box. If you are sent there you know you are in trouble. It is torturous...litereally. And everynow and then Adrian loses his temper and someone doesn't make it out...Another problem is the experimentations. Those that go to the Doctor end up with unusual abilities...you don't have a choice what ability you get and sometimes when you understimate what you can do certain...accidents occur.Survive all this and you have a possiblity of...well living. Not much else is worth mentioning.If your still interested, the roleplay has already started...BUT we need another person. You DON'T have to read all the previous posts to join. There are too many, but the rp is designed so that you can join halfway through without having to read the other posts. Your supposed to be a little confused, after all your character sure will be. To make sure that you know what you need to, I will give a post explaining where all the characters are and other relevant information. So if you have a good character, have read the introduction page and are willing to stick at it. Welcome aboard.

My friend and I decided to move Open Gates RP (originally hosted on dA) over here for ease of RPing. The main information will still be kept on dA, though.Open Gates is set in a hostile, alternate dimension. A scientific experiment set in our world, in the future, set out to open doorways to other universes, to allow people to travel between worlds. Despite the excellent work the Reeves Centre put out, there was a fault with some equipment which caused a force to throw some humans into another world with no forseeable way back. Both scientists and guards from the centre, as well as regular people from around the area became trapped there. Slowly, they headed out to explore.Something crunched underfoot, some sort of carcass - a boneyard full of the skeletons of small animals of some sort. Some humans headed on, others stayed back; either way, they all met monsters in the end - it turned out the fault caused them to be torn from their worlds as well. Some fought with the humans, others decided to stay with them for safety at least.Although the world seemed empty and bleak, they soon discovered the dominant species of this planet... and their strong xenophobic tendancies. Alone and lost, it seems as if the only way to survive will be for the monsters and humans to work together.I'd be really happy if you joined this RP, and if you do, I hope you have a lot of fun! What up players? Guess I'll let you in on myself a bit. I like to run fantasy RP's, since roleplay itself puts me in mind of things like magic, dragons, and other occult staples. I am particularly skilled at running storylines with lots of tragedy, irony, moral dilemmas, in any combination. My biggest weakness is seeing stories through, though. I have a tendency to lose heart when promising players or character concepts decide to duck out. I like to run games where the players themselves have a good deal of power over what's going on around them; including the purposes of making minor NPC's for a purpose. I feel that this freedom maximizes the fun players can have while freeing the storyteller's efforts to progress the story. That's enough about me. I'ma go post the story idea I have under the title "Brave New World". Hope no one has taken that one yet.

People I am sure are wondering how the experience system works. Here's how:Every monster gives out a set amount of experience that is split between all the members of a party. Everyone gets an equal amount of experience when the experience is split between characters no matter what a person's level difference is compared to your own.If an Evil Knight equals 200 experience then the role player's character, if in a party of four, will receive 50 experience points because 200/4 is 50. Monsters in this role play are frequently swarming the battle field and battles so this will end up being how a lot of experience is earned. Player Killing also earns you experience. Just take your level multiple it by 1000 and do the same with your opponent's level. Subtract the smaller number from the larger number. Number if you are killed subtract the amount of experience you could have earned from your fight or fights from your total experience. If you lose the the amount of experience you needed to level up from a previous level then mark your level down as that level you would be de-leveled to. This is a game penalty and causes your three highest stats to lose 5 stat points until you re-level again.Level 0-1: 1000 Experience points needed.Level 1-2: 2000 Experience points needed.Level 2-3: 4000 Experience points needed.Level 3-4 8000 Experience points needed.Level 4-5 10,000 Experience needed. Looking for a suitable Roleplay

