Depending on which one you pick it will be your worst enemy or friend depending on which one you pick.
Lots of websites announce that we are retailing rucksacks from Lichfield, one of the countries best camping manufacturers. We have a variety of bags available in different sizes. Before choosing a rucksak have some tpye of idea as to what is going into your bag. Think about what has to go in but don’t think too big or too small. Lichfield backpacks can help you with everything you need for camping. The shoulder straps are wide and padded. This keeps the rucksack central and well balanced.

My favourites:
No 1 – Great Ocean Walk, Australia. This walk covers 104km in 6 days and follows the path of the famous Great Ocean Road, from Apollo Bay to the 12-Apostles.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind.
Drink lots of water. One of the most common reasons people get sick while vacationing in the Rocky Mountains is dehydration. More water evaporates from your lungs at higher elevations, so your body can become dehydrated quickly. Some people don’t feel thirsty, so it’s important to drink water even if you think you don’t need to. When I first moved to Colorado, I could tell I wasn’t getting enough water when my nose got stuffy.
Another problem encountered by people enjoying a Rocky Mountain vacation is altitude sickness. The Tour Du Mont Blanc covers a distance of about 170 kilometres and takes in three countries France, Switzerland and Italy in a loop around Mont Blanc. There are valleys to walk through as well as long stretches high up in the mountains with mountain passes to cross. The first known person to walk around this area was in 1767 although it is possible that Hannibal used the pass, the Col De La Seigne when he crossed the alps with his elephants. It is impossible to describe the beauty of the mountains which have to be seen to be believed and the best way to see them is ...
Post from: Rucksack Walking.

Hiking Tour Du Mont Blanc
