وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

“സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങളെല്ലാവരും അല്ലാഹുവിലേക്ക് ഖേദിച്ചു മടങ്ങുക. നിങ്ങൾ വിജയം വരിച്ചവരാകാൻ ”(സൂറത്തുന്നൂർ :31)

അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ കല്‌പനയ്ക്ക് വിപരീതം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചതിലും പാപം ചെയ്തതിലുമുള്ള അതിയായ ഖേദമാണ് തൌബ കൊണ്ട് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്.

പാപം ചെയ്താലുടൻ തൌബ നിർബന്ധമാണ്. ചില പാപങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുമാത്രം തൌബ ചെയ്യാം.

ലോകാവസാ‍നത്തോടടുത്ത് സൂര്യൻ പടിഞ്ഞാറുനിന്നുദിച്ചതിനു ശേഷവും ആത്മാവ് ശരീരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വേർപിരിയാനടുത്ത സമയത്തും തൌബ സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല. ഇവ രണ്ടും ഏത് സമയത്താണെന്നറിയാത്തതിനാൽ എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും തൌബ അനിവാര്യമാണ്.

തൌബ സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടാൻ നാല് നിബന്ധനകൾ ഒത്തിരിക്കണം

1) പാപം ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവനാണെങ്കിൽ അതിൽനിന്നും പിന്മാറണം. ഉദാ:- പലിശ സംബന്ധമായ ബിസിനസ് ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ അതൊഴിവാക്കണം. കള്ള് കുടിക്കുന്നവൻ അത് നിറുത്തണം.

2) കുറ്റം ചെയ്തതിൽ ഖേദിക്കുക.

3) പിന്നീട് തെറ്റുകൾ ചെയ്യില്ലെന്ന ദൃഢംതീരുമാനമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുക.

4) അപഹരിച്ച സ്വത്ത്, നിർബന്ധമായ സകാത്ത് തുടങ്ങിയ ബാധ്യതകളിൽ നിന്നും ഏഷണി, പരദൂഷണം പോലുള്ള അപരന്റെ അഭിമാന സംബന്ധമായ ബാധ്യതകളിൽ നിന്നും പൂർണമായും മുക്തനാവണം. അപഹൃത സ്വത്ത് അതിന്റെ ഉടമകൾക്ക് തിരിച്ച്കൊടുത്തും സകാത്ത് അതിന്റെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്തും താൻ അപരാധം പറഞ്ഞവരുടെയടുത്ത് ചെന്ന് കുറ്റം ഏറ്റ് പറഞ്ഞ് മാപ്പ് ചോദിച്ചുമാണ് തൌബ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്.

Qur'an 103: 01-03
By (the Token of) Time (through the ages), Most surely man is in loss
Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.

The Brahma Sutra of Hinduism is: "Ekam Brahm, dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan" (Sanskrit transliteration) "There is only one God, not the second; not at all, not at all, not in the least bit."

"Na tasya pratima asti" "There is no likeness of Him." [Svetasvatara Upanishad 4:19]¹

Surah Al Ikhlas 112 :1-4. The Unity, Sincerity, Oneness Of God (Allah) is depicted in Quran as such:

"...He is God, the One and Only; God, the Eternal, Absolute; He begets not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him."

Foreword: If you have reached this part of my web page, chances are, you have a quest to learn and this section is basically meant for scholarly purposes. We don't mean to demean or discredit any religious thoughts and would appreciate any constructive criticism and opinions and I promise to incorporate them into this article.
Hailing from the Indian subcontinent, I often pondered and was asked by a few of my Hindu colleagues, "If according to Islam, messengers or prophets were sent as a prophet to each and every nation of the world, then which ones were sent to Indian subcontinent? Can we consider major deities of Hinduism, the Rama and Krishna to be apostles of God and will Muslims respect them as much as they respect their own who are mentioned in Quran?".
I didn't have any satisfactory answer to this, then. As far as I knew, Qur'an does mention about the prophets sent to Jews( Moses) and Christians (Jesus) and finally to Pagans of Arabia in particular and the whole mankind in general (Muhammad-*saw*) but it doesn't mention anything about this part of the world, i.e., Hindus. Although, Holy Quran does state:

". . . And there never was a people, without a warner having lived among them (in the past)." [Al-Qur’an 35:24]

A similar message is repeated in Surah Rad, chapter 13 verse 7 ". . . and to every people a guide." [Al-Qur’an 13:7]

Allah (swt) also says in Surah Nisa, chapter 4 verse 164: "Of some messengers We have already told you the story; of others we have not." [Al-Qur’an 4:164]

A similar message is repeated in Surah Ghafir chapter 40 verse 78: "We did aforetime send messengers before you: of them there are some whose story We have related to you, and some whose story We have not related to you. . ." [Al’Qur’an 40:78]

Also, The Glorious Qur’an mentions in Surah Rad, chapter 13 verse 38 "For each period is a book (revealed)." [Al-Qur’an 13:38]

A lot has been written by Muslim scholars and converts, about the coming of prophet Muhammad (saw) in almost all the major world religions. Interfaith dialogue videos present at Ahya website and True Message bears testimony to the truthfulness of this divine book called as Holy Quran. But had the Almighty Allah(swt) willed, the whole world to consist of nothing but Muslims, then it would have prevailed, but probably HE has His own plans known best to him and such attempts by Muslims to prove that they indeed are the inheritors of the Truth... serve little purpose BUT to consolidate their own faith in Allah(swt) and increase respect for theirs and others religion, for this proves, that all the religions had initially originated as the adherents of ONE, True God.
Once in a blue moon, such writings and dialogues do end up convincing a non-Muslim that Islamic teachings and monotheism is indeed the True path and then he/she reverts into the fold of Islam and if that happens for one in a thousand who read this article, I would consider this a victory for eternal truth.
My quest for the answer to the question above, finally arrived in the form of a book written by A.H.Vidyarthi and U. Ali, "Muhammad in Parsi, Hindu & Buddhist Scriptures," which is indeed a scholarly work with detailed references and scans of the original texts. Few of which I will try to reproduce below.
Recently, I read the work of Dr. Zakir Naik, an authoritative source in matters of comparative religion and involved in various Interfaith dialogues all over the world. You can ask him questions or refute his findings at his website (irf.net). He is based in Bombay (India) and in a recent dialogue with Swamiji of Ramakrishna Mission he mentioned these points, of which the Swamiji had no answers. I have also seen the video of this Interfaith dialogue and it's available for download at ahya.org website. Please provide me with the refutations to these findings and I'll be most happy to put them here online.
To start with, Dr. Naik mentions the two places where there is a usage of the word Allah(swt) in Hindu scriptures:

Word "Ilah" is used in Rigveda Book 2 Hymn I verse II
Even in the Rigveda which is the most sacred scripture of the Hindus, one of the attributes given to God Almighty in Book no 2 Hymn no I verse II, is ‘Ila’ which if pronounced properly is the same as 'Allah'.
Allo Upanishad:
Amongst the various Upanishads one of the Upanishad is named as ‘Allo’ Upanishad in which God is referred to as "Allah" several times.

Readers comment: There is every probability that you will find words in Sanskrit texts that sound similar to Arabic words. But there are huge difference between present interpretations of Islam and the Upanishads.
The most significant being, that Upanishads do not need a personified god, while such a god could indeed be a very useful device. While most current flavors of Islam have to start with a personified god called "Allah" in specific. The answer to the above is therefore, that it is not really relevant. While there indeed could be such names, the name is not central to Hinduism. Or Buddhism or Jainism etc. A name is only a place holder.
GuidedOnes: We agree with you totally - unlike Christians (who will insist that Gods name is not Allah its Jehovah) the name of God is not so important to Muslims. What is not important is the name you give God but your attitude to God and belief in him -for instance the pagan Arabs used to call God 'Allah' - but they would say 'Allah' has a child, or 'Allah' is this statue , etc - similarly the Christian Arabs of today call God Allah but say Allah has a son or Allah came down to earth in human form - both this incompatible with being God or His nature. So Muslims say "khuda hafiz" when they depart (may God protect you) - 'khuda' is the Persian name for God - that is less important than the fact that Muslims understand that Khuda/Allah/God is one and unique.
The reason the word "Allah" is used by Muslims other than say God is that the word Allah has no masculine or feminine gender and means "The God" in Arabic - thus negating any possibility of believing that God has any partners or associates - (the word God can imply the existence of goddess, godfather, godmother etc.)

