Optical indicatrix (Fresnel’s ellipsoid) is a refractive index surface placed in the center of the principal axes x, y and z of a crystal; axis intercepts are n 1 , n 2 , and n 3 .&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We can represent the optical properties of a crystal in terms of three refractive indices along three orthogonal axes, the principal axes of the crystal, x, y and z . These are special axes along which the polarization vector and the electric field are parallel.&lt;br /&gt;

Phototransistor is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) that operates as a photodetector with a photocurrent gain. Noise equivalent power (NEP) is an important property of a photodetector that is defined as the optical signal power required to generate a photocurrent signal that is equal to the total noise current in the photodetector at a given wavelength and within a bandwidth of 1Hz. &lt;br /&gt;
It&amp;nbsp; is numerically equal to the optical power necessary to give a photocurrent equal to the noise current in the detector when the detector bandwidth is 1Hz.&lt;br /&gt;
NEP presents the required optical power to achieve a signal-to-noise (SNR) of 1 within a bandwidth of 1 Hz. The detectivity D is the reciprocal of NEP, D = 1/NEP.

Optical amplifier is an amplifier that amplifies an optical signal, that is light. A common type of an optical amplifier is an erbium ion doped optical fiber amplifier (EDFA) in which erbium ions are pumped to an excited state by using a laser diode (or an LED) at 980 nm.&lt;br /&gt;
Optical semiconductor amplifier is a semiconductor laser structure that can be used as an optical amplifier that amplifies light waves passing through its active region. Light to be amplified is made to enter the active region of the laser semiconductor diode and the active region is pumped by a sufficiently large diode current just as in a normal laser diode. The wavelength of radiation to be amplified must be within the optical gain bandwidth of the laser. Such a device would not be laser oscillator, emitting lasing emission without an input, but an optical amplifier with input and output ports for light entry and exit. In the travelling wave semiconductor laser amplifier the ends of the optical cavity have Anti Reflection (AR) coatings so that the optical cavity does not act as an efficient optical resonator, a condition for laser-oscillations. Light, for example, from an optical fiber, is coupled into the active region of the laser structure. As the radiation propagates through the active layer, optically guided by this layer, it becomes amplified by the induced stimulated emissions, and leaves the optical cavity with a higher intensity.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Holography&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
is a technique of reproducing three dimensional optical images of an object by using a highly coherent radiation from a laser source. The object, e.g. a cat, is illuminated by a highly coherent beam as normally would be available from a laser . The laser beam has both spatial and temporal coherence. Part of the coherent wave is reflected from a mirror to form a reference beam E ref and travels towards a fine-grained photographic plate. The waves that are reflected from the cat, E cat , will have both amplitude and phase variations that represent the cat's surface (topology). If we were looking at the cat, our eyes would register the wavefront of the reflected waves E cat . Moving our head around we would capture different portions of the reflected wave and we would see the cat as a three dimensional object. The reflected waves from the cat (E cat ) is made to interfere with the reference wave (E ref ) at the photographic plate and give rise to a complicated interference pattern that depends on the magnitude and phase variation in E cat . The recorded interference pattern in the photographic film (after processing) is called a hologram. It contains all the information necessary to reconstruct the wavefront E cat reflected from the cat and hence produce a three dimensional image.
To obtain the three dimensional image, we simply have to illuminate the hologram with the reference beam E ref Most of the beam goes right through but some of it becomes diffracted by the interference pattern in the hologram. One diffracted beam is an exact replica of the original wavefront E cat from the cat . The observer sees this wavefront as if the waves were reflected from the original cat and registers a three dimensional image of the cat. This is the virtual image. We know that first order diffraction from a grating has to satisfy the Bragg condition, dsin θ = m λ (m = ±1) where λ is the wavelength and d is the separation of the slits. We can qualitatively think of a diffracted beam from one locality in the hologram as being determined by the local separation d between interference fringes in this region. Since d changes in the hologram depending on the interference pattern produced by E cat , the whole diffracted beam depends on E cat and the diffracted beam wavefront is an exact scaled replica of E cat . Just as normally there would be another diffracted beam on the other side
of the zero-order (through) beam, there is a second image, called the real image which is of lower quality. (It may help to imagine what happens if the object consists of black and white stripes. We would then obtain periodic dark and bright interference fringes in the hologram. This periodic variation is just like a diffraction grating; the exact analysis is more complicated). Holography is therefore a method of wavefront reconstruction.

