&lt;p&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campurkan tepung hunkwe, tepung beras, sirup markisa dan pewarna kuning ke dalam air lalu masak sambil diaduk hingga kental dan matang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tuang ke cetakan cendol yang diletakkan di atas baskom berisi air es. Tekan adonan hingga berjatuhan ke dalam air.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sajikan cendol dengan campuran sirup markisa dan air&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lalu tambahkan es serut dan buah markisa di atasnya sebagai pelengkapnya.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Kukus kacang hijau sampai empuk, angkat masukkan dalam wajan tambahkan gula pasir, daun pandan, santan dan garam, masak sampai lembut dan bisa dibentuk.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buat biang,  masak dengan api kecil air dan tepung kanji, sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buat kulit, didihkan air, gula dan garam kemudian tuangkan keatas tepung ketan, aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan biang, aduk lagi sampai rata, bagi adonan menjadi 25 biji.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bagi isi yang sudah jadi menjadi 25 biji.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pipihkan adonan kulit bari isi lalu bungkus dan bulatkan.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT OPOR AYAM :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Ayam dibersihkan sampai bersih, lalu dipotong menjadi 10 bagian. Kemudian di goreng dalam minyak panas sampai berwarna kekuning-kuningan. Angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Selanjutnya panaskan 3 sendok makan minyak. lalu tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan. &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;3 cm laos (yang ini tidak perlu dihaluskan, cukup di keprak saja)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cara membuat rendang padang adalah sebagai berikut:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Daging dipotong2 sesuai selera.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dalam wajan: rebus santan dengan bumbu-bumbu yang dihaluskan plus daun-daun dan asam kandis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aduk terus sampai mengental agar santannya tidak pecah. Kalau sudah mulai keluar minyak masukan potongan-potongan daging&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aduk terus dan dimasak dengan api sedang. Kalau mau dihitamkan kecilkan apinya.&lt;/li&gt;

Bahan bahan pempek:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; Sagu sebanyak 3 bks @ 500gr (total 1500 gram)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ikan tenggiri yang besar (1 kg, bila digiling/dibersihkan menjadi 700 gram)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garam dapur secukupnya (untuk 1 mangkok = 1 sendok makan garam)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bumbu penyedap (Ajinomoto) secukupnya (2 sendok teh)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Air dingin matang&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Air panas ( buat merebus) yang diberi sedikit minyak goreng.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
 
&lt;p&gt;Langkah-langkahnya membuatnya:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bersihkan ikan tenggiri dan giling pakai gilingan daging, hanya dagingnya saja, kulit dan durinya dibuang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campurkan ikan giling dengan air dingin dengan perbandingan 1:1 (atau 1:3/4 untuk lebih terasa ikannya).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Takar dengan mangkok bakso (kecil/sedang) dan bila dapat 2 1/2 mangkok, campurkan dengan air dingin sebanyak 2 1/2 mangkok juga (atau kurang, tergantung mau banyak sagu atau tidak).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan garam halus dengan ukuran sendok makan peres, sebanyak jumlah mangkok ikan dan air, dalam hal ini sebanyak 5 sendok makan peres.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan pula bumbu penyedap (Ajinomoto) dan aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tepung sagu perlahan-lahan sambil diaduk dan diuleni. Bila takaran tepat, akan terpakai tepung sagu sebanyak 1 kg, bila kebanyakan air, makin banyak sagu yang dibutuhkan dan rasa ikan kurang terasa.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bila adonan sudah kalis (tidak lengket), dapat dibentuk bulat atau lonjong (lenjer) dengan tangan ditawuri tepung sagu lalu rebus. Sehabis pempek mengapung direbus, angkat, tiris, lalu goreng atau siap dimakan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bila sudah terbiasa, dapat membuat pempek isi telor mentah, seperti mempuat pastel&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bahan cuko/kuah pempek:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 gram Gula aren&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50 gram Asam jawa, hindari memakai cuka dapur&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;750 ml air&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 sdm ebi, dihaluskan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 s/d 20 buah cabai rawit, dihaluskan (tergantung selera pedas).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
 
&lt;p&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Didihkan gula aren (merah), asam jawa, air lalu saring.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan bawang putih, ebi, cabe rawit dan garam, didihkan kembali lalu angkat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cuka sudah siap dihidangkan bersama pempek.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;
