क्या करोगे खुद से मिल भी गए तो,

भुला कर खुद को चलना ही दस्तूर है तो,

तो क्यों सबसे अपना नाम पूछते रहते हो दोस्त,

अगर नाम अपना कोई तुम्हें मंजूर नहीं है तो,

तो छोड़ो इन बातों को,

जो तुम्हें तुम में ही उलझा कर रखती है

छोड़ो इन रास्तों को और निकल जाओ कहीं,

दूर किसी पहाड़ो में, जंगलो में या खेतों में,

जहां नदी एक बहती है,

कहानी पहाड़ो की, जंगलों की और खेतों की कहती है,

और तुम समझो उन रातों को,

पहाड़ो, जंगलों और खेतों को छू कर निकलती उन बातों को,

जिनकी तलाश में ना जाने कितने ही मुखोटे तुम पहन चुके हो,

अब उतार फेंको उन्हें,

और आज़ाद हो जाओ,

ज़िंदगी एक मीठा जहर है,

Traveler With A Backpack

Months ago, For this May I planned to go for adventure holiday trekking for 15 days but unfortunately due to lockdown it canceled by organization. But it’s okay I’m enjoying lockdown at home with family. In future I’ll do this trekking. If I were to mention one thing that I learnt about myself during this lockdown, it would be the fact that I don't really miss being outdoors. And I really thought I would. Isn't it at times like these that it actually shows how we as humans are so adaptive? Who would've thought we could stay indoors as a collective world, irrespective of the differences? Isn't it more about the inward journeys sometimes? I spent writing some new ideas, teaching students on online platform, cooking and even setting myself some fitness goals. However this lockdown did help me to a point where I felt more energized to work and self-introspect.

Almost three years ago, I embraced a nomadic life. This journey has taken me as far within as with my feet. During this time I was a Solo traveler with a backpack. But before this I struggled with disturbing visions that made my sleep a nightmare. I worked like a maniac, almost stopped outside communication, lived like a robot and swirled deep in my thoughts, lost and gone. I was almost alone and doing my research work all day and at night I’m doing my work for professional blogging and in day time I was also watching institute. All these work was going parallel. After that I did my best to disappear into a black hole for good. Depression and anxiety don’t stem from fixed events. Everyone has their own demons, mine hounded me for some time but I always brushed it aside until it became bigger than life that I couldn’t carry on anymore. I’m a living proof to tell you that not all happy pictures that you see on social media depict the person’s life. Sometimes, maybe, you have to crash and burn & let yourself fall into the darkest pit to find strength to bounce back. And to realize life is beautiful.

Facebook Memories of Malwa Superfast

Yesterday, This Facebook status is to remind me of many memories of my train journey, that update three years ago. It reminds me of a traveling where I shared a snack shared with Canadian NRI co-passenger going to Amritsar. A long chit chat with my Co-passenger Mr. Vikram Bajwa belongs to Gurdaspur, who guide me about tourism in Punjab state. During waiting of train to Delhi, a sleepless night at Jaipur railway station in winter session. At midnight searching for favorite food at Kanpur Central Railway Station but what I got only Rajma Chawal. Paint of Tricolor by focus light at Varanasi railway station. Reminds me of listening to a Bollywood song Tujhse Naraz Nahi Zindagi at Shimla Railway Station at early morning when first ray of sun light come on station. In Ludhiana based roadways bus, I was traveling for a long journey at late night where my co-passenger was a girl alone, she was shivering with cold due to rain and I closed all doors and my window and also asked to all sides co-passenger to close window for her and asked her is comfortable now or need anything. Once I injured in Rajasthan Sampark Kranti express during helping a lady to open the window. And one of the amazing journey just before the lockdown was in Ranikhet Express, where in a coach we’re only seven passengers, and almost train was empty. etc etc etc..

Now I miss the feeling of reaching late at night in a new city before getting a train waiting at railway station at late night or early morning. As I roll out of the railway station, I picking up my bags, figuring some transport, staring at the city lights and taking a deep breath and I find the air smells different, the language sounds different, the people look different, I feel different. I miss the feeling of waking up in a strange bed of hotels, in a strange city. Taking that first walk in a strange street of the city. Navigating a strange system of local buses, rickshaws or auto. Reading strange names on the sign board and Google map. I try to ask some local shopkeepers, then a stranger smiles at me and helps me figure out my way and suddenly everything feels familiar. During staying to some city, to some remote part of the mountains, to somewhere I can feel the full brunt of my solitude. The liberation, the loneliness, the thrill, all mixed in. I’m trying to be grateful for this time to reboot and rethink life. But I miss the feeling of being on the road. I miss who I am on the road.

WhatsApp Moment about Train Journey

During that time my WhatsApp statuses were always full of bus and train journey along with street view I’m passing through. And then viewers started asking am I living in train all the time? After that I decrease the number of status on train but increase the status on social issues and with increasing natural photography I’ve done during traveling. It reminds me of some WhatsApp conversations, I’m sharing two snapshots here of 2018.

Some friends were asking me why I’m not sharing any photos on Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform but shared some on WhatsApp. It’s true I’m sharing on WhatsApp but they are also a few photos. Those photos I’m sharing on WhatsApp are only for story telling purpose. I never thought about taking pictures and uploading on social media. My gallery is full of photos of travelling, visit to fort sites and historical museums, wedding functions, institute’s parties and functions etc.. But never come in mind to upload here. Places I've traveled solo, you’ll not find me properly in picture frame except selfies that's why I'm not sharing such pictures. But will take care from now on about uploading pictures on social media platform. Now I'm thinking to buy a DSLR camera for photography purpose. There are a lot of thing to discuss about this topic but it’s enough now to talk about this experience.

After three years, here I am beaming at my life, smiling contently. Just that this time, I know I don’t have to be happy all the time. Being a sometimes happy, sometimes confused, sometimes lonely person is perfectly okay. And after this lockdown, I'll not only value freedom, but also the sense of just being more. I probably wouldn't want to work in a grand bucket list of things but focus on smaller ideas everyday. By breathing more, being mindful of my surroundings, working on content that genuinely inspires me and not because everyone else is doing it. Stay Home Stay Safe from COVID19.

कोरोना वायरस के परीक्षण और अशांति के समय में आप सबको प्यार और अभिवादन....।।

पूरी दुनिया में कोरोना वायरस का खतरा मंडरा रहा है। कोरोना वायरस के प्रसार के बीच भारत ने 21 दिनों के लॉकडाउन के बाद अब अगले 19 दिनों के लिए लॉकडाउन में रखा गया है, हमें सरकार के निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन करने की जरूरत है। दूसरी ओर, लॉकडाउन के कारण, हर कोई अपने घरों में कुछ रचनात्मक कार्य अपना रहा है। मैं कुछ ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म पर छात्रों के साथ शिक्षण और बातचीत करके अपना समय बिता रहा हूं और कुछ भूले बिसरे मित्रो से संपर्क करने का प्रयास भी कर रहा हूँ ।

कुछ दिन पहले हॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री और निर्माता Vanessa से मेरी whatsapp पर बात हुई तो पता चला की सुपरपावर देश यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स अमेरिका की हालत क्या हैं। सुपर पावर माने जाने वाले अमेरिका की हालत बहुत चिंताजनक है। उन्होंने बताया की लोगों को दवा / उपचार नहीं मिल रहा है। लोग इलाज के लिए इतने लाचार हैं। उसने मुझे कुछ हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन भेजने के लिए भी कहा। लेकिन यहा से lockdown में भेजना असंभव था फिर मैंने भारत से अमेरिका भेजी गयी हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन के बारे में बताया। वह एक अफ्रीकी देश नाइजीरिया में लॉकडाउन से वही एक होटल रूम में बंद हैं। अमेरिका ने इस संकट के दौरान बहुत कम लोगों को एयरलिफ्ट किया है। भारत एकमात्र देश है जिसने इस कोरोना संकट में बड़े पैमाने पर एयरलिफ्ट किया। लोगों को ईरान, रोम, चीन और इटली से बचाया गया है, जिनमें से कुछ कोरोना (सीओवीआईडी -19) की चपेट में थे। नागरिकों की सुरक्षा अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है, विशेष रूप से चुनौतीपूर्ण समय में और दुनिया कोरोना वायरस-पीड़ित देशों से भारतीय नागरिकों को वापस लाने के लिए प्रशंसा कर रही है। भारत और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के बीच प्रयास में बहुत अंतर है। नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में, भारत अब तक अच्छा कर रहा है और इस संकट में भी दुनिया का नेतृत्व कर रहा है। अमेरिका और विश्व के अन्य देशों से भारत की तुलना करें और देखें कि हम कहां हैं। इलाज के रूप में भारत दुनिया को हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्विन दे रहा है। नेवर फॉरगेट इंडिया इज ग्रेट। भारत "वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम" के दर्शन में विश्वास करता है, जिसका अर्थ है कि पूरा विश्व एक ही परिवार है।

हालाँकि इस whatsapp पर बातचीत के दोरान कुछ बुरी खबर भी सुनने को मिली की इस कोरोना वाइरस से इनके कुछ मित्रोँ की मौत हो गयी और जो कुछ इस चपेट में है उन्हें इलाज नहीं मिल रहा है। ऐसे लोंगो को घर पर रहने के लिए भी कहा जा रहा हैं। जब भी हमें किसी बुरी खबर के बारे में चेतावनी दी जाती है, तो हम हमेशा ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करना शुरू कर देते हैं कि हम कुछ ऐसा न सुनें जिसकी हम भरपाई या मरम्मत नहीं कर सकते। जीवन में बहुत सी चीजें हैं जो मरम्मत या भरपाई योग्य हैं और कुछ ऐसी भी हैं जिन्हें हम पहले की तरह नहीं बना सकते है। ज़िन्दगी में कभी-कभी अप्रिय घटनाएँ होती है। सबसे बुरी खबर जो किसी को सुनाई जा सकती है वह किसी की मृत्यु के बारे में है। नहीं नहीं बिल्कुल नहीं, यह केवल किसी के बहुत करीबी की मृत्यु के बारे में नहीं है, उस समय भले ही आप सुनें कि आपका शत्रु / दुश्मन नहीं रहा है या फिर आप उसको जानते ही नहीं हो, उसके बारे में ऐसा सुनके आपको बुरा लगता है। क्योंकि आप कभी किसी के मरने की कामना नहीं करते। हां, हम कुछ ऐसे लोगों को, पड़ोसी को, रिश्तेदार को या सरकारी कर्मचारियों को कोसते हैं जो हमें या किसी अन्य को परेशान करते हैं लेकिन फिर भी जब हम सुनते हैं कि वो बदमाश / शैतान अब इस प्रथ्वी लोक पर नहीं रहा, तो हमें बुरा लगता है। मृत्यु अपरिवर्तनीय है और ऐसा डरावना विचार है जिसे वापस नहीं लाया जा सकता है। इस तथ्य को पचाना हमेशा कठिन होता है। लेकिन फिर भी जो सबसे बुरा हुआ वो आपको स्वीकार करना होगा।

हर किसी की विचारधारा और मानसिकता में अंतर होता हैं जिसके कारण इन रिश्तों में विवाद हो जाते हैं। कोई भी विवाद मत भिन्नता के कारण नहीँ, मानसिकता में अंतर के कारण होता हैं कलहपूर्ण मानसिकता शुभ को भी अशुभ बना देती है और सुलहपूर्ण मानसिकता अशुभ को भी शुभ में परिवर्तित कर देती है। अगर आप मुझसे पूछे कि अगर मेरा कोई शत्रु है तो उसके लिए में क्या चाहूँगा? मेरे शत्रुओं / दुश्मनों के लिए सबसे बुरी बात यह है कि मैं उन्हें अपने जीवन भर संघर्ष करते देखना चाहता हूं लेकिन मैं उनकी मरने की दुआ कभी नहीं करूंगा। नहीं, कभी नहीं। आप अपने आसपास किसी भी रिश्ते को देखिये, आप ऐसी कामना नहीं करंगे। जब कोई आपसे नाराज हो जाये या आपके प्रयास के बाद भी बात ना करे तो बहुत बुरा लगता हैं। जब किसी के साथ एक रिश्ता टूट जाता है तो सबसे बुरा यह होता है कि कोई दोस्त को, भाई को, प्रेमी को या उनको जिससे जो रिश्ता टुटा है उसको कोसता है कि वह उसे एक संघर्षपूर्ण दौर में देखना चाहेगा। लेकिन इन सभी प्रकार के रिश्तो को लेकर हम कभी नहीं कहते हैं कि मैं आपको किसी दिन मृत देखना चाहता हूं। यह सत्य है कि यह कहना सबसे बुरा है जो कोई भी कह सकता है। और अगर कोई यह कहता है तो मैं कहूंगा कि वह समाज का एक बहुत ही खतरनाक पहलू है, उसे जांच के दायरे में रखा जाना चाहिए क्योंकि यदि कोई इस स्तर तक हृदयहीन है, तो वह किसी भी समय किसी को भी नुक्सान पहुचा सकता है। एक पल के लिए कल्पना कर के देखना, सफेद बिस्तर की चादर में लिपटे हुए किसी व्यक्ति की कल्पना करना कितना मुश्किल है, जैसे नथुने के अंदर कपास की कलियों के साथ, एक पीला पीला शरीर, भावनाहीन, आँखें फिर से कभी नहीं खोलने के लिए बंद हो गईं आदि आदि ।

