S&W training pictures

Pictures of Anonymous' training:

Picture 1.

It shows Ming Yong trying to intercept the ball in midair flying towards Abu who is suppose to catch it. *Notice the perfect split moment captured,Ming Yong still in midair and the ball 'stretched' in its path of flight.

Picture 2.

Picture depicting Ronak attempting to pass the ball by the wrist-pass method. *Notice that he is in school uniform.

P.S.Sorry for the late submission and the pictures and its descriptions MAY be wrongly matched but its only two pictures so it wouldn't be so messed up...

European Handball Simulator 2010

2010-07-29T18:17:00.000-07:00

Hi Guys, I thought this video might be a good illustration of the basic strategy we have been playing. In case some of you still don't understand.

Things to Ponder!

2010-07-28T19:05:00.001-07:00

For coaches who have finished their tour of duty and for coaches about to embark on their tours, here are some questions for you to ponder when deciding if you have done well:

1. What were the strategies that you deployed for this game?
2. Why did you deploy this strategy?
3. How effective was this strategy during the game?
4. How can your team improve its game?
5. How did the strategy you deployed affect the outcome of the game?

Remember! when you think of the answers, always think of the Intellectual Standards!
