Don’t you know what gift to buy for your beloved one? Why not book a Royal Cruise and go together to enjoy a nice and comfortable vacation at the board of one of those luxury ships?

Choosing the destination for your cruise vacation shouldn’t be so difficult. There are cruise tours that operate all year round, so all you need is to see if there are places available for your desired period, especially if we are talking about September 2009 or October 2009 which are almost here. For instance, September is your last chance for 2009 to take a cruise tour in Alaska. After that, it would be too cold and there are no operators willing to take you there to freeze.

Alaska Royal Caribbean Cruise Tours for September 2009:

For the fist part of September, all cruise tours are served by either Serenade Of The Seas or Radiance Of The Seas ships, the port of departure being Vancouver, British Columbia. Beware that those cruises are 11-12 nights and they start in late August. There are about 6-7 cruises which still have free places, so if you want to book your cabin you probably need to hurry up.

There’s a series of royal cruise tours that start on September 1st, with departure from Seward, Alaska. Almost all of them are fully booked already. I think there’s still one where you can find places at a price of $1528, on Radiance Of The Seas.

Australia Royal Caribbean Cruise Tours for September-December 2009:

As we approach winter, Australia is heading for the summer. This is an excellent occasion to think of booking a royal cruise or even a cruise tour to Australia, either in September or later on, maybe even in December and celebrate the New Year’s Eve on board of the ship. All September cruises to Australia start from the departure port in Honolulu, Hawaii. The price is less than $2000. It’s not too much, if we take into consideration the travel conditions, the leisure facilities and the distance covered.

Europe Royal Cruises for September-December 2009:

Royal Caribbean Cruise Company organizes cruise trips all over the world. Europe makes no exception. For example, for September 2009, you can go on a cruise from Venice, Italy, on the Splendour Of The Seas, for as little as $733 for 8 nights. You’ll visit Dubrovnik, Mykonos, Ephesus, Santorini, Corfu, and then you’ll return to Venice. This is called the 8 Night Greek Isles And Turkey Cruise.

Your weekends don’t have to be dull, you know. The weekend cruise getaways from Royal Caribbean can make you feel like in a real vacation, although you’ll spend only a weekend on the ship. Actually, all these and even more are available in one single vacation: a Royal Caribbean cruise. Their luxury ships are equipped with countless entertainment facilities, at affordable prices.

This four night cruise has two trip variants.

A Royal Caribbean cruise can be the best possible way to start the year 2009. It can give you the relaxation and the entertainment needed to recharge your batteries and get ready to work better and be more efficient in this new year, when the crisis will probably continue to affect many of our peers. Among the most appreciated Royal Caribbean cruise deals are the limited time offers like the ones described below:

Royal Caribbean Cruise Sales Event

This is a sort of trade show exclusively for Royal Caribbean cruise offers, where customers can go and discuss with the travel agents, in order to find the best deals for their cruise vacations. As this is not an ongoing activity, those of you who want to take advantage of it need to keep an eye on the official Royal Caribbean Cruise website, to see when the next one is going to take place. For the moment, there’s no announcement for the future sales events. We shall keep you posted on the news.

Get Paid to Discover Europe

Europe is becoming an easy target with the help of these special deals of Royal Caribbean cruise lines. You can visit Paris, London, Barcelona and other amazing European destinations rich in culture and beauties. If you reserve a cruise tour before the end of February 2009 you’ll get a $300 onboard credit, which you can use as you like, in the Casino Royale, or in the Fitness Center & Day Spa, or even during your trips on the shore. This is the latest promotional offer from Royal Caribbean Cruise company, so if you intended to go on a cruise vacation to Europe, 2009 is the best year to do it.

See Alaska on a Royal Cruise and Get $200 Onboard Credit

Despite its cold climate, Alaska is a hot destination for the 2009 Royal Caribbean cruise trips, because it comes with a special offer for a $200 onboard coupon, which you can use as you wish inside your trip. Alaska destination is served by the Radiance of the Seas, and you have the option to book a cruise of 10 -14 days (in fact sailing nights), depending on your time and budget limits.

Whatever special offer you choose for 2009, the Royal Caribbean cruise ships have the same great entertainment and leisure facilities which made this cruise operator so famous over the years.