Namun dari sinilah timbulnya kesadaran. Bahwa cahaya telah memberikan kita ruang. Ruang yang dapat membatasi satu dengan yang lain. Cahaya telah memberikan pengertian kepada kita kalau didepan ada meja, di samping kursi, di atas cicak, di bawah ada semut, dan seterusnya.&lt;br /&gt;
Akhirnya saya berkesimpulan bahwa di surga bertabirkan cahaya-cahaya yang beraneka warna dan kecerahan sehingga memunculkan dimensi yang mampu kita cerna oleh akal kita.&lt;br /&gt;

Yang pertama acuan yang dipakai atau SAP mirip milik Universitas Bradley. Dan setelah ditelusuri memang beberapa uni di amerika seperti Barkeley dan MIT juga menggunakan pendekatan yang sama untuk mata kuliah Fundamental of Telecommunication. Yang kedua, tentu saja buku acuan mengalami perubahan dan memiliki pendekatan ke komputasi menggunakan software Matlab.&lt;br /&gt;

Pertama berkaitan dengan kiat atau cara untuk menghindari. Kemudian obyek yang diangkat adalah ban. Ban memiliki banyak properties salah satunya suka bocor. Meskipun tinjauan pustaka tidak saya ambil secara "leterlek" tapi memiliki intisari yang sama. Al kisah pada Nabi Sulaiman memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan mahluk apapun di dunia ini. Di kisahkan ada seekor semut yang berteriak memberikan komando ke seluruh stafnya agar segera menyingkir dikarenakan pasukan King Solomon akan lewat. Namun Nabi Sulaiman mendengar suara tersebut meskipun pada jarak yang jauh (barisan semut ada jauh di depan konvoi pasukannya) dan terdengar sayup-sayup (bayangkan saja suara semut kecil banget, berkisar -15dB, masih lebih keras suara debu terbang). Mendengar perkataan semut tersebut Nabi Sulaiman dengan sigap mengangkat tangan sambil mengepal (dalam bahasa tubuh saat gerilya, sikap ini artinya "mandek disik rek"). Dan berucap ke seluruh pasukan untuk berhenti sejenak agar barisan semut lewat lebih dahulu. (sumber: Al-Quran)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Paku juga mahluk tuhan dan memiliki kemiripan dengan semut tersebut, kecil terhina dan dimana-mana. Adakah di antara kita saat mengedarai motor melihat paku di jalan akan berhenti dan menyingkirkannya. Mungkin di benak banyak kecamuk seperti "Alhamdulillah, tidak kenai aku", "Semoga disingkirkan orang yang di belakang saya", dan masih banyak lagi. Bukankah menghindarkan musibah orang lain merupakan amal baik. Mungkin saat itu anda terburu-buru, atau bahkan berkata "Ah malas hentikan motor", bahkan ekstrim "biarkan aja, yang naik mobil biar kena getahnya juga". Nabi Muhammad SAW bersabda menyingkirkan onak/duri di jalan adalah ibadah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadi tips agar anda terhindar ban bocor karena paku adalah selalu singkirkan paku yang terlihat di jalan. Buang ke selokan atau bahkan simpan, dibawa pulang untuk pasang pigura. Insya allah, paku yang anda singkirkan tersebut akan memberikan pesan singkat dan berantai ke paku-paku lain yang masih berserakan di jalan agar anda diberi kode/sinyal/indikator kalau ada paku di depan anda. Ngebut secepat apapun insya allah akan terhindar dari paku yang berserak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semoga tips ini membantu dan menjadi nyaman berkendara sampai ditujuan. Jangan lupa baca Alhamdulillah telah sampai tanpa aral yang melintang di jalan.
