It rained for the first 15 minutes, and five minutes [later] it stopped.''&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;The forecast called for 40 percent chance of showers from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., with a low of 63 degrees and high of 71.