Coming to the claim by some of the Hindu faithful, to the idea of Rama and Krishna as also the prophets of Allah(swt) and Muslims should regard them as such, wrt the Quranic verse..."We did aforetime sent messengers before you: of them there are some whose story We have related to you, and some whose story We have not related to you. . ." [Qur’an 40:78]. In 1935, Dr. Pran Nath published an article in the Times of India that showed that the Rig Veda contains events of the Babylonian and Egyptian kings and their wars. Further, he showed that one-fifth of the Rig Veda is derived from the Babylonian Scriptures. From a Muslim perspective, it is likely that the Hindus were given a revealed book or books that contained description and struggles of Allah’s Prophets sent previously to other peoples. It is also possible that commentaries written about them were incorporated later and became a part of the revealed books.

We as Muslims, might also consider Hindu gods as prophets of Allah(swt) minus the mythologies written about them by various writers through different ages. Even then, we need to take a look at these prophesies mentioned in the religious texts of Hinduism which talk about the advent of the Last and Final messenger of God (Allah):

"O people, listen [to] this emphatically! the man of praise [The name 'Muhammad' literally means 'praiseworthy' in arabic)] will be raised among the people. We take the emigrant in our shelter from sixty thousand and ninety enemies whose conveyances are twenty camels and she camels, whose loftiness of position touches the heaven and lowers it". Read Muhammad's(uwbp) history of emigration to medina and see this prophecy being fulfilled. No Hindu explanation of this exists as to my knowledge. [Atharva Veda 20:129]

The translation of Verses 5-27 (Sanskrit text of the Puranas, Prati Sarg Parv III: 3, 3). The word 'Malechha' means a man belonging to a foreign country and speaking foreign language.

"A 'malechha' spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mahamad..."

Readers comment: Hindus do not consider 'Bhavishya Purana as authentic religious scripture, nor do we hold it in high regards but for argument sake, I would like to clarify here that 'Malecha' means 'degraded' and or 'of low caste' and not what you claim in your translation. Also, 'Mahamad' when broken into parts in sanskrit means 'maha=big' and 'mud=mischief', hence 'big mischief'.
Guided Ones- The translation of Verses 5-27 (Sanskrit text of the Puranas, Prati Sarg Parv III: 3, 3) that's presented above, is from the works of a Muslim but a Sanskrit scholar Dr. Vidyarthi. He also states in his book, that, this word is NOW used to degrade people, meaning unclean or even worse. Its usage varies and depends on who is using it and for whom. Sir William Jones had great difficulty in recruiting a Pundit to teach him Sanskrit because he was considered unclean (Malechha). It is not known when this word began to be used in the derogatory sense but Mahrishi Vyasa, the compiler of the Puranas, has defined a wise Malechha as “a man of good actions, sharp intellect, spiritual eminence, and showing reverence to the deity (God). Through my elementary knowledge of Sanskrit, I can tell that, substituting 'unclean' as the usage for this word here, will make no logical sense for the sentence because it's followed by the word 'Acharya', which means a spiritual/religious teacher. Same is the case of 'Mahamad', according to your definition, the sentence should read like...'A low caste spiritual teacher will appear with his companions, his name will be 'big mischief'. Does this make sense? I agree, that Hindus do not hold 'Bhavishya Purana' as authentic texts. Some Pundits have now begun to reject the Puranas simply because they find in them many prophecies and vivid signs of the truth of Prophet Muhammad (saw). A case has been made that the present Puranas are not the same collection that Vedas refer to and the real books were lost. Nevertheless, this contention is not correct. It is impossible that all the Puranas which were so widely read and keenly studied, could have fallen in oblivion and totally wiped out, whereas the Vedas, which only a few could read and understand, remained intact until now, but then what about the text from 'Atharva Veda' which I had already mentioned before this?

Atharva Veda X, 2, 28: [On Ka’bah]
The Ka’bah is not exactly cubical and its sides are not of the same length. Till date, it has remained unconquerable. The Holy Sanctuary (Haram) of which Ka’bah is at the center remains open day and night (eternal life) throughout the year and it is always filled with people praying to Allah (the One True God). Muslims face toward it during prayer forming circle in the Haram (Holy House) and the circle extends out in this manner throughout the planet Earth.
Any other explanations of these lines is most welcome!

"Whether it is built high, its walls are in a straight line or not, but God is seen in every corner of it. He who knows the House of God, knows it because God is remembered there. This abode of the angels has eight circuits and nine gates. It is unconquerable, there is eternal life in it and it is resplendent with Divine light."

Readers Comment: This translation from the original Sanskrit is wrong. The reference to 9 gates (or portals) occur quite commonly in many Hindu scriptures. Sanskrit scholars from time immemorial have translated these shlokas from the Gita and Upanishads and everywhere they refer to these 9 gates which in turn refer to the 9 portals in human body: 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 nostrils, mouth, anus and genital.
Correct translation by Devi Chand: "THIS CITADEL OF THE BODY, unconquerable by the ignorant, equipped with circles eight and portals nine, contains the soul of full of myriad power, ever marching on the joyful God, surrounded by the Refulgent Supreme Being."
Our Reply: Your replies does not prove that the translation of these lines of Atharva Veda by Dr. Vidyarthi is wrong. We can go for a word by word Sanskrit translation in this regard.
Now earlier according to Devi Chand the 8 circles were = 8 steps of yoga
Now the 9 portals are 9 holes in our body
1) Is your body equipped with yoga? ( meaning 8 steps, parts whatever), If your answer is “Yes”, then apparently the rest of mankind are unaware of it, If it is “NO” then your understanding and Devi Chand’s understanding that the 9 portals refers to holes in our body becomes absurd.
Even if we agree about what you say regarding 9 gates of HUMAN body and the portals they refer to, then I have a question for these Sanskrit translators/ scholars (from time immemorial)! "Does the word 'HUMAN' only stand for MEN in Vedas, Gita, Upanishads etc. or have they conveniently forgotten the two openings on the HUMAN bodies of WOMEN from where most of the us, get our first feed from our mothers, as soon as we come into this world. Doesn't this make 11 gates in humans and also in most of the mammals body? Although, such interpretation is highly illogical and unfortunately makes little sense to start with. Think about it yourself.

The Ka’bah was built by Prophets Abraham and Ismail. It has remained unconquerable as explained in the preceding verse. Many verses of the Holy Qur’an and of the Old Testament in the Bible describe the divine blessings in this Holy house. The House of God has nine gates - Baab-e-Ibrahim (Abraham) , Baab-al-Wedaa, Baab-as-Safa, Baab-e-Ali, Baab-e-Abbas, Baab-un-Nabi, Baab-as-Salaam, Baab-az-Ziyarat, and Baab-e-Haram. Further, the eight circuits are the natural lines enclosing the areas between the surrounding hills, the names of which are: Jabal-e-Khaleej, Jabal-e-Qaiqaon, Jabal-e-Hindi, Jabal-e-Laalaa, Jabal-e-Keda, Jabal-e-Abu Hadidah, Jabal-e-Abi Qabees, and Jabal-e-Umar.

"Brahma (Abraham in Arabic) stayed in this abode which is illumined by heavenly light and covered with Divine blessings. It is the place that gives (spiritual) life to the people and is unconquerable."

