A Snohomish County judge ruled Friday that the state improperly shifted around $250 million to various state accounts in order to raise the state spending limit, according to a spokesman for one of
the plaintiffs.

Like I have stated before, the Democrats represents the biggest bunch of crooks in the world. They will lie, cheat and steal to get there way. You have to ask your self, why? What is the end gain? I guess it's to prove that they can run the state in to the ground.

Then it just might be that the people of the state of Washington like being treated like there to ignorant to know what is going on.

The Federal Election Commission has postponed a long-anticipated decision on whether to apply the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform law to political speech on the Internet.

It appeared that FEC Commissioner Michael Toner wanted to give Congress a chance to pass the Online Freedom of Speech Act proposed by Texas Republican Jeb Hensarling.

But late Wednesday afternoon, the House Rules Committee passed on the opportunity by failing to report Hensarling’s bill out of committee for debate on the House floor.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The way I read this is, congress can not establish a religion, or keep me from worshiping whom or what ever I wish. Congress can not make up laws stiffeling my right to speak out against any thing, nor can they tell the press what to or not to say. Congress can not prohibit me from getting to gather with others for any reason, as long as it's peaceful. And I have every right to bitch about the government, the shady deal, oppressive laws, and the dammed ass holes in congress making the asinine decisions. Any time any place, especially before an election, I don't want the same ass holes in office next time around. The only qualifier in the First Amendment is the word "peaceably", nothing about how, when or with whom.

Senate blocks Alaska refuge drilling

WASHINGTON -- The Senate blocked opening the nation's largest untapped oil reserve in an Alaska wildlife refuge Wednesday, denying President Bush his top energy priority and delivering a victory to environmentalists who said drilling would threaten wildlife.

Sen. Maria Can'twell, D-Wash., who led the floor debate in opposition to the drilling provision, called it “legislative blackmail” and said Democrats agreed they “were not going to get jammed” by the tactic.

Judge rules biology class is no place for "intelligent design"

When the truth of the matter is the botched up elections have been going on for years. The problem is it's not going unnoticed thanks to the blog media, namely Stefan Sharkansky at SOUND POLITICS.

At lest one would think that with mail in ballets, King County can hide the fraud in the dead of night. So this is it, no more voting problems, every thing is cleaned up in the County that runs the State.

If you renew your license tabs or register a vehicle after Jan. 1, brace yourself to pay more. New weight fees -- approved by lawmakers last spring --are about to kick in.

In addition to the current $30 basic state license tab fee, vehicle owners will pay extra, depending on the weight of what they drive. For light cars -- under 4,000 pounds -- the fee is an extra $10. For vehicles ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 pounds, it's $20. From 6,000 to 8,000 pounds, it's $30.

In addition, motor home owners will now pay $75 to register, regardless of weight. But the license fee for private-use, single-axle trailers weighing 2,000 pounds or less will drop from $30 now to $15.

Other increases: replacing a license plate, which now costs $3.50 a plate, will rise to $12.

The proposal would have changed key portions of the 1977 Magnuson Amendment, which limits expansion of oil refineries and the number of oil tankers entering the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound. It would seem that with to days technology that we in the North West could have a world class oil terminal that could supply a number of refineries. A pipe line to the western United States economic future could pass right through our ports and refineries. I see it as the potential number 1 industry in Washington State.

However the folks in Olympia nether want to upgrade our infrastructure or economical advancement. The politicians in this State only knows how to blow money and rase taxes.
Some day, when it's too late, the only people left in the State will be the politicians and the sponges.

Who in there right mind would work for the King County Elections Board? A person who has integrity, would do well in steering clear of a crooked election board. It is getting to the point that a body can't take a good old fashion country cow piss with out it being declared a wet land.

A 1000-sf. is nothing more than a mud hole, some of our roads meet that description. A 1000-sf hardly seems like a critical area, based on scientific findings. Remember most houses start at 1200-sf or more. Just how many mosquitoes live in a 1000-sf mud hole? It look more like a health problem than a wild life habitat concern.

I have a wet wether stream on my property, where I created a pond. I imported cat tails and yellow flags, along with some lilies and lemon grass. I through in some special shrub willows, pampas grass and a small 8x12ft building to store food for ducks and gees. It looks good,and I created a small area for wild foul to amuse me in there quest for food and nesting. It did not make for better water quality, every cupel of years I have to drain and clean the crap from the pond.

This is of my choosing for my benefit , and a lot of other folks have done much the same.
Most people like to think they are living close to God's creatures, and enjoy creating a little nitch for the critters of there choice.
What I don't need some pen-headed bureaucrat or the government telling me what I can or can't do with my property.

This is a repeat of what has happened in King County, and will not stop until the property rights of the hole State is ham-strung. This is not just the concern of the people of Thurston County, it concerns us all. We are next.

If the county wants wet land then let the County buy it.

# Buffers around streams, now between 25 and 100 feet, would widen to 100 to 250 feet.

# Any wetlands bigger than 1,000 square feet would be off limits for development. Wetlands smaller than 11,000 square feet in the county growth areas and smaller than 22,000 square feet in the rural county are now exempt from building restrictions.

# Buffers around lakes, ponds and marine shores would double from about 50 feet to 100 feet.

# The ordinance also includes new exemptions to make the changes less of a hardship to homeowners. Existing development will be grandfathered in, and people who have homes near a wetland will now be allowed to add up to 500 square feet to the footprint of their house.

