Tinha no frigorífico um rolo de massa folhada (continente), a chegar ao fim do prazo, e não sabia o que fazer com ela. Vai daí que por acaso vi numa revista "Saberes e Sabores", uns folhadinhos idênticos a estes e resolvi adaptar a receita ao que  havia em casa. Esta receita foi adaptada de uma receita que vi na TV, num daqueles programas dos Chefes de Cozinha. Como não tinha em casa todos os ingredientes necessários substitui por outros, mas ficou muito saborosa, e é excelente para uma entrada rápida. Adoro espargos, mas só à pouco tempo é que começaram a ser vendidos no super mercado cá da Ilha. O preço é bastante elevado, de maneira que não posso cozinhá-los tantas vezes como gostaria.
Esta é uma receita bem económica, pois não é necessário grande quantidade de espargos, no entanto fica com aquele saber delicioso!
