The inter-regional coordination centre "Forgotten regiment" with indignation declares the resolute protest against beatings and violent arrest MSP (Militias Special Purpose)of generals, admirals of army and fleet on December, 14th, 2008. More than 100 persons of elite of officers and the elder of generals of army and fleet have made an attempt to leave on "the March not consent", protesting against disorder of armed forces of the country and in protection of the social rights of officers.

For last 8 years and the army and fleet have reached extreme degree of poverty, there was a shameless sale of military property, destruction of military bases, liquidation of military educational institutions, mass reductions of all officers on all country. A myth is words about strengthening of military power of Russia. A myth is also the program on maintenance with habitation of families of military men, and delivery of housing certificates.

The oldest dear officers, being honour and conscience of the Russian officers, being true to an oath: to protect the people and the Constitution - left on streets of Moscow on peace procession.

Employees of MSP (Militias Special Purpose) have not given to the gathered officers in which number there were representatives of all combat arms, commanders participants of operations in Afghanistan and the Chechen Republic, to pass and several metres. Having started bludgeons, militant swells in the form of MSP (Militias Special Purpose), have very coarsely attacked on protesting, broke it hands, dragging on asphalt, threw in автозаки. It has been detained more than 50 persons, in which number the chairman of the Union of the Soviet officers general Alexey Fomin, an admiral of the Navy Vladimir Berezin, the captain of 1st rank Sergey Mozgovoj, colonel Boris Eremenko who was at war in Afghanistan; general Artem Grabarev serving in Gadzhievo, irradiated and lost sight; molitary doctor the major Sinitsyna Lyubov; the military pilot colonel Vladimir Almosov and others.

Thus protesting essentially did not apply against aggressors power receptions, intentionally underlining the behaviour peace character of the action.

Capture and suppression of officers has shown that to the government to spit, what group of people leaves on the action if it is requirements on protection of human rights and the countries. Any attempts of the civil protest will severely choke.

The inter-regional coordination centre "Forgotten regiment" demands from the government to give to publicity the given fact of violence over officers on all central channels of TV and to punish the guilty.

The Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Murmansk regional branches, and also regional branches of republic Kareliya, Komi, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar edges.

After some minutes after the beginning of the action from an administration building people in the civilian, presumably employees Federal Protection have run out, and have started to detain active workers rigidly.

Employees Federal Protection have withdrawn all video- and photoequipment from journalists and participants of the action. Flash cards on which the finished shooting material has been written down, have been formatted.

Let's notice that this action was preceded by a meeting on the square Prechistensky gate which passed in a kind of "commemoration" for the Constitution. Participants of meeting have lighted candles and have assigned flowers to the Constitution, mourning music played. In total in it have taken part about hundred persons.

After the action termination one of its organizers, the leader of movement "WE" have been detained.

On December, 12th the Russian Constitution 16 years were executed. In 1993 on a national referendum the Constitution has been approved more than 60 percent of Russians. Last changes have been brought in the Organic law of the country about one year back. They have increased a term of appointment of the president and the State Duma till 6 and 5 years accordingly and have been initiated by head of the state Dmitry Medvedev.

Let's notice also that everyone 31 number, at 18:00 Moscow time, on the Triumphal area in Moscow there pass opposition actions in protection of 31st article of the Constitution guaranteeing the right to peace meetings of citizens. The nearest action will take place on December, 31st, previous have been dispersed by Militias Special Purpose.

Oppositionists also intend to achieve change Triumphal Freedom in the area.

For a post in LiveJournal. Possibly, on tatartanskim to measures it has still got off lightly: the Office of Public Prosecutor demanded for the insult of "Majesty" of 3,5 years of camps and does not exclude a variant of the appeal of too soft sentence...

By the way, it is a unique case on my memory when the blogger involved in the criminal liability for a post in LiveJournal, did not begin neither to erase, nor to correct the record. Respect.

It seems to me that state regulation in social networks will lead to their destruction. Criminal cases which are got on bloggers in different occasions and without occasions, cause in me feeling of deep alarm for the future of all civil journalism on the Internet. I do not remove that they write from amateur journalists of responsibility, but I think that this responsibility should not be regulated by frameworks of the criminal legislation. Separate blogs can be registered as mass-media at will of owners of such blogs.
