This roleplay is about horses..Your a wild horse,There are also rulers of the herds,you are targets of humans who try to capture you for work,breeding and rideing..Try not to get caught
RULES
- Stallions amd mares have one mate or two
- They can fight
- FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE SITE
- Be nice
- All herds are enimes but when a herd(s) trys to rule a herd,all the herds that are being attacked may have to join the fight
- Have fun
- Ill do a Totall count many times in a day if more foals are born
- Here are the herds you can make any amount you want ,just feel free too
- Horses can have foals at the age of two
-you can fight but be fair and don't kill each other usless agreed
-don't control others horses (power playing )
-if your horse has sisters or brothers put them in when you register unless its parent got pregnat after you started
-you can be rencarnated

Leader~the foundation of the herd they tell the Sargent what to make the herd do
Sargent~ the second lagest rank , these horses are also mesengers to the lead and other herds they order the army around when war strikes and if the leader has no succsssor they take the rank
Medics` the most importaint rank , these horses cure the sick and keep the herd alive
Solider~these horses fight in wars as do all of the them but these horses are in the back of the charge along with the medic

Sam Peace said goodbye to her mom kissing her on the cheek and hugged her dad, Warren Peace. She grabbed her bag and went to the corner of the street, where hte bus stop was, to waitfor the bus driver to get there with the us. This was her second year at high school, but her first at Sky High. She had heard it was a lot of fun there. She hoped she heard right.

Lynn finished packing her school suppiles and walked downstairs, telling her parents bye, and walking out the door. She was tired from staying up until midnight talking to her best friend, Alec. But the excitment of her freshman year at Sky High overwelmed the tiredness, so she was just fine.

Josh Wyhs waited outside of the brick building which resembled a bar on the inside. It seemed inconspicuous enough from the street corner to not be noticed. He was waiting for the new recruits to arrive, to welcome them. GHOST wasn't a new organization(in fact it had been around in the late 1950's) but it was running low on recruits ever since the Chernobyl incident. He walked over to a bench and sat down, looking down the street.

Setting: modern, realistic. Semi-literate minimum, literate/advanced encouraged. Characters may be either government agents or illegal aliens. Post twice a week.

Theme: illegal immigration, survival.

Brief summary: A new law passed giving illegal immigrants 90 days to liquidate their assets and leave, after which if they are still here they are fugitives and will be jailed. It is day 89. You are either an illegal who in defiance of the law decided to stay, or a government agent charged with hunting down said fugitives.

The frigid wind wips across the icy pavements of New York. Hours ago, the grey clouds were letting a light snow fall from themselves, and the beautiful flurries scatter to the ground, causing the shoppers and pedestrians to smile. It was Christmas Eve in New York, and the tranquil snow fall was only brightening the holiday spirit. People had been rushing in and out of stores, sipping at their hot chocolate and laughing with friends as they huddled together on their walk back home. It seemed like everyone was in a good mood, cheery and ready for the holiday.

It's the night now, and not many people are outdoors. Most of those shoppers are curled up in bed, or sitting next to a crackling fire. Mothers are putting their children into bed, fathers are reading the last bedtime stories, and children are waiting anxiously for the arrival of Santa. Christmas in New York couldn't be anymore perfect for those people.

But there are other people out there that aren't thought about during these times. Sure, maybe people will toss an extra dollar or two as they beg for change, but they aren't offered a home. It's not like most of them would take it anyway. One group of young people have banded together. People tend to find safety in numbers, and happiness in company. The ages of the group range, although many of them are in there teens and early twenties. The diverse group has joined together, sheltering themselves in a grimey alley way. It's not like many of them would want to be living anywhere else though - well, anywhere else that they have been offered. You see, many of these youths have run from home, or been kicked out. Shelters and homes are places with too many rules, and policies that don't allow a smither of drugs.

These kids need help but won't accept any. They find comfort being with eachother, but it is a struggle to survive.

