Me- If you won't come back I'll tell all your friends all the nasty things you used to say about them behind their backs. And I am going to do it right now!

Her- You are such a jerk! See this is why I left you. Do what you want. I don't care
anymore.
Me (Now back in the desperate state) - Oh Please...I am sorry...I didn't mean to. Please...Don't hang up.
Her- She hangs up...

I don't think I can tell you the rest of the story...But I guess you get what I am tying to convey here. No amount of convincing, pleading, begging, harassing would work. But this is the most common mistake most people make on a constant basis.

Now let's get to the exciting part....
With constant trial and error I came across this extremely effective trick to get your ex to return your phone calls.

We are going to use a bit of psychological trickery to get the job done here... Before we get to the trick let's first understand why it's going to work. Humans are driven by emotions and in order to make your ex return your phone calls you would have to evoke all the right emotions in them to get the desired response.

So what kind of emotions are we looking for here?

Hygiene and fashion form another important aspect of maintaining your social value. Essentially, what women want is a guy who's MATURE enough to groom and dress like a confident man.

Self-respecting women won't bother wasting any time with a man who doesn't pay attention to DETAILS. For example, if you had poorly managed teeth or reeked of body odor, do you think she'll want to know what the rest of you is like?

Don't think that any guy is the exception to good grooming and dressing sensibly. No man is going to land a real relationship if he places himself above this simple dating prerequisite.

I understand that there are many guys out there that think moisturizing is the first step on a slippery slope to femininity, but trust me, women like guys that look after their skin. If you are around the same age as her, it pays to look like her boyfriend rather than her father. A guy that looks after his assets is one that is going to continue to look good as he gets older, rather than looking worn down and weather-beaten.

- Bathe once or twice a day at the very least. There's no excuse for smelling bad, so pay attention to the areas that need adequate washing. Use a good deodorant, and if necessary, keep a spray deodorant in your car or work bag for times when you need a little freshen up. Like I said, a woman won't be enticed to get in close proximity with someone who doesn't smell good.

- Get a friend to give you an unbiased opinion on the kind of clothes that will suit your body type. Have him or her check out the stuff in your closet to figure out which clothes you can keep in active duty or retire permanently. If that's not an option, drop by a decent clothing store and have the staff guide you on which shirts, belts, pants and shoes will match you. A few basics that you can mix and match will set your wardrobe up really well, and enable you to mix new pieces with some of the older stuff you have saved. It may set you back a few hundred bucks, but you'll thank yourself for doing it later on.

- Lastly, get off your ass and get some exercise. You don't have to look like Dr. Manhattan from "Watchmen", but you should at least show the world you're making an effort to maintain your body and keep fit. Knowing that you're taking care of yourself can greatly boost your self-confidence, lift your spirits, and help keep things in place. Not only will you look good, you will feel good! While fitness clubs are ok, try signing up for places that are fairly populated. Not only will you keep fit, you can also enhance your social skills by interacting with the fellow patrons (which include women, of course!).

So there you have it. In essence, putting an attractive man together is all about walking and talking like an alpha male.

What To Do With A Sexless Marriage

What can you do to deal with a sexless marriage? First, is your marriage sexless because of the lack of passion or because of a terrible condition; either way you can still salvage your marriage and still happy. First of all, sex is not everything in a marriage. In fact, most religions believe that you should only engage in sex to conceive. Any other time, it's considered a sin. Now today, we have wrapped sex with a string of love. Many people think that if you don't have sex then there is no love. However, sex has nothing to do with love, passion, but not love. Sex is something that we engage in when we find ourselves attracted to another.

Remember how it felt when you were first married? You had such an explosion of passion that you just couldn't help it, but want your mate. However, people change, things change, and so does a marriage. Just because you are in a slum, doesn't mean she doesn't love you. Right now, she may feel overwhelmed with the kids, work, and so on. It may have something to do with you too.

When it comes to you as the reason for the sexless marriage it might just be because you have not given her a reason to feel passion for you. You might not look at her like you use to. When it comes woman feeling attractive it's all about how you make them feel. You need to look at her every now and then and actually see her. Surely it might just be your own depression or career that has blocked you have paying such attention.

If you can talk to your wife about these things and about your intimate relationship, then you should be able to over come the spell, however, sometimes it is not a choice that the couple makes, but the doctor.

There are a lot of couples who cannot have sex because it is too painful or it is a medical condition like cancer. Your wife won't feel beautiful when she's sick and sometimes they can't bare the thought. When it comes to dealing with a marriage that is sexless by choice, you should try to think about why you married your wife. You didn't marry her because of the sex; you most likely, married her because you had such a connection. You felt like you wanted to spend the rest of your life with this woman. Now that she's sick, you have to be there by her side through it.

Sex should be the last thing on your mind and if you truly love her then it really won't matter. In fact, even if you aren't in this type of situation, you should not care about the sex. All that you can do is go to your wife and talk to her and tell her you love her more than ever. You may not be able to add sex to your marriage, but you will feel so better.

Some couples have a choice between having sex and not having sex, and then some couples don't. Regardless, you need to show your support to your wife and talk about your feelings about the sexless marriage and about your marriage in general. The Secret To Meeting More Women

Has this ever happened to you?

