<p>A WORLD authority on waste incinerators spoke yesterday of his grave concerns over the £43million scheme proposed in Easter Ross and called for a radical change in the way the issue is handled.</p></p>
<p>New York-based chemistry professor Dr Paul Connett, who will be jetting across the Atlantic to air his views at a public meeting in Invergordon, pours cold water on claims by the company behind the scheme that it poses no risk to health and says "formidable problems" remain.</p></p>
