Registration 2009/10

It is that time of year again and the registration process is upon us. I am currently awaiting the full registration forms from the Club, but as always, registration deadlines are tight. Fees for 2009/10 have not been increased. Therefore, members of the 200 Club need only pay £30.00 whilst those who are not members of the 200 Club will be required to pay an annual membership fee of £55.00. I expect to get the forms week commencing 20th July. In the meantime, please be prepared with the following:

For those who were registered for any club affiliated to the Sussex Sunday Youth League in the previous season, either with Saltdean United or with any other club affiliated to the league we will need:

A completed registration form;
Completed Sussex Sunday Youth League Registration Card;
A current passport style photograph for the registration card
A cheque made payable to Saltdean United for the annual fee (cash will be accepted but our preference is to receive a cheque); I will confirm the annual fee as soon as I know, but I do not envisage any fee increases this year;

For any players that were not registered with a SSYFL Club in the previous season we will need the following:

Identification Document – (passport or birth certificate to be returned following registration)
A completed registration form;
Completed Sussex Sunday Youth League Registration Card;
A current passport style photograph for the registration card
A cheque made payable to Saltdean United for the annual fee (cash will be accepted but our preference is to receive a cheque); I will confirm the annual fee as soon as I know, but I do not envisage any fee increases this year;

I know this can be an arduous process, but it is one that is required before we can register for the league next season. I thank you for your support in making the process as pain free as possible.