मुझे याद है किसी क्लासिक चलचित्र में हीरो से पुछा जाता है कि “अगर आपको भगवन से मिलने का मौका मिले तो आप उनसे क्या मांगोगे ?" उन्होंने कहा कि मेरी इच्छा होगी, "हे भगवान, कृपया मेरे माता-पिता को कभी भी मरने न दें जब तक कि मैं पृथ्वी पर जीवित हूं"। यह सुनकर हॉल में ताली और चीख की गूँज के साथ गरज-भरी प्रतिक्रिया हुई। मुझे यह देखकर बहुत खुशी हुई।

मौत हर किसी को डराती है, मुझें भी डराती है लेकिन मुझे इस तरह डराती है कि जिन लोगों को मैं जानता हूं, उनकी मुझे फ़िक्र हैं। एक दोस्त ने मुझे बताया कि कैसे उसके एक मित्र ने आत्महत्या की, मैं इस बारे में सोचने के बजाय किसी और चीज़ पर ध्यान केंद्रित नहीं कर पा रहा था कि कोई ऐसा क्यों करेगा जिसके कारण दूसरे लोग कभी भी अपनी इच्छाओं को पूरा नहीं कर सकते हैं जो केवल उनके साथ कल्पना की जाती है। अगर मैं अपने आसपास कुछ लोगों को खो देता हूं या नाराज होकर मुझसे दूर चले जाते हैं और बातचीत नहीं करते हैं, तो मेरा जीवन हमेशा अधूरा रहेगा। हालांकि मैं आगे बढ़ूंगा लेकिन मुझे हमेशा लगेगा कि जिंदगी में कुछ गायब है।

हम जिसको चाहतें है, जिन्हें प्यार करते है, जिनको दोस्त कहते है, जिनके साथ हमारी भावनाये जुड़ीं हुईं है, जिन मशहूर हस्तियों से हम प्यार करते हैं, जिन दिग्गजों को हम पहचानते हैं, जिन गायकों को हम सुनते हैं, जिन कलाकारों को हम पसंद करते हैं, हम हमेशा उनके लिए लंबी उम्र और अच्छे स्वास्थ्य की कामना करते हैं। हम कभी नहीं चाहते कि उनकी रचनात्मकता स्तर गिराए, उनको भावनात्मक चोट पहुचाएं। हम हमेशा चाहते हैं कि वे अपने स्तर का प्रसार करें और उस कलात्मकता की संख्या में वृद्धि करें जो वे करने में सक्षम हैं।

हर बार जब मैं अकेला होता हूं, मैं उन सभी क्षणों के विचार में खो जाता हूं जब वो मेरे सम्पर्क में थे। मैं जिसे खो चुका हूं, वो जब याद आये तब उसके लिए चीखना चिल्लाना तो नहीं कर सकता लेकिन मैं यह सब बता सकता हूं कि वह कोई बहुत खास था। किसी का अस्तित्व वापस नहीं लौट सकता ना ही कोई और उसकी जगह हो सकता है, हम उसे केवल किसी ओर में देख सकते है। चरित्र, व्यक्ति, जीवित इकाई अद्वितीय और अमर बनी हुई है। इसे किसी और के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित नहीं किया जा सकता है। अगर किसी के जाने के बाद की यादें बनी हुई हैं तो यही एकमात्र मानदंड है जो हमें यह महसूस कराता है कि जो भी चला गया है वह हमारे करीब कहीं रहता है, हमारे पास रहता है और जो भी स्थिति आती है उसमें हमेशा हमारे साथ खड़ा रहता है। मुझे आशा है कि आत्मा हर अच्छे और निर्दोष की शांति में रहती है जिसने पृथ्वी को छोड़ दिया है। ईश्वर उन सभी को स्वर्ग का आशीर्वाद दे। मौत डरावनी है और अब से यह मुझे सबसे ज्यादा डराता है लेकिन मेरी नहीं बल्कि दूसरों की जो मेरे अपने है, दोस्त है जिन्हें मैं प्यार करता हूँ और चाहता हूँ। आशा करते है कि कोरोना वायरस जल्द ही नियंत्रण में होगा ।

Things To Be Respected In Society….!!

The threat of corona virus is looming all over the world. With India having been placed in a lockdown for 21 days amid the spread of corona virus, various celebrities have come out to advise people to stay inside their homes. Government has been trying to spread the message that to defeat corona virus, self-isolation and quarantine are the most effective defense mechanism. We need to follow government instruction strictly. On the other hand, due to lockdown, everyone is adopting some creative work in their homes. Some are remembering their old time spent before lockdown by posting photos on social media I'm spending my time by teaching and interacting with students on some online platform. I’m also sharing some moments captured before lockdown. I write this blog post after watching a reality show, in that show respect was a big issue among all contestants.

All peoples have different views on gaining and giving respect. Everyone wants to be respected, but that respect needs to be earned. Respect is something not automatically given. It must be earned. Whenever it comes to gaining respect in life, people try several things. Some of them go out of their tracks to do something that will make them look different but end up looking horrible and funny while some get successful in their adventure. I’ve always wanted myself, my parents, my friends, their parents and almost everyone connected directly or indirectly to me, to be respectful in society. Any time when I see any of them getting dishonor and being made fun of, I feel very sad. I wish that I could do something for them but then I sit back and continue doing my stuffs. But I try to do as much as I can.

We’ve seen many examples of cricketer like MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Saurav Ganguly etc who never lost his track to bring his friend on track. Like game we’ve seen such politician who didn't lose his position by supporting his or her friend who was doing wrong at the moment. Being followers of such personalities, I think why should I go and keep suggesting my friends to be respectful than doing some funny sorts of thing in life to make fun of themselves. I’m providing them free advice for once or twice but I don't have all time in life to suggest them such things. There are some basic things which make us respectful; I would like to discuss them in this post.

First I’ll talk about our saving. In today's fast moving time, saving is necessary and he/she should know the art of spending their money. But people have a big false notion that the way they spend their money is what makes them popular and respectful in society. The importance of saving money is rarely disputed. Sometimes they never concentrate on the basic thing and will end up spending so much of their money which could have been saved for the future. it's true that once they'll do this and will regret later. Purpose of doing this what they prefer is to look rich and luxurious among people. But the fact is that people respect those who have quite money in their bank account than the amount of money they spend in their life. In our society a sweeper is respected because he/she has 10 lakhs in his/her bank account that he/she got after selling her land. While a family who has many luxury cars and bikes aren't respected only because they're in heavy loans and bank agents keep coming to their house on regular basis to recover the loan amount. Hence try to save as much as possible than spending. Savings of one rupee can also add up to Rs. 30 at the end of the month which is enough to fill your stomach in extreme hunger and misery.

In the second point, I'll talk about the property. I’ve seen and experienced the life of living from a village and town to metro cities. In metro city's society what I've seen is that, some families who are on rent are never called upon in the special functions such as marriages, engagements, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays etc because the flat owners believes that all these peoples are here for temporary basis and will leave the society when they want, so why to waste money on such family. But in village and town level such things doesn’t exist. Every time a new resident comes in any area then people living nearby start inquiring whether he's an owner of the flat (purchased here) or is on rental-basis. Once his nearby people will come to know that they have some flats, plots, and bungalow and have a setup business in different areas or they've government job, nearby people will start respecting him. By the way building a property takes lots of courage and conviction. Not everyone in India has their own home. Everyone would want to have at least a roof over their head in any phase of life or even in extreme cases of poverty. So save your money as soon as you get job and start investing in properties.

Next point is your standard of living should be good. A standard is a statement about how you live your life, what is the level of behavior that you follow. To raise the quality of your life, set higher standards if possible. Standards are codes of behavior that you choose to live by because you know they will make your life contended. Because they are the things that you personally honor, you need not declare them to the outside world. The standards can be about your work-life balance, health, soul, relationship, approach to finance, how we wearing clothes and just about any area of life that you wish to improve. Let’s suppose you've lots of money, properties and doing a good job etc but you don't dress properly, you don't go to good restaurants whenever you go, you don't keeping cleanliness like at your home, not talking people properly, you aren't workaholic etc, and people will still reserve themselves from respecting you or thinking highly about you. Now you tell me yourself - would you like to hang out with a rich friend who does not iron his shirt or polish his shoes? No … Right? Therefore, we should ensure that even when we're not really rich, we still have a good standard of living and manners. Our habits also play an important role. Here, I am not talking about only those habits that were taught us in schools or colleges but it is an overall summation of the virtues we should have in life. Habits may be your actions, listening to others, are willing to change, aggressions etc. Suppose if you come across as a person who has an abusive mouth, a fighting attitude, argumentative nature, disrespectful accent or you are a liar, cheater, fraud, betrayal, criminal, woman-beater etc, then people will look at you with a very ugly grin even when you are Sarpanch, MLA, MP, Cabinet Minister in state or centre government, richest person of the society or the most powerful person of the society. We have seen many examples on news channels and newspapers for the past decade when we have seen how billionaires have turned out to be frauds and criminals and have lost all the respect they have earned in their lifetime. So always make sure that you are not involved in some illegal or indecent activity in life. Stay high in regards. Last but the best one is your friend circle. Friendship with good people helps us to eliminate our problems and lessen the burdens of our mind. Friends are a good part of life but not the best until and unless they are not better human beings than you. Always make it sure that your friend circle is awesome. When you and every friend with whom you hang out, go for trips, sit on weekends have amazing personalities and are capable enough in life, people will respect you. It is a powerful fact that every human recognizes / knows that a human being is always like a company of people, just as he / she wants to be. For example if I like traveling places, you will find me connecting with those who are regular trekkers and travelers. If I want to be a famous personality, you will find me meeting with similar faces. So, always make sure that not a single friend of yours is involved in any kind of cheap or bad work. Because of this friend circle, you are going to be judged by the people with whom you talk; though it's occasional. Friends are very important and I have mentioned this point in the end of the post so that this remains in your mind once you read out of this post and enter in to the real world.

Life Has No Royal Road To Learning....!!

Greetings of the day!!

Yesterday was at Bhiwani and at night I was sitting for one hour with a senior advocate Banwari Lal of Bhiwani District Court. Last time I was meet him at his cabin in court and this time I was at his home for family function. He takes me alongside his home where no one was there. He gives the vision on several things from ancient to modern era. Best part of talking was about Guidance by elder or we can say Guru. To be success in life we need guidance along with hard work. For anyone’s success, peoples are sayings it’s “Chamatkaar” but in reality it is the process of right guidance and hard work. And result of it is “Chamatkaar”. During talking he was saying an experienced line that “Teacher is the Advocate of Law and Advocate is the teacher of Law. Both teacher and advocate are doing almost same thing before going to their field. As teacher is preparing to teach in class and advocate is preparing to fight case in court. During study or preparation they are leaning things properly”.

Learning can change life divinely. But there is no royal road to learning. Any sentence having the word life means someone is talking or flooding philosophy. Is there anything better that we, as human beings, have got as a grant from the almighty? I will say no. Every second is bliss to me. Even when life is tough, I celebrate it somewhere within my soul because I know that in future, some day, this shall go and I would again be running in a crystal clear environment. Hence, when I talk about life, I make it sure that I talk about learning new things. Even when you will learn a new thing daily, you will find uncountable number of things far away from your knowledge and its scope. And this scope has to be widened. Learning needs teacher. And therefore, teachers are respected in life almost like the way parents are respected. But is learning really a pure activity in today's society? Maybe not. A lot of things is changed with change is generation.

