I talked with "1337"'s dad and got his sites taken down. I could have pressed charges and got him expelled from his district, but instead, I let it slide and hope he learned a valuable lesson. He is only 13.

I have patched this file: xmlout.php

I have also added extra security to our admin panel, so... more information about it can be located in staff discussion.
