(SAINT LOUIS) The National Rifle Association (NRA, NAFA and the Anime St. Louis are not the only organizations drawn to the hospitality space and convenience of hosting an event in St. Louis, Missouri. The Midwest town, neighboring other major cities, offers the diversity, size and flexibility to host a wide spectrum of events throughout the year. The fourth month of the year indicates a hectic convention season in Saint Louis.

The April 2012 St Louis schedule shows a number of expos and conventions planned at venues across the city, Edward Jones Dome, the Renaissance Hotel and the Gateway Center.

In contrast to other U.S. conventions centers, the Edward Jones Dome America’s Center is purportedly the only convention center in the US affiliated with a Mobil four-star restaurant, the LEYE Inc restaurants and Tony’s of St. Louis.

Even though the Edward Jones Dome, America’s Center is home of the NFL St. Louis Rams football team, it easily accommodates 100,000+ occupant for conventions, exhibits and other events. When Pope John Paul conducted a momentous mass in 1999, the exhibit hall was filled with 104,000 attendees.

St. Louis’ Edward Jones Dome features a 28,000 sq, ft ballroom, boasting the most expansive space of its kind from Chicago to Dallas, TX, says sources of ExploreStLouis.com

On April 11the, St Louis Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) have a conference reserved at the Renaissance Grand Hotel. Exhibitor rates began at $300 and with sponsorship costs at $600. (Exhibit and sponsor ticket are already sold out).

Precisely, 48-hours later on April 13 – 15, the 141st NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits at America’s Center in the heart of Saint Louis, MO.

This 141st annual meeting showcases more thatn 500 exhibitors, spanning a 340,000 square feet of exhibit hall. High profile celebrities, seminars and a slew of shooting accessories, art work and other collectibles will be available on sale.

On the subsequent weekend, NAFA Institute and Expo takes over the America’s Center Saint Louis from April 21-24th. The convention proves to be an economic boom for the Renaissance Hotel as rooms are already sold out. Nonetheless, a few vacancies at the Hilton BallPark remain open for the time being.

Overlapping the same time span is the Anime Saint Louis exhibit at the Gateway Center in (Collinsville, IL).

St. Louis Missouri is known for its 10 time winning World Series Champions, the Cardinals. But as diehard as Cardinal fans are, facts provided by the St. Louis Major League Baseball team purport that 90 percent of the fans, visiting Busch Stadium are from other cities and states. This interesting data suggests that some Cardinal fans or visitors may be neophytes, attending Busch Stadium for the first time. The following travel information serves as a concise guide to planning a game day.

Where is Busch Stadium?

Busch Stadium resides in close proximity to the Gateway Arch, the International Bowling Museum and Eugene Field House St. Louis. The Scottrade Center is merely six blocks west of Busch Stadium.

The Busch Stadium Address or location is at the intersection of Clark Avenue and South 8th Street in St. Louis, MO.

The seating capacity of Busch Stadium is 46,000 seats.

What is the food and beverage situation at Busch Stadium?

As with any ballpark in the Midwest, the provisions include the basic baseball fare$. The supply of hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, bratwurst and of course beer is quite copious. In fact, the Cardinal’s stadium presents food options at just about every level, with more than a dozen options, which could have something to do with the fact that some 540,000 hot dogs are sold at Busch Stadium each year.

MLB factoid: The St. Louis Cardinals were originally named the “Stockings” and then the Browns.”

Accommodating those with gluten allergies, the grilled chicken, polish sausage, beef brisket and bratwurst are all available without the bun bun.

Tell us what and where your favorite concession stand is at Busch Stadium?