Lieutenant Aurora N. Coleman scrolled through the data lit up on her hand held viewer. Repairs were complete, the ship was almost completely restocked and refueled; the crew had been rotated according to their service contracts, including the addition of a new captain. She wasn't sure how she felt about it, but it was Star Fleet's command so she couldn't argue. She had grown quite attached to Captain William Lore, and being the First Officer for almost two years under him, she was used to things being done a certain way. She would simply have to adjust and adapt, as was her species' way. At least they had kept her dearest friend, Lieutenant Commander Sarah Lenore Marks, head of Engineering. Hell knew only she could coax that precious last bit of thrust out of the engines when they got in a pinch, or kiss an over-heated warp coil to pull it through one last mad dash.

The USS Orion, her home for the entirety of her 6 years of service, would be run by a Vulcan now. At least it's not a bloody Ferengi.., she thought as she glanced at her watch. The new captain had less than a minute to meet her so she could give him the tour before he settled in. She glanced around the hustle and bustle of Star Base 3 for someone with pointed ears and a stoic expression, something she expected would be easy to find amid the sea of furrowed brows and bright-eyed first-timers.

A door opened somewhere and a chilly breeze swept down the dock and Aurora was suddenly very thankful for the allotted change in uniform for senior female officers: the choice of pants. She momentarily recalled her earlier years, those mesh-thin thigh-high hose they had to wear, those painful high-heels and the bouncy mini-skirt they called a uniform. She felt the breeze tickle down her neck, still having to wear her long ebony hair up in a braid wrapped around her head like a crown, and rubbed at her arms for a moment to try and shrug the chill off.

Mist parted as the morning glow of the sun crested over the horizon of deep blue waves, lighting up the scores of trees on the beach nearby. A homeless one laid in his ragged glory waiting for the day to start and his morning routine of collecting to begin. He always followed a certain path along the nearby stretch of road to the city. He rose with a yawn and a stretch and trudged towards his cart and began the trek to town, keeping an eye out for cans and bottles.
He remembered the times long ago when his race was overlord to the bags of flesh called humans. The humans were nothing but slaves, breeding stock or in many cases food. A couple thousand years ago he had turned a twenty seven year old woman into his kind, and it became the biggest revolution of all time. He hadn’t seen her in several millennia, but he knew she was around, and had brought many to her cause from the slaves.
She had even taken one as a mate, for a little while, and she was still in Northern Canada, too far and too cold for the old bones of this Hunter to chase her. He would bring back the old times, but first he had to find the city of Lost Ones, his leaders who had vanished beneath this very ocean to survive. He continued his walk.

Theodore woke up with a jolt. He had been on the island for about 3 years and had made many new friends here, even had a new girlfriend, one in a long line of many. Jasmine still slept beside him, unaware of the pains that had made him wake. He slowly slid out from beneath the covers and dressed in the dark. He had no problem with the dark, it was easy to see even with a smidgen of light. The light shone through the blinds, making the toned body gleam a dark tanned color. His blond hair was still short after these many years and his green eyes seeing in the dark.
He kissed Jasmine gently on the forehead and placed the note saying he was going to work on his pillow, before leaving and locking the bungalow door behind him. He made his way to the bookstore and cafe that he owned across from the major hotel, opened the door and flipped over the open sign, saying they were open and no, they didn’t carry the Twilight series. He placed himself behind the counter with a good view of the street and watched the morning workers and early risers, and the beachcomber who made his journey here to the bottle depot every morning. He awaited the tourists waking up and coming to explore his bookstore and cafe for their morning fixes.

The Innocent Pre-k...or is the word Crazy?!

In Sunshine Preschool's brochure, they have great strong staff, great activities, great learning games, and beautiful grounds. All they need is great children...and that has yet to come true! All these kids act like angels,at least until their parents leave for 7 hours. Then the teachers think they're hallucinating! "Did that kids just fly!?" "How did you get there?" "What in the name of... is that a frog?!" are the things they say a lot. Is there something strange about the kids at sunshine Pre-k? Why yes there is! As a matter of fact, rumor says they have magical powers. Do they? yes...no...maybe... some may not have any powers. Find out.

