Billing questions?
For billing questions, depending on the type of service you received and the location your service was performed, you will need to contact separate areas.
- Questions about your hospital bill should be directed to the Patient Accounts Department between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday at 859-257-8111 or toll free 1-800-288-2779.
- Physician services are billed separately by Kentucky Medical Service Foundation (KMSF). Direct these billing questions to KMSF between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday - Friday at 859-257-7910 or toll free 1-800-967-2131.
