It’s that time of year again and the registration process is upon us. Below you will find all the documents required to complete the registration process with the exception of the Sussex Sunday Youth League Registration Card, which can be obtained from your team manager.

This is the letter confirming the instructions for completion of the registration process along with copies of the forms that will be required for your child’s age group. If you are in any doubt about the forms or documents that you need to produce then please contact your team manager direct.
