Saverin was born in Brazilian and has actually lived in Singapore since 2009. Saverin joins a growing number of US citizens who have given up their citizenship and US <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Expedited Passports" >passports to avoid paying taxes.

Saverin’s name appeared in a document published by the IRS that lists US citizens who have given up their <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >passports.

Originally, Saverin’s wealth came from his father who was an industrialist who fled Brazil to Miami in 1993. The move came after his dad discovered that Eduardo’s name was on a list of potential targets in kidnap for ransom. At that point, Eduardo Saverin was granted US citizenship and issued a US passport at the age of 18.

If Saverin did not give up his passport, it is estimated that he would be liable for upwards of $600 million US dollars in capital gains taxes.

If your passport is lost or stolen you should report it immediately! If your passport is lost or stolen overseas, you need to contact the nearest US Embassy or Consulate. If your passport has been lost or stolen, you will have trouble traveling abroad until it is resolved and you may also face identity theft related problems.

If you need to report your lost of stolen <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | US Passport" >US passport by Phone: call 1-877-487-2778
You can also report your passport as lost or stolen by filling out Form DS-64 and mailing the document to:

U.S. Department of State

<a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >Passport Services
Consular Lost/<a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Stolen Passport" >Stolen Passport Section
1111 19th Street, NW, Suite 500
Washington, DC 20036

If you find another person’s lost US <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >passport, then you should mail it in a strong envelope to the same address listed above.

To get a replacement for your lost or stolen US passport, you must submit the following forms in person at a <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Agency NY \\ Passport Agency FL" >Passport Agency or Acceptance Facility:

•Form DS-11: Application for a U.S. Passport, and

•Form DS-64: Statement Regarding a Lost or Stolen Passport

It is important to know that passports that are reported lost or stolen by telephone or by submitting Form DS-64 become invalid and can no longer be used for travel. So, if your passport is misplaced, be sure to look for the passport before reporting it lost or stolen. If you do find the passport after you have reported it lost or stolen, you will not be able to use that passport for international travel.

If you recover the passport after you have reported it lost or stolen, then you should submit the passport to the address listed above. The passport will be destroyed once it is received unless upon request, the passport can be cancelled and returned to you.

Once again, it is important to point out that once a passport is reported lost or stolen, it cannot be re-validated.

If you are interested in getting a passport or visa, give us a call at (212) 643-9305. Rush Passport™ Official US Passport Expeditors, serving Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan, Westchester County, Nassau County & Suffolk County, Long Island, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

A passport can be more than a travel document for some. A passport not only allows a person to travel for leisure, but a passport can also be used to travel in the event of a medical emergency. For some living overseas, a passport can be the key to receiving medical treatment abroad. <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Expedited Passports" >Passports can also be used to visit ailing family members.

When it comes to getting a <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | US Passport" >US passport, that privilege is afforded to children born in the United States of America. However, sometimes parents may have issues getting a US passport for their child who was born in the United States. An example of this is when both parents’ names do not appear on the child’s birth certificate. Even though the child is born in the United States, there can be complications getting a <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >passport.

When both parents’ names do appear on the birth certificate of the child and both parents are still alive, then both parents must give consent to the child when wishing to obtain or renew the child’s passport. Not only that, but both parents must also appear in person when accompanying the child, during the initial <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Application" >passport application and for <a href="http://rushpassport.com/Renew-Passport.php"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Renewal" >passport renewal.

Difficulties can arise when one of the parents refuses to consent to the child’s passport application or does not wish to cooperate with one parent’s attempt to obtain a passport for the child.

Believe it or not, but even if the parents were never married or are currently divorced, both parents still must give consent. There are special circumstances that can be employed on a case by case basis.

Ultimately, it will be up to the US <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Office" >Passport Office to make a decision whether or not to issue the passport.

Since a child’s passport is only valid for 5 years the same issues may arise when it is time to renew the child’s passport.

First, if you have any questions about <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="Getting a Passport | Rush Passport" >getting a passport, contact the passport experts at Rush Passport™ by calling us at (212) 643-9305. At Rush Passport™ every day is “Passport Day” and we are even open on Saturdays. Feel free to call us with any passport questions that you may have.

It is important for <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH passport | Passport applicants" >passport applicants to remember to bring the following:

an unsigned <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Application" >passport application (it is important to sign the application in front of the <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Agent" >passport agent

photo identification (driver’s license is the best form of photo ID)

a photocopy of that identification

documentation proving you are a U.S. citizen (birth certificate / naturalization papers)

2 <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >passport photos (If you don’t have them, we have passport photo services available on the premises)

Funds to pay passport fees

It is also important to know that applicants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents. (If both parents are unavailable, there are accomodations that can be made.)

At Rush Passport™ we make getting a passport easy.

In 2008, approximately 250 Americans traded in their US passports. Last year nearly 2,000 Americans got rid of their US passports. In 2012, it expected that even more Americans are going to turn in their US passports.

In Switzerland, to renounce your US citizenship, there is a 10-minute renunciation ceremony that takes place inside a booth with bullet-proof glass windows. I guess that the people are so wealthy that they must take every precaution to come out of the process alive. It is there that embassy staff question Americans who wish to renounce their citizenship to be certain that they are acting voluntarily and understand the implications of giving up their passports.

After the ex-pats pay a fee of $450, within 3 months they will receive a certificate explaining that they are no longer American citizens. This also means that they are no longer entitled to the services and protection of the United States government.

If you are interested in getting a US passport or <a href="http://rushpassport.com/Visas.php"title="RUSH Passport | Passport and Visa Expeditors" >visa, we can help.