Based on my three years of teaching experience, I can say that learning is only truthful and pure when teacher is selfless. If there is greed of anything other than having their students as educated most learned in the horizon, then I this process of learning is more of a business. I always speak in my class “beta ye class jo ab chal rahi hain dobara nahi aayagi… aaj yhan jo sikh ke jaoge wo puri zindagi yad rahega… agar ab yha dhyan lagakar nahi padha to isi class ke topic ko sikhne ke liye kisi coaching institute ko join karoge etc etc…”. And a motivational lecture starts from here for almost 10 minutes. Even I don’t hesitate to punish the students in class for their mistake. When I talk about learning, I am not considering just academics but anything that we learn in our day-to-day life or even occasionally. Doing any type of technical or non technical course, singing classes, language speaking classes, dancing classes, swimming classes, driving classes, yoga classes etc all comes into the process of learning. And it's a myth that a person can excel only in one phenomenon. If a person believes in committing himself to life considering that life is all about being closer to God, he may achieve excellence in almost every time he tries his hand upon. Hence, one can go on joining every class that he finds in his vicinity.

Now a day all these classes are less of a pure relationship between a teacher and the student but just business. In Delhi like city, I’ve seen such teachers who are in teaching profession just to promote their own business like online teaching portal, own academic branch at specific location, to promote their published book etc. and during lecture class at least five minute they are speaking about such business. These days even the students know that teachers are into the profession due to recession or some other targets and tragedies, which is either big or small. There are very less people who are in teaching profession of any kind by their will.

So before going to any institution, make sure to deal appropriately about your learning course. Bargain accurately is the key process and need to escape of these businessmen in the disguise of teachers. At the end up you may be looted or unlearned because in the quest to learn something new, we forget that we are in an open market where everyone is competing with peers to have their profit and loss statement in a pragmatic situation. And in the formalities and to sound humble and a good future student, a favorite one too, we pretend ourselves to be very sweet. And this sweetness ends up bringing sour experiences in our smooth life. Once if you are looted, you will start getting frustrated and this frustration will result into exasperation because you will find it very difficult and anti-culture to argue against someone who is your teacher. You can feel here what will happen when we face such situation. What happened here is that you end up shying and remain quiet even when you know that you are not leaning by guidance the way you wanted and the way you were promised.

I’ve experience of educational society and affiliation process of technical institute. And later as a head, I experienced as handling institutions internal issues. Based on my experience, I’ll also like to add that if you are getting collaborated with any of your relatives or friends to launch a business or are going to work under them, make it sure that without any shame, you tell everything that you need initially itself. Because once the business or the session of your work would begin, it will become very hard to fight with the same relatives or friends regarding decision, money, future plans and decisions related to improvement regarding business etc. otherwise you will end up getting frustrated and taking a decision that might spoil your peace for a long period of time. And always try to be loyal in such things. Only one lie can ruin everything. So if can’t handle doesn’t indulge in such cases. Because now days it seems to be quite impossible, indulge but only when you clarify your terms before that person turns into your teacher and your period of getting dominated begins. For what I’m writing about my experience here, you might feel is useless right now, but when you will face this experience, I am sure you will remember this out of the box post of mine. So try to read these lines again and make it sure that you follow the guidelines next time you are about to start learning something new in life with the help of a guidance, trainer or teacher.

हरियाणा तथा महाराष्ट्र राज्यों में हुए विधानसभा चुनावों के परिणाम से जो बात मुझे स्पष्ट हुई वो ये है कि हम लोगों की समझ लोकतांत्रिक रूप से परिपक्व हो रही है। नागरिकों ने एक ऐसा जनादेश दिया जिससे दोनों प्रमुख दल, क्षेत्रिय दल और उनके नेता अब जनता जनार्दन को ग्रांटेड नही ले सकते। दोनोँ राज्यों की प्रजा ने अपने जनादेश से यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है की जनता को अब सिर्फ़ चुनाव के समय ही महत्वपूर्ण मानने की भूल ना की जाए।

लोकतंत्र में जितना महत्व पक्ष का होता है उतना ही महत्व विपक्ष का भी होता है, हरियाणा की जनता ने इस बार बिलकुल उचित अनुपात में पक्ष और विपक्ष को शक्तिसंपन्न किया है। पक्ष को सिर्फ़ उतनी ही शक्ति दी जिससे वह अहंकार से ग्रस्त ना हो व विपक्ष को भी सिर्फ़ उतनी ही शक्ति दी जिससे वह कुंठा से ग्रस्त ना हो, क्योंकि समाज के लिए जितना घातक अहंकार होता है उतनी ही घातक कुंठा भी होती है। जनता जनार्दन ने ना तो एक पक्ष पर स्वयं को न्योछावर किया और ना ही दूसरे पक्ष को अपनी अरुचि का केंद्र बनाया। ये ठीक वैसे ही हैं जैसे परिपक्व और कुशल माता पिता इस बात को बहुत अच्छे से जानते हैं की माता पिता का अत्यधिक लाड़ प्यार हो या अत्यधिक उपेक्षा, दोनों ही संतान को बिगाड़ने का काम करते हैं और संतान का बिगड़ना पूरे परिवार के लिए अकल्याणकारी होता है। लोकतान्त्रिक देश में प्रजा, तंत्र की पालक होती है। प्रजा ने इस बार एक कुशल माता पिता के जैसा सटीक निर्णय लिया जिससे लोकतंत्र अपने मूल स्वरूप को प्राप्त कर समाज के कल्याण का हेतु बने क्योंकि ये ‘प्रजा का, प्रजा के लिए, प्रजा के द्वारा बनाया गया तंत्र होता है।’ और यहीं हिन्दुस्तान के लोकतंत्र की कसोटी हैं।

हर दल को लगता है की वही देश और राज्य के लिए सबसे अच्छा सोच रहा है। जैसा की हम लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में रहते हैं इसलिए स्वाभाविक है कि हम सभी की दलों और नेताओं को लेकर अपनी अपनी प्राथमिकताएँ हैं। चुनाव के दोरान सोशल मीडिया साइट्स पर नेताओं और उसके समर्थको, मान्यताओं, विचारधारा और संस्कृति के बारे में काफी लोगों के कई कडवे पोस्ट पढने और सुनने को मिले। किसी दल का समर्थन करने या समर्थक होने पर दुसरे दलों का सम्मान करना चाहिए। किसी व्यक्ति या विचार का मज़ाक़ उड़ाना, और उससे मज़ाक़ करने के बीच के अंतर का ज्ञान हमें होना चाहिए। इसलिए सोशल मीडिया पर ऐसे फ़ॉर्वर्ड संदेशों को जो किसी व्यक्ति, किसी मान्यता, किसी धारणा, किसी संस्कृति का भद्दा मज़ाक़ उड़ाते हैं उनको साझा करने से हमें बचना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे अंत में हमें पता चलता है कि हम स्वयं को ही स्वयं के हाथों ज़ख़्मी कर रहे हैं।

किसी व्यवस्था, व्यक्ति या नीति पर चोट करने के शालीन, भद्र और मारक तरीक़े भी हैं, पर हमारा भारत श्रद्धावान, विश्वासी, आस्थवान, प्रबुद्ध और सुसंस्कृत लोगों का देश है इसलिए यहाँ के लोग असहमति और अशिष्टता के बीच के अंतर को बख़ूबी समझते हैं, प्रत्येक भारतवासी यह जानता है कि अशिष्टता पूर्वक सहमत होने से कहीं अधिक कल्याणकारी शिष्टता पूर्ण असहमति होती है। बाकी राजनीतिक दलों से जिनके श्रधेय जीते हैं उनको मेरी और से हार्दिक बधाई विचारों में भिन्नता हो सकती है मनों में नहीं ।

मेरी कही बात आप सब माने, आपको उचित लगे यह आवश्यक नहीं पर आप इस पर गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार अवश्य करेंगे यह मेरा विश्वास है। अंत में एक बिना माँगी सलाह उन चुने हुए विधायकों के लिए जिन्हें समाज ने अपनी शक्ति से सम्पन्न किया है- “किसी अन्य को अहंकार से मुक्त होने की सलाह देते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखिए कि हम स्वयं भी अहंकारी ध्वनित ना हों क्योंकि अहंकार की प्रकृति बहुत विचित्र होती है, जहाँ दूसरे का अहंकार हमें तुरंत दिखाई दे जाता है वहीं स्वयं का अहंकार हमें कभी दिखाई नहीं देता हैं।“ वैसे भी राजनीति में अहंकार सब में नहीँ होता हैं इसलिए सबको एक तराजू में नहीँ तोलना चाहिए। राजनीति में अच्छे राजनेता भी बहुत हैं।

In Rajasthani Turban Style.

When every corner, every street sings “Padharo Mhare Des” for you, you know you are in royal state of Rajasthan. Rajasthan is a treasure trove of history and one can spend years trying to unearth its hidden gems. Every time I visit a new place, I get blown in air with the history, architecture, culture, tradition and beauty of the place. There is no beauty without any color. Most of the places in India we will found different colors in different places with different culture, tradition etc.

Rajasthan is widely recognized for its charming and elegant colorful turbans. And here wearing a traditional is always special. An important component of the Rajasthani attire is the turban. It’s a headdress worn by men in Rajasthan as well as other parts of the Indian subcontinent and needs to be tied manually. Rajasthani turban is also known as safa, paag or pagri. They vary in style, color and size.

Later I come to know that style, color and size also indicate a wearer’s social class, caste, region and the occasion it being worn for. Its shape and size may also vary with the climate conditions for the different regions. Generally Turbans in the hot desert areas are large and loose and initially worn to escape the harsh sun and later on becoming a status symbol, over a thousand styles of turban tying exist all over Rajasthan. The fabric used is mostly colorful tie dyed or printed cotton bandhani which forms dots on the fabric or lehariya identified by wavy lines all over fabric.

Some other popular turbans are, Panchrangi turban is originally worn by Rajputs. Langas is weared by musician. And popularly they are known as Langas the musician. Joudhpuri safa is popular choice of our hon’ble PM Narendra Modi. Camel herder community also known as rebari men are wearing entangled huge turban. In Rajasthan and at some places of Gujarat, originally people started to wear a turban like cloth to keep their head cool. The cloth was kept soaked in water overnight and tied in morning. It was a way of escaping from the harsh and scorching heat of sun in the hot climate of desert… Later on it goes on becoming the symbol of status.

I visited the capital city of Jaipur many times, which is famous as, ‘Pink City’. The local people made me acknowledged about this fact that the name of the city is as such because here each and every house, office and institution are coloured in pink hue and I also watched it but the it's in only main jaipur and ancient area. Outer palace connected to ancient jaipur is not like pink city, there are normal buildings as like are in other city of india. The splendid architectural grandeur of Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Nahargarh Fort and the serenity of other places spellbound me totally. Besides, I came across a marvelous blending of the Mughal and Rajput cultures in Jaipur city which add more to my vacationing experience.

Glimpse of The Gateway to Thar, Rajasthan

A Land of Maharajahs (Kings), Rajasthan is adorned with several man-made wonders. A visit to the forts and monuments of Rajasthan in really a fantastic experience. In fact, when you visit the forts and monuments you feel that you have been transferred to a bygone era. Next time I'm trying to visit Bhilwara and Chittorgarh. I received invitation to visit these places many times from Bhilwara based friend Rohit Bishnoi. This time I missed this opportunity to visit these places including marriage at his home.