You go out with some buddies for a night on the town, hoping to meet a girl to have some fun with. You head to a bar, get a booth, and order drinks. The place is kickin', and you and your buddies are having a good time looking at all the pretty girls... except nobody is meeting any them. You want to talk to them, but you feel

more comfortable sitting around with your friends talking about how you would like to go home with a girl that night. Instead, you all end up leaving the same way you came in - together.

This is a pretty common occurrence among the lovelorn bachelor.

This is a symptom of what I like to call the "comfort zone."

Basically, everyone has a comfort zone. This is a state of mind where people are surrounded by that which is FAMILIAR. Familiarity breeds complacency, which can keep you from taking the action necessary to achieve your goals, because that action introduces uncertainty into your life - something the comfort zone likes to keep at bay.

So when you want to meet a woman, you need to know how to break out of this comfort zone.

How do you do this?

The answer is self-evident: You must learn to meet women BY YOURSELF!

Friends can be a great asset, but most of the time, going out with friends actually HINDERS your ability to meet women. Not just because of the comfort zone factor, but because other guys who don't know what they're doing with girls can actually ruin the

interactions you have with them - be it by jealousy or ineptitude. So the best way to counter this is to LEAVE YOUR FRIENDS BEHIND.

But the prospect of going out by oneself can strike fear into the hearts of men. After all, doesn't going out by yourself signal to everyone that you're a loser with no friends? Doesn't it make you look creepy?

The answer to both these questions is:

NO!!!!!

The simple act of going out on your own can shake your comfort zone, because you have no anchors to keep you there. Often your friends will act as an anchor to your comfort zone that keep you from approaching women. And it is easier to break out of this comfort zone without those anchors present. Plus, you don't have

to worry about failing with women and being judged by your friends if they're not around.

But the most powerful thing about going out by yourself is that it puts your focus on what you are doing. This means that every interaction you have is without distraction, so it is more easily examined and the problems you had are more easily identified. This allows you to spot your sticking points more quickly and correct

them.

Not only that, but being out by yourself gives you the freedom of flexibility when it comes to where you're going and who you talk to. If you're bored with a place, you can leave and go to another one. If you want to talk to a girl who your friends might poke fun at you for, you can. Not only this, but you're free to mess up the

interactions you have, because chances are, no one there will ever see you again, so you don't have to worry about what others think

of you.

But like all things, knowing what to say will help you to go out by yourself and succeed at increasing your ability to approach. There are many examples of Openers to say in my book The Art of Attraction, but some guys will need to know how to handle the inevitable question "Where are your friends?"

Something I've used to great effect is the answer "Oh, they're around." This simple dismissive statement not only answers the question, but as far as anyone knows, you're telling the truth.

But if you want to take it a step further, I've even used this as an Opener at times I've been out by myself.

The "My Friends Ditched Me" Opener

This works good whenever you're out somewhere by yourself. Basically, you approach your target or a group, and say:

"Hey guys, you won't believe this. All week, me and my friends have been planning on going out and having a good time, because we've all been busy and we wanted to blow off some steam. So we made plans to go out tonight, right? Well, one by one they call me up and say stuff like "I'm too tired," or "My girlfriend wants to
watch a movie," and stuff like that. Some friends huh? Bunch of lame-o's. But I'm thinking there might be something more to this, because last week two of my friends had a knock-down drag out fight over some girl they both like, so the situation is all weird. Do you guys have any friends who got split up by someone they both
liked?"

Using this, you set the stage that you're out by yourself because, well, unlike your friends, YOU'RE not lame! Not only that, you throw in a nice Drama Opener in there to engage the group.

And if you're still too shy to go out by yourself, then try this little trick:

When you go out with your friends -- DITCH THEM. Go off on your own and leave them behind for a while, then meet up with them later. This can be quite an effective method if your friends don't

mind you leaving!

Whenever a guy is with an attractive woman, he would naturally want to attract her attention. Nothing new, right?

Same goes with the age old concept of being the nice guy who's there for her all the time, who does all the sweet things for her, buying her gifts and doing all those stuff that your parents normally teaches their kids on dating.

Now, don't you think that 90% of guys do the exact same thing all the time?

You see, when you do this, she can basically sense that you're being needy and insecure. Why do I say needy?

'Needy' because it gives her the impression that you need to do certain things; you need to practically 'work' your way to impress her.

It also projects a sign of weakness in your part. That you're just insecure about yourself.

Trust me, doing so will seem way too 'normal' for them. They won't stick around when they sense this.

And women are extremely good in their intuition. I can't really explain why. Nor can they. But it's just something that they can just feel.

Simple. Do the UNEXPECTED. Do the unpredictable that catches their attention.

For example, in this case, what you can do is to project a lack of interest in the girl whether or not she's there.

You see, I'm here telling you that it's perfectly OK to have relaxed moments of silences when you're with the girl.

It's ok if you have nothing to say sometimes. Often times what you should in fact do is to project a very laid back, relaxed, and confident air about yourself when you're with her.

... and you just might not even acknowledge of her existence at times. Imagine how things have changed now?

The Role of Secrecy in Romance Scams

The menace of romance scams again re-echoed recently at the media -hyped trial of the wife of a clergyman who allegedly murdered her husband.

She apparently had cashed some fraudulent checks sent to her by a fraud syndicate working from Nigeria and Canada.