After reading all these articles about Royal Caribbean cruise ships and destinations, you need to find out now that there is another kind of Royal Cruise, quite far away from the Caribbeans area: it is the Royal Cruise Hotel in Pattaya, a beach resort in Thailand. Pattaya is a cruise in itself, with its multitude of entertainment options and facilities. I think that 99% of the population there is working in the tourism industry. Bars, clubs and restaurants are everywhere. Pattaya’s main street has probably hundreds of such places. They say that at Royal Cruise any thing is possible. I’d extend this to the entire resort. I’ve seen some shows in some of the clubs there that I’m embarrassed to tell you about. It is an unbelievable freedom for tourists, while local people seem to be damned to entertain the white guys who come there to spend their money.

The nicest thing about the Royal Cruise hotel is that it offers a special 4 star comfort, with its cruise vessel shape. When you look at the main facade, you feel like it will go on a cruise line in 5 minutes or so. You feel like getting fast aboard, so they don’t set sail for the cruise without you. It’s about feeling royal, feeling special, and more important, it is about eating. Thailand in general is about eating. I’ve eaten fabulous dishes there, which I’ll remember for my whole life. I suppose Carribbean cuisine is also good, but nothing can be as delicious as a wok plate prepared from fresh sea food ingredients.
Next time I’ll visit Pattaya, I’ll book a room at Royal Cruise. Then I’ll make sure to book a Royal Caribbean cruise on Voyager of the Seas, in order to be able to compare the two.

Belonging to the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, the Voyager class of ships is built for leisure and relaxation, as their slogan so nicely says: “Is It a Ship or a Destination?” With such ships, tourists never think of the destination, they don’t have the anxiety of getting there faster or sooner. It is just like the time stopped while they were playing basketball, golf or skating. How can you skate at the board of a cruise ship? With the Voyager Class cruise ships this is possible, because they have ice-skating facilities for their customers. Another great feature is the Royal Promenade, which is like a main street in the USA, with shops, cafe bars and all the stuff, only it is placed in the middle of the ocean, on a cruise ship deck.

For adventurers, there’s a 200 feet rock wall for climbing, on each of these Royal cruise ships. You can challenge yourself and see if you have the heights sick while hanging so high above the water surface. For romantics, there are dance clubs, specialty restaurants, wine bars.

The Youth program would keep your kids busy during the cruise, allowing you to enjoy relaxation while specialized staff attends your children in their games.

Should you be willing to take your office people on a cruise, you’ll have all facilities for conference such as a dedicated meeting space which can accommodate up to 400 people, an executive boardroom, presentation rooms already equipped with all high-tech tools for presentations, teleconferencing equipment and more.

The Voyager Royal cruise ships are: Adventure of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas, Navigator of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas. All of them can offer you an unforgettable cruising experience, with their luxury facilities and with their trained and polite staff, always ready to fulfill your wishes and make you feel good.

By its purpose, a cruise is more than just a travel from place A to place B. A cruise is a vacation in itself. How many times, when you travel by train or by plane, you can say that you had an enjoyable vacation, or that you had spent a royal time? You’d rather describe it as a pleasant trip, that’s all. The vacation starts after you arrive. Well. with cruises, the vacation starts when you get on board of the ship. By the time you arrive at the final destination, your vacation is about to end, and most of the times, this harbor of destination is the same as the departure one.
The largest three cruise operators are Royal Caribbean International, Carnival Corporation and Norwegian Cruise Lines. Despite the fact that the oil price increased significantly over the past year, cruise operators claim they are still going to have a good profit this year. For example, Carnival predicted that in the third quarter of 2008 they expect to earn between $1.56 and $1.58 per share. Usually, on the stock market, royal cruise and the other companies sink together, as it happened in March this year, when shares of Royal Caribbean Cruises and Carnival decreased with 1.6%, respectively 1.3%.

Will a Royal Cruise Still Be Affordable in 2009?

This is hard to predict, if we think that the current crisis America is crossing will probably affect many categories of people. The rich will be tempted to save their money for difficult recession days, the poor will continue to struggle to live and pay the bills while not starving too much. However, there will still be vacations, the average people would still need to relax after one year of work, so there’s a probability that those people would still choose a royal cruise as their main vacation.
The high fuel prices had implications in the whole tourism industry, therefore all touristic packages became more expensive, not only the cruises. Besides, the private islands cruise liners offer to their passengers, with all attractions such as snorkeling, aqua parks, kayaking, parasailing and the possibility to reserve a private cabana on those exclusive beaches will always attract people.