इस देश की जनता भारत की भाग्यविधाता है। एक समझदार व्यक्ति की लोकतंत्र के माध्यम से चुने हुए सत्तारूढ़ एवं सत्ताच्युत व्यक्तियों के समूह से सदैव यही अपेक्षा होती है कि वह देश तथा समाज के सर्वांगीण विकास के साथ साथ आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक समरसता बनाएं रखे एवं देश के विकास तथा सुरक्षा के मसलों पर व्यक्तिगत ना होकर देशहित में एकमत से निर्णय लेकर कार्य करें तभी लोकतंत्र सही मायने में सफल माना जाता है।

आज मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया ने लोकतंत्र को बहुत हद तक प्रभावित किया है। आजकल ये चिंता का विषय है कि मीडिया खबरो का जिस तरह प्रस्तुतिकरण करता है और जिस भाषा का उपयोग राजनीतिक पार्टियों के लिए करता है, इस पर विश्लेषण करने कि आवशकता है क्योंकि इन सब से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित होती है युवा पीढ़ी जिसे अभी अपने इतिहास का पूरी तरह से ज्ञान नहीं है वह मीडिया से प्राप्त ज्ञान को ही अपना ज्ञान समझते हैं और उसके आधार पर झूठ को सच मान कर अपनी बात पर अड़ जाते हैं।

मीडिया अक्सर अपनी ख़बरों में जिस राजनीतिक दल की सरकार होती है उसे रूलिंग पार्टी कहता है, और जो दल सरकार में नही होता उसे ऑपज़िशन कहकर सम्बोधित करता है। कभी-कभी उन्हें पक्ष-विपक्ष के नाम से भी पुकारता है और हमें लगातार सुनने को मिलता है की फ़लाँ दल सत्ता में है और फ़लाँ दल सत्ता में नही है। जबकि देखा जाए तो सभी राजनीतिक दल देश, समाज और विकास के पक्ष में होते हैं, तो फिर विपक्ष में होने का अर्थ क्या हुआ ? तो क्या किसी भी राजनैतिक दल को जो बहुमत वाले दल के पक्ष में ना हो, उसे देश के विपक्ष में होना माना जाएगा ? यदि ऐसा होता तो जनता बारी-बारी से हर पक्ष को राष्ट्र के निर्णय, नीति, और नियति के निर्माण का अधिकार नही देती। बहुमत में नही होने का अर्थ सत्ता में ना होना नही होता है क्योंकि लोकतंत्र में देश के कल्याण के लिए दल होते हैं, दलों के कल्याण के लिए देश नही होता है । इसलिए ये सारे विशेषण लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में उपयुक्त नही है, क्योंकि लोकतंत्र में हम पर किसी एक व्यक्ति का शासन (Ruled by) नही हैं, हम पर प्रजा द्वारा चुने हुए पार्टी के उमिद्वारो का शासन होता हैं।

किसी एक व्यक्ति का शासन (Ruled by) वाली भाषा तब उचित थी जब हमारे यहाँ राजे महाराजे हुआ करते थे, या तब जब हम ग़ुलाम थे जब भारत ब्रिटेन का उपनिवेशदेश हुआ करता था। किंतु अब हम स्वतंत्र हैं तो हम सबको और हमारी पत्रकारिता वाले मीडिया को भी शब्दों के अर्थ और उनका महत्व समझते हुए अपनी भाषा में सुधार करने की ज़रूरी है, क्योंकि ये निश्चित है कि जब तक हमारी भाषा नही बदलेगी तब तक हमारे अंदर के भाव भी स्वतंत्रता की आभा से नही दमकेंगे, और हम सब स्वतंत्र होते हुए भी परतंत्र के जैसा आचरण करते रहेंगे, हम सब लोकतंत्र में रहते हुए भी राजतंत्र के प्रभाव से भरे रहेंगे। यही कारण है कि जो स्वतंत्रता के इतने वर्षों बाद भी हम रक्षण नही आरक्षण पर विचार करते हैं। जबकि स्वतंत्रता का अर्थ निर्भर नही, आत्मनिर्भर होना है। हम सब को इस सोच को बदलने कि आवश्यकता हैं।

लोकतंत्र मे व्यक्ति नही, व्यवस्था सर्वोपरी होती हैं, पर कभीकभार लगता है कि व्यवस्था अव्यवस्थित हो गई हैं। अगर संचालक मंडल और नियंत्रक मंडल की भावना के अनुरूप पक्ष और विपक्ष दल कार्य करें तो वह दिन दूर नहीं जब रामराज्य स्थापित हो जाएगा और हमारे देश के लोग आज़ादी के इतने सालों बाद भी आरक्षण ,जाति प्रथा, रोजगार, सबको शिक्षा जैसे मुद्दों पर न अटके हुए होते । बीते दिनों में जिस तरह कि गिरावट भाषा और भाव के क्षेत्र में देखने को मिली है वह नहीं होती ।

इस देश के लोगों को याद रखने योग्य बात ये है कि लोकतंत्र में शासन नही प्रशासन का महत्व होता है, इसमें व्यक्ति नही, व्यवस्था सर्वोपरी होती है, इसलिए रूलिंग पार्टी और ऑपज़िशन पार्टी कहना उचित नही होगा। लोकतंत्र में गवर्निंग पार्टी अर्थात संचालक मंडल और कंट्रोलिंग पार्टी यानि नियंत्रक मंडल कहना अधिक उपयुक्त होता है। जिस दल के पास बहुमत है उसका कर्तव्य व्यवस्था को संचालित ( गवर्न ) करना होता है, और जिन दलों के पास बहुमत नही है उनका दायित्व होता है की वे संचालक मंडल को नियंत्रित ( कंट्रोल ) करने का कार्य करें जिससे वे जनता जनार्दन द्वारा दिए गए अधिकारों का सदुपयोग कर राष्ट्र की प्रगति में सहायक हों। लोकतंत्र में गवर्निंग पार्टी और कंट्रोलिंग पार्टी को अलग-अलग विचारधाराओं के पोषक होने के बाद भी एक दूसरे का बाधक नही साधक होना अनिवार्य होता है क्योंकि सबका हेतु एक ही होता है और वो है- जनकल्याण, राष्ट्रकल्याण, विकास और प्रगति।

National Bonsai Park- Classical and Non Classical Bonsai Plants with Variosu Styles

Entrance View of Bonsai Park

National Bonsai Park is quite well known as an urban natural park in the heart of Lutyens Delhi. It is open for visitors; I’ve visited two times to this park which naturally always increased my curiosity. So, it was a lucky day in spring for me last year, when on one of my walks through the park and I had my camera of some good quality with me, I saw this National Bonsai Park of Lodhi Garden. Sometimes some Bonsai Associations are holding an exhibition here. The visit to National Bonsai Park turned out to be a world of miniature wonders for me.

The National Bonsai Park is located near to the main entrance path of Lodhi Garden, though the enclosure. On any exhibition day, it is nicely decorated. I spotted Zen Garden as soon as I entered inside the park with some other interesting bonsai plants. Banyan tree was a fascinating sight as barring its size, it looked like a real old Banyan tree. Not only there were single bonsai plants, but thematic gardens and forests, all made out of a cluster of bonsai plants. I could only imagine the ingenuity, patience and hard work of the bonsai masters who created and nurtured these plants for many years.

Here I take a lot of photos. Some pictures are sharing here. A few plants and trees I've seen somewhere roadsides and some plants were very interesting that I've bought my home years age but I's not know the name of plants and their style. It was first experience that I've learned about species of plants and their growing style. Here with exhibition, all details were displayed. I've searched a lot on internet about these plants and their style after going to home. I'm sharing some information about its style with I captures images at Bonsai Park. When I reached here garden's workers were watering and cutting at main entrance. A sign board with name Bonsai National Park is placed with a pole on the top of which many beautiful pots of plats were placed with lights.

Slanting Bonsai Style:

This style is also known as Shakan . As a result of the wind blowing in one dominant direction or when a tree grows in the shadow and must bend toward the sun, the tree will lean in one direction. With Bonsai, the leaning style should grow at an angle of about 60 - 80 degrees relative to the ground. The roots are well developed on one side to keep the tree standing. On the side toward which the tree is leaning, the roots are clearly not as well developed. The first branch grows opposite the direction of the tree, in order to create a sense of visual balance. The trunk can be slightly bent or completely straight, but still be thicker at the bottom than at the top.

Khirni Plant- A species of Slanting Bonsai Style

Ficus is a pan-tropical genus of trees, shrubs and vines occupying a wide variety of ecological niches; most are evergreen, but some deciduous species are endemic to areas outside of the tropics and to higher elevations. Fig species are characterized by their unique inflorescence and distinctive pollination syndrome, which utilizes wasp species belonging to the family Agaonidae for pollination.

Ficus plant has many species with different style. Some species I captured are posted below :

In above picture left plant is of Ficus Benghalensis Banyantree (Barth) which has Informal Upright Style and right side plant is of Ficus Virens (Pilkhan).

Ficus Tsiela

Indian tree in the family Moraceae; contains an unidentified toxin which causes hepatitis and hepatic encephalopathy.

Forest Bonsai Style:

The forest style looks a lot like the multi-trunk style, but the difference is that it is comprised of several trees rather than one tree with several trunks. The most developed trees are planted in the middle of a large and shallow pot. On the sides a few smaller trees are planted to contribute to one single crown. The trees are planted not in a straight line but in a staggered pattern, because this way the forest will appear more realistic and natural.

Basendu holoptelea is a medical plant.

Casuarina Equisetifolia Jungli Sarn - Forest Style. This tree reminds me of my school, where this tree was planted.

Premna (PENJING) Style:

Premna (Penjing) style

The premna is a sub-tropical plant native to the Indian subcontinent and South-east Asia. Over a hundred species of Premna exist, with the Premna Obtusifolia, Microphylla and Serratifolia as popular choices for Bonsai and these species are also very popular. Its small leaves and beautifully textured trunk make it a popular species used for Bonsai and Shohin sized Bonsai. In summer the tree flowers occasionally. It needs temperatures above 50°F (10°C). When placed indoors it needs a relatively high humidity and lots of light.

As the tree grows lots of new shoots from the trunk you can style the tree by only pruning. But to speed the process you can wire the branches, make sure you check after wiring to see the wire is not damaging the bark - the Premna grows very fast. If you planted this tree in any pot then need watering properly. Water thoroughly and frequently, allowing the soil to dry only slightly, not completely, in between watering. If the leaves hang you are late with watering.

Twin-Trunk or Sokan Style:

Sokan style or twin-trunk Bonsai has two trunks rising from the root system, or nearby. The trunks may split immediately above the roots, or rise as one from the soil and then split after a few inches. Many Bonsai enthusiasts love the Sokan style as it gives the grower a chance to work with two trees, sometimes making a great piece from two trees that wouldn’t otherwise have made great Bonsai on their own terms.

Ficus Longsland - Twin Trunk Style

The perfect and most sought-after Sokan Bonsai has one trunk taller and thicker than the other, with both trunks being visible when viewed from the front of the tree. You could imagine this style of Bonsai to be like creating a marriage. The larger tree is the male, carefully and lovingly protecting his wife from the harsh elements by shading her and gently arching over her. Ultimately the apex of both trees will meet to form one and when creating correctly, this can be an absolutely stunning composition.

Ficus Infectoria- Twin Trunk Style

Care must be taken when creating Sokan style Bonsai, especially where the back branches and the roots are concerned. There will be an empty void between the two trunks that will require filling with suitable back branches, if not the grower will have created an empty void that will detract from the composition.

One of the most favored species for creating Sokan style Bonsai are Japanese Maples – they provide excellent trunks with great character, superb nebari, lovely leaf colouration throughout the summer and autumn, plus as they are deciduous they expose the branches perfectly during the winter and early spring. Here’s other species ideally suited to this style:

• Japanese White Pine (Pinus) • Japanese Zelkova (Zelkova)

• Brush Cherry (Eugenia) • Ponderosa Pine (Pinus)

• Pomegranate (Punica) • Crab Apple (Malus)

• Juniper (Juniperus) • Jasmine (Murraya)

• Black Pine (Pinus) • Beech (Fagus)

• Maples (Acer) • Spruce (Picea)

• Olive (Olea) • Ficus (Ficus)

Jade :

This tree is originally from Africa. The Jade tree is considered an indoor tree in most temperate zones, although it can be grown outdoors in full sun and sufficiently high temperatures. Keep temperatures above 5 degrees C (or 41F) at all times. It needs lots of light or even full sun. The Dwarf Jade tree is a fleshy, softly woody shrub or small tree up to 3 meter. The Jade has a thick trunk and a fine branch structure with thick oval green succulent leaves. During autumn sometimes small white flowers appear, but only when the tree has experienced droughts in the season. The bark is green and soft when young, becoming red-brown when it ages. The Dwarf Jade is very similar to the Jade (Crassula ovata).

