The first part of the system is dedicated to playing roulette on the internet. It’s explained in a very clear manner, with screenshots throughout. Phil goes into how you can use the bonuses to your advantage (although that’s not 100% necessary), and he explains about the wager requirements for his recommended casino. All well and good. But does the system actually work?

Well, I’m afraid I can’t help you out there. You see, I’ve previously said in other reviews that no system I’ve yet encountered apart from the Casino Cash Cow can beat the odds. Roulette has a house edge and there’s no getting around that. So I really doubt Phil’s system works. Very tempting to try, but I didn’t go there myself. It seems like a reasonable way to try to win at roulette in the short term, for fun and certainly much better than just charging in and playing randomly. But longterm?. Well, I didn’t want to risk it.

The Live-Play System

This system relies on waiting for a slice of luck, then using a progressive system to recoup your bets. It’s a reasonably slow progression - lose 14 in a row and you only need $71 to recoup. But at 12 loses in a row you’re at $450 down, and needing $100 dollars to stay in. Scarey stuff! Again, best avoided.

Conclusion

Overall it’s an interesting little ebook but there’s nothing to get overly excited about. There’s no way to overcome that house edge. Our top ebook recommendation still has to be the Casino Cash Cow, which uses the casino bonuses to give you that advantage required.

Basically what Roulette Sniper does is look for runs of various different types, and determines when a certain outcome hasn’t occurred for a while. It then advices you to place a bet on that outcome.

The interface (above) is fairly easy to use, although you have enter each spin into the software as you go along. This can get fairly annoying quite quickly - Roulette Sniper could learn from the Poker Calculators’ here and recognise the data automatically from the screen.
