&lt;br /&gt;
1-chicken 1 kg(boneless)cut it in cubes&lt;br /&gt;
2-Onion one medium&lt;br /&gt;
3-Tomatoes 2 medium&lt;br /&gt;
4-Ginger garlic paste 1tsp&lt;br /&gt;
5-Whole gram masala 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
6-Green chilies 4 TO 5&lt;br /&gt;
7-fresh cream half cup&lt;br /&gt;
8-Grated coconut 3 Tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
9- Bay leaf 1&lt;br /&gt;
10- Black pepper 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
11- salt as per taste&lt;br /&gt;
12-Butter 2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
13-Mint and corriander leaves half half bunch&lt;br /&gt;
14-Gram masala (powder) 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
15-yougart 4 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
16- Oil 3 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
METHOD&lt;br /&gt;
1-Take a bowl an marinate chicken with yougart, salt gram masala (powder) and put it the the refrigerator&lt;br /&gt;
for half an hour.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2-Then take a blender, and cut tomatoes, onion, mint and corriander leaves, green chilles,and grated coconut&lt;br /&gt;
and make a paste if necessary than add some water while making the paste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3-Then take a pan add oil than add butter ,whole gram masala,and bay leaf and when nice aroma is coming out add marinated chicken &lt;br /&gt;
and stir fry on a medium flame till the oil seprates and chicken coked properly.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;
1- chicken 1 kg&lt;br /&gt;
2- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
3- white pepper 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
4-yougart 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
5-salt as per taste&lt;br /&gt;
6-green chillies 3 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
7- onion 4 (fry it and make it a paste)&lt;br /&gt;
8-almond 15 (make it a paste)&lt;br /&gt;
9-oil 3 Tsp&lt;br /&gt;
10-mint and coriander &amp;nbsp;leaves &amp;nbsp;2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
METHOD&lt;br /&gt;
1-Heat the oil and fry chicken in it then add ginger garlic paste and fry again.&lt;br /&gt;
2-After that add 1cup yougart, white pepper , onion paste ,green chillies paste and fry it again.&lt;br /&gt;
3- Cook it till the gravy thickens and add almond paste till the chicken get tender .&lt;br /&gt;
4-In the end &amp;nbsp;garnish it with mint and corriander leaves.&lt;br /&gt;

1-mutton 1 kg&lt;br /&gt;
2-basmati rice 1 kg&lt;br /&gt;
3-onion 2 (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
4-green cardamon 3&lt;br /&gt;
5-cinnamon 2&lt;br /&gt;
6-pepper corn (whole 1 tsp)&lt;br /&gt;
7-jaiphal jayatri powder 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
8-carrot 2 (diced)&lt;br /&gt;
9-cumin seeds 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
10-raisin (kishmish) 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
11-oil 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
12-ginger garlic paste 2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
13- red chilli powder 2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
METHOD&lt;br /&gt;
1- Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Heat oil in a pan till golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;
3-Add whole spices and ginger garlic paste and stir fry.&lt;br /&gt;
4-Add mutton pieces,chilli powder,salt and fry it.&lt;br /&gt;
5-Add 1.5 litre hot water and cook until mutton become tender.&lt;br /&gt;
6-Add rice in this water and cook until rice is half done.&lt;br /&gt;
7-Mix carrot ,raisin jaiphal &amp;nbsp;jayatri powder.&lt;br /&gt;
8-Cover and cook on slow flame till rice is fully cooked.&lt;br /&gt;
9-Granish it with fresh corinander and mint leaves.&lt;br /&gt;

1-Place two table spoon of espresso coffee in a blender.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Add powdered sugar, ice cubes, and half a cup of water and blend till well mixed and frothy.&lt;br /&gt;

