I was considering running my intervals at the track Satruday but wow, not sure if that&#39;s a good idea.  Regardless, it did feel good to be back on the pavement.  At about 2.5 miles I was convinced I was gonna stop at 3 miles, the hills were killing my quads and the air was killing my lungs.