The Sama Veda contains many prophecies of the advent of Prophet Mohammad. Here, one of them is presented. It is found in Sama Veda, II:6,8: Prophet Muhammad’s other name was Ahmed (both are from root letters h, m and d), both words have the meaning the “praised one” except the latter emphasizes a higher degree to it. The Holy Qur’an states that Prophet ‘Isa (Jesus, pbuh) mentioned the last Prophet’s name as Ahmed. Incidentally, it's my last name too ;)

"Ahmed acquired religious law (Shariah) from his Lord. This religious law is full of wisdom. I receive light from him just as from the sun."

Readers Comment: This is a very clever attempt by the author, to try to Islamicize the Hindu texts to suit his own whims and fancies. A crude interpolation of texts, which can only convince the most illiterate amongst Hindus. For those who wish to see the truth behind the Hindu philosophy of nine gates in our body read this: "The stable person, renouncing work through knowledge, neither acts himself, nor forces action on others, but takes refuge in the body, the city of 9 gates" ( Gita V: 13)
Our Reply: Let us consider the above translation of the verse from Gita by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada : sarva -- all; karmani -- activities; manasa -- by the mind; sannyasya -- giving up; aste -- remains; sukham -- in happiness; vasi -- one who is controlled; nava-dvare -- in the place where there are nine gates; pure -- in the city; dehi -- the embodied soul; na -- >>never; eva -- certainly; kurvan -- doing anything; na -- not; karayan -- causing to be done.
In English according to him it becomes : "When the embodied living being controls his nature and mentally renounces all actions, he resides happily in the city of nine gates [the material body], neither working nor causing work to be done.
Now let us compare the translation that you posted
"The stable person, renouncing work through knowledge, neither acts himself, nor forces action on others, but takes refuge in the body, the city of 9 gates" ( Gita V: 13)
Let's try rationally to understand this verse as conveyed by both translations
1) If the soul is controlled it achieves contentment
2) When that happens, the soul is happy and stays within the city with 9 gates (IF NOT, what happens, does the soul gets out of the city?)
3) When that happens it also renounces all work ( meaning wondering around or shall we say be as a destitute )

Hence according to Hinduism all you need to do is to control yourself and stay within the body ( as if the soul has a choice to leave the body ), I find it difficult to understand how the soul can get out of the body, if it did not control itself. I hope you get the picture?

Hence Hinduism has a lot of problems on account of misinterpretation of sacred texts as well as adulteration of sacred texts.

Your comments does not point out the place or words where the translation of these lines stands out to be mere interpolation or a bluff on the part of Dr. Vidyarthi. Further than this, I have no comments.

Gita 7-24: "The ignorant believe that un-manifest Para Brahma (One God) incarnates or takes manifestations, because they do not completely understand My highest, immutable, incomparable, and transcendental existence."

There is no compulsion in religion.
The right direction is henceforth distinct from error.
And he who rejects false deities and believes in Allah has grasped a firm handhold which will never break.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in the Old Testament:

The Qur’an mentions in Surah Al-Araf chapter 7 verse 157:

"Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures) in the law and the Gospel".

MUHAMMAD (PBUH) PROPHESISED IN THE BOOK OF DEUTERONOMY:

Almighty God speaks to Moses in Book of Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:

"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."

The Christians say that this prophecy refers to Jesus (pbuh) because Jesus (pbuh) was like Moses (pbuh). Moses (pbuh) was a Jew, as well as Jesus (pbuh) was a Jew. Moses (pbuh) was a Prophet and Jesus (pbuh) was also a Prophet.

If these two are the only criteria for this prophecy to be fulfilled, then all the Prophets of the Bible who came after
Moses (pbuh) such as Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Malachi, John the Baptist, etc. (pbut) will
fulfill this prophecy since all were Jews as well as prophets.

However, it is Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) who is like Moses (pbuh):

i)	Both had a father and a mother, while Jesus (pbuh) was born miraculously without any male intervention. [Mathew 1:18 and Luke 1:35 and also Al-Qur'an 3:42-47]
ii)	Both were married and had children. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not marry nor had children.
iii)	Both died natural deaths. Jesus (pbuh) has been raised up alive. (4:157-158)

Muhammad (pbuh) is from among the brethren of Moses (pbuh). Arabs are brethren of Jews. Abraham (pbuh) had two sons: Ishmail and Isaac (pbut). The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmail (pbuh) and the Jews are the descendants of Isaac (pbuh).

Words in the mouth:

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was unlettered and whatever revelations he received from Almighty God he repeated them verbatim.

"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."

[Deuteronomy 18:18]

iv)	Both besides being Prophets were also kings i.e. they could inflict capital punishment. Jesus (pbuh) said, "My kingdom is not of this world." (John 18:36).
v)	Both were accepted as Prophets by their people in their lifetime but Jesus (pbuh) was rejected by his people. John chapter 1 verse 11 states, "He came unto his own, but his own received him not."
iv)	Both brought new laws and new regulations for their people. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not bring any new laws. (Mathew 5:17-18).

2.	It is Mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 18:19
	"And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not harken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him."
3.	Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesised in the book of Isaiah:
	It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12: "And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned." When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am not learned".
4.	prophet Muhammad (pbuh) mentioned by name in the old testament:
	Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse 16: "Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem." "His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem." In the Hebrew language im is added for respect. Similarely im is added after the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to make it Muhammadim. In English translation they have even translated the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as "altogether lovely", but in the Old Testament in Hebrew, the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is yet present.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in the New Testament: Al-Qur'an Chapter 61 Verse 6: "And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said, 'O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me and giving glad tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed.' But when he came to them with clear signs, they said, 'This is evident sorcery!' " All the prophecies mentioned in the Old Testament regarding Muhammad (pbuh) besides applying to the Jews also hold good for the Christians.

1.	John chapter 14 verse 16:
	"And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever."
2.	Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 26:
	"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me."
3.	Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7:
	"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you". "Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the Greek word Periclytos. In the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter. Paracletos is the warped reading for Periclytos. Jesus (pbuh) actually prophesised Ahmed by name. Even the Greek word Paraclete refers to the Prophet (pbuh) who is a mercy for all creatures. Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
4.	Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 12-14:
	"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me".
The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy referes to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) NOTE: All quotations of the Bible are taken from the King James Version.

മുഹമ്മദ്‌ നബി (സ്വ): കാരുണ്യം ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്കും

ഉല്‍കൃഷ്ട സ്വഭാവങ്ങളുടെ മൂര്‍ത്തിമത്ഭാവമായിരുന്നു മുഹമ്മദ്‌ നബി (സ്വ) എന്ന്‌ പരിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. "തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നീ മഹത്തായ സ്വഭാവത്തിലാകുന്നു." (68:4)

ആ ഉല്‍കൃഷ്ടസ്വഭാവങ്ങളില്‍ ഏറ്റവും പ്രകടമായി സര്‍വരംഗത്തും തിളങ്ങിനില്‍ക്കുന്നത്‌ കാരുണ്യമെന്ന അനുഗ്രഹീതഗുണമാണ്‌. ആ മഹാനുഭാവന്റെ കാരുണ്യം ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തിനോ ജനതക്കോ മാത്രമായിരുന്നില്ല എന്നതാണ്‌ വസ്തുത. അനുയായികള്‍ക്കും എതിരാളികള്‍ക്കും പ്രവാചകന്‍ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ തിരുദൂതര്‍ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്കുപോലും കാരുണ്യമായി വര്‍ത്തിച്ച ആ ഉല്‍കൃഷ്ട വ്യക്തിത്വത്തെ ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയതും അപ്രകാരമാണ്‌: "ലോകര്‍ക്ക്‌ കാരുണ്യമായിക്കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ നിന്നെ നാം അയച്ചിട്ടില്ല." (21:107)

സര്‍വലോകര്‍ക്കും കാരുണ്യമായി അയക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രവാചകന്‍ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ തെറ്റുധരിക്കപ്പെടുകയോ തെറ്റുധരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുകയോ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ്‌ വാസ്തവം. ആ പ്രവാചകന്റെ നിയോഗം നന്മയുടെ ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്ക്‌ മാത്രമാണ്‌ അസ്വസ്ഥതയുണ്ടാക്കിയത്‌. ബാക്കിയുള്ള സര്‍വരും മനുഷ്യരെന്നോ മൃഗങ്ങളെന്നോ വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ ആ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ വിഹിതം അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്‌.

അനുയായികളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചേടത്തോളം അദ്ദേഹം കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രവാചകനായിരുന്നിരിക്കാം. എന്നാല്‍ ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്കെങ്ങനെ അദ്ദേഹം കാരുണ്യവും അനുഗ്രഹവുമാവുമെന്നത്‌ പലരേയും ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നുണ്ടാകാം. എന്നാല്‍ വാസ്തവം അതുതന്നെയാണ്‌.

അതെങ്ങനെ?

സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്കെന്ന പോലെ തന്നെ നിഷേധിച്ച്‌ തള്ളിയവര്‍ക്കും അദ്ദേഹം സര്‍വലോകരക്ഷിതാവില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ സന്ദേശവുമായിട്ടാണ്‌ വന്നത്‌. അവരും സ്രഷ്ടാവിന്റെ സന്ദേശം സ്വീകരിച്ച്‌ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ ശാശ്വതഭവനമായ സ്വര്‍ഗത്തിലേക്ക്‌ എത്തിച്ചേരണമെന്ന്‌ അദ്ദേഹം വല്ലാതെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിരുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ തികഞ്ഞ ഗുണകാംക്ഷയോടെ അദ്ദേഹമവരെ ആ നിത്യസത്യത്തിലേക്ക്‌ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ച്‌ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ രോഗമുള്ള വായില്‍ തേനും കയ്പുള്ളതായി തോന്നുമല്ലോ? അതുകൊണ്ടാണ്‌ ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്ക്‌ ആ കാരുണ്യം തിരിച്ചറിയാനാവാതെ പോയത്‌.

ആ പ്രവാചകന്‍ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ആദര്‍ശവും നന്മയുടെയും കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെയും തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏത്‌ നിലപാടും കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റേതല്ലാതെ ക്രൂരതയുടേതായിരുന്നില്ലെന്ന്‌ സൂക്ഷ്മ നിരീക്ഷണത്തില്‍ വ്യക്തമാകുന്നതാണ്‌. അന്ധമായ എതിര്‍പ്പുകളുമായി ഇറങ്ങിപ്പുറപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്ക്‌ ഒരുപക്ഷേ അത്‌ ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടില്ലെങ്കിലും വാസ്തവമതാണ്‌.

മുന്‍കാല പ്രവാചകന്മാരുടേതില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ വ്യത്യസ്തമായി മുഹമ്മദ്‌ നബി (സ്വ)യുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ ഉന്‍മൂലനത്തിന്റെ ശിക്ഷാനടപടികള്‍ പടച്ചവന്‍ കൈക്കൊണ്ടില്ല എന്നതും എടുത്തുപറയാവുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്‌. ഇബ്നു അബ്ബാസ്‌ (റ) അടക്കമുള്ള പല ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ വ്യാഖ്യാന പണ്ഡിതന്മാരും പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ, പശ്ചാത്തപിക്കാനും നന്മയിലേക്കു മടങ്ങാനുമൊക്കെയുള്ള മഹത്തായ അവസരമെന്ന നിലയില്‍ അതും കാരുണ്യം തന്നെയാണ്‌.

എത്രവലിയ കരുണാമയനും ശത്രുക്കളുടെ മുമ്പില്‍ ക്രൂരവും രൗദ്രവുമായ ഭാവങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാറുണ്ട്‌. ശത്രുക്കളോടും കരുണയോടെ പെരുമാറാനും ഗുണകാംക്ഷയോടെ വര്‍ത്തിക്കാനും സാധിക്കുക യെന്നത്‌ അതിമഹത്തരവും അത്യത്ഭുതകരവുമായ ഒന്നാണ്‌. എന്നാല്‍ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ നബി (സ്വ)യുടെ ചരിത്രം അതാണ്‌ നമ്മെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്‌. തന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളായിരുന്നിട്ടുകൂടി ദൈവികമായ ഈ സത്യമാര്‍ഗം അവര്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കാത്തതില്‍ അതീവ ദുഃഖത്തോടെയാണ്‌ ആ പ്രവാചകനെ കാണപ്പെട്ടത്‌. ഭൗതികമായ വല്ല ലാഭേച്ഛയും കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല, മറിച്ച്‌ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ ശാശ്വതഭവനമായ സ്വര്‍ഗം അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുമല്ലോ എന്നതിലുള്ള നിഷ്കളങ്കമായ ദുഃഖമായിരുന്നു അത്‌. പരിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ തിരുദൂതരുടെ ഈ ദുഃഖാവസ്ഥയെ വിവിധ സൂക്തങ്ങളിലൂടെ എടുത്തുകാട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്‌: "എന്നാല്‍ തന്റെ ദുഷ്പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ അലംകൃതമായി തോന്നിക്കപ്പെടുകയും, അങ്ങനെ അത്‌ നല്ലതായി കാണുകയും ചെയ്തവന്റെ കാര്യമോ? അല്ലാഹു താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ വഴിപിഴപ്പിക്കുകയും താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ നേര്‍വഴിയിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌. അതിനാല്‍ അവരെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള കൊടുംഖേദം നിമിത്തം നിന്റെ പ്രാണന്‍ പോകാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അവര്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി അറിവുള്ളവനാകുന്നു." (35:8)

പ്രസ്തുത മനഃക്ലേശത്തിന്‌ ആശ്വാസം പകര്‍ന്നുകൊണ്ട്‌ സാന്ത്വനത്തിന്റെ വാക്കുകളായി അല്ലാഹു പറയുന്നു: "നീ ക്ഷമിക്കുക. അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹത്താല്‍ മാത്രമാണ്‌ നിനക്ക്‌ ക്ഷമിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നത്‌. അവരുടെ (സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ) പേരില്‍ നീ വ്യസനിക്കരുത്‌. അവര്‍ കുതന്ത്രം പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി നീ മനഃക്ലേശത്തിലാവുകയും അരുത്‌." (16:127)

നിഷ്കപടമായ കാരുണ്യത്തില്‍ നിന്നുല്‍ഭൂതമായ നിഷ്കളങ്കമായ ദുഃഖമായിരുന്നു അത്‌. അതിനാല്‍ സ്വന്തം നാശത്തിന്‌ വരേക്കുമത്‌ നിമിത്തമായേക്കുമെന്ന്‌ അല്ലാഹു അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഉണര്‍ത്തി "അതിനാല്‍ ഈ സന്ദേശത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില്‍ അവര്‍ പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ്‌ പോയതിനെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന്‌ (അതിലുള്ള) ദുഃഖത്താല്‍ നീ ജീവനൊടുക്കുന്നവനായേക്കാം."(18:6)

"അവര്‍ വിശ്വാസികളാകാത്തതിന്റെ പേരില്‍ നീ നിന്റെ ജീവന്‍ നശിപ്പിച്ചേക്കാം." (26:3)

ഇബ്നു അത്വിയ്യ (റ)യും(1) ഇബ്നു ആശൂറും (റ)(2) സൂചിപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ സമൂഹം ഈ സത്യം സ്വീകരിക്കാതെ ശാശ്വതനാശത്തിന്റെ പാതയിലൂടെ പോയിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്‌ കാണുമ്പോഴുള്ള അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ദുഃഖത്തിനും അവരുടെ സന്മാര്‍ഗപ്രവേശത്തിലുള്ള അതീവതാല്‍പര്യത്തിനും ഒരു സാന്ത്വനവചനമെന്ന നിലക്കാണ്‌ ഈ സൂക്തങ്ങളുള്ളത്‌. ഇതിനു സമാനമായ വേറെയും സൂക്തങ്ങള്‍ ഖുര്‍ആനില്‍ കാണാവുന്നതാണ്‌. 3:176 ഉദാഹരണം തഫ്സീര്‍ ബഹ്‌റുല്‍ മുഹീത്വ്‌(3) കാണുക.

