Friday Night @ Roux

Join us on November 30 for Friday Night @ Roux. Last month was hopping, with 160 Friday Nighters in the library and T�T�'s Cyber Caf�!

Artwork in Roux Library

Roux Library has a number of paintings on loan from the permanent collection of Florida Southern College's Melvin Art Gallery. The collection includes works by Tibor Pataky (1901-1978) and H. Holbrook. Roux Library also is pleased to have a painting by American artist Florence U. "Fonchen" Lord (1911-1993) on display on the first floor. Entitled "The Garden," this painting was a gift to Florida Southern College from Sarah D. McKay in 2007. Come take a look!

Children's Art Project

The Florida Southern College Preschool Lab is presenting a rotating display of artwork created by children in the preschool lab. The exhibit is adjacent to the Instructional Materials Collection (IMC) on the second floor of Roux Library. The theme of the work on display this fall is "apple." Check out the work of these young artists!
