Deram  mais trabalho do que pensei mas agora que estou perto do fim vale a  pena olhar e ver que gosto do que tenho. Colocam o pêssego por cima da massa, espalhadinho.&lt;br /&gt;Colocam  o pudim num tacho, juntam o açúcar e o leite. Mexem sempre até ferver, e  vertem por cima do pêssego. Deixam arrefecer um bocadinho e levam ao  frigorífico por umas horas. Mexer de vez em quando.  Passado as semanas, filtrar o licor  para dentro de uma garrafa e provar. Se necessitar juntar uma calda da  mesma quantidade de água e açúcar. Mais uma receitinha apreciada por todos lá em casa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Também foi a primeira vez que fiz doce e acho que correu muito bem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 600g de laranja preciamente descascada&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 500g de açucar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 3 paus de canela&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Pese as laranjas já descascadas e parta-as em gomos. Junte o açúcar e leve ao lume. Vá mexendo. Quando já estiver a ficar liquido passe a trituradora para ficar bem passado, e junte os paus de canela. Deixe levantar fervura e depois coloque o fogão no mínimo e deixe cozer. Vá mexendo de vez em quando. Quando começar a ficar mais espesso (cerca de 20min) coloque um pouco do doce no prato e passe com o dedo. Quando ficar uma estradinha, está no ponto estrada e está pronto!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nota:&lt;/em&gt; eu deixei o meu cozer cerca de 20 a 30minutos e para a próxima deixo menos tempo. Depois de frio o doce vai engrossar e endurecer quase para o dobro, eu como gosto dos doces um pouco para o líquidos achei que o meu ficou duro de mais. Embora o peso da fruta seja o mesmo do açúcar e eu já tenha colocado um pouco menos para a próxima vez retiro ainda mais um pouco. Temos lá duas laranjeiras carregadinhas e então tenho optado por as usar para fazer doces. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Foi a primeira vez que fiz biscoitos e acho que correram muito bem. Estavam muito saburosos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Então vamos à receitinha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 603px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 458px; CURSOR: hand" border="0" alt="" src="http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h112/Vania_ch/P2280047.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 4 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 250g de açucar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 600g de farinha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; raspa de uma laranja&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&gt; 1 colher de café de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Comecei para raspar a laranja e juntei as gemas dos ovos. Misturei e juntei o açúcar que bati ate ficar esbranquiçado. Bati as claras em castelo bem firmes e juntei ao preparado anterior. E por mim juntei a farinha e o fermento e amassei bem com as mãos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Num tabuleiro de ir ao forno coloquei papel de alumínio que pincelei com azeite e polvilhei com farinha. Fiz bolinhas de massa com as mão e passei-as por um prato com açúcar branco. Coloquei no tabuleiro e repeti a operação ate terminar a massa. Levei ao forno a 180º cerca de 15minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nota: em alguns biscoitos coloquei também pepitas de chocolate. Junte a farinha e o fermento aos poucos e vá sempre mexendo. Quanto tiver tudo envolvido junte a raspa e depois o sumo e mexa bem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Bata as claras em castelo até estarem bem firmas e junte ao preparado anterior. Envolva bem, e não bata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Coloque papel alumínio no tabuleiro e pincele com azeite. Verta a massa no tabuleiro e leve ao forno a 180º cerca de 25minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Depois de cozido denforme e corte o bolo ao meio em partes iguais. Pincele as duas partes com doce à sua escolha e depois sobreponha as partes de forma a que as partes pinceladas fiquem viradas para o meio. A ideia foi reitirada do blog &lt;a href="http://cardapiodesabores.blogspot.com/2010/06/bifinhos-enrolados-mistos.html"&gt;Cardápio de Sabores&lt;/a&gt; embora com alterações nos ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;Aproveitei e exprimentei um arrozinho de pimentos para acompanhar. O mano adorou, o que é uma vitoria, porque pessoa mais esquesitinha para comer eu não conheço. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Então vamos a receita.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 591px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 362px; CURSOR: hand" border="0" alt="" src="http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h112/Vania_ch/P6280440.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para os bifes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 bifinhos de porco (bem finos)&lt;br /&gt;Fiambre fatiado (nem muito grosso nem muito fino)&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;2 Tomates&lt;br /&gt;Temperos a gosto (usei apenas sal, oregaos e polpa de tomate)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para o arroz:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arroz q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Cenoura&lt;br /&gt;Pimento vermelho&lt;br /&gt;Pimento verde&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Comecei por temperar os bifinhos com o sal, oregaos, alho e polpa de tomate. Fiz o refogado com um pouquinho de óleo, a cebola picada e os tomates pelados. Deixei refogar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Enquanto isso, estendi os bifinhos um a um, coloquei uma fatiazinha de fiambre em cima de cada bife e enrolei sem apertar muito. Prendi com um palito.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Coloquei os bifinhos no refogado e deixei refogar um pouco. Optei mesmo por não meter para a gente la de casa poder comer, uma vez que eles não gostam de queijo. Se bem que na minha modesta opinião, pizza sem queijo não é pizza! ehehe... Tempere-os com sal grosso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Num tacho coloque o óleo, o azeite, as folhas de louro, e os alhos esmagados. Deixe aquecer bem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Quanto estiver bem quentinho junto os camarões, e tempere com pimenta, piripiri e oregãos a gosto. (eu coloquei menos de meia colher de chá de cada tempero)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Deixe fritar um pouco e vá mexendo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Quando estiverem já meios fritos (já vermelhinhos) junte as cervejas e deixe os camarões embeber o molho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Passado 5 a 10minutos retire os camarões com a ajuda de uma espumadeira, e deixe o molho a aporar mais um pouco (cerca de 2 a 3 minutos)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Verta o molho sobre os camarões. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Servir com pãozinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Nota: Estes camarões ficam com um molhinho delicioso, óptimo para molhar o pãozinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6067959564357276552-6649151947207622515?l=sabores-gourmet.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