ഈ സൂക്തങ്ങളൊക്കെയും പ്രവാചകന്റെ അതിരറ്റ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെയും നിഷ്കപടമായ ഗുണകാംക്ഷയുടെയും വാത്സല്യത്തിന്റെയും വശങ്ങളാണ്‌ പ്രതിഫലിക്കുന്നത്‌.

ഈ വസ്തുതയെ സാക്ഷീകരിക്കുന്ന നിരവധി സംഭവങ്ങള്‍ നബി (സ്വ)ക്ക്‌ ജീവചരിത്രത്തില്‍ തെളിഞ്ഞു കാണാം. അതില്‍ ഏതാനും ചിലതു മാത്രം ഇവിടെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കാം.

നബി (സ്വ)യുടെ മക്കാ കാല ജീവിതത്തിലാണ്‌ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രയാസങ്ങളും പീഡനങ്ങളുമേല്‍ക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. അനുയായികളുടെ കുറവും ശത്രുക്കളുടെ ആധിക്യവും അതിന്‌ ഒരു പ്രധാന കാരണമായിരുന്നു. വളരെയേറെ ക്ഷമിച്ചും സഹിച്ചും മുന്നേറിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഇത്തരം സാഹചര്യങ്ങളില്‍ സാധാരണഗതിയില്‍ ഏതൊരു മനുഷ്യനും അല്‍പം പരുഷവും ക്രൂരവുമായി പെരുമാറിപ്പോകും. ശത്രുവിനെ ഒതുക്കാന്‍ ഏതു മാര്‍ഗവും സ്വീകരിച്ചു പോയേക്കും. എന്നാല്‍ കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രവാചകനായ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ നബി (സ്വ) ഇത്തരം ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലും അതുല്യമായ മാതൃകയാണ്‌ ലോകത്തിന്‌ സമ്മാനിച്ചത്‌. തന്നെ നിരന്തരം ശല്യപ്പെടുത്തുകയും വല്ലാതെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്ന ക്രൂരര്‍ക്കും പോലും ദൈവികശിക്ഷയിറങ്ങാതെ അവര്‍ സന്മാര്‍ഗം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥിതിയുണ്ടാവാന്‍ ആത്മാര്‍ഥമായി കൊതിക്കുകയും പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത പ്രവാചകന്‍ എങ്ങനെ ക്രൂരതയുടെ ഉപാസകനാവും?! പ്രവാചകപത്നി ആഇശ േ‍ തികച്ചും വിസ്മയകരമായ ഒരു സംഭവം നമുക്കു പറഞ്ഞുതരുന്നതു കാണുക.

ആഇശ(റ) നബി (സ്വ)യോട്‌ ചോദിച്ചു. "പ്രവാചകരേ, ഉഹ്ദ്‌ യുദ്ധത്തേക്കാള്‍ കഠിനമായ വല്ല ദിവസവും താങ്കള്‍ക്ക്‌ മുമ്പ്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയിട്ടുണ്ടോ?-പ്രവാചകന്റെ പിതൃവ്യനടക്കമുള്ള പ്രമുഖരായ പല സ്വഹാബീവര്യന്മാരും ക്രൂരമായി കൊലചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ഒരു യുദ്ധമായിരുന്നു ഉഹ്ദ്‌ യുദ്ധം - നബി (സ്വ) പറഞ്ഞു." നിന്റെ ജനതയില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ ഞാന്‍ ആഭിമുഖീകരിച്ചതൊക്കെയും ഞാന്‍ അഭിമുഖീകരിച്ചു. അതിലേറ്റവും കഠിനമായത്‌ അഖബാ ദിവസത്തില്‍ ഞാന്‍ അനുഭവിച്ചതായിരുന്നു. അതായത്‌, ഇബ്നു അബിയാലിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ ഞാന്‍ ചെന്നു. പക്ഷേ, ഞാനുദ്ദേശിച്ച കാര്യത്തിന്‌ അവരെനിക്കുത്തരം ചെയ്തില്ല. ദുഃഖിതനായി ഞാന്‍ പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞുപോന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഞാന്‍ ഖര്‍ഹഥ്ഥ ആലിബിയിലെത്തി. ഒന്നു തല ഉയര്‍ത്തിനോക്കുമ്പോഴതാ ഒരു കാര്‍മേഘം എനിക്ക്‌ തണലിട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിലതാ മലക്കു ജിബ്‌രീല്‍ (അ). അദ്ദേഹമെന്നെ വിളിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു. "നിശ്ചയമായും താങ്കളുടെ ജനത താങ്കളോട്‌ പറഞ്ഞതും പ്രതികരിച്ചതുമൊക്കെ അല്ലാഹു കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. പര്‍വതങ്ങളുടെ ചുമതലയുള്ള മലക്കിനെ താങ്കളിലേക്ക്‌ നിയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അവരുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ താങ്കളുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്‌ കല്‍പിച്ചുകൊള്ളുക. അങ്ങനെ ഒട്ടും താമസിയാതെ പര്‍വതങ്ങളുടെ മലക്ക്‌ എന്നെ വിളിച്ചു, എനിക്ക്‌ സലാം പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നിട്ട്‌ പറഞ്ഞു. "മുഹമ്മദേ, എന്താണോ താങ്കള്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്‌ അത്‌ പറഞ്ഞുകൊള്ളുക. താങ്കള്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ ഞാനവരെ ഈ പര്‍വതങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ ഞെരിച്ചമര്‍ത്തിക്കളയാം." അപ്പോള്‍ നബി (സ്വ) പറഞ്ഞു, "വേണ്ട, ഞാനവരില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ അല്ലാഹുവിനെ മാത്രം ആരാധിക്കുകയും അവനില്‍ യാതൊന്നും പങ്കുചേര്‍ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാത്ത നല്ലൊരു പിന്‍തലമുറയെ അവരുടെ മുതുകില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ അല്ലാഹു കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്ന്‌ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു." (ബുഖാരി, മുസ്ലിം)

ഇബ്നുഹജര്‍ അസ്ഖലാനി (റ) പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ(4) പ്രവാചകകാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെയും അനുകമ്പയുടേയും അങ്ങേയറ്റത്തെ സഹനത്തിന്റെയും വിവേകത്തിന്റെയും പാഠമാണ്‌ ഈ ഹദീഥുള്‍ക്കൊള്ളുന്നത്‌. അല്ലാഹു പറഞ്ഞതും അതിലേയ്ക്കാണ്‌ വിരല്‍ചൂണ്ടുന്നത്‌. "(നബിയേ) അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല്‍ നിന്നുള്ള കാരുണ്യം കൊണ്ടാണ്‌ നീ അവരോട്‌ സൗമ്യമായി പെരുമാറിയത്‌. നീ ഒരു പരുഷസ്വഭാവിയും കഠിനഹൃദയനുമായിരുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ നിന്റെ ചുറ്റില്‍ നിന്നും അവര്‍ പിരിഞ്ഞ്‌ പോയിക്കളയുമായിരുന്നു. ആകയാല്‍ നീ അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ മാപ്പുകൊടുക്കുകയും, അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ വേണ്ടി പാപമോചനം തേടുകയും ചെയ്യുക. കാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ നീ അവരോട്‌ കൂടിയാലോചിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. അങ്ങനെ നീ ഒരു തീരുമാനമെടുത്ത്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ അല്ലാഹുവില്‍ ഭരമേല്‍പിക്കുക. തന്നില്‍ ഭരമേല്‍പിക്കുന്നവരെ തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്‌." (3:159)

"നിനക്കറിഞ്ഞു കൂടേ അല്ലാഹുവിന്നു തന്നെയാണ്‌ ആകാശഭൂമികളുടെ ആധിപത്യമെന്നും, നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അല്ലാഹുവെ കൂടാതെ ഒരു രക്ഷകനും സഹായിയും ഇല്ലെന്നും?" (21:107)

വധിക്കാന്‍ വന്നയാളോട്‌...