4- If you want to add choco ice cream, milk and chocolate sauce and blend till well mixed then serve.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;
1-chicken half kg(in cubes )&lt;br /&gt;
2-1 tsp crushed red chili&lt;br /&gt;
3-salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
4- besan 2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
5-1 tsp cumin seeds&lt;br /&gt;
6-1 tsp chat masala&lt;br /&gt;
7-2 tsp pomegranate seeds&lt;br /&gt;
8-3 tbsp corriander and mint leaves (crushed)&lt;br /&gt;
9-1 tsp &amp;nbsp;dry corriander(crushed)&lt;br /&gt;
10- 2 to 3 chopped green chilies&lt;br /&gt;
11-oil for frying&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
METHOD&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1-Take a bowl add besan , crushed chili, salt, cumin, chat masla, pomegrante seed , green chillies and corriander and mint leaves.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Make a smooth paste then add chicken cubes in that mixture and deep fry it.&lt;br /&gt;
3-Serve hot with ketcup or any sauce you like.&lt;br /&gt;

CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1-6 Chicken Drumsticks&lt;br /&gt;
2-1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;
3-2 tbsp All-purpose flour (maida)&lt;br /&gt;
4-2 tbsp corn flour&lt;br /&gt;
5-2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
6-1/4 tsp pepper / chili powder&lt;br /&gt;
7- as per required&lt;br /&gt;
8-2 tbsp soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;
9-Oil for frying&lt;br /&gt;
10-a pinch of sugar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Method&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1-In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Marinate chicken wingsin it for aporaximately 1/2 hour.&lt;br /&gt;
3-Make a smooth batter by adding corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, pepper and beat in the eggs .&lt;br /&gt;
4-Heat oil in a pan.&lt;br /&gt;
5-Dip each wing in the batter and coat it and deep fry the drumsticks till golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;
6-Serve chicken drumsticks hot with tomato sauce .&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1-1 lb chicken, cut in bite size pieces&lt;br /&gt;
2-1 tsp salt/pepper&lt;br /&gt;
3-1 tsp red chilli powder&lt;br /&gt;
4-3 TBS oil&lt;br /&gt;
5-1 onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;
6-1 8oz frozen spinach&lt;br /&gt;
7-1 cup tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;
8-9-pasta of your choice&lt;br /&gt;
9-3/4 c milk&lt;br /&gt;
10-Cheddar cheese or cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;
11-parsely , green oil chopped 3 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
METHOD&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1-Fry chicken in oil until until done. Remove from pan.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Add to remaining oil in pan 1 onion, chopped, 8oz frozen spinach and&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup tomatoes Saute for 10 minutes, then add chicken to pan.&lt;br /&gt;
3-Boil 8-16 oz pasta and drain it.&lt;br /&gt;
4-Add back to pot with 3/4 c milk, a, Cheddar (or your choice), and cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;
and 1 tsp fresh ground pepper and stir all together well.&lt;br /&gt;
5-Pour chicken mixture on bottom of baking dish, then cover with pasta/cheese sauce.&lt;br /&gt;
6-Sprinkle top with shredded cheese, parsley and green onion.&lt;br /&gt;
7-Cook in oven 20-30 until golden brown top and serve hot.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1-4 medium slices of fish&lt;br /&gt;
2-2 large onion chopped&lt;br /&gt;
3-3 tbsp of tomato paste mix with 3 tbsp water&lt;br /&gt;
4-1 tsp red chili flakes&lt;br /&gt;
5-1/2 cup oil&lt;br /&gt;
6-1/2 cup water&lt;br /&gt;
7-1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;
8- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;
9- 2 tbsp chopped mint and corinander leaves.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
METHOD&lt;br /&gt;
1-Take a pan and add oil in it.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Add the onion, chili flakes and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
3-Saute until the onion softens and add ginger garlic paste.&lt;br /&gt;
4-Add the tomato paste diluted in 3 tbsp water&lt;br /&gt;
5-Continue cooking until the onion becomes soft then add 1/2 cup water and let it boil.&lt;br /&gt;
6-When it boils, add the fish and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
7- Garnish it with corriander and mint leaves &amp;nbsp;and serve hot.&lt;br /&gt;