She seemed to have sent some money to the fraudsters, and was said to have tried to cover up the fraud with the bank officials.

It was during an argument with her husband, a minister in the Methodist church, over this expense that she allegedly shot him.

This story should tell anyone who cares to listen one home truth-that romance scams and other related crimes are very real, and they are affecting the lives of many more people than was previously thought, both in the United States and elsewhere.

While very few of such cases will ever hit the National limelight and be as sensational as the one described above, the reality is that many people are being harmed by romance scams than was previously thought.

One of the major factors that make people to succumb to these scams so easily is secrecy.
The tendency among those who are involved in online dating is to keep details about their dates a secret to themselves.

From all I have seen, heard and read, many people who have fallen for the scams kept the knowledge of the relationship away from anyone, including those who should know about it.
And when a close person to them either got to know somehow, or got a hint as to what was going on, they literally got mad with them.

Some scam victim's keep on dating the guy or girl for months, keeping everything about him or her secret.

The scammers seem to encourage this sort of thing too.

With time, when the scammers have worked hard to gain the trust and confidence of their potential target, then the fraudulent checks, money orders, credit cards and other fraudulent items involved in the scam begin to arrive.

The warning signals are always there quite alright, but by this time, the victim is far too much in love with the scammer to ever believe that they could be wrong.

The next thing that happens is the scam proper, in which the victim loses hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Spending Enough Time For A Good Marriage

Let's face it. We all live busy lives. And sometimes, the easiest thing to do is come home and plop yourself right in front of the TV. While you may not have time to get everything done in a day, are you devoting enough time to your marriage? How much time should couples spend together for a happy marriage?

Let me ask you...do you know how many hours a day you SHOULD be spending on your marriage?

A happy, healthy marriage requires that time is spent WITH each other, ON each other and FOR each other. Unfortunately, most couples forget this and focus on other things they consider (at the time) to be a "priority".

So just what are some of the demands are married couples faced with?

• Planning and attending the children’s events

• Taking care of pets and day-to-day household chores

• Spending time with extended family and friends

Add to this the fact that some couples are faced with serious "road blocks" that put a great deal of pressure on their marriage such as dealing with a serious illness in the family or an affair.

In order to put each spouse’s time into perspective, let’s take a look at what they do during a typical 168 hour week:

Sleep: 8 hrs/day | 56 hrs/week - *112 hr remaining

Job/Travel: 9 hrs/day | 45 hrs/week - *67 hrs remaining

Friends/Social life: 1.5 hrs/day | 10.5 hrs/ week - *4 hr remaining

And where do those last 4 hours go?

According to the A.C. Nielsen Co., the average American watches more than four hours of TV each day (28 hours per week / two months of non-stop TV-watching per year). Let’s not focus on the idea that in a 65-year lifetime, a person will have spent nine years in front of a TV!

So, ask yourself: Do you have enough time for a good marriage?

It’s a fact that no relationship is as intense, demanding or as fulfilling as a marriage can be. It is the toughest, yet most rewarding relationship you can have with another person. So WHY then do we choose to make EVERYTHING ELSE our top priority while we leave only 4 measly hours a week devote to our marriage?

Now think about this because I guarantee you haven't before. Does anyone actually care about the health of YOUR relationship, your connection with each other and your marriage? In this society, marriage is the goose that lays the golden eggs and my point is no one really cares about the goose.

Let me prove my point that your marriage is the goose and everyone wants your "golden eggs". Your children don't care about your marriage…until mom and dad are in big trouble and can't stop fighting.

Both sets of your parents don't care about YOUR marriage. In reality they care about their own son or daughter in the marriage, not the marriage itself.

Friends don't care about YOUR marriage. They are polite to you as a couple, but really care about you as individuals…the person they knew BEFORE the wedding.

It’s rare for churches - synagogues to care for your marriage. For most, it’s just not on their radar. Many have no preventative maintenance program for married couples to keep them from falling into disrepair.

When it comes to assets, the goose of your marriage has got the goods. Marriage makes the two of you more stable and financially successful because of your union. Together you produce the golden eggs that build a strong Nation.

When a marriage falls apart, friends, relatives, coworkers, and even religious organization don't know what to tell you because very few people understand what it takes to create a successful marriage and even FEWER people know why marriages fall apart.

With this background in mind, it’s easy to see how the two of you will be influenced to put your priorities where everyone says your priorities should be…ON THEM! This is the reason your time, (one of the goose’s major assets) is freely given away to everyone else and only 4 hours a week is left for the male and female halves of the goose, to take care of itself.

If no one cares about the health of your marriage who will care enough to keep your marriage together if the two of you don't even know how?

The answer is NO ONE…because no one cares about the goose. And this brings me to my conclusion that… "Only a HEALTHY Goose Can Lay Golden Eggs".

Hopefully you can now see that your marriage is the goose that lays the golden eggs. Together, you create secure and successful children that will shape our future and the future of our Grandchildren.

It is as husband and wife that the two of you contribute to a strong society.

So how do you take care of the goose, how to you keep your marriage strong? You must talk to each other to strengthen the goose. Talk…as in CONVERSATION, not just in passing.

Talking, sharing ideas and listening to each other takes time and 4 hours a week is the absolute MINIMUM amount of time that you should spend doing this activity.

