iExplorers at the River Club Retreat is taught by Wendy Wells Gallagher, a 20-year veteran K-12 educator and Instructional Technology Specialist. The camps teach today’s children, known as “Digital Natives”, more about the world around them and prepare them for jobs in the 21st century through “project based learning.” Your campers will gain the skills needed to filter online information, organize the content and effectively communicate their ideas in exciting new ways. Send your kids to learn about Digital Story Telling, Podcasting the Past, Microscopic Organisms, Chemistry, News Reporting, Computer Programming, App Exploration, EBook Creation and more.

The camps will be held June 17-20, July 8-11 and July 15-18 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm for 3rd to 12th graders. According to the article, as secretary, Andy will be responsible for “keeping records of decisions / discussions at Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings,” as well as “maintain custody of the HBASC corporate seal through his signature.” All Executive Committee members are “charged with representing the HBASC at various functions and conveying the Association’s mission and views in a positive light.” The positions are volunteered time from the HBA members who are appointed.

A 27-year veteran of the home building industry, he has been a part of many projects, and brings a great amount of knowledge and tenure to the HBASC Executive Committee.
