&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
300 grs de arroz&lt;br /&gt;
300 grs de berbigão&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 pimento verde&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 pimento vermelho&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola média&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
100 grs alho francês&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
5 dl de água&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cubo caldo knoor de marisco&lt;br /&gt;
Sal, pimenta e coentros q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque os pimentos, a cebola, os alhos&amp;nbsp; e o alho frances&amp;nbsp;no copo o triture&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;5 seg. vel.5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o azeite e refogue &lt;strong&gt;2 min. Vel.2 Temp 100º colher inversa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

As uvas são das frutas mais ricas em açúcar, por isso coloquei metade do peso delas em açúcar. Fica um doce consistente&amp;nbsp;mas ótimo.&lt;br /&gt;

Dica: Quando comprar uvas escolha sempre os cachos firme e bagos sem manchas. Não guarde as uvas em sacos de plástico porque apodrecem mais facilmente. O melhor é conservá-las no frigorífico dentro de uma caixa de plástico tapada.&lt;br /&gt;

1 kg de uvas &lt;br /&gt;
500 grs de açúcar ou açúcar gelificante&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Lave as uvas, corte-as ao meio, retire-lhe as sementes e coloque-as no copo.&lt;br /&gt;

DICA: deixe&amp;nbsp;a tampa com o buraco aberto&amp;nbsp;e por cima coloque o cesto&amp;nbsp;assim evita os salpicos e&amp;nbsp;a agua vai evaporando, o doce fica com uma consistencia mais firme.)&lt;br /&gt;

Na casa dos Segredos da TVI o concorrente Marco sendo ele pasteleiro fez algumas vezes torta de laranja na casa. Quando saiu da casa divulgou a receita.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu adaptei-a á bimby e saiu esta gulosa torta..... na minha opinião ficou demasiado doce, quando a voltar a fazer vou reduzir umas 100 grs de açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Vou colocar a receita para a Bimby e para o modo tradicional.&lt;br /&gt;

Eu sou fã&amp;nbsp;tanto do Directo ao Forno - Maggi&amp;nbsp;como do Sabores no Forno - Knorr.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu escolho o tempero e coloco no saco o que tiver "à mão" para fazer, coloco coelho, frango, peru, lombinhos, costeletas, bifes, filetes,....... enfim.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Este da caldeirada de Bacalhau é óptimo, nunca tinha colocado bacalhau no saco e foi realmente uma boa ideia este tempero.&lt;br /&gt;

Foi só seguir os passos indicados na embalagem, mas fiz uma alteração como não podia deixar de ser,&amp;nbsp;juntei umas batatinhas para ficar tudo pronto ao mesmo tempo..... mmmmm... &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500 grs de bacalhau&lt;br /&gt;
Pimento Vermelho&lt;br /&gt;
Pimento Verde&lt;br /&gt;
1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg de batatas novas &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Retire a parte superior da embalagem o saco e o fio especiais para levar ao forno e coloque o bacalhau previamente descongelado no interior, juntando os pimentos cortados em tiras e a cebola cortada em rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionei também as batatas novas descascadas.&lt;br /&gt;

Verta a mistura no saco e feche-o bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o saco bem fechado num pirex na grelha do meio do forno previamente aquecido a 180º&lt;br /&gt;

Deixe cozinhar durante 45 min.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para evitar que o saco fique demasiado insuflado faça 4-5 furos de pequena dimensão para libertar o vapor.&lt;br /&gt;
Retire do forno e abra o saco com cuidado cortando-o abaixo do fio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A caldeirada está pronta a servir...... e com batatinhas e tudo.&lt;br /&gt;

Este arroz doce tem a particularidade de ser feito sem ovos. Apenas lhe juntei um pudim flan.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1 litro de Leite&lt;br /&gt;160 gr. de Arroz 
Carolino&lt;br /&gt;1 Casca de Limão (só a parte amarela )&lt;br /&gt;1 Pau de Canela&lt;br /&gt;1 
pitada de Sal&lt;br /&gt;160 gr. de Açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 pudim Flan&lt;br /&gt;Canela em pó para 
decorar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comece por pesar o açúcar 
e o arroz e Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque no copo da Bimby todos os ingredientes 
&lt;strong&gt;excepto&lt;/strong&gt; a açúcar e o pudim e do litro de leite tire um copo dele e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando terminar o tempo&amp;nbsp;juntar o açúcar e o pudim flan dissolvido no copo de leite que tinha reservado, envolva com a ajuda da espátula.&lt;br /&gt;

200 grs de chocolate culinária negro&lt;br /&gt;
170 grs de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
150 grs  de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes p/&amp;nbsp;serradura:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 pacotes de Natas &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1 lata de leite condensado Cozido Nestle&lt;/div&gt;1 pacote de Bolacha Maria&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Começar por fazer a &lt;u&gt;Mousse de Chocolate&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque metade da mousse de chocolate na taça coloque no frigorífico para solidificar.&lt;br /&gt;

Este ano o jantar da consoada alem do Peru no forno&amp;nbsp;e do Leitão assado&amp;nbsp;fiz polvo com batatinhas a murro e grelos salteados. Fica muito bom.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg de batatas novas&amp;nbsp;pequenas com casca&lt;br /&gt;
2 polvos com cerca de 1 kg&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola média&lt;br /&gt;
1 molho de grelos de Nabo&lt;br /&gt;
5 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
20 grs de coentros&lt;br /&gt;
200 grs de Azeite&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Coza o polvo&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Descongele o polvo&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque-o num tacho com a cebola inteira descascada&amp;nbsp;e leve ao lume brando&lt;br /&gt;

Quando a agua desaparecer desligue o lume, o polvo e a cebola estarao cozidos&lt;br /&gt;