Talk openly and be sure not to criticize each other while you are talking. This will add depth to your relationship and keep your marriage strong. Probably the most well worn piece of marriage advice is to plan a "date night" on a regular basis.

You plan that date and suddenly the world of demanders comes and tries to steal even that little time from the goose. Don’t let it happen. Take a closer look at all the time restraints on your marriage that you would normally use to serve the needs of others and remember that Only a Healthy Goose Lays Golden Eggs, and improving your marriage takes time. It will not happen overnight.

You need to be in a good state of mind when the two of you face the unexpected and uninvited troubles of life that might take the form of bankruptcy, a sick child, or various kinds of addictions that could affect either of you.

If collectively, you are not a "healthy goose", those troubles can rip the goose apart and one-million five hundred thousand divorces a year prove it. In times of trouble, you must talk to each other MORE, not less. To talk, you need to feel safe with each other. To feel safe, both of you need to really listen to each other without judgment.

Give your marriage the time and the world will continue to thank you for your golden eggs.

TV Violence Has Real World Effects

Children witness 16,000 TV Murders

The most commonly cited statistic is that by the age of 18 the average American will have witnessed 16,000 murders and 200,000 violent acts on TV. However, with the increase in viewing time and the trend towards more violence on TV, that statistic will soon need to be revised upwards.

Cartoon violence can lead to misbehavior

Contrary to public perception, cartoons are some of the most violent programs on TV. Cartoon violence is especially pernicious because it trivializes the violence, often making it humorous. For example, after one of his numerous attempts to kill the Roadrunner, Wile E. Coyote plummets to the ground. He gets up, and his body starts wiggling up and down like an accordion. It looks funny, but it teaches children that violence is not serious. It also teaches them that violence does not have serious, genuine consequences.

Your children may not all grow up to be merciless murderers and psychopathic criminals. Nonetheless, according to the American Psychological Association, they may:

• Become less sensitive to the pain and suffering of others

• Be more fearful of the world around them

• Behave in aggressive or harmful ways toward others

• Be less likely to see anything wrong with violence

In one study done at Pennsylvania State University, researchers observed approximately 100 preschool children both before and after watching television. Some watched violent cartoons, and others watched completely non-violent programs.

The children who watched the violent cartoons, were “more likely to hit out at their playmates, argue, disobey class rules, leave tasks unfinished, and were less willing to wait for things” than those children who watched nonviolent programs, according to Aletha Huston, Ph.D.

TV violence turns kids into bullies

Another study found that four-year-olds who watched excessive amounts of television were more likely to become bullies. Each hour of television viewed per day increased the likelihood that children engaged in bullying behavior. These finding held even when the authors statistically controlled for previous bullying behavior.

TV violence changes brain function

Still another recent study found an added result from watching violent media. Watching media violence affected a critical brain function, called “executive functioning”. The study examined the violence from both television and video games. It found that violence negatively affected what scientists call “executive functioning”. Executive functioning involves such things as the ability to stay focused on a thought or task, the ability to plan, ignore distractions and to utilize past experiences to control behavior. According to Dr. William G. Kronenberger, “The adolescents in the study with the most media violence exposure had the weakest executive functioning.”

TV Violence causes long term aggression

Watching violence on TV may also have serious long-term consequences. According to a long-term study by Dr. Leonard D. Eron, watching television violence at age 8 was the strongest predictor of aggression 22 years later--stronger even than exhibiting violent behavior as children. The groundbreaking study statistically controlled for initial aggressiveness, intelligence, and social class.

A later study of students from the first through the fourth grade reached similar frightening conclusions. Men, who were heavy viewers of violent TV shows as children, were twice as likely as males, who were light viewers of violent TV, to push, grab, or shove their spouses and three times as likely to be convicted of criminal behavior by the time they were in their early 20s. Women who were heavy viewers of violent programs as children were more than twice as likely as other women were to have thrown something at their spouse and more than four times as likely as other young women to have punched, beaten or choked another adult.

The study statistically controlled for childhood aggressiveness, social class, intelligence and several other factors. The researcher in charge of the University of Michigan study, social psychologist Dr. Huesmann said: "We also found that greater identification with same-sex aggressive characters and a stronger belief that violent shows 'tell it like it is' predicted violent adult behavior."

Even if you are an otherwise ideal parent, by allowing your children to watch violent television, you may be unwittingly setting them up for a violent future.

This kind of love simply becomes an antidote to pain that arises from a life that is not lived fruitfully. These feelings arise from confusion, not only about what love truly is, and how it arises, but from who we really are, and what life itself wants of us in order to be happy and fulfilled.

When we use another person, or use the experience of being “in love”, to fill the void in our own lives, that kind of love always fails. That kind of love always brings disappointment and heartache in its wake. It cannot be otherwise.

So, what is this real love? The one that grows and cannot be shaken? Where do we find it? We do not find it, we do it. This kind of love grows out of deeds. It is not a state of intoxication, but a process of action that is ongoing and strong. It starts with ourselves, and extends out to others. It is not that which we are hunting to receive, but that which we are giving to others. This kind of love, which cannot fail, quite simply, is built upon deeds of worth.

We can open our hands and offer life to them, rather than close our hands and our hearts, clutch and confine them in a tiny world.