Jade trees can hold large amounts of water inside their leaves. Water sparsely and allow the plant to dry out a little bit between watering. During winter time watering can be as seldom as once every three weeks - though only when the tree is kept relatively cold - monitor your tree closely and water the moment the soil dries out slightly. The Jade Bonsai is not as particular about over-watering as most other succulents. As a succulent, water is contained its trunk and branches; they tend to bend from their weight. Jades respond well to pruning, which should be done regularly to force the tree to grow branches also lower on its trunk. Do not use cut-paste though, as this might lead to rotting.

Heritage Steam Engine Azad

Heritage Steam Engine Azad... This was 3rd meeting to this Engine at two different places. As it was brought to India in 1947, the year of independence, it was named AZAD. A commemorative run of iconic steam engine WP-7200 popularly known as Azad, Steam powered locomotives were Indian Railways’ go to option in the 60s and 70s before diesel and electric variants were introduced. A total of 755 steam engines of the WP class were built for the Railways between 1947 and 1967 and designed specially to feed on Indian coal varieties. In world Steam Engine is known as the king of inventions.... First meeting was at New Delhi during 63 rd railway week exhibition. Watched all inside function... Yet I've watched Coal furnace in movies and now checked it. In summer day’s not easy to operate. When I was curious to know about furnace then Train Operator opened once. Now the ride is open to public and the charges are nominal at Rs 10.

Indian Railways ran its first passenger train on 16th April, 1853, between Bombay (Bori Bunder) and Thane, a remarkable day in the history of the nation heralding the dawn of speedy long distance locomotion in the country. Over time by linking major cities and far-flung locations through the challenging hilly terrain and adverse climatic conditions, the Railways created its own metaphor of existence and rapidly evolved as a mass transportation mode of men and material and earned the distinction of the “Lifeline of the Nation”. Once the mode of haulage over Indian Railways the Steam Engines were slowly phased out and replaced by Diesel and Electric locomotives. It is a matter of pride that some steam engines still run on the 5 spectacular Hill Railways.

In the late 1920s, after years of manufacturing non-standardized and British standard locomotive designs, the Indian Railways came up with their own set of design specifications. These Indian Railway Standard or IRS designs were made post World War I, for the Indian Government by British consulting engineers.

Coal Furnace for Heat

The classifications were done as follows - X and W class (for broad gauge locomotives), Y class (for meter gauge), Z and N class (for narrow gauge). Of these, all broad gauge locos have been completely withdrawn from service, with the exception of steam specials like Angadh, Akbar, and Azad, currently housed at Rewari Heritage Steam Loco Shed.

In the mid 1940s, after World War II, upon experiencing a shortage of locomotives in the system, Baldwin Locomotive Works (BLW), Philadelphia, USA, was awarded the task of building the first sixteen prototype WP class locomotives. These were numbered from 7200 to 7215 and went to Great Indian Peninsular Railway, Bombay Baroda & Central India Railway and East Indian Railway. The initial locos were called WP/P, the extra P indicating prototype. After being taken off service in May 1987, it received a full overhaul at the Amritsar Railway Workshop in April 2015.

With the British manufacturing works diverted towards the war, American manufacturers got headway in the locomotive market in India. It was well suited as the American designs were not only lighter and faster, but also this class was specifically designed for the low-calorie, high ash Indian Coal. The WP design hence marked a new era of locomotives, marking the change from X to W as classification code. As opposed to bulky, British models, the WPs were a much lighter and faster class of locomotives. All WP class locomotives can be easily recognised by their standard cone-shaped bulging nose, usually with a silver star painted on it. The American WP locomotives were made on bar frames instead of the plate frames used by the British manufacturers. This reduced the weight of the locomotive considerably.

WP-7200 Class

It is believed that WP-7200 was the first WP class of engine that was handed over to Indian Railways, on the 15th of August 1947, India's Independence Day, inspiring them to name the locomotive Azad.

On 15th September 2018, Azad also became the chosen locomotive to run the first ever time tabled, weekly steam service between Farukh Nagar and Gadi Harsaru, in Haryana. It had been a long standing demand of the people of Farukhnagar to have a train service on Sunday. Using a steam engine for this service is an attempt to fulfil not only that demand but also boost tourism related activities and attract steam enthusiasts from all over the world to visit these places.

Coal Storage

A railway worker shovels coal into the grate. The giant engine has a capacity to hold around 25,000 litre of water and 15 tons of coal and can run at a speed of 100 kmph.

It will be the first time in nearly 25 years, since the last steam engine ran on the Indian Railways that such a weekly service in steam is being made available. For Azad, this will be a new lease of life since being withdrawn from service 30 years ago, in May 1987. The locomotive has been restored to its pristine beauty and mechanical engineering perfections. This locomotive can run up to 60 miles per hours. Now major repair works have been done to revive the locomotive and shall be run on mainline. Its revival has been carried out at Heritage Steam Shed in Rewari in keeping with the insistence of the minister for Railways, Piyush Goyal, in reviving tourism and preserving railway heritage,” said Arun Arora, the principal chief mechanical engineer of Northern Railway.

Wheel Arrangement with Hollow Space

It is a typical British design, easily distinguishable because of its heavy plate frame, on which all the other running parts are bolted. This makes the structure, bulky and quite slow. Another significant design element of this locomotive is the wheels. They are solid, heavy with bulky spokes. This again, adds to the overall weight of the locomotive. They have a 4-6-2 wheel arrangement. The wheels were made of two plates joined at the edges, leaving a hollow space between, making the wheels lighter than those in the British models. Some rail enthusiasts also prefer its softer visual aesthetics over the others.

Azad in particular has even appeared in various movies, one of them being Aamir Khan starrer Rang De Basanti, Guru and Rifle man Jaswant Singh Rawat.

नमस्कार

पिछला ब्लॉग पोस्ट लिखे हुए शायद एक साल से ज्यादा हो गया है | संक्षेप में यही कहूँगा कि इस दोरान पेशेवर ब्लॉगर का अच्छा अनुभव रहा और ये संभव हुआ तो केवल ब्लॉगर पर लिखे गये ब्लॉग से | पेशेवर ब्लॉगर के दोरान कई धार्मिक, सामाजिक और कई जटिल मुद्दों पर गहन अध्यन करने का सुअवसर मिला | चलो आज अपने ब्लॉग पर आते है और कुछ लिखते है |

भारत में दो बड़ी बुरी बातें है | एक स्त्रियों का तिरस्कार और दूसरा गरीबो का जाति भेद के द्वारा पीसना | राजनीती द्वारा दूसरा काम आजकल बखूबी हो रहा है और साथ ही इस का एक बहुत लम्बा इतिहास भी है | लेकिन आजकल कुछ अच्छा हो रहा है तो वो है लडकियो को लेकर सजगता | लिंगानुपात में सुधार, बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ , सुकन्या समर्धि खाता योजना आदि आदि ऐसी बहुत सी योजनायें है जो कहीं न कहीं लडकियो के उज्जवल भविष्य की और संकेत करते है |

       बाहुबली चलचित्र शायद सभी ने देखी होगीं या फिर इस के बारे में कहीं तो सुना होगा की भारत कि सबसे सफलतम चलचित्र में से एक है | बाहुबली जैसी फिल्म कभी ऐसे सफल नही होती है इसके लिए नायक नायिकाओ के पात्र के बारे में भी सोचना पड़ता है | ठीक वैसे ही अगर समाज के लोग सोचे तो एक बेहतर समाज का निर्माण कर सकते है , ठीक वैसे ही समाज में महिलाओं के बारे में सोचे, ठीक वैसे ही खुद के बारे में सोचिये |



बड़े और शिक्षित घरों में लडकियो की स्थिति जरूर अच्छी है | कभी कभी अपने उम्र के लोगो को देखे खासकर लड़कीयों को तो पता चलता है कि वो अकेले ही दुनिया कि सेर पर निकल पड़ते है जैसे उन्हें सब पता है | उनका आत्मविश्वास देखने लायक बनता है | अगर ये सब है तो उन की शिक्षा, परिवार के सदस्यों की अच्छी सोच के कारण ही है | पर मध्यम वर्ग एवं निम्न वर्ग पर आते है काफी तरह की बंदिशों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है | यहाँ पर एक हद तक यहाँ के वातावरण ही मुख्य कारण है | ज्यादातर यहाँ पर इतनी आज़ादी मिलते ही लडकियों / छात्राओं के भरोसो पर सवाल उठने लगते है | और कभी कभी एक छोटी सी गलती होने पर तो ऐसा मानने लगते है कि उन्होंने अपने पिता के संस्कारो को गलत साबित कर दिया है |

लेकिन ये भी सच है की आज़ादी और बर्बादी के बीच केवल एक लम्हे का अंतर होता है और वो लम्हा कब हाथ से निकल जाये पता ही नहीं चलता | एक झूठ सिर्फ एक झूठ कब आदत बन जाये तुम जान भी नही पाओगे |

      ज्यादातर लडकियों, महिलाओं के फैसले उन की मर्जी के बिना लिए जाते है या फिर उन पर मानने के दबाव होता है | यहाँ पर उन की ना में ही हां समझी जाती है जिससे इन लडकियो और महिलाओं को लगता है कि मेरी ना में ही मेरी हां है | इसलिए उन्हें यह समझना जरूरी है कि मेरी ना में मेरी हाँ है क्या ? और है तो क्यूँ है | कभी कभी डर लगता है उन्हें कि जीवन के इस खेल में खुद को खो ना दे | किसी रिश्ते में बंध के ना रह जाये और फिर वही रिश्ते उनकी पहचान बन जाती है | कभी भी कुछ देर के लिए वो कोन है नही बन पायगी | क्या उसे कभी भी नही पता चलेगा कि वह कोन है और क्या कर सकती है |

पहले ये समझना चाहिए कि उन्हें क्या करना है | क्या लडकिया शादी के अलावा और कुछ नही कर सकती ? क्या पूरी जिंदगी उसे किसी कि बहन, बेटी, बहु बन कर रहना होगा | किसी और कि बीवी बनने से पहले या किसी को जानो उस से पहले खुद को पहचानना जानो | तुम कोन हो और क्या कर सकती है | अगर वो कुछ अलग करती है तो वहाँ कहानियाँ भी जरूर चलती है | जहाँ हर घर कि कहानी चलती है , अब जहाँ इतनी आग है वहाँ थोड़ा धुआं तो उठेगा ही | :-D इस सब के लिए आवश्यक हैं कि वो काम कि बजाये खुद को ढूँढने की कोशिश करे | उन को निश्चय करना होगा कि कभी जीतेंगे कभी सीखेंगे लेकिन कभी हार नही मानंगे | इस एक ज़िन्दगी में हमे मंजिल पानी है | बस यहीं एक मंजिल है उदेश्य है | बस यही कोशिश करनी है और जब कोशिश के पैर थक जायंगे तब सपनो के पंख मंजिल तक पहुंचायंगे !

