(nunca bata as claras em neve e o fermento com a batedeira e sim com fouer. Asse em forma untada e enfarinhada a 180graus.&lt;br /&gt;MONTAGEM DO BOLO&lt;br /&gt;Dessa vez fiz diferente,cortei o bolo pelo comprimento em quatro tiras, e no aro montei intercalando com o recheio como na foto da para visualizar. Levei para gelar,  desenformei e cobri com o chantilly,decorando com um pouco de cobertura para sorvete de limão siciliano. Em seguida adicione as gemas uma a uma e mexa delicadamente para unir os ingredientes até ficar bem homogeneo. Forre as forminhas com a massa, fure com o garfo e leve a geladeira por mais ou menos 15 minutos antes de assar. Depois desses minutos descansando na geladeira leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus e quando as bordinhas começarem a dorar estara pronta. Desenforme quente com cuidado para não quebra-las e deixe esfriar completamente para colocar o recheio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bati no liquidificador duas latas de leite condensado com duas caixinhas de creme de leite (sendo que em uma delas misturei um envelope de gelatina sem sabor preparado conforme as instruções da embalagem e 200 ml de suco de limão peneirado. Coloquei essa mistura em cima da massinha e levei pra gelar. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Bata a manteiga com o açucar muito bem na batedera até ficar meio esbraquiçado,junte o leite condensado e a baunilha e continue batendo. Com um fouer, vá adicionando o chantilly e misturando bem até ficar bem homogeneo. Despeje na forma preparada com os biscoitos e leve para  o freezer por uma hora.&lt;br /&gt;Derreta o chocolate no microondas na potência 50 para não queimar o chocolate e junte o creme de leite, mexendo bem. Despeje essa mistura em cima da torta, decore como o restante do biscoito calipso e volte ao freezer por mais uma hora. Fora da batedeira e com a ajuda de um misturador de bolo, acrescente o fermento, as claras em neve e por ultimo o amendoim torrado. Incorpore tudo mexendo delicadamente e leve para um tabuleiro untado e enfarinhado para assar em forno pré-aquecido em temperatura baixa até o teste do palito sair seco. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe esfriar e divida ao meio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;obs: eu fiz duas receitas da massa porque fiz duas camadas de recheio e precisei de tres partes iguais para intercalar os recheios.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPARO DO RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;Derreta em banho maria o chocolate branco e depois incorpore 01 caixinha de creme de leite, mexa bem e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Repita o processo com o chocolate meio amargo.&lt;br /&gt;Em seguida,junte a ganache dos dois chocolates, misturando bem até incorporar tudo, acrescente o chantilly e o amendom triturado, mexendo esses ultimos dois ingredientes delicadamente. Pronto é só utilizar como recheio, Fica uma delícia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MONTAGEM DO BOLO&lt;br /&gt;Numa forma de aro removível, coloque uma parte da massa, regue com a calda e distribua metade do recheio de amendoim.  Cubra com outra massa, regue novamente com a calda, coloque a outra metade do recheio, termine com  a terceira massa. Junte a carne moida, o sal, a pimenta síria e mexa bem para unir os ingredientes. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;01 kg de farinha de trigo
&lt;br /&gt;01 ovo inteiro
&lt;br /&gt;01 colher (sopa) de manteiga)
&lt;br /&gt;250 ml de leite morno
&lt;br /&gt;50 gramas de fermento para pães
&lt;br /&gt;01 xicara (café) de azeite
&lt;br /&gt;01 colher (sopa) de açucar
&lt;br /&gt;01 colher (sobremesa) de sal (prove e acerte o sal antes de adicionar a farinha)
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;PREPARO
&lt;br /&gt;Dissolva o fermento com o açucar e o sal, junte o ovo e em seguida o leite morno com a margarina e o azeite, mexa bem e junte a farinha aos poucos até o ponto de não grudar nas mãos. Cubra com um pano e deixe descansar até dobrar o volume. Divida em 04 partes, abra com o rolo e coloque o recheio, enrole, passe gemas e volte a descansar mais 15 minutos. Asse em forno aquecido em temperatura de 180 graus.

&lt;br /&gt;Queijo tipo muçarela fatiado o qb
&lt;br /&gt;orégano, sal e azeite
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Abra a massa e coloqe a muçarela, deite a escarola, por cima os tomates e a cebola, regue com o azeite, o sal e oregano, enrole e leve para assar. pronto é só servir e se preparar para os elogios rsrsrsrs.

&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES
&lt;br /&gt; 
&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado
&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de manteiga
&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres sopa chocolate em pó ( do padre)
&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de creme de leite sem soro.
&lt;br /&gt;Granulado ou choco power(bolinhas para decorar)
&lt;br /&gt; 
&lt;br /&gt;Em uma panela coloque todos os ingredientes acima e mexa até formar um brigadeiro (mole) até que desgrude da panela!
&lt;br /&gt; 
&lt;br /&gt;Espere esfriar um pouco e adicione o creme de leite e mexa bem  coloque em tacinhas e sirva gelado!

É simplesmente o top dos bolos em questão de sabor para os chocolatras. A receita não coloquei, mais envio por email para quem solicitar devido ser meu trabalho.