Men and women often want very different things from dating. For example, you may not be thinking much beyond the fact that you found her attractive and - yikes! - she agreed to go out with you. On the other hand, she may already be sizing you up as a potential long-term relationship and the appetizers haven't even arrived yet. What is that women want from dating, anyway?

1. Romance.

It's exciting to meet someone new, discover that they like you, too, and go out on a date. Women adore romance, and they love the endorphin rush they get from anticipating a romantic encounter. So feed her need for romance - bring her flowers, or a CD of her favorite band, or take her on a romantic picnic.

Be a gentleman and open doors for her, and compliment her freely. A few kind words about her dress or her hair will be go a long way, as will as your hand gently places on the small of her back when entering the restaurant. As hokey as it sounds, even kissing her hand, if done at the right time, will be an impressively romantic gesture and not as goofy as it sounds.

2. Laughter.

The way to a woman's heart is through her funny bone - in surveys, women consistently say that the thing they find most attractive about a man is a good sense of humor. She wants to have a good time on a date, so laugh it up!

If you're going to a movie, pick a good comedy. Or pick a venue for your date that offers plenty of chances for shared laughter, like a county fair, or the zoo, or miniature golf. The things that you laugh about on your dates will become treasured memories down through the years, should you end up in a long-term relationship. If you can be silly together, that's a great step in the right direction for a love that will last.

3. Imagination.

Everybody goes out for dinner and a movie. What do you have to offer that's different? Take her to a carnival and ride the ferris wheel, or go for a hike in the mountains or horseback riding. Just make sure that you tell her what you have in mind, so she can dress appropriately - if she puts on a nice dress and her best stiletto heels and you take her to a clambake, she's not going to have a very good time.

But if she's dressed for the occasion and you come up with something special, you'll impress her with your adventurous, creative personality, and she'll want to keep dating you to see what else you'll come up with!

Ask your friends for advice on interesting things you can do on dates, if you can't think of anything. And check the local listings in your newspaper for events that are happening over the weekend - there are always things like cooking classes and city tours that makes for interesting, exciting alternatives to the same old date nights.

4. Mutual interests.

The main thing that anyone wants from a date, either male or female, is companionship. Nothing feels better than finding someone who shares the same interests as you, whether it's books, movies, arts or a hobby.

Once you find out what the two of you have in common, you can tailor your dates to enjoy your shared interests. Why do the usual dinner date when you can instead enjoy a trip to the museum to see a traveling exhibit of Impressionist paintings, or to a late-night horror movie full of zombies and gore. Spending time together sharing something that you've each enjoyed individually creates an additional bond, as with shared laughter, mentioned above.

Something that you've enjoyed on your own is also enjoyed by this other person - how special is that? Whatever will help the two of you bond, that's what she wants from dating, so it's what you should do.

5. A possible future.

Face it, women date because they're looking for a man that they'll eventually marry. That's why they care whether you have a job, and a car, and don't live in your parents' basement. It's why they melt when they see you give your nephew a piggy-back ride - they're imagining what a great dad you'll be when the two of you have children of your own.

You may not be thinking that far in the future, but she is. And even if she's decided that you're in the "fun to date, but never marry" category, don't think for a minute that she hasn't spent your dates sizing you up as a potential mate.

Talking About Sex

I once told a girl that I was dating to come over to my place and hang out. She said, so what do you want to do today? I told her that I wanted her to come over and have sex, and then we’d go out and do something fun. I couldn’t understand at the time why she got upset with me, and subsequently didn’t want to come over anymore after that.

Luckily, we’re still friends and I asked her about this months later. I was shocked at what she told me.

She said that she DID want to come over and have sex, but that I “cheapened” it by talking about it directly. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! “How could telling you that I want to have sex with you cheapen the act of doing it?”, I asked (quite angrily at that point).

She went on to explain that when you want a girl to come over, and you know that sex is going to happen, it’s better to speak in implication, and refer to sex indirectly. “Well how do I do THAT, and WHY should I have to?” I asked… still pissed off, but very curious to discover the answer.

She understood my frustration, but reassured me that most women are like this. She told me that if I want a girl to come over and have sex, that it’s a LOT better to tell her that I’ve been thinking about her, and that I miss her, and how I would love nothing more for her to come over spend time with me. “Well that sounds like the same thing! I mean, she KNOWS damn well that if she comes over to spend time, we’re going to end up having sex. She KNOWS that, so why do I have to beat around the bush and avoid mentioning it directly???”

I was so confused, but also excited because her words did ring true for me. I realized then that I had been going about things all wrong when I invited girls to come over to my place. I realized that I made them feel cheap by directly referring to our time together as a time for us to just have sex. But if I simply told them that I wanted them to come over and just be with me, and tell them that I miss them… it would make them feel okay about it (even though they knew that sex was inevitable).

So remember, never indicate directly that you want her to come over for sex. The sex is already ASSUMED, and therefore you don’t ever have to bring it up.

But when IS it okay to talk about sex? Honestly, in my experience… if you want to talk about sex directly with a woman, wait until you’ve been with them a few times in bed. At that point, they are comfortable enough with you to talk openly about such things, and they won’t feel like that’s ALL you want them for.