According to travel experts, the summer is the most popular season for family travel. More families use their <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Expedited Passports" >passports during the summer than any other time of year. Summer vacations must be planned in advance to get the best reservations available. The same is true for <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="Getting a Passport | Rush Passport" >getting a passport. Waiting for the last minute to get your passport can cause major problems. It is a good idea to get your passport well before you are scheduled for travel. However, getting a passport early is not always an option. If you are unable to get your passport early, then don’t worry – you can still get an <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >expedited passport. Believe it or not, you can even get an expedited <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >passport on the same day that you apply.

There are circumstances under which you would qualify for an emergency passport. One such case where you would be able to get an expedited passport is if you already have airline tickets overseas. This means that you would qualify for an expedited passport.

It is important to know that everyone in the traveling party including infants need passports in order to travel abroad. When it comes to passports for children it must be known that all US citizens including infants & children must have a valid passport in order to travel internationally by air. If you are traveling by land or sea to Canada or Mexico from the United States, then a passport card is another option. However, travel experts advise that all people should have a passport booklet rather than passport card just in case of an emergency that requires reentry to the US by air.

It is also a good idea for existing <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >passport holders to check their <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Expired Passport" >passport expiration date. Many people think that their passports are good forever, but in reality an <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Get an Adult Passport" >adult passport is valid for 10 years. <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Get a Child Passport" >Child passport are valid for 5 years.

Do you think its a good idea to keep your passport in a safety deposit box? It surely will be safe, but it is not a good idea. A New Jersey man recently found out the hard way why its not a good idea to keep your passport in a safety deposit box. The man needed to use his <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | US Passport" >US passport to travel to India to see his dying mother. However, the only identity proof that he had was his US passport that was actually stored in the safety deposit box. The New Jersey Wells Fargo bank did not allow the man access to the safety deposit box because he didn’t have proper identification.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, better known as the FDIC recommends that customers do not keep <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Expedited Passports" >passports in their safe deposit boxes. They also advise that you should never keep anything inside safe deposit boxes that you may need in case of an emergency.

Even if you have proper identification other than your US passport, you still should not keep your passport in the safe deposit box. There are hours that the bank may be closed, not to mention days, weekends and holidays. However, it is a good idea to keep a copy of your passport in your safe deposit box.

The man was ultimately allowed to gain access to the box, but by the time he was able to get his passport, his mother had already passed away and he missed the funeral.

As a side note, it is important to understand that, unlike bank deposits, safe deposit boxes are not insured by the FDIC.

<a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >Passport technology is always improving. New passport readers at the airport in Dubai have been installed in an attempt to speed up lines at passport check-in.

The new passport system is actually equipped with retinal scan that captures facial recognition in 12 to 14 seconds.

Dubai is the 4th busiest airport in the world for international travelers. The new passport technology may expand to other airports if things go well.

The passport system matches passenger biometrics and passport information against existing watch lists. This measure is designed to detect potential passport issues. The aspect that is so impressive is that the passport check in completed in less than 15 seconds per passenger.

Some feel that the new passport technology is great, while critics question the level of accuracy and standard of security.

According to a spokesperson, this move is a step toward “the ultimate goal of making Dubai International the world’s best airport.”

If this passport technology is proven to work, it can be expected that other airports may want to adopt the system as well.

To try out the new passport system, you will need to <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >get a passport, if you don’t have one already. Next, all you have to do is purchase an airline ticket to Dubai. While we can’t help you purchase the ticket to Dubai, we can help you get a passport.

There are several ways to obtain a second citizenship. Most of them cost big bucks, however, for some there is a less expensive route. If you happen to come from a particular country’s bloodline, you may be in luck.

There are certain nations throughout the world that observe what’s known as ‘jus sanguinis’, or right of blood. This means that a person’s citizenship is determined by lineage instead of birthplace. There are some countries that even extend the right of citizenship to grandchildren of nationals. This means that if you have a grandparent from one of the countries listed below, you may be entitled to citizenship too.

Countried that observe ’jus sanguinis’ include:

1) Poland. If you have Polish ancestors, you may be eligible to obtain a Polish <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >passport.

2) Italy. Italy also recognizes citizenship to descendants of Italian nationals that go back two generations.

3) Ireland. Ireland also confers citizenship to descendants of Irish nationals.

4) India. Indian ancestors can go back as far as three generations.

If you are interested in getting a second passport, a first time <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Get an Adult Passport" >adult passport, <a href="http://rushpassport.com/Renew-Passport.php"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Renewal" >passport renewal, <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >expedited passport or <a href="http://rushpassport.com/Visas.php"title="RUSH Passport | Passport and Visa Expeditors" >visa, contact the passport professional at Rush Passport™.

Women’s wrestler Stephany Lee is headed for the 2012 Olympics in London and she has got her <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH PASSPORT | Passport Expeditors" >passport, but her father doesn’t have a passport. Lee, a Honolulu native, stated that her dad Stuart doesn’t have a passport. He said that he was waiting until Stephany clinched a spot on the US Women’s team before he committed to <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="Getting a Passport | Rush Passport" >getting a passport. Now that Lee has beaten Ali Bernard and has earned a position on the Olympic team, her father will keep his promise and get a passport.

Getting a passport isn’t difficult and relatively speaking it’s not that expensive either considering that an adult <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | US Passport" >US passport is valid for 10 years. At any rate, this is one father who will be proud to get his passport.

If you still don’t have your passport and you want to travel to London for this summer’s Olympic games, there is still time to get your passport in time to make the trip. In fact, Rush Passport™ can help you get an <a href="http://rushpassport.com"title="RUSH Passport | Passport Expeditors" >expedited passport as soon as possible. Rush Passport™ can even get your passport for you on the same day that you apply.
