Olympic diving champion Greg Louganis is about to take the plunge – the marrying kind, that is. He and his partner, paralegal Johnny Chaillot, will walk down the aisle this fall, the diver tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“I finally met my soul mate – the more I fall in love with Johnny, the more I fall in love with myself. This is what the universe had in store for both of us,” Louganis, 53, says.

Louganis is widely considered the greatest diver in history. He is the only male to sweep both the 3m and 10m diving events in consecutive Olympic Games (’84 and ’88). During his career he earned a total of five Olympic medals, five World Championship titles and 47 national titles.

He is currently a mentor for the U.S. Olympic diving team, a judge for the Red Bull Cliff Diving Tour, a dog agility competitor and a motivational speaker. He is also the subject of a feature-length documentary film, Back on Board. Earlier this year, Louganis starred as a judge on ABC’s reality diving competition, Splash.

Chaillot, 52, currently works for the powerhouse Los Angeles-based law firm Loeb & Loeb, in the Trust and Estates Litigation Department.

That’s where a date with the TV icon is up for grabs – as long as you’ve got the cash.

An evening with the Hot in Cleveland star is hot on eBay, with a starting bid of $1,500.

Included in the auction: two round-trip tickets to Los Angeles, VIP tickets to the Morris Animal Foundation Gala of Hope – an Evening with Betty White, one night stay at the Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey (where the gala is being held) and, of course, a seat at White’s table at the event.

Bidding ends on June 24, with all proceeds from the auction going to benefit the Morris Animal Foundation, for which White is a trustee.

New parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are getting an A-list shout-out.

Beyoncé sent a message to the couple, who welcomed a baby girl in L.A. on Saturday.

“Congratulations Kim & Kanye, Enjoy this beautiful moment together,” the singer wrote in a post on her website, which was illustrated with a happy-looking photo of the pair.

Beyoncé (who has a 16-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, with husband Jay-Z) says motherhood changed her life and admitted last month that she would like more children.

The 31-year-old and her husband of five years are close friends with West, and attended his 36th birthday party in N.Y.C. on June 8.

Queen Elizabeth had some cheery news to start her week: Her husband Prince Philip left the hospital Monday after an 11-day stay.

“He is in good spirits,” a royal source says, noting the spring in the step of the Duke of Edinburgh, 92, as he left the clinic with a book under his arm. “He practically ran out of there.”

He headed to Windsor Castle, where the Queen, 87, is based for a week of events, beginning with the Order of the Garter ceremony and then several days’ horseracing at Royal Ascot.

Philip, who spent his birthday in the hospital last week, was admitted to the London Clinic June 6, for an “exploratory” operation on his abdomen. Palace sources had said he was expected to stay for up to two weeks.

A spokesman tells PEOPLE that Philip will be convalescing for the next two months and plans to resume his royal duties in the fall.

“He has expressed his thanks to the medical staff at the London Clinic and the many members of the public who have sent him good wishes.”

Philip received about 1,000 cards and letters, a source says. The Queen, as well as his grandchildren, including Prince William and Prince Harry, paid Philip visits in the hospital.

From 51 to the one and only Miss USA 2013: Congratulations, Miss Connecticut Erin Brady!

Reigning Miss USA Nana Meriwether has relinquished her crown and the posh New York apartment that comes with it to her successor.

Brady, 25, will become a spokeswoman for breast and ovarian cancer awareness and travel around the world for various charity work. The first runner up, Miss Alabama Mary Margaret McCord, will take over should she not be able to complete her duties. The second through fifth runners up were Miss Illinois Stacie Juris, Miss Utah Marissa Powell, Miss Texas Ali Nugent and Miss South Carolina Megan Pinckney.

At the top of the show, the final 15 were announced after being chosen based on competitions and interviews done during the week leading up to the telecast.

They included: Texas, South Carolina, California, Ohio, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Massachusetts, North Carolina, West Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, Nevada, Connecticut and Utah.

But Miss Connecticut USA wasn’t the night’s only winner. Miss Oregon Gabrielle Neilan was named Miss Congeniality, and Miss Utah Marissa Powell took Miss Photogenic honors.

Last year, Olivia Culpo became the first Miss USA to ascend to Miss Universe in 16 years. Meriwether, who had been first runner-up, took over for her for the remainder of the year.

Miss Universe will take place in Moscow, Russia, on Nov. 9.

Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge have tied the knot!

The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 44, said “I do” to Judge on Saturday, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The couple wed in an afternoon ceremony at the St. Regis Hotel in Monarch Beach.

Barney and Judge began dating about two months after Barney split from her ex-husband, Simon Barney, and got engaged in Bora Bora in March 2012.

The road to the altar has been documented for Bravo cameras, with Barney telling PEOPLE in May, “Eddie and I are so excited to share our wedding with the viewers. There are going to be a lot of fun scenes captured. It’s amazing how much we are able to do in the given time frame.”

Neil Patrick Harris got the best birthday and Father’s Day combo treat.

The How I Met Your Mother star – who turned the big 4-0 on Saturday, just one day shy of the day to honor dads – captured the most adorable photo of his and partner, David Burtka’s two-year-old twins, Gideon Scott and Harper Grace.

After jokingly Tweeting that he only wants “lots of presents” for his birthday – “good ones. Well thought out gifts” – the funnyman followed up by writing, “Never mind. I’ve got the two best gifts in the world sitting right in front of me,” and he posted a little snapshot of his cuties.

While turning 40 may have reinstated his love of fatherhood, it apparently hasn’t done much for his mind.

“So weird,” he Tweeted. “I woke up this morning with infinite wisdom. Not sure why … Oh, wait. Scratch that last Tweet. I thought turning 40 would bring enlightenment. It doesn’t. I’m still pretty dim.”
