I’ve blown the dust off my iRiver and microphone to bring you my usual mix of running by the canal, puffing and panting a lot and talking absolute rubbish. But, some people seem to like it

Seriously, its good to be back. In this show I update you on my training, upcoming races, give you the latest on the fox saga, and talk about why being an astronaut is probably quite a good gig if you can get it.

It really is the running podcast which has it all…but not actually very much about running this week, and probably a very low entertainment value as well…still, it kept me out of trouble for half an hour whilst recording it I suppose.

The first run for 2010!

This is my second in a series of 2 podcasts with a few words for new runners, trying to offer a few words of wisdom for any newbies joining us for the new year.

I also talk about the 10 in 10 challenge, making rockets with soda (pop) and a mistaken alien invasion. It’s the podcast that’s got it all (if you’re a sad middle-aged man like me with a boring life and a big nose…well, slightly larger than normal…I thought it was a medium sized, but my daughter said it’s big…but that does she know).

Here are links to a some items I talked about in this week’s show :

Have a happy New Year, and remember: when wearing ear-buds, check behind you before you fart.