തന്നെ വധിക്കാനായി ഊരിപ്പിടിച്ച വാളുമായി വന്നയാള്‍ക്കുപോലും നബി (സ്വ) വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച്ച നല്‍കി കാരുണ്യത്തിന്റെ അതുല്യമാതൃകയാവുകയാണുണ്ടായത്‌. അല്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ അയാളുടെ കഥകഴിയാന്‍ അധികം താമസമുണ്ടാകുമായിരുന്നില്ല. ദാത്തുരിഖാഅ്‌ യുദ്ധത്തിലെ പ്രശസ്ത സംഭവം പ്രവാചകശിഷ്യനായ ജാബിര്‍ ബ്നു അബദില്ല (റ) റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നതിപ്രകാരമാണ്‌. "നജ്ദ്കാരോട്‌ പോരാടാനായി ഞാനും നബി (സ്വ)യോടൊപ്പം പോയി അങ്ങനെ നബി (സ്വ) ഒരു ഇലന്തമരച്ചുവട്ടില്‍ വിശ്രമിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങി. തന്റെ കയ്യിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന വാള്‍ ആ മരത്തില്‍ തൂക്കിയിട്ടു. അങ്ങനെ ഞങ്ങളുറങ്ങി. കുറച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ അതാ നബി (സ്വ) ഞങ്ങളെ വിളിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവിടെ ചെന്നപ്പോള്‍ പ്രവാചകന്റെയടുക്കല്‍ ഒരു ഗ്രാമീണനിരിക്കുന്നു. നബി (സ്വ) പറഞ്ഞു. "ഞാനുറങ്ങിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ ഇയാള്‍ എന്റെ വാള്‍ തട്ടിയെടുത്തു. ഞാനുണര്‍ന്നപ്പോള്‍ ഇദ്ദേഹം ഊരിപ്പിടിച്ചവാളുമായി നില്‍ക്കുന്നു. എന്നിട്ട്‌ എന്നോടു ചോദിച്ചു. "ആരാണ്‌ താങ്കളെ എന്നില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ രക്ഷിക്കുക? ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു, "അല്ലാഹു." അതാ വാള്‍ നിലത്തുവീഴുകയും അയാള്‍ ഇരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. നബി (സ്വ) അയാളോട്‌ യാതൊരുവിധ പ്രതികാരവും ചെയ്യാതെ വെറുതെ വിട്ടു. (ബുഖാരി, മുസ്ലിം)

ഇബ്നുഹജര്‍ (റ) പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ(5) അയാളുടെ മോക്ഷവും ശാശ്വതവിജയവുമാണ്‌ പ്രവാചകനാഗ്രഹിച്ചത്‌.

നബി (സ്വ)യേയും അനുചരന്‍മാരേയും വളരെയേറെ കഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശത്രുക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കാനാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട അനുചരന്‍മാരോട്‌ പ്രവാചകന്‍ (സ്വ) ഉപദേശിക്കുകയും അവരുടെ സന്മാര്‍ഗസ്വീകരണത്തിനായി പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത നിരവധി സംഭവങ്ങളുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്‌, പ്രവാചകജീവിതത്തില്‍. മനുഷ്യരുടെ നാശത്തിനും ശാപത്തിനുമല്ല താന്‍ നിയുക്തനായതെന്നും മനുഷ്യര്‍ക്കാകമാനം കരുണചൊരിയാനും ശാശ്വതവും അതുല്യവുമായ സ്വര്‍ഗലോകത്തേയ്ക്ക്‌ അവരെ ആനയിക്കാനുമാണ്‌ താന്‍ നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നുമാണ്‌ നബി (സ്വ) ഉണര്‍ത്തിയത്‌.

എ) അബൂഹുറയ്‌റ (റ) നിവേദനം. ബഹുദൈവാരാധകര്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കാനായി നബി (സ്വ)യോട്‌ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. അപ്പോള്‍ അവിടുന്ന്‌ പറഞ്ഞു. "നിശ്ചയം, ഞാന്‍ ശപിക്കുന്നവനായിട്ടല്ല നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്‌. പ്രത്യുത കാരുണ്യമായിട്ടത്രെ ഞാന്‍ നിയുക്തനായിട്ടുള്ളത്‌." (മുസ്ലിം)

ബി) ത്വുഫൈലുബ്നു അമൃ (റ) നബി (സ്വ)യുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നുപറഞ്ഞു. അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ദൂതരെ, ഔസുകാര്‍ ധിക്കാരം കാണിക്കുകയും വിസമ്മതിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ അങ്ങ്‌ അവര്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥിച്ചാലും. അപ്പോള്‍ ആളുകള്‍ വിചാരിച്ചു നബി (സ്വ) അവര്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കുമെന്ന്‌. എന്നാല്‍ നബി (സ്വ) ഇപ്രകാരം പ്രാര്‍ഥിച്ചു. "അല്ലാഹുവേ, നീ ഔസിനെ സന്‍മാര്‍ഗത്തിലാക്കേണമേ, അവരെ നീ നന്മയിലേക്കുകൊണ്ടുവരേണമേ" (ബുഖാരി, മുസ്ലിം)

സി) ജാബിര്‍ (റ) പറയുന്നു. ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. "അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ദൂതരെ, ഥഖീഫുകാരുടെ അഗ്നി ഞങ്ങളെ കരിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല്‍ അങ്ങ്‌ അവര്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിനോട്‌ പ്രാര്‍ഥിച്ചാലും." അപ്പോള്‍ നബി (സ്വ) ഇപ്രകാരം പ്രാര്‍ഥിച്ചു. "അല്ലാഹുവേ, ഥഖീഫുകാരെ നീ സന്മാര്‍ഗത്തിലാക്കേണമേ, അവരെ നീ (നന്മയിലേക്ക്‌) കൊണ്ടുവരേണമേ" (തിര്‍മിദി) ഈ സം

റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) യുടെ ശരീരഘടന

1. അനസ് (റ) വില്‍ നിന്നു നിവേദനം: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) നീണ്ടവരോ കുറിയവരോ ഏറെവെളുത്തവരോ തവിട്ടു നിറമുള്ളവരോ ആയിരുന്നില്ല. ചുരുങ്ങിചുരുണ്ടതോ നേര്ത്തുനീണ്ടതോ ആയ കേശത്തോടെ കൂടിയവരുമായിരുന്നില്ല. നാല്പുതാം വയസ്സിന്റെ് പ്രാരംഭത്തില്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അല്ലാഹു പ്രവാചകനായി നിയോഗിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. അങ്ങനെ മക്കയില്‍ പത്തുവര്ഷ മദീനയില്‍ പത്തുവര്ഷ്വും കഴിച്ചുകൂട്ടി. (1) അവിടുത്തെ ശിരസ്സിലും താടിയിലുമായി ഇരുപത് മുടിപോലും നരച്ചിരുന്നില്ല.