# If someone has property with less than 5,000 square feet of buildable land because of a wetland, property owners can encroach into the wetland as much as they need to to get 5,000 square feet.

A formal public hearing on the proposed critical areas rule changes is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Thurston Expo Center on the Thurston County Fairgrounds, 3054 Carpenter Road S.E., Lacey. Olympia gives initial OK to `nuclear-free' zone

What a bunch of idiots.
This is the typical crap that comes out of our State,s Capital City. I have to wander if the complaints of military ordnance being shipped through Olympia are from the towns people, or a few activist suck-ups at Evergreen Collage. I doubt very seriously that the Navy will even consider renaming a war ship to satisfy a bunch of fools. If they were to rename the USS Olympia, the Navy could call it the USS City of Fools, if want to keep with the City's namesake. Like the City has a copy right on the name Olympia, the home of the God of War.
As for the 32 companies connected with nuclear weapons production, I hope the State is prepared to go back to pencil and paper. I don't think that there is a computer made that hasn't got some component that can't be linked to a nuclear device or its execution.

Just maybe the City of Olympia is willing to give up its tax dollars from the State and federal government, that are generated by the 32 companies in question.

I have gotten it figured out. While convalescing after having my right shoulder replaced, I have had time to reflecting on the meaning of life. With my right arm in a sling and barely able to wait on myself, it came to me while sitting on my porcelain executive chair doing some long over due paper work. You see the left are week and undisciplined, this is why the left goes out of there way to hamstring the right. This allows the left a free hand to do pretty much as it pleases, with out any consequences.

Washington State Government has a history of pushing things on to the people that are unwarranted, coast a lot of money and benefit a few. Most of the problems emanate from
Seattle, King County, a bastion of welfare recipients from business to the homeless. Also a harbinger of lawyers in the upper high dollar category, wheeling and dealing with the politicians in the City, County and State to ether maintain or further there stature in the food chain. Over the years with a slight of hand hear and a push of the limits there,The slightly shady dealings have gotten shader and shader and excepted as the norm. This translates to a core of corruption that fans through out State Government and the Judiciary.

Remember lawyers grow up to be politicians and judges, and there is an incestual relationship between lawyers, politicians and judges.

Now the question, what is the motivating factor in this grand elusion? Well, Money, of corse. Cash probably not, favors you bet, that translate in to millions of tax dollars. "You get a sports stadium and we will get you the governorship". The unions, if the legislature will scratch our back we will scratch yours. Could someone let the supreme Court no if a ruling is needed to go in favor of the State? Look at the laws passed in this past Legislation, make work for attorneys and big construction companies i.e. union, all big donors to the Demarcate party.

I have believed all along that Judge Bridges was playing a little game of rope-a-dope with the election challenge. Look at the Judge who decided to call political commentary and editorials a campaign contribution. Now the Supreme Court rules the State can put an emergency claus on a Bill for any reason at any time.

We have seen what the Democrats in this passed legislation did to over through the will of the people of this state.

Prominent law firms with a definite conflict of interest, filling suttees and lobbing against the people to protect there financial gain with doing business with the state government.
The bottom line is, crooked Lawyers, crooked Politicians and crooked Judges.
This State has become so crooked that it's beginning to look like Mexico's Government. Could it be why illegals are so welcome, you don't have to train them to deal with a corrupt Government.

I am a bit confused about the stepped up security in dealing with Seattle transit. Terrorist around the world must be snickering at Seattle's Hootervill express, with its 37 daily passengers. A rather large target to go after. Also there is all those empty buses that obstruct traffic. Any one of these targets would really make the World set up and take notice. Give me a brake, the only people that would notice would be the commuters on the highways. Terrorist wouldn't try to bomb Seattle Transit, because they would be doing the people a favor. A really big bomb would do about $37.63 worth of damage.

In Seattle / King County if you want to put fear in the people, and you were a terrorist, you would support mass transit.

Governor owes state workers an apology

Tom Fitzsimmons, Gov. Christine Gregoire's chief of staff, had the gall to go on 710 KIRO radio and try to justify the governor giving her Cabinet a 16 percent raise.

What was that justification?

When asked by the host how he thought the rank and file would take this since they have been without a raise for four years, Fitzsimmons said: "It's because it was necessary for recruitment, and in fairness to get the best and the brightest people to come to work for state government. The world changes, these are very talented people, they work hard, they are very dedicated, they are great public servants, they deserve a decent wage, they are very intelligent, they are the best and the brightest people."

Well, excuse me, I am a state worker, and I am one of those rank and file, and it just so happens every state worker I have worked around in 15 years meets every one of those criteria.

Fitzsimmons has pretty much proven to all of us now exactly what management thinks of the people who actually do the work.

So we thank him for finally telling us how we are thought of for our hard work.

How callous Fitzsimmons' remarks are. I believe he and the governor owe every Washington state employee an apology.

The U.S. supreme Court has finely stooped to murder. The trigger has been pulled, the fuse has been lit. The only problem is where this deed will take place, or against who. It may be some pore bastard who thinks he has a right to defend his property. Or maybe some city hall vaperized by a bomb, planted by some distort property owner. Hell it might even be one of the Supremes that gets wasted.
Regardless, the supreme Court bares the responsibility, by making laws and undermining the U.S. Constitution. This opens up the biggest graff, influence peddling, behind closed door dealings since proabishion. A lot of people will get hurt before this wrong is righted, mostly the innocent land owner.