Also, another great time to talk about sex is right AFTER. Let me explain. You and her just finished getting it on, and now you’re lying there with her in your arms (if you are the kind of guy who just rolls over after sex, you might want to rethink your strategy, because women really get offended by that).

At that point, it’s a great opportunity to tell her what a great lover she is, and what specifically you like the most about her style of intimacy. Don’t just make shit up either. If you can’t think of something that you can compliment her on, then it’s time to switch partners… or start paying closer attention and get to know the person you’re with a little better.

Okay, so to summarize… when you want a girl to have sex with you, it’s better to imply it, and maybe refer to it indirectly… but NEVER just come out and say it directly. I have never met one woman who wants to feel like she’s being used for sex. Make her feel special, and let her know that you want to spend time with her for other things too, not just her vagina… and you will have more sexual partners than you can handle. And now, YOU will be in the position of choice when it comes to women.

You see, beautiful women pretty much have their “pick of the litter” when it comes to getting laid. They simply have more options than most guys do. But by methodically building quality sexual relationships with women, you will enjoy the same power and choice.

And a quick note about ethics. Don’t imply that you want a romantic, committed relationship with a woman in order to get into her panties. If you honestly want one, that’s great. It’s much more satisfying… but don’t ever mislead someone to believing that you’re interested in more than you really are. It’s deceitful, and hurts everyone involved.

Once you get good at being a ladies man, you’ll realize that you never have to lie in order to make women want to sleep with you. In fact, I have found that just being myself and being honest about my sexual desires has gotten me laid a LOT more than when I was bullshitting women into bed with me.

Anyway, enough about that. I’m not your mother, and you can make your own decisions. I just want you to know that it’s been my experience that being ethical is a lot more rewarding when it comes to being a seducer. Some people think that seducing women means being dishonest I’m here to tell you that nothing is further from the truth. When you can make a woman feel really wonderful when she’s with you, she’ll just naturally want to come back for more. You won’t have to convince her, or chase after her. Trust me on this.

Self confidence is a quality that you must have if you going to succeed at creating an attractive profile. Confidence is attractive. Confident people are attractive. You don’t want to come across as someone who has a low opinion of themselves, believe me it’s not a good selling point for you, and it’s by no means attractive. So if you are someone who is quivering at the thought of writing your profile or even having an online conversation with a perspective partner it is crucial that you do all you can to feel confident about yourself and also your abilities.

Here are 20 quick and practical methods to increase your confidence, here we go:

1.Think about someone who is confident and act, talk and walk like him or her. Model their mannerisms and behavior. It works for them; it will work for you.

2. Smile a lot more. That doesn’t mean putting a silly grin on your face! But smile when you walk down the street, when you meet people and generally be happier even if you’re not feeling that way. Make sure you have a natural smile on your profile photo.

16. Every morning when you’re in the shower, play over in your head the events in the day as though they have already happened and they were a success. Visualize all of the things that you did, the people you talked to, the outcomes you had. Visualize success and confidence and it will be so.

Dating Tips for Divorced and Widowed Moms

Dating is tough for just about everybody, but it’s even tougher for people who are divorced and widowed. Along with the fears of being “out of practice,” there are often children’s feelings to consider.

How can a single mother enjoy a new romance without lying awake at night worrying about doing emotional damage to her children? Personal Strengths and Life Coach Sue Tosto of Garfield, New Jersey provides the answers.

1. How soon after divorce or the death of a husband is it appropriate to start dating?

It depends on the individual, but anyone going through a divorce should wait at least six months to one year before even considering dating someone new. Emotions are running high, and a person needs time to heal before putting herself back on the market. Some newly divorced or widowed people jump into relationships too early because they’re afraid of being alone. That’s almost always a mistake.

The first year after a divorce is the time to re-group and focus on making new friendships. A woman can reflect on all the things she wanted to do when she was married but didn't. This is a rough time emotionally, but it helps to view it as a fresh start. It’s the perfect time to re-develop a sense of self and decide what one really wants in life. A woman can consider what she hopes for in a new relationship and let go of the past in the process.

Dating after the death of a husband or partner is also not recommended for at least one full year. Two years is even better. The grieving process should never be rushed, and the length of time it takes for the bereaved to move on varies according to the individual.

Other matters to consider before dating include waiting until estate matters have been handled, i.e., insurance matters, review of the will, and the assignment of an executor or executrix if necessary. The stress a new relationship can cause during this emotional time is not recommended.

As with divorce, this is a time to spend with friends. It also helps to join a support group of others who have lost a loved one.

2. How long should the mother wait before introducing a new boyfriend to her children?

She should know him at least six months to a year. Otherwise, if she decides after dating him for 4 months that the relationship is going nowhere, the children will inevitably feel another loss. No child should be put through that after going through divorce or death of a parent. Children need time to heal as well. If the new man doesn’t respect that, he’s probably not great boyfriend material.

The first three months of a relationship is the honeymoon period. Everything is fresh and exciting. After around six months, the couple tends to relax and good behavior wears off. A woman gets to see what she’s really dealing with. Before she introduces her new beau to her children, she needs to find out what his goals are, to see if his values and beliefs are consistent with hers, and really develop a friendship with him.