2. അനസ് (റ)വില്‍ നിന്നു നിവേദനം: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) മിതഗാത്രനായിരുന്നു. നീണ്ടവരോ കുറിയവരോ ആയിരുന്നില്ല. അഴകാര്ന്ന ശരീരമുള്ളവരുമായിരുന്നു. അവിടുത്തെ കേശം ചുരുണ്ടതോ നീണ്ടതോ ആയിരുന്നില്ല. ഇളം ചുവപ്പു നിറമായിരുന്നു. നടക്കുമ്പോള്‍ മുന്നോട്ട് അല്പം ചായുമായിരുന്നു.(നാലാം നബര്‍ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടു കൂടി നോക്കുക)

3. ബര്റാഅ'ബ്നു ആസിബ് (റ) വില്‍ നിന്നു നിവേദനം: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ)ചീകിയൊതുക്കിയ മുടിയോടു കൂടിയ മിതഗാത്രനായിരുന്നു. ഇരു ചുമലുകളും വിശാലമായവരും ചെവിക്കുറ്റിയോളം തിങ്ങിമുറ്റിയ മുടിയുള്ളവരുമായിരുന്നു. ചെമപ്പു വസ്ത്രമ ഞ്ഞവനായിരിക്കെ അവിടുത്തെക്കാള്‍ സൗന്ദര്യമുള്ളതായി ഞാനൊന്നും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.

അദ്ദേഹത്തില്‍ നിന്നുതന്നെയുള്ള മറ്റൊരു റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില്‍, ഇളം ചുവപ്പ് വസ്ത്രമണിഞ്ഞു ചുമലിലോളം മുറ്റിയ മുടിയോടുകൂടിയിരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) യെക്കാള്‍ സൗന്ദര്യവാനായി ഞാനാരെയും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. അവിടുന്നു ഇരുചുമലുകളും വിശാലതയുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു. ഏറെ നീണ്ടവരോ അധികം കുറിയവരോ ആയിരുന്നില്ല.

4. അലിയ്യുബ്നു അബീത്വാലിബ്(റ) വില്‍ നിന്ന് നിവേദനം: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) നീണ്ടവരോ കുറിയവരോ ആയിരുന്നില്ല. കരുത്തുള്ള മുഷ്ടിയും പാദങ്ങളുമുള്ളവരും വലിയശിരസ്സും തടിച്ച സന്ധിയെല്ലുകളുമുള്ളവരും രോമാവ്യതമായ മാറോടു കൂടിയവരുമായിരുന്നു. നടക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഉയരങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നിറങ്ങി വരുന്നതുപോലെ മുന്നോട്ടു ചായുമായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു മുമ്പോ പിമ്പോ അവിടുത്തെപ്പോലെ ആരെയും ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.

5. ജാബിറ്ബ്നു സമുറ:യില്‍ നിന്ന്: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) വലിയവായുള്ള ചെമപ്പു കലര്ന്ന് വെളുത്ത നേത്രങ്ങളുള്ള മെലിഞ്ഞമടമ്പോടു കൂടിയ ആളായിരുന്നു. നിവേദകരില്‍ ഒരാളായ ശുഅബ: മറ്റൊരാളായ സമ്മാക്കിനോടു ചോദിച്ചു: എന്താണ് വലിയവായുള്ള എന്നതു കൊണ്ടുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്? അദ്ദേഹം: പ്രൌഡമായ വായുള്ളവന്‍. ഞാന്‍: ചെമപ്പു കലര്ന്ന വെളുത്തനേത്രങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ടോ? അദ്ദേഹം: വിശാലനേത്രം. ഞാന്‍: എന്താണ് മെലിഞ്ഞമടബ്‌? അദ്ദേഹം, കാല്‍ മടമ്പില്‍ മാംസം കുറഞ്ഞവന്‍.

6. ജാബിറുബ്നുസമുറയില്‍ നിന്ന്: പൂര്ണ്ണചന്ദ്രന്‍ പ്രകാശിച്ചുനില്ക്കുമന്ന രാവില്‍ ചെമന്ന വസ്ത്രങ്ങളുമണിഞ്ഞു. (2) ഞാന്‍ റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ)യെ കാണുകയുണ്ടായി. അപ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തെയും പൂര്‍ണ്ണചന്ദ്രനെയും മാറിമാറി വീക്ഷിച്ചു. അവിടുന്നായിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് പൂര്ണ്ണ ചന്ദ്രനെക്കാള് സൗന്ദര്യമുള്ളതായി തോന്നിയത്.

7. അബൂഇസ്ഹാഖില്‍ നിന്ന്: ഒരാള്‍ ബര്റാഅ'ബ്നു ആസിബിനോടു ചോദിച്ചു: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ)യുടെ മുഖം (തിളക്കത്തില്‍) വാളുപോലെയായിരുന്നോ? അദ്ദേഹം: അല്ല, ചന്ദ്രനെപോലെയായിരുന്നു.

8. അബൂഹുറയ്റ (റ)വില്‍ നിന്ന്: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) വെളുത്ത ആളായിരുന്നു. വെള്ളിയില്‍ നിന്ന് കടഞ്ഞടുത്ത പോലെ. മുടി ചീകിയൊതുക്കുമായിരുന്നു.

9. ജാബിറുബ്നു അബ്ദില്ലയില്‍ നിന്ന്: റസൂല്‍ (സ്വ) പറഞ്ഞു: പ്രവാചകന്മാര്‍ എന്റെ് മുമ്പില്‍ പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. അതില്‍ മൂസാ (അ) ശനൂആ ഗോത്രത്തില്‍ പെട്ട ഒരുപുരുഷനെപ്പോലെ തോന്നിച്ചു. (3) മര്യ്മിന്റെ് പുത്രന്‍ ഈസാ (അ)നെയും ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടു. അദ്ദേഹമാകട്ടെ ഉര്‍വതുബ്നു മസ്ഊദിനോട്‌ സദൃശ്യമുള്ളയാളായിരുന്നു.(4)ഇബ്രാഹീം (അ)നെയും ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടു അദ്ദേഹം നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്നേഹിതനോട്‌ (തന്നെപ്പറ്റി തന്നെ) ഏറെ സദൃശ്യമുള്ളവനായിരുന്നു. ജിബ്‌രീല്‍ (അ)നെയും ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടു. അതാകട്ടെ, ദിഹ്യ്യയോടായിരുന്നു ഏറെ സാദര്ശ്യം. (5)

10. സഈദുല്‍ ജുറയ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന്: അബൂതുഫയ്ല്‍ പറയുന്നു: ഞാന്‍ നബിയെ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ സമയത്ത് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കണ്ട ആരും ഭൂമുഖത്ത് അവശേഷിക്കുന്നില്ല.(6) ഞാന്‍ ചോദിച്ചു: അദ്ദേഹത്തെ എനിക്കൊന്നു വര്ണ്ണിച്ചു തരണം. അദ്ദേഹം: അവിടുന്ന് വെളുത്ത അഴകുള്ള വടിവൊത്ത ശരീരമുള്ളവനായിരുന്നു.

All the organisms in this world are originated from a simple unicellular organism by means of several influences of the nature. This principle is named as Evolution. At first the word Evolution was technically presented by a scientist named as Spencer. Charles Robert Darwin (1809-1882) took this concept in to Biology even though which refuses the existence of a God.

DARWINISM- THEORY OF NATURAL SELECTION

The sudden increase of organisms will create a struggle for existence in between them due to reduced availability of food, water, shelter, etc. In this struggle for existence the survival of fittest occurs. The organisms which can adapt with nature are selected by the nature (Natural selection), and the changes and abilities of these organisms are transferred in to their new generations. And after several generations the organisms will be different from their ancestor. Thus form a new species of organisms; this is the basic theory of Charles Darwin.