Rules
1. This is a pre-k, so...your characters are only in pre-k!
2. You can only have two kids,and 1 helper/teacher.
3. Teachers can be played(there is only 4 teachers, but there is 12 high school helpers.)
4. you know all the RPG rules.
5. The kids do have powers...or at least most do. Some are human with special talents.

The kids are split up into 6 groups for separate activities and brought together for recess,lunch,snack/learning time, and nap time. Each group has 8 kids. The school day is from 9:00 to 4:00, so 7 hours. Each group has 1 high school helper and the teachers supervise every group. They also teach simple stuff at some centers. There is 6 different high school helpers every other day. That would be there shift. shift one is Monday,Wednesday,Friday and shift two is Tuesday,Thursday,and Saturday. For teachers, there is no form. Just make up a small one.

Lilah sat on the top of the stairs, her elbows on her knees, and face resting on her palms. She was silent, her blue-grey eyes scanning an expensive painting on the wall opposite her as she listened to the voices from below. The conversation was too hushed for her to be able to hear anything clearly, but she remained seated, trying to hear any details. The voices were familiar-- her father and uncle were the speakers, but she didn't know what they would be talking about.

Even though there were Beings regularly at her house, Lilah often found herself clueless as to what was going on. Nobody told her anything; she wasn't of any importance anyways. She knew about The Sanctuary, but no one had bothered to tell her any of the details. She often wondered what it was like. It had been a paradise, from what she knew.

But then again, anywhere where they didn't have to hide from humans was a paradise. She had been raised to think of herself as better than humans, and she didn't see why the Beings, who were clearly superior, should be blending in, pretending to be average. Lilah was beautiful, rich, and charming. Yet here she was, acting as if she was just another human girl.

She sighed, smoothing out her thin, white dress and standing. Just thinking about all this was annoying her. A walk would be nice-- time to think and relax. She made her way down the stairs and into the dining room, where the conversation was taking place. Her father and uncle immediately became silent as she entered. She greeted her father and nodded respectfully towards her uncle.

"I'm going for a walk, okay?"

"Now?" Her father asked, glancing at the clock.

It was 6:00pm, and he was very overprotective about Lilah. Not because he particularly cared about her, but because he didn't want her to run away. Once her father found her a suitable husband, she would get married, have kids, and die in childbirth. It was her future, and bother Lilah and her father knew it. But she knew better than to attempt escape. Her father could always have someone bring her back if she ran, another thing they both knew.

Lilah nodded. She could sense his thoughts as he decided. She didn't know exactly what he was thinking-- it was more like a bunch of blurs than distinct thoughts. She could feel him leaning towards allowing her, and she gave his thoughts a nudge in that direction.

Her uncle, obviously growing impatient, tapped the ashes of his cigarette into the ashtray. At last, her father nodded. She smiled and nodded as he reminded her to be home before dark.

As soon as she was far away enough that she couldn't make out the conversation, they started speaking again. Everyone was so secretive around her, and she hated it. It was difficult to be in the middle of everything and not know any of what was going on.

It was still warm out, and she decided against a jacket. She would return if she got cold, and carrying it would be a bother.

Canterbury Academy[IC]

Andrea took a deep breath as she stepped onto the fairly crowded campus. It was the first day of a brand new school year and it was also her first year was a student at Canterbury High. She had been at the campus for almost over a week though. Her father was the new headmaster so that was the only reason why. She was glad that she was able to go onto the Campus early since it gave her a chance to know her way around. She didn't want to be walking around aimlessly and trying to find out where all her classes were. She had all of her things unpacked in her dorm so she was pretty much settled. She was supposed to be helping the incoming freshmen that day. She had no idea how she was supposed to be helping them since she was new herself. Plus she was sure that everyone knew who she was since her father had just become headmaster. His picture, along with hers, had been featured in many newspapers.