3. What is the best way to introduce a new boyfriend?

Once a woman decides to start dating, she should explain it to each of her children in an age-appropriate manner. After she and a new partner have spent six months to a year together, she can start telling the children things about him, particularly what she likes about him or little stories about places they’ve gone together. This way the children understand that Mom is still Mom, which is critical, but they’ll also see that she’s happier. They will slowly make the adjustment that they may soon share her with somebody else. Inevitably, the children will become curious about him. They may ask to meet him. I think it is wise to slowly incorporate the new partner into the family.

4. How should she handle it if the child resents the new relationship? Should she stop seeing the boyfriend?

Children will often resent a new relationship for the simple reason that they now have to share their mother with someone else. A woman can reassure her children that even though she is going out, she is coming back home to them. She should continue do the things with them she always did. Before she even starts dating, it might help to hire a babysitter and use the afternoon to go shopping, just to get the children accustomed to seeing her go out every once in a while.

Observing the children’s reactions while the new man is around should provide some clues to other causes of resentment. A woman should also gently ask her children why they don’t like her new partner. She should remember, though, that some children may not know exactly how to express why they dislike someone. It’s important to tread carefully. A new relationship is stressful for the whole family.

If the children are really having a hard time with it, family counseling can get to the root of the problem, especially if all other avenues have been exhausted. The most important thing a single parent can do is to treat her children the same way she did before she met the new partner.

5. Is it ever acceptable to allow the boyfriend to sleep over, or should the couple book a babysitter and get a room?

Get a room, unless the kids are at Dad's for the weekend. Children don't need to see some stranger coming out of Mom's room in the morning (or their Dad’s, either). A new relationship is exciting and the partners are certainly entitled to time alone, but a single parent must handle it delicately and deliberately. Her (or his) behavior will instruct the children about man/woman relationships in ways they will carry around with them for the rest of their lives.

How to Fall Pregnant Faster Despite Medical Problems

To fall pregnant faster you need to identify the exact day of ovulation. This is important especially when you are getting older or having medical problems.

Why is this?

Well, it is because a young woman is fertile only a few days in a month. When you get older or have any health problems ovulation (egg release) becomes rarer. It may happen once in 2-3 month or even more rarely.

So, when a woman is fertile for only 1-2 days in 2-3-4 months it gets very complicated to pinpoint their fertile days. And often this is only the reason why a pregnancy does not occur.

The best way to identify your ovulation day is by using a natural method. Identifying ovulation time with special devises can lead to mistakes, especially devises that check the level of hormones in the urine. The level of hormones in urine increases later then it happens in the blood. So, when you see your ovulation time on a urine analysis devise it could be too late, especially in older women as the egg has already been released.

Secondly, when you identify you ovulation time it is important to deliver the highest amount of sperm possible. To achieve this, your partner should abstain from any sexual activity for at least 3 days before your ovulation time occurs to build up the amount of sperm. No ejaculation at all for 3 days.

Thirdly, it is important to have sexual intercourse not just randomly around ovulation time but on the exact day when a fresh egg has just been released.

The last research shows that an old egg (which has been released 2-3 days ago) is unlikely to end up in a healthy pregnancy. And even when an old egg meets sperm and fertilization does occur the fetus will not survive long and pregnancy will finish with an early stage miscarriage. A woman in this case may not even realize she is having a miscarriage. It normally looks like an overdue period that happens to be heavier than normal.

Old sperm that has been released for more then 24 hours can also be potentially defective. This can give the same result like the old egg, ending up with an early stages miscarriage.

That means that having intercourse before the exact ovulation time is not very beneficial to falling pregnant and achieving a healthy pregnancy.

To sum up, many older women or women with different medical problems may have only 1-2 days in a few or many months when they can fall pregnant. They often miss this time so to them it looks like they are infertile.

This problem can be solved by knowing the exact ovulation day and the best way is to pinpoint the time using natural methods. It also important to avoid old egg and old sperm which are normally potentially defective and don't end up in a viable pregnancy.

And finally, building up sperm for the exact ovulation day can be an indispensable tip to falling pregnant successfully.

Here's the mindset you should have if you really want to be successful when it comes to dating and meeting women.

Firstly, take all the things that your mom & dad ever taught you about how to treat and date a woman and do the exact OPPOSITE!

It's not a secret anymore that even though a woman constantly says that all she wants is a nice, sweet, and caring guy in their life, often times they're actually lying to themselves -- without them even realizing it!

It's true!

Seriously.

In the movies, yes, the girl always falls for the nice guy, but in real life, especially more so if you really want to be able be with as many women as possible in your lifetime - the nice guy route will get you nowhere and you'll end up getting nothing but rejections.

I'm not going to go into the details on the 'why' part of it because most of you might have already know about it.

But what I AM going to talk about today is why do women, especially attractive ones can act rather 'bitchy' and rude sometimes and how you can effectively pick up one - with ease.

First of all, you have to understand that attractive women, they get 'hit on' one way or another at least 10 times a day everyday - consistently.

Now at first it may all seem happy and nice with them receiving all the attention from the guys, and sure they can be all cutesy and polite to them whenever they're being approached but after a while, it all tends to get rather irritating and annoying - merely because they're hearing the same ol' lines, howlings and perv stares over and over again.

Exact words from a woman's mouth - not mine.

So what they do about it?