Charles Darwin’s theory of natural selection is refused by several eminent Scientists. Famous philosopher Arthur Koestler wrote,

“Once upon a time, it all looked so simple. Nature rewarded the fit with the carrot of survival and punished the unfit with the stick of extinction. The trouble only started when it come to defining fitness. Thus natural selection looks after survival and reproduction of the fittest, and the fittest are those which have the highest rate of reproduction. We are caught in a circular argument which completely begs the question of what makes evolution evolve.” (Janus: A Summing Up, 1978, p 170).

The famous Dutch botanist Hugo deVries: “Natural selection may explain the survival of the fittest, but it cannot explain the arrival of the fittest.” (Species and Varieties: Their origin by mutation, 1905, p 825).

Swedish biologist Soren Lovtrup wrote “After this step-wise elimination, only one possibly remains: the Darwinian theory of natural selection, whether or not coupled with Mendelism, is false. I have already shown that the arguments advanced by the early champions were not very compelling, and that there are now considerable numbers of empirical facts which do not fit with the theory.” (Darwinism: The Refutation of a Myth, 1987, p 352).

EMBRIOLOGY AND THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION

The famous biologist Earnest Hackel (1834-1919) worked more for the acceptance and publicity of the Evolution theory. Development of genetics compelled Hackel to formulate biogenetic law. Hackel told, ‘Ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny’, i.e.; “in the development of an organism it repeats its evolutional history.” To prove this concept he drawn the stages of embryo development of different vertebrates.

Embryological ‘evidences’ compelled people to accept Darwinism as a scientific ‘truth’. But in 1997 Michael Richardson (Embryologist at London’s St. George Hospital Medical School) presented embryological evidences to prove the Myth of Darwinism. HOMOLOGY AND THE THEORY OF EVOLUATION

Homology is defined as the same organ in different animals under every variety of form and function. Scientists noticed that, within a group of related species, some structures shared similarities in form. For example, organs as a bat’s wing, a seal’s flipper, a cat’s paw and a human’s hand have a common under laying structure, with identical or very similar arrangements of bones and muscles. This homology is widely misused as an evidence for Darwinism. But it is proved that these similar organs are originated from different parts of embryo in different species. Some examples are given below,

Formation of lens of the vertebrate eye

In the common frog, Rana fusca in, in the embryo of which, if the optic cup is cut out, no lens develops at all. But in the closely related edible frog, Rana esculents, the optic cup can be cut out from the embryo, and the lens develops all the same. It cannot be doubted that the lenses of these two species of frog are homologous, yet they differ completely in the mechanism by which determination and differentiation are brought about. Formation of Alimentary canal

The alimentary canal is formed from the roof of the embryonic gut cavity in the sharks, from the floor in the lamprey, from roof and floor in the frogs, and from the lower layer of the embryonic disc, the blastoderm, in birds and reptiles. (Evolution: A theory in Crisis, Michel Denton, 1985, p 146, citing: Homology: An unsolved problem, G. De Beer, 1971, p 13)

Formation of kidney

The development of the vertebrate kidney appears to provide another challenge to the assumption that homologous organs are generated from homologous embryonic tissues. In fish and amphibian the kidney is derived directly from an embryonic organ known as mesonephros, while in reptiles and mammals the mesonephros degenerates towards the end of embryonic life and plays no role in the formation of adult kidney, which is formed instead from a discrete spherical mass of mesodermal tissue, the metanephros, which develops quite independently from mesonephros. Even the ureter, the duct which carries the urine from kidney to the bladder, is formed in a completely different manner in reptiles and mammals from the equivalent duct in amphibian. (Evolution: A theory in Crisis, Michel Denton, 1985, p 146)

VESTIGIAL ORGANS AND THE THEORY OF EVOLUATION

The myth of vestigial organ began with Darwin. In his Origin, he described as ‘primitive’ organs that had lost their functions, or whose functions diminished. Like Darwinism’s other claims, however, this was a myth reinforced by primitive level of science at the time. As research and discoveries advanced, gradually it emerged that the organs described as ‘functionless’ were actually ones whose functions had not yet been established. The more of these functions were discovered, the shorter became the list of ‘vestigial’ organs. The list set out in 1895 by the German anatomist R. Wiedersheim contained around 100 ‘vestigial human organs,’ including the appendix and coccyx. As science progressed, it was established that all the organs on Wiedersheim’s list, and which Darwin and his followers regarded as ‘vestigial,’ actually had important functions.

Vermiform Appendix

Encyclopedia Britannica (1997) describes “The appendix does not serve any useful purpose as a digestive organ in humans, and it is believed to be gradually disappearing in the human species over evolutionary time.” (Vestigial Organs, p 491)

An examination of the appendix microscopically, shows that it contains a significant amount of lymphoid tissues. Similar aggregates of lymphoid tissue (known as Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissues, GALT) occur in other areas of gastrointestinal system. The GALT are involved in the body’s ability to recognize foreign antigens in ingested material.

In the embryology section of Gray’s anatomy, appendix is described as remains of the human ancestors or as a vestigial organ. But in the Anatomy section of same book describes appendix as, “In view of its rich blood supply and histological differentiation, the vermiform appendix is probably more correctly regarded as a specialized than as a degenerative vestigial structure. The configuration of the caecum and appendix in man and the anthropoid apes is probably less primitive than in the monkeys. (Williams, P.L. and Warwick, R., 1980. Grays Anatomy, Churchill Livingstone, 36^th edition.)

Vomeronasal Organ (Jacobson’s Organ)

Some findings reveal that the sense of smell is actually divided in to two. The first sense perceives the aromas we are all familiar with, but the second, little known and generally overlooked, detects pheromones. The structure responsible is a small piece of tissue inside the nose known as the vomeronasal organ.

Evolutionist claims are based on the fact that some animals’ vomeronasal organs are much more sensitive than others. Snakes and various reptiles use their tongue for vomeronasal scent detection, and various mammals have powerful abilities to detect scents. Evolutionists maintain that our low level of vomeronasal perception stems from ‘vestigialization.’

In fact, however, if we possessed greater vomeronasal sensitivity, then we could be said to have evolved very well. Creating various scenarios by making such comparisons between living things is far from scientific. Eagles have far sharper eyes than we do, but that does not mean that we evolved from eagles, or that our vision became ‘vestigialised’ during this evolutionary process.

The Coccyx

Evolutionists also suggested that the small bone at the very end of the spinal column has no function. It is now known that the coccyx supports the bones around the pelvic bone, and did not exist; we would be unable to sit comfortably. Moreover, this bone is also stated to be fixing point for various organs and muscles in the pelvic region.

The ‘Third Eye Lid’

The tissue referred to as the ‘third eye lid’ consists of a thin fold at the inner corner of the eye. Darwin portrayed this tissue as a ‘vestigial organ,’ and commonly referred as to as a semilunar fold.

However, this tissue, with the scientific name plica semilunaris, is not a functionless structure inherited from reptiles, as Darwin believed. Researches have shown that the plica semilunaris secretes a fatty liquid that moisturizes the eye, playing an important role in protecting it from foreign bodies.

What Holy Qur’an says?
   There must be a great power in action that created everything and keeps everything in order. Believers recognize this power as God. They call Him ‘God’ because He is the Creator of the world, the Originator of the life and the Provider of all the things in existence. He cannot be a man because no man can create anything by himself. He cannot be idol, a statue, or an image of any kind, because none of these things possess life or power of any sort. He can neither be the sun, the moon, nor any other celestial object, because all these things were created and are controlled by Him. He is the Creator and Sustainer of them all; He is the One True God and He is Only One Who truly merits our worship.
Al-Anbiyaa, V: 30 – “Do not the unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together, before We clove them apart? We made from water every living. Will they not then believe?”
Al-Mu’minoon, V: 12-16 – “Man We did create from a quintessence (of clay); then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in the place of rest, firmly fixed; then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (fetus) lump; then We made out of that lump bones and clothed that bones with flesh; then We developed out of it another creature.”