क्या एक बार इस दुनिया को देखने कि हिम्मत करनी चाहिए ? अगर सपनो के पंख मंजिल तक पहुँचाने वाले है तो सपना देखे बगैर पंख कहाँ मिलेंगे | इसलिए जो सपना दिखाते है वो रास्ता भी बता सकते है | या फिर ऐसा जो कभी ना किया है | इतनी बड़ी दुनिया में मेरे सपने छोटे कैसे हो सकते है | छोट शहर या गाँव से हो तो भी सपने बड़े होने चाहिए | एक ऐसा जीवन जियो जिस में सारी की सारी दुनिया समा जाये | इन सब के लिए जरूरी वो अपने पंख के साथ आसमान को देखे और जाने कि मेरे पंख कोनसे आसमान छुना चाहते है | जिस दिन इस बात को समझोगे उस दिन दिल में घंटी बजेगी और जीवन का दरवाजा अपने आप खुल जायेगा |

जब घुटन अन्दर होती है ना तो सास अंदर नही मिलती है | इसी घुटन के कारण घर का रास्ता भूल तो नही गए थे | अगर घुटन होगी तो कभी कभी मन सनाटा छा जाता है और सनाटे में सिर्फ अपनी आवाज़ सुनाई देती है | संसार के इतिहास में वे ही क्षण जीवित है जिनका विकाश साहस से हुआ है | यह जीवन की गति है , मानवता का उठान है | यह शारीरिक नही आत्मा की गति का नाम है |

सर्वप्रथम स्त्रियों का वर्तमान दशा से उद्धार करना होगा | आम जनता को जगाना होगा | तभी तो भारतवर्ष का कल्याण होगा | स्त्रियों की पूजा करके ही सभी देश बड़े बने है | जिस देश में स्त्रियों की पूजा नहीं होती वह देश कभी बड़ा नही बन सकता है और न नही भविष्य में कभी बन सकेगा | धर्म शिल्प विज्ञान घर के कार्य रसोई सिलाई स्वास्थ्य आदि सब विषयो कि मोटी मोटी बातें सिखलान उचित है | नाटक और अनेतिक उपन्यास तो उनके पास पहुँचने ही नही चाहिए | लेकिन यहाँ पूजा पाठ सिखाने से भी काम नही चलेगा | दुनिया के सभी मुद्दों पर नही इन कि आँखे खोल देनी चाहिए | छात्रों के सामने हमेशा आदर्श नारी चरित्र रखकर त्यागरूप व्रत में उनका अनुराग जगाना होगा |

अब भी कुछ सपने देखने है |

Surrogacy - Priceless Act On The Part of A Surrogate Mother

In last two weeks, there were two different news about surrogacy. The Maternity Benefits (Amendment) bill passed by the Rajya Sabha on 20 March in which some acts are changed related to surrogacy. Second news was from our film industry that a film maker get twins. Two or three years ago, surrogacy was a big topic of discussion. Although surrogacy has existed since ancient times, it does not seem to have been a popular practice among childless couples to formally seek out a surrogate. In ancient time, no surrogacy medical technique was introduced so that time did not require the actual consummation of the sexual act.

As science is boon as well as curse . Now medically advanced techniques are available. Artificial insemination opened the way to traditional surrogacy. The surrogate mother is impregnated with the sperm of the intended father. The surrogate mother is also known as the genetic mother. Surrogacy is not an accepted procedure in many countries, although some are more lenient towards altruistic surrogacy. Some countries strictly prohibit commercial surrogacy. In some country it becomes business and in India it is a fast growing business. India is increasingly becoming a sought after country for surrogate mothers. Surrogacy was legalized in India in 2002. It became popular in 2003 when a Doctor successfully delivered a surrogate child through gestational surrogacy using the genetic grandmother as a surrogate mother.

The dictionary meaning of “surrogate mother” is a woman who bears a child on behalf of another woman, either from her own egg fertilized by the other woman's partner, or from the implantation in her uterus of a fertilized egg from the other woman.

According to a health agency, some 12% of women of reproductive age have trouble getting pregnant or carrying a pregnancy to term. While fertility treatments are evolving, some aspiring mothers' best option especially if they don't have eggs or their eggs are unhealthy is to work with a surrogate who becomes pregnant using the would be mom's chosen sperm and the surrogate's own egg.

I am constantly amazed at the strength, resilience and determination of these women. They are supporting women through infertility. In such women you can see their endless capacity to love and care for their surrogate baby. Such women are grateful for those she is carrying baby. A good ideology behind this is that “maybe you can not change the world but you can give the world to someone and change their life.” Good point is that women felt so privileged to be able to do this. Such women fulfill the happiness of another couple. She felt in a very real way that she had made their happiness possible. It will be a very different feeling from having her own child. May be she felt like she was simply returning the baby that they had given her to care for nine months.

I was watching some episodes related to surrogacy. Words can't describe how they felt when they saw the intended parents catch the first glimpse of their newborn son nor can they describe the completeness I am sure they felt that day. There truly is no greater gift a woman can give. Surrogacy is essentially a giving, fulfilling, and priceless act on the part of a surrogate mother. This privilege of feeling as a giver is articulated and emphasized in some contexts, but is taken away in other contexts such as India, where a surrogate mother is simply left with a feeling of being just a receiver.

While writing this post I was come to know that there are several ways you can find a surrogate mother. You can ask your friend or relative to be a surrogate for you. It's somewhat controversial. And in Indian society it is high controversial because of several Ceremony and social represents. But in developed and European country you can find surrogacy agency. There are several agencies operating in the United States. They act as go-between. An agency helps you find a surrogate and make arrangements. It also collects fees that get passed between you and the surrogate, such as paying for her medical expenses.

To choose a surrogate one need to follow the law instructions which is based on the medical checkup. There are some parameters for women like as surrogate should have at least 21 year old who has already given birth to at least one healthy baby so she understands firsthand the medical risks of pregnancy and childbirth and the emotional issues of bonding with a newborn. Signs a contract about her role and responsibilities in the pregnancy, such as prenatal care and agreeing to give you the baby after birth

Legal Aspects of Surrogacy in India is different from Europe. You can only approach a close relative for surrogacy. Commercial surrogacy in India was legal but now the government approved a Bill that bans commercial surrogacy, and bars married couples who have biological or adopted children, single people, live-in partners and homosexuals from opting for surrogacy. Surrogacy will be allowed only once. The bill effectively bans foreigners to seek an Indian surrogate mother. This includes non-resident Indians (NRIs). An important change is that If you're a heterosexual married couple who have proven infertility, and you find someone who agrees to be a surrogate mother, you can't pay her. You can pay for any and all of her medical bills, but that's all. Now I should stop writing. Many points are available to discuss about surrogacy. Again will meet after a break.

You can do Master of Technology, Really?

Here we are meeting first time in 2017. Year 2016 was full of surprises as well as busy for me. Whole year was a strange passion in life to complete the task and even it's going. In Hindi you can say passion means Junoon. “Zindagi mai kuch karne ke lie junoon hona chayea. Ek aisa junoon jiski koi had na ho… Ek aisa junoon jiski junoon ki bhi koi hadh na ho… means Behad junoon”. Here I would not like to talk about this issue but don’t worry when I’ll get time, I’ll share with you. But I'll share a little pleasure that I've completed my master degree. Becoming Masters of Technology was never an easy journey. It has been one hell of an experience of my life. Now, whenever I'll meet anyone, who would be doing the same, I'll have immense respect and support for that person. Now, I know what amount of hard work, worries, sleepless nights, tension, and stress, pressure the word "M.tech" carries.

Since December 2015, we were desperately waiting for M.Tech to end. Every new morning brought new tension and a day less in countdown for final presentation. For the first time in my life in last 7 years did I fear a new day. It became less of exploration and adventure but more of survival. I always knew that the day my final presentation would get over with any kind of performance given by me, the next morning would feel as if 50 kgs of weight has been put off my shoulders just as a cricketer felt after scoring his hundred. And it happened exactly

It was a fine yet cold and fog morning of 2016. But yet, for me something was different that day. It was my last day of master college. It was finally here. Although my mind was occupied with tension for last report of the semester, my heart seems to be lost elsewhere!! But with passage of time everything become normal and it happened that time. Always remember that things will always change. Sometimes when you are scared of big moments, God makes it easy for you if you have really tried to put efforts to face it.

That is one of the strangest feelings. You will feel happy, sad, insecure and excited at the same time. In short, we're gonna miss our college days. I felt relieved, joyful, and sad at the same time. I feel happy that I've learned so much from my friends, teachers and sad that I may never get to learn any more from them. I felt relieved because I knew that I made it through years of study and examinations. I felt joyful because it was something that I always wanted to achieve and I finally achieved it. Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end. “Do pal ki thii yeh dilon ki daastaan, Aur phir chal diye tum kaha, hum kaha”. And finally here was no emotional moment like we’ve during graduation pass out time.

Every person, literally every person in his life experiences the feeling which I’m feeling right now, the feeling which arises when you realize the truth that you will have to part from your friends. This unfortunate feeling comes only once in your life time that’s when your lovely college days end. Even the same feeling was coming in 2013 when I graduated. This time I completed my master of technology. All of college days were filled with fun and joy. I had fun almost every day when we come together. Even on the day of exam we were not serious but for mind fresh we are doing small treat and going to exam hall. This would not have been possible without the people whom I call “the gift of my life”. I don’t know who gifted me these people, I would have said god. It just happens best with all of us.

My college junction has taught me a lot. Different people have different behaviors and different trends. I have learned that in life, quality is so much more important than quantity. The truth is, friends will come and go. People from your past won’t always make it to your future, and that’s OKAY. I learned that friendship isn’t tied to who you party with or drink with. Friendship stems from so much more than that. I have friends who are like family. Some aren’t my age, but that’s the amazing thing.

I would like to thank my circle- Alok, Sidharth, Anil, and Rakesh for being reasons of continuous laughter that we had in lunch breaks and after lectures. And also thank to Aakanksh, Seema, Preety, Urmila, Milan and Renu for living in contact, giving updates and for helping. Thanks to all my classmates who always looked up at me as intelligent boy of the class. They have turned me into a confident person. I would also like to thank our Principal to inspire us whenever we met him. My class teacher for the final year gave me several opportunities which made my journey of M.Tech little more pleasing than others. Our librarian always gave us books for little more days which helped us a lot for making notes before exams. Rest; there are few people for whom I have immense respect. Aakanksha Gupta is the ultimate scholar I have ever seen in my life. The way she carried herself with perfection, dedication and knowledge, I wish I could become like her someday in any field that I chose in life. Really, you are a good speaker.

My special thanks goes to mission M.Tech team who provided referring books for each subject which helped us to prepare for examinations easily. I would also like to acknowledge the scholar from different colleges whom I met through my venture of last minute study. They also helped me immensely by informing me about things even before my college announced the same. :-) In the end, I would like to thank my parents who have been the real inspiration and pillar because of whom many things have been possible in the journey of M.Tech. They has been like GOD for me. And lastly, thanks to my father for investing in my post graduation and making it possible for me. Otherwise, all would have been just a dream.

Happy Engineers Day

The discipline of engineering is extremely broad, and encompasses a range of more specialized fields of engineering, each with a more specific emphasis on particular areas of applied science, technology and types of application. An Engineer can be Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, jamidaar, doodhwala but not vice versa. Engineering is one of those studies in which you end up understanding people and life more than your syllabus.

Engineering is the science, skill, and profession of acquiring and applying scientific, economic, social, and practical knowledge, in order to design and also build structures, machines, devices, systems, materials and processes. This is how Internet defines Engineering. I remember how I discomfort when first time I looked at my Science, Mathematics and numerous books after getting admission in 11th under Science stream. That was the exact moment I choose non-medical when I decided "I'm going to be an Engineer ever". Before my aim was to be a doctor like my father but due to less no interest in biology I left medical side and also in my school there was no one interested in biology except a girl. My father kept me to study for non-medical stream and I score respectable marks in first division to get an institute.

So it's Engineer's Day now. A day meant for all the geniuses who keep on working hard, inventing, researching and developing incessantly without any interruptions and failures. The world would have been a big void if Engineers would not have contributed their piece of mind to it. It has been a very proud moment to see that our country- India has produced many Engineers in last few years who have managed to amaze us every time they came up with something new. Engineering is the reason behind many inventions and creations. Every human made object has engineering involved in it. The bike, car or bus you ride, the washing machine that you use, the vacuum cleaner with which you clean your house, the mobile that you operate, the television that you see, the mobile through which you connect with your old and long-distance friends- All are the results of magnificence shown by the engineers.

Engineering is quite different from science. Scientists try to understand nature. Engineers try to make things that do not exist in nature. Engineers stress innovation and invention. To embody an invention the engineer must put his idea in concrete terms, and design something that people can use. That something can be a complex system, device, a gadget, a material, a method, a computing program, an innovative experiment, a new solution to a problem, or an improvement on what already exists. Since a design has to be realistic and functional, it must have its geometry, dimensions, and characteristics data defined. In the past engineers working on new designs found that they did not have all the required information to make design decisions. Most often, they were limited by insufficient scientific knowledge. Thus they studied mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and mechanics. Often they had to add to the sciences relevant to their profession. Thus engineering sciences were born.

Engineering has existed since ancient times as humans devised fundamental inventions such as the wedge, lever, wheel, and pulley. Each of these inventions is essentially consistent with the modern definition of engineering. As with all modern scientific and technological endeavors, computers and software play an increasingly important role. As well as the typical business application software there are a number of computer aided applications (computer-aided technologies) specifically for engineering. Computers can be used to generate models of fundamental physical processes, which can be solved using numerical methods.