She fiddled with her camera that was slung around her neck. She brushed some of her hair away from her face as a group of girls passed her. All of them giving her strange looks. She rolled her eyes a little, knowing that was going to be happening a lot. She was dressed fairly simple that day compared to everyone else she had seen. Unlike most people she didn't flaunt her wealth. She was wearing a simple black short sleeve top with below the shoulder sleeves. A pair of faded skinny jeans that were being held up by a studded belt. Her feet were decorated by a pair of classic chuck taylors. She didn't see the point in buying a ton of designer clothes just because they were what was "in" those days. She knew that the next year no one would be wearing it and then she would have had to buy a brand new wardrobe.

She turned her camera on and took the lense cap off. She adjusted some of the settings as she walked around. She was trying her best not to bump into anyone. She eventually got the settings how she wanted them and held her camera up to her face. Not realizing that someone was standing directly in front of her shot.

This is a game for anyone who wants to use one of their characters that aren't to realistic. I accept wizards, archers, fighters, swordsmen, witches, knights, rogues and thieves(not to mention the few and far between animated snowmen). i accept dwarves, drows, elves, dragon folk, yetis, halflings, the occasional human, and anything else you can think of. I accept big, little, and medium things. Pretty much anything you can think of. And some of you out there are thinking, get on with it, i know what you mean. well, i am.

The story is about a group of adventurers who are all friends, and they all work at a battle arena. some are regular hired contestants, some are slaves. some are just people who hand out snacks, But all of you are deadly. And one day, a major battle in the contestant ring erupts into all out hell. One of the mages does a summoning spell wrong and summons the mega-mages. all 6 of them. they represent fire, water, earth, air, lighting, and brute strength. And its up to us to take em' down. we will follow battle arena rules, and the true fight is not happening in a normal thread, it happens in the battle arena forums.

See, whats going to happen is anyone who signs up is going to be fighting with everyone else against a mage for a week. People die in this, thats why everyone can run 2 characters, at the same time. but you can only register one time. So, if both characters die, you have lost. If all people die that sign up for this, the mages win and the earth falls into darkness.

Farewell To The Age Of Swords: Shinsengumi RP [RPers Needed]

I LOVE the end to the Fuedal Era in Japanese history. There have been countless works of fiction based off of this time period. It ushers in the more modern Meiji Era and expels the use of swords by the induction of guns into Japans culture. Anyway, I've been itching for a good roleplay using the conflicts of the Era, including the Shinsengumi's fall, with the execution of Kondo in May of 1868 and the death of Hijikata in June of 1869, and the rise of the new government.

I also like the culture and such things.

What I would like to do is a loose story that takes place within this time frame [1865-1869]. Historical figures are first come first serve, and I WILL allow OC's. I do request that at least Kondo Isami and Hijikata Toshizou are taken. The list of characters figures are below with links to wikipedia pages if they are needed.

It's the late 1860's. The Shinsengumi has come to Kyoto from Edo at the request of their Shogun. They are a private police force meant to reign in the violence of a group of rebels known as the Satsuma and Choshuu from 2 clans that plan to set fire to Kyoto. The Shinsengumi, also known as Miburo [wolves of the Mibu village that most of the recruits had come from] to the townspeople of Kyoto, are disliked and feared by many though they carry out their duties without fail.

Among their ranks are the enigmatic but cool Hijikata Toshizou, the demon vice commander known for his strict rule enforcement and his hard nature to his subordinates. The middle-aged, level headed Kondo Isami, heir to the Shieikan where he and many of the original 13 members of the group and the commander of the Shinsengumi. And the young, talented Okita Souji; second youngest of the group and the most accomplished swordsman, famed for his talent and ruthless battle style as well as his kind nature.

What kinds of people will this group meet? What kind of things will they do? How will the age of swords end?

[The only situation I request to stick to is the famed Ikedaya incident. It was a severe trump on the Choshuu and the turning point in their fates. We could also touch on the seppuku ((ritual suicide)) of the second vice commander, Yamanami Keisuke, listed below, because it was a painful incident to ALL of the characters listed below.]