I need to make a blind character again. Badly. But I don't see anything that piques my interest at the moment. I would create my own roleplay, But I've got two and I don't feel like being responsible for another. I want a roleplay that is built to last with someone who knows what they are doing at least somewhat. But I don't see anything that's been created recently that I really want to play. So I'm looking for someone with a good idea for a roleplay, perhaps one that isn't fleshed out fully?I've got no problems with helping, I don't feel like doing more stuff on my own. It was a summer day in every way that mattered. The lush green lands were vibrant under the sunny skies and the lake which curved around the edge of the town of Elysiau shimmered brightly. There was a slight breeze which made the limbs on the oak and birch trees of the Arik’toa forest on the village’s other border sway though the effect was almost imperceptible. ‘Picturesque’ was the perfect word for the scenery that would greet any traveler wandering the main road that passed through the quaint village placed equidistant between two major trading hubs. It was an obvious stop for merchants and peasants alike which is why it boasted a rather busy inn and tavern, the Sleeping Gryphon. The Sleeping Gryphon sat in the center of town and small shops lined the lane leading to it in an effort to increase their own profits from the passersby. Boasting everything from leather armor to magically forged weapons, Elysiau was a remarkable destination in its own right. Yet rumors and superstition usually kept anyone’s length of stay to one or two nights at best. For in the center of the large lake to the east of the town was a wizard’s tower and though no one had ever heard from the mage within, stories were crafted about the tower's inhabitants. Some said it was a necromancer that plucked the village children from their beds at night to feed his monstrous creations and others regaled the story of a maniacal elemental sorcerer that had dozens of golems to do his bidding. Though the rumor mill swirled with misinformation, many of the peasants simply ignored their absent neighbor and went about their daily lives, such as , a serving girl at the Sleeping Gryphon. This wasn’t to say that Arabella didn’t feed into the paranoid delusions of the travelers. Quite the opposite, in fact, since she would often linger at a table and craft deliciously untrue stories while her slender fingers relieved her captive audience of their coin purses. So intent were they on hearing every detail that they didn’t even realize that they had been tricked until much later in the evening and the tavern was so busy that no one ever pinned the acts on the charming tavern wench. Arabella was smart enough to keep her thievery spaced out enough that it seemed like random acts of chance and she usually only targeted those that appeared moderately wealthy. The patrons were usually rich enough that a single theft wouldn’t devastate them.It was almost suppertime on this enchanting summer day when the thieving server pushed her way out of the swinging half-doors that connected the kitchen to the main room of the tavern. She laid her palm flat atop the bar and leaned a bit of her weight onto it, catching her breath until the crowd came in for their last meal of the day. “Bella!” A loud, booming voice echoed in the otherwise empty building and the brunette sighed dramatically before pushing her way back into the kitchen.“What IS it, Gregoir?! You better have that stew ready soon or else the dinner crowd is going to feast upon your bones. We almost ran out of the special last night and there were two more caravans that made it into town today!” Arabella crossed through the hectic kitchen to stand near the cook, a large burly man with a hulking frame that stood near 7 feet tall and had biceps almost as big around as her waist. “Zactly!” He said with a heavy accent inflected upon his speech as he gestured to several pots of various size and construct set into the fireplaces around the room. “Iz too much, I say! Too much stew. We shood haz made more bread! THAT IZ WHAT ZE PEOPLE WANT. Breads!” The massive cook folded his bulky arms across his chest and stood there looking at the petite wench as if she had any say over the matter. Waving her hand dismissively, Arabella let loose another sigh and turned to one of the tavern’s many servants- a small gnome named Ichyrus. “Do we have bread, Ichy?” She asked the small servant and the humanoid nodded emphatically, pointing a bony finger towards the shelving against the far wall. On the wooden shelves were at least three rows of freshly baked bread, cooling down so they could be cut and served. The cook was notorious for growing agitated over the simplest things and Arabella was usually the only one that could ease his mind.“See? You have bread. You have stew. We are good to go. Stop fretting!” Arabella beamed a smile at the chef and patted his elbow (it was the highest she could reach without stretching awkwardly). “Now, get ready everyone! I have a feeling it will be a busy night!”Several hours later, the dinner crowd was winding down but those that had not left had turned into the ‘drinking crowd’. Ale was now being served instead of stew and a few elven merchants were in the corner asking for their elderberry wine. Arabella was so busy moving from the kitchen to the dining room and back again that she didn’t notice the slender, cloaked figure that had come through the door. Dressed all in black with its hood pulled up to shield its face, the cloaked figure simply wandered to the tavern’s bounty board and pulled a rolled piece of parchment from its wide sleeve. It didn’t even bother looking around as it drew a small iron dagger and used it to pierce through both the scroll and the board, lodging it firmly in place for all to read before he or she quickly retreated back into the night. A few curious onlookers gathered around the notice and murmured amongst themselves and the growing crowd is what finally drew Arabella over to them. She squeezed between two drunken men to read the notice herself. Many things had been posted to the bounty board in the years since she had started working at the Sleeping Gryphon and the serving wench always read over the notes to make sure that they were legit and that they wouldn’t cause ruckus amongst her clientele. The paper was slightly yellowed and the writing was almost calligraphic:

Hello, everyone! I was recently inspired to create a role play based on the game League of Legends. You don't have to be super familiar with the game to join (all of the lore you need to know I'll provide in the rp intro page) but having some background will help. I don't really want to dwell on tiny details like that or how I'm going to manage the fighting, instead I am here to give you a plot skeleton and the basic other structures of how I'd like this to be done (NOTE: Yes, I had to adjust some of the lore to fit my plot,it's fanfiction, I'm allowed): Long story short: It's a Demacia vs. Noxus final battle. Noxus began this when they sent one of their most powerful and capable assassins, Talon, to kill Demacia's king. The scarier part? He succeeded, and emerged untouched from Demacian territory before they discovered what had happened. Demacia, falling apart suddenly at the seams, declared a final tournament against Noxus on the Fields of Justice. The first two battles will be "practice", for the final champions of Noxus and Demacia to perfect their fighting against each other. The third battle will be the final decision of which is to hold the true power of Runeterra. That being said, champions from other nations (Ionia, etc) may join this plot, but they must fight on behalf of the side of Demacia or Noxus. I'll need 10 champions before I even think about starting (for a team of 5v5). And now, the wait of interest begins..

Blair stood in front of a full length, three way mirror dressed in a dark red Valentino reaching halfway up her thighs with her hands planted on her lips. She swayed slightly on her heel "Looks good, yes?" she asked the maid who stood behind her. The dress fit her figure perfectly, and curved at just the right places but she still seemed doubtful as she raised an eyebrow. She shook her head "No.. give me the next one" she asked in a snappy tone and instantly the maid began to grab the next one out of the pile. Blair rolled her eyes and outstretched her hand behind her before snapping her fingers "Hurry up.. time is money don't forget" she insisted. As soon as she felt the soft fabric of the black Vera Wang on her fingers she smirked before slipping out the other dress and stepping into the other pulling it up. The dress was strapless and the hem just about came up to a few inches above the knees. She turned fully and smiled "This is it" she said finally deciding through 30 dresses. Her hair was curled and fell just past her shoulders, decorated with a rose headband in red. She slid on a pair of Jimmy Choo stiletto heels that were black just as the dress.The party had to be perfect, just like every year and she was going to keep it the same. The girl checked over her appearance once more adding another layer of gloss on her lips before making her way out of her room and down the large flight of stairs of the Waldorf house. The entire place was decorated exquisitely. The bar fully stocked and the caterers had set up plenty of food. The DJ booth had been set out in the garden just beside the pool, with the music loudly playing ringing through the house. Blair was pretty sure this night was going to perfect and she was just going to keep it that way.The bell rang, and Blair snapped her fingers at the doorman to open the door. The doorman gave a nod and opened the door with a slight bow letting the guests enter. It was no one too important, yet they weren't nobody's either. She gave a fake charming smile to each of them with a small greeting just as a waiter arrived serving them drinks as they spread across the house already knowing their way around the house.