It's a real proud moment to have so many friends who are Graduates in Engineering. It's very easy to say "Aaj kal toh sadak pe ghumta har ek banda Engineer hai" but it's very hard to earn the degree. Everything seems to be fun and frolic from distance but the one who is in the process of getting sharpen up for a bring future knows the struggle and obstacle in the journey. I have done Bachelors in Information Technology. I found it very easy as my University was MDU. But when I was landed up into a renowned-MDU University for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), I have started going through the pain of what a Graduation of any field goes through. Before that day, whenever I found any friend with a degree of B.Tech, a respect never came from within. But being in the First semester itself (of B.Tech), I have started respecting all the geniuses who have passed out their Graduation with respectable marks. And thus, I know now what a student goes through in an Engineering college where once faces continuous tortures, assignments, projects and I don't know what what....!!

I Salute the Dedication & Service of all courageous peoples who consistently work for make our life easier. A Very Happy Engineer's Day to all the Engineers of the world and to hit the bird's eye, I would like to wish all my friends (whom I know personally) who have successfully held their Engineering's Degree on their respective Convocations. It's a real proud moment to have so many friends who are Graduates in Engineering.

प्यारे दोस्तो एनआईटी श्रीनगर में देश का झंडा फहराने पर जेके पुलिस द्वारा छात्रों की पिटाई पर जितना निंदा की जाये वो बहुत कम हैं | दोस्तो अब हर शहर में एनआईटी श्रीनगर छात्रों के साथ खड़े होने के लिए कुछ एकजुटता मार्च होनी चाहिए | सभी एनआईटी श्रीनगर छात्रों पर गर्व है जिन्होंने सम्मान के साथ अपनी जमीन पर झंडा फहराने का कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया | अपनी लड़ाई भारत के विचार की रक्षा के लिए हैं। झंडा फहराने में उनकी मदद के लिए भारतीय सेना पर गर्व है| अगर हमे एनआईटी श्रीनगर के बच्चों पर गर्व हैं तो उतना ही गर्व यहाँ सोशल मीडिया में बैठे अपने मित्रो के ऊपर भी हैं जिन्होंने राजनीती से ऊपर उठ बच्चों का साथ दिया। अरे देश प्रेमिओ डेरी मिल्क खिला के बीमारी का इलाज नहीं किया जाता और इसीलिए गद्दारों को डिस्पो वैन की सुई ठोकनी ही पड़ती है तब जाकर इन का इलाज होता है| असहमति से कभी भी चिढ नहीं होती बदतमीजी से होती है|

जेके पुलिस और प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया पर शर्म आनी चाहिए | दुनिया के लोकतंत्र में प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया चौथा स्तंभ है लेकिन भारतीय मीडिया का भारत में पहला और पाखंड का सबसे बड़ा स्तंभ है | दुर्भाग्य से भारतीय मीडिया प्राइम टाइम में आइएस आइएस, जेएनयू, क्रिकेट पर बहस करते हैं लेकिन शायद ही देशभक्त तंजील अहमद और एनआईटी छात्र पर बहस निवेश में करते हैं।

देशभक्ति सदा जादू सा असर करती है | जिस भूमि पर अध्यात्किमता तथा आत्मान्वेषण का विकास हुआ है वो हिंदुस्तान दर्शन, धरम, आचरण शास्त्र, मधुरता, कोमलता और प्रेम की मातृभूमि है | येह सब विशव को भारत की देन है| भारत माता की मिट्टी मेरा स्वर्ग है भारत के कल्याण मै ही मेरा कल्याण है | दुनिया मै अगर कहीं स्वर्ग है तो वो हिंदुस्तान मै है | अगर भारत को विशव गुरु बनना है, विशव में उठाना है तो शिक्षा का विस्तार करना होगा, भारत की संस्कृति का विस्तार करना होगा, सब को मिल जुल कर धर्म जाति इन सब से ऊपर उठ कर आगे बढ़ना होगा |

भारत वर्ष के महापुरुष और अनेक शहीदों के बलिदान को कभी नहीं भुला सकता | सर्वोत्तम कोटि के महापुरुष जिन का चरित्र ज्ञान भक्ति और योग के सूंदर समिश्रण से बना है उन के आदर्शों को हम कभी नहीं भूल सकते | हमारे महापुरूषों और देश के लिए बलिदान देने वाले वीरों ने देश के लिए बहुत बड़े बड़े काम किए है | प्राचीन काल से ही अनेक वीर योद्धा हुए जिन्होंने भारत भूमि की रक्षा हेतु अपने प्राण तक को न्योछावर कर दिए | देशप्रेम से जुड़ी असंख्य वास्तविक कहानियाँ और महापुरूषों की दी हुई शिक्षा हमे वास्तव मे आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देता है पर हम उन की अपेक्षा और भी महान काम की आशा करे और आगे बढ़े और इस के लिए जीवन की अभिलाषा के लिए प्रति अक्ष्ण मरना होगा. आज से हिंदुस्तान का हर व्यक्ति संकल्प ले की वो अपने दायित्वों का निर्वाह भलीभांति करेगा और न खुद से तथा न किसी अन्य के साथ गलत करेगा तो यह उसका अपने देश के लिए एक उपहार ही होगा। एक डॉक्टर को महसूस करना चाहिए अगर वह एक गरीब आदमी का जीवन बचाता है वह देश की सेवा करेंगे और बदले में डॉक्टर देश भक्ति का कार्य कर रहे है उसी तरह एक क्लीनर पर गर्व महसूस करना चाहिए, कि वह अपने देश को स्वच्छ बना रहे है, एक शिक्षक पर गर्व महसूस करना चाहिए वह राष्ट्र को शिक्षित कर रहा है| मुझे विश्वास है कि मैं हर काम में देश भक्ति की इस वृत्ति को प्रेरित कर सकता हूँ। आओ हम सब मिल के शपथ ले कि आज के जियेंगे तो देश के लिए और मरेंगे तो देश के लिए |

भगत सिंह ने भी आजादी के लिये अंग्रेजों के सामने भरी अदालत में भारत माता की जय कहके अंग्रेजो की निद उडा दी थी मैरा रंगदे बसंती चोला माये रंग दे...कहा …भारतीय सैना का हर जवान युध्द में दुशमनो से लडते समय भारत माता की जय बोलता है जिससे उसका आत्मबल बडता है चाहे वह हिन्दु हो या मुसलमान चाहे वह पंजाबी हो या मद्रासी , सभी अपनी माता की रक्षा के लिये गर्व से कहते है भारत माता की जय।

यहां पर कुछ बातें राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के बारे में बताना चाहूंगा | कभी कभी संघ के लोगो के विषय में बहुत जानकारी न होने के कारण उनके ज्ञान की जीवन की जो ऊचाइयां है उस को समझ पाना बहुत मुश्किल होता है और कभी कभी तो कुछ बार जानने के बाद भी रजिस्टर नही होती है| डॉ. हेडगेवार जी की जन शताबदी समारोह के समय की बात है जो लोग हमारे (RSS) वैचारिक विरोधी है उन लोगो ने बहुत बड़ा अभियान चलाया था और लगातार लिखते थे बोलते थे सेमिनारों में चर्चा करते थे की देखो यह आरएसएस वाले कैसे लोग है, निकर चड्डी पहन के घूमते रहते है| अरे भाई हम तो चढ्ढी पहनते हैं उनकी तरह बीना पहने नहीं घुमते ! शुरू के दिनों में डॉ. हैडगेवार को कौन जानता था नागपुर मै भी कोई पूछता नहीं था | कहते थे एक बहुत मामूली आदमी को एक बड़ा आदमी बना कर के शताब्दी बना कर के घूम रहे है इस प्रकार की आलोचना होती थी | ऐसा कहने वालो के लिए एक ही सीधा जवाब है हमारे आलोचक जब जब कहते है डॉ. हैडगेवार बहुत सामान्य थे मैं इस का विरोध नही करता हु | यह सही है की पूरी संघ व्यवस्था में समाज के भीतर से आये हुए सामान्य लोग है, विशेषता यह नहीं है कि लोग सामान्य है या असामान्य है विशेषता येह है की सामान्य लोगो ने असामान्य काम कर के दिखाया है. | जिन को सामान्य नजरों से देख सकते है उन लोगो ने असामान्य काम कर दिखाया है |

मित्रो पूरी किताब को पड़ने से संघ विषय मे कोई भरम है उस भरम का अंत पढ़ते पढ़ते हो जायेगा मतलब संघ विषय में जानने की रुचि रखोगे तो समय पर सब पता चल जायेगा| बहुत सिखाया जाता है संघ मैं ऐसा है संघ मैं वैसा है संघ ने यह दिखाया बहुत से बातें इसलिए उलेख की गई है क्यों की संघ के लोग कोई जौर्नालिस्ट या बड़ा प्रभावी लोग नही होते है लेकिन आरएसएस को गहराई से जानने पर आपको अंदाज आएगा कि अपने आप को थका देने वाले लोग कितने उचे थे| शायद आज के लिए इतना ही काफी है |

With my birthday I’ve completed 8 years of joining RSS. On this birthday I was at home. Generally I’m not celebrating birthday like other friends. But on this special day I’m always trying to make some special recipe and always enjoying cooking. This time I make Aloo Tikki using bread, Pread Pakoda and Toast for my family.

This time received some special birthday wishes from the legend bollywood Actor, Padma Shri & BJP MP Mr. Paresh Rawal Ji. He wrote birthday wishes as “Work hard n makes your parent proud... Happy birthday n God Bless you”. Can’t imagine such moment of receiving birthday wishes form bollywood actor. Another best thing is that he is following me on Twitter since from 25 December, 2015. We are following to each other and can send direct message to each other.

Actor, Padma Shri & BJP MP Mr. Paresh Rawal Ji

He won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performances in the films Woh Chokri and Sir. First I was come to know about his move Sir when I asked him that “Sir first time listened about this movie ‘Sir’. This film/movie is special to you??” Then he replied that "it’s directed by Mahesh Bhatt and starred by Naseer Bhai n Puja Bhatt… that’s all. Then I say only yeah truly... Mahesh Bhatt & Naseer are awesome ‘Zakham’ is one of Mahesh Bhatt’s most down to earth works to date. Currently he is working in the biopic of Indian PM Shree Narendra Modi Ji who is the icon of development for Indian. He is always saying that “Development should be made a mass revolution, in the history of INDIA there were many leaders who gave their lives for the nation and fought for freedom in groups of 10s and 100s. But its Gandhi who has made the freedom movement to a mass revolution – with the things they do in everyday life – connects these actions with freedom movement.” Sir best wishes for upcoming biopic, and will be interesting to see your chemistry and dialogue & waiting for release of movie.

Bollywood actor and producer Sanjay Kapoor is also good in communication with their fans. He is not active on social media. But he is always online on WhatsApp. Sometimes I’m texting him on WhatsApp related to review of movies only. In today generations, it’s possible only because of Technology.

Over social media Hollywood Actress and Producer Vanessa Martini also have good conversations. She is well known for her role in Party Betchez, Road to Redemption and executive producer of Once upon a Night movie. When I searched her on Google then I was little confused that she is Germany based actress or elsewhere. I asked her are you Germany based? She replied – lol I live in Los Angeles and working with an international director so there's stuff written about me all over. I’m impressed with her quick response. Even have more conversations with her. It’s enough for this post.

And received 2^nd from Deputy Advocate General at Government of Haryana Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad Ji. It is always interesting to interact with Raj Kumar Ji on social issues. First time I was meet him during RSS camp in March, 2008 at Loharu. At that time he was Advocate at bar council, Bhiwani. Now a day he is living at Chandigarh. He is good at singing. Generally I’m receiving inspirational social message from him on WhatsApp. “Badon ka aasheervaad ave preranaadaayee shiksha hamesha aage badhane ko protsaahit karatee hai, aapake preranaadaayak maisej tatha janmadin kee shubhakaamanaon ke lie bahot bahot dhanayavaad. Mera saubhaagy raha hai ki pahalee hee shaakha main aap kee aur Ravi Kumaar Ji ki ungalee pakad kar chalane ka saubhaagay mila hai”

Also received some good birthday message from unknown persons on social media, Monica Sharma write “happy birthday…best wishes”. Mr. Dipesh Bothra writes "that's most important makes your parent’s proud society n country will automatically be… Happy birthday.” Mr. Krunal writes “nice blessing sir ji warna aaj kal to kanaiya kumar ki tarah protest karo aap fukat mein khilayega.” And at last it was nice to talk them on various issues of politics, national issues and social issues.