Well in order for them to 'save time', they would then be 'forced' to be more 'to the point' or as we like to call it 'bitchy' to the guys that approach them.

Why must they be so mean?

Simply because they HAVE to.

You see, if they weren't mean enough, guys who are usually thick-skinned will not get the point and they'll keep on pursuing UNTIL she says a firm no.

Makes sense?

How do I know this? Well, to be honest with you, it was merely by chance. I didn't get any of it at first until I started to really mix with women.

Sometimes, it's really good to have close girl friends because you might learn a LOT from them. I now begin to see it all from THEIR perspective now...

How to approach a woman?

Now, I've noticed that most guys (the majority of them actually), whenever they approach a woman, they always start off by saying something like 'Hi there, you're gorgeous, oh by the way, my name's John, what's yours? I'd like to get to know you, bla bla bla..."

Heard of such a line before?

Or probably something along these lines?

Now, think about it. If you're a girl and you get asked the same question about 5-10 times a day, do you think that there's a high chance that you'll get immune to it?

Of course you would!

And I'm not guessing here because I had a girl friend who once told me the same thing that I'm telling you now!

It's just too 'typical' for them to receive such lame, everyday 'pick up' lines.

Best thing is, do you know instead what they would rather hear?

Try this:

Go up to her, and just give her a funny compliment on something she LEAST expects to get a compliment on (NEVER compliment her looks, she's immune to that, remember?), you can compliment on her funky hairstyle, her heels, her big ears -- anything.

Just as long as its something she LEAST expects to hear from a guy.

Using humour is always good in picking up women. Humor added with a bit of spunk, along with a spot-on sarcastic tone and body language will definitely seal the deal for you -- and get her interested.

Start out slow - flirt! Show your lover how much you want to be with him. Slip a sexy note into his briefcase or stick a post-it on the dashboard of the car. Make it short and sweet - "I loved the things you did to me last night" - and let his imagination run wild. Send him an email at some point during the day, telling him something different, a little flirty, but not over-the-top: "I love the way your kisses taste."

Even if you've had sex a thousand times, having such an outright showing of desire will make it seem like a whole new game.

When the sighs and moans have gotten your point across, start talking about his body - and yours! Caress his shoulders while you tell him how strong and powerful he feels. Tell him how small you feel when you're next to him. Do that one little thing that makes him breathless, look him right in the eye, and ask, "How much do you like that, big boy? Do you want more?"

Making him talk to you will guide you to the kind of dirty talk he wants to hear. If he gets raunchy and makes you blush, don't cower into saying nothing - counter his naughty words with sexy words of your own. Build up the tension until you're saying things that you would never, ever say in the light of day. If he backs off a bit, you might have shocked him, so go back to the words you know he likes to hear.

Step 1

Engage in a lot of foreplay! Foreplay is very important because it helps her relax her mind and make her more focused on the lovemaking at hand. It’s also a great way to bond as many women associate foreplay as a man’s way of taking time and ensuring sex is not just a physical act but about intimacy.

Foreplay can start hours or even days in advance and is really limited only by your sexual imagination. As you keep this ‘sexual tension’ high, you’ll find that it’s actually easier to bring her to an orgasm once you do engage in sex.

Step 2

If foreplay is the ‘primer’, oral sex is the next big step. Many women actually claim that oral sex is the ONLY way they can reach an orgasm so if you both want it to be that way, then don’t resist.

When you do go down on her, don’t rush it. Show her that you really love her by lavishing her genitals with your undivided attention. Enjoy the journey as much as the destination so to speak.

At the start, just tease and lick softly and lovingly. Once she’s focused on that part of her body, increase the tempo. When you notice that her breathing is getting faster and harder or if her legs are becoming taut, move your attention to her clitoris. Tease it by drawing small circles around it with your tongue and then apply more pressure and lick faster.

What’s the difference between a kiss that goes flat and a kiss that tickles the toes? Some kisses you can feel tingle up your spine, while others feel like the mechanical meeting of lips.

Here’s my list of the Top 5 Reasons that some kisses are super, while others end up duds.

1. Emotional connection.

If you kiss a guy or girl that you kind of like, then your kiss will be kind of nice. But if you kiss a guy or girl you REALLY like, then your kiss will be REALLY special. An emotional connection is crucial for an amazing kiss. When the physical pleasure of a kiss combines with the emotional pleasure of sharing an intimate moment, fireworks happen.

2. Great comfort level.

One of the great killers of the pleasure of kissing is nerves. The more nervous you are, the tenser you feel. Tension makes you stiff and unyielding – the complete opposite of what a great kisser should be! When you’re anxious about the result of a kiss or self-conscious about whether you’re doing it right, you won’t be able to enjoy the moment like you should. Worse, your tension will get communicated to your partner. Relax and flow in the moment.

3. Ability to forget the world.

The best kisses have an ebb and flow. They start gently, become greedy, then allow a pause for breathing and meeting one another’s eyes. A kiss is sometimes called a dance of the lips, and it’s important to remember that kisses, like dances, must have a rhythm. Nothing is worse than someone who is so intent on kissing you that they don’t allow you room to breath. Let your kiss find its natural rhythm. Allow it to warm up and eventually cool down. Always take time to reconnect with your partner through catching his or her eyes and breathing together.
