Law enforcement officers carry multiple weapons on their belts: Pepper Spray, Taser, Baton, Handgun. This provides them with multiple levels of force for diverse tactical needs. Over the years, I and the elders of my family have seen many changes in our County. Rampant population growth and the resulting urban congestion has created numerous problems in the County, which are of serious concern. Traffic congestion, destruction of open space and an increase in anti-social behavior are the most obvious changes.