Sunset Moment Captured In Camera

Namaskar to every lovely reader… Ek bar phir se pakne or pkane ke mood mai aap sab ka sawagat hai. After a gap of about three months, again I’m here. Today I’ll like “Man Ki Baat” like as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi…:-D It’ll not on air…:-D

To suru karte hai aaj ki baat. After three months of Sunrise and Sunset, I’m here. Two months of holiday enjoyed and now my classes are started. So the preparation will start for semester exam. Hope even in this semester, fun enjoy and parties will goes like previous semester. In my education days, it was first time that I have some social related friends who support social activities and even they are satisfied… Ab last line mai kis ke bare mai bat kr rha hu… yha to samjne walo ke lie ishara hi kaafi hai. Kher choriea yeah sab baaten.

Now I’m sitting at 2^nd floor so clearly can see the sunset. Really it gives peace to heart. I’m a morning person. Generally wake up at 5:30 am to 6:00 am. I’m also a lover of evenings and midnights, firmly oriented to the post meridiem means it took me some time to realize there was 6 am. However on the road I make a point of walking early. Just as safari guides have up at down to catch the day’s prime activity. The world rewards who rise before the sun.

Mornings are when a place is most specifically itself before it’s properly dressed or put together, unaware that anyone’s watching when it steps out for the paper in a bath robe. Like waking in a stranger’s bed, there is a disarming intimacy to seeing a place in the pale light of down.

Sunsets approve me. They come to me at the oddest of hours and places. But come they do. They know and ascertain that they are my favorite moments, and so give me abundance. The setting sun has been the most common site in the drawings we did when we were first getting to hold crayons. You know what I talk of - those angular hills, a small cottage; figure on the grass, a few flying birds in the distance… and the setting sun over the mountains … remember??

Because of lover of photography I’ve taken so many pictures of sunrise and sunset. In both situations, amazing feelings comes when I see these images on PC and getting some views of friends about it. But sometimes it remains some issues and I have always wondered why the setting sun forms the expression for defeat, of passed time in a career or profession, of completion, an end … or all of these rolled into one….!!

Is it just that Mr. Sun has remained with us throughout the day, relentless in its properties to us, and now it is time for his time out?? Perhaps that’s why the expression or sample came from … Even our expressions are related to it. With the change in environment form morning to evening that is with sunrise to sunset, our activities and thoughts are changed for related work. Right…??

After sunset, activities will be very different. It has been referred to often, when the chips are down and is really a comment that signifies an end to whatever had been undertaken. Its defeatist and far too weak a moment or statement to make…The simile is an interesting read, fulfilling expression and a cliched much used word logy… that is it… no more…!! But because of its presence and its strengths, we succumb to it and its reality... we should … after all it talks of so many aspects of our life and twirls it around to make it look good and healthy. Yes that is true...!!

At last want to say, enjoy every moment of life. You can get such moments on any occasion, festivals, parties, travelling etc. Life is like a costly diamond and everyone want to get it but there are only some peoples who see this diamond in their hands. Always remember one thing that “Zindagi Na Milagi Dobara” so enjoy every moment of life.

Never Keep Anything For Tomorrow

Now the session of exam of college students will starts within coming days. May be some students have good preparation and some are just in launching mode to start their preparation. Students who are starting their study just before of exam, they prepare like as the speed of Rocket launched by NASA. Some students are like that doesn’t know when they will study. Their reactions are like that I should start my study from tomorrow because it is too late today or I am a bit tired today. But tomorrow he says again that he will start from the next day. Days are passed in such a way but his tomorrow does not come when he will study.

There may be other reasons he says to himself daily for ignoring study on that day. Reasons are such as I will start study from tomorrow because I am not in good mood today or because it is very cold or hot today. Other interesting reason about the study that I’ve watched in my real life is that they will start study from tomorrow because they want to watch a movie or they want to go for game etc. Such a student says to himself daily that he will start his study tomorrow and saying this daily he passes the whole session till the exam approaches and find no time for study for exam.

Today in technological world, the way of study is changed so much. All of us see televisions, surf Internet, listen FM radio and watching live online video related to our study materials etc. These are source of knowledge along with books, magazines, newspapers and other mediums. So there is no problem in doing them for source of knowledge and even it is the best way for source of knowledge.

Other than study for some daily life work we are saying I will start from tomorrow. We should stop such thinking. We should start today. But I’ll say we should right now, don’t leave it for whole day. Here we can take example of superstars, sportsman or other achieves. Their interviews generally enchant us apart from their usual shows. After we hear them speaking how they made most out of their lives which was as ordinary as ours before they came into the field, we want to repeat the same with our lives. When the interview is on we start building lot of plans and strategies in our mind. It makes us believe that we are of the same potentials and we can also carry success the way they did. We become motivated and inspired all of a sudden by their interview. But apart from it there will be no effects of thousand talks of our parents, hundred flings of our relatives, hundred suggestions by our friends, so many free advises by strangers. They can’t do to our will what a great one-liner quote or a legend's words can. So here I suggest it to everyone to read biographies and autobiographies to learn how to lead life rather than wasting it every minute. You’ll get too many points for your life.

Start Executing Many Things That Have Decided

After reading or listening to life stories of some of the famous people of this world, you'll be getting motivated and charged. At that moment you shouldn't just plan but start executing at least one of the many things that you have decided to include in your regimen. Because with time the situations are changing and our mind starts liking what it has been doing since a long time idle around and start ignoring. Life is just like a battery of laptop or mobile phone, performs best when fully charged and starts showing dangerous warning once it’s close to exhausting. We are the only one who can make or break our lives. Breaking it adds to complexities in life which makes us poor in future and I don't believe that there is anything worst than poverty in life. Once you don't have money to fulfill your needs and wants, you start feeling insecure, ugly and inferior. Money matters before anything in world. I am not asking to be greedy but to be honest with your money and earnings. Always try to be honest.

To escape from these above problems in future, we must follow a mantra in life that we will never keep anything for tomorrow. We should leave our attitude of I will do tomorrow i.e. kal se pakka krenge yaar, kal jaroor krenge or baad mai dekhenge jane do ab to yaar etc. Achievers never feel satisfied and that is what makes them go beyond ordinary and achieve what seems to be impossible for others. They never leave anything for tomorrow. The day we will learn the fundamental with which they have conquered the whole nation and world, we will be what they are. It's not difficult to be a legend or a great personality at a national/international level if you commit yourself in completing all your tasks within a day time. And beside it we need hard work in daily life because hard work is the key of success.

It’s true that there are few things that are done in parts which takes several days to accomplish the milestones and deliverable but that does not mean you will start dividing a day’s work into days' work and show that you are doing everything accordingly. No, it’s not right. You don't need to prove a point to anyone. You have to do it for yourself. Anything that you do for yourself is an investment. So don’t concentrate on others what they are thinking if you are doing well. What you do with an approach of proving yourself to others never gets successful until and unless you realize that you were on a wrong track till now. Your parents want good for you but they don't know this century as you do. Time changes as days changes. Hence, you can’t say that your parents didn't guide you. It's not in their hands. They can only pray for you and wish that you achieve what people don't generally possess. Hence, a request to all of you is that don't leave anything for tomorrow. One day is enough and today is surely enough to complete all the tasks. Be motivated and show it every day in your routine. One of the most important keys to it is having the discipline to do what you know you should do even when you don’t feel like doing it.

Receiving My Certificate Of Publication

Last month on 29^th march was my birthday. On that I get so many birthday wishes. This time BJP Haryana media spoke person Mr. Hritik Wadhwa also send me birthday wishes. He is a cool person like as Indian captain cool MS Dhoni. I was meeting him some months ago in Bhiwani at his office. I’m not celebrating my birthday too much like others. So this time also birthday was like a normal day but whole day I was busy in doing some creative work. At night time I was busy in preparing the notes for national conference.

After a long time again I play a prank with Preeti. Actually the idea of prank was come when I was discussing on some matter with my friend Mr. Rakesh Baloda and Mr. Alok Bhardwaj ji. After spending a quality time of lectures we were travelling on bike. We were talking about spending moments in campus. For this prank Urmila give me support. Thaks Urmila ji… :-) I’ve no words for Preeti. She is so kind hearted. I can’t explain how much you are so sweet. Even I was saying you. Your voice is like a nightingale. Every word you utter is sweet. I think it’s a genuine comment for you.

Life is changing its phase like as sometimes it’s becoming happier or sadness. It’s only because of thoughts and its process. Our living environment always changes magnitude of mood and the proficiency with which the mind works. It is not what you have but it is how you think has a profound effect on your life. If possible we should enjoy every moment of life. Because zindagi na milage dobara. All of us should always subjective to ourselves and then the people around us. A race is always there in life. I prefer the one with myself. Whatever happens to me is by what happens with me. I’m telling you a motivational quote that I’ve read somewhere: "Be sure that you appreciate everything you've got; and be thankful for the little things in life that mean a lot." I remember some best words as given below:

I participated in National Conference on Innovative Trends in Computer Science Engineering ITCSE-2015 on 4th April 2015 held by International Journal of Recent Research Aspects ISSN: 2349-7688. My research paper was selected for publication on the topic Li-Fi: Future of Wireless Comunication. National Conference was addressed by Guest of Honor Dr. B.K. Kaushik, Associate Professor in Department of Electronics and communication engineering at Indian institute of technology, Roorkee and Chief Guest Dr.Nasib Singh Gill, Professor and Head at Department of Computer Science and Applications, MDU, Rohtak. I was impressed from his shahyari. He gave inspirational speech about technologies with his some shahyari. Here I’m posting one of his best shahyari.

In national conference the best speech was given by Dr. B.K. Kaushik about make in India and also about the quality research requirements of DRDO. He was praising of Mr. Narendra Modi for his vision. I think NarendraModi is right to invite Foreign Companies to manufacture in India so that the countrymen can have employment using their skills. Come, make in India," Prime Minister Narendra Modi exhorted the world in his maiden Independence Day address, inviting global firms to set up manufacturing bases as part of his biggest push to fix in one go multiple economic problems including low employment creation, slow economic growth and high trade deficit. India's manufacturing activity contracted 0.7 per cent in 2013-14, the first time since 1991-92, dragging overall economic growth down to sub-5 per cent for the second consecutive year.

Reviving manufacturing is the biggest challenge for the government as the high inflation has kept interest rates high, impacting investments and demand. We should dream of 'Made in India' products across the world. We need to encourage the manufacturing sector. We need to channelize the strength of the youth through manufacturing. Manufactured goods should have zero defects as also zero effect on environment.

We should strive to be a nation that doesn't import, but exports. In one speech Narendra Modi was saying that “I urge youth to reduce dependence on imported products." He is right, we should think about it. Today Indian youth power can play a best role in every field. Dr. B.K. Kaushik, Associate Professor in Department of Electronics and communication engineering at Indian institute of technology, Roorkee was also saying about this point. He give the best example of china for this purpose. Hindustan phir se Golden Sparrow ban sakta hai. We can be superpower in the world. But for this we need to use resources carefully.

Industry chambers hailed Modi's vision as path-breaking and visionary. CII i.e. Confederation of Indian Industry is happy to see high importance attached to manufacturing and investment. As PM said, manufacturing is necessary for employment and for trade expansion. Come, make in India - what an inspiring statement….!! In order to achieve this, the government would need to address issues such as taxation, including introduction of the GST (Goods and Services Tax), land acquisition, faster approvals, trade policy, etc. The government has initiated a drive over the past ten months to improve business climate, streamlining application clearance mechanism.

Making India the manufacturing hub will also mean higher exports from the country and lower imports, reducing the trade gap. "We are now confident that the 'Makein India' and 'Made in India' vision will be supported by requisite policy and implementation measures for enhancing the competitiveness of our manufacturing sector," said Ficci president Sidharth Birla.

Now I think you are boring because there is nothing much interesting like a romantic love story in reading the technical part of this post. Perhaps all of you are reading in newspaper as well as listening and watching on news channels.
