San Diego still has a auto racing track! The Barona Speedway a 1/4 mile dirt oval track just 5 min North of The Barona Casino. Our 3 car team competes in the Pure Stock Division and our season begins on March 27, 2010 and continues until November 6, 2010 with a 100 lap enduro race. So spread the word out there so we can make our sponsors proud and pack the stands with fans, Thank You

How about try Rodeo clown (bullfighter) or working for a stock contractor it gets pretty dirty behind the chutes Rodeo clowns get pretty dirty saving the cowboys life from the bull after they get bucked off or when they bail off after the 8 seconds. Rodeo`s are a tough sport but their is lots of money to be at some Rodeo`s. Hope this helps for an idea.GO mike
Try contacting the PBR or the PRCA these are Proffesional Asso.s

Thank you for sharing those great tips. San Diego is a great city, and it is even better during the Holidays. There is a lot to do and see in San Diego all year long, and a full schedule of events during the holidays. At Fox Rent A Car Blog we also share those kind of tips, giving travel advice to our readers, hoping to inspire their next trip.
thanks again for sharing.

I'm a big fan of the Chargers and the Philadelphia Eagles (my old home town) but I've never attended a regular season NFL game. However, that changes in two weeks but I'm not going to see either the Chargers or the Eagles. I'll be in Dallas and decided to watch my arch nemesis, the Cowboys of all teams. Why? Because they have a cool new stadium.

Better yet, similar to the Padres' cheap 'Park Passes', the Cowboys offer a cheap way to enjoy their games with a 'Party Pass'. There are no assigned seats but fans can roam around and enjoy a professional game at a cheap price. For the new Cowboy Stadium, it's $29. I hope that the Chargers incorporate this concept into their new stadium.

Hi: It's October 9, 2009 and I'm trying to reach Ken Kramer on behalf of Historic Highway 80 Corporation, which was formed in 2006 to draw public attention to the history and attractions of this first transcontinental highway (San Diego to Savannah). Essentially we are trying to do for HH80 what others have accomplished for Route 66, The Lincoln Highway and other historic routes.
We would like to see if Ken is interested in assisting us with our annual "Passport Through Time" activity later this month because it seems such a good fit with his "About San Diego" segments that have entertained us over the years.
If anyone knows how I might contact him, please let me know either by e-mail or by cell phone: 619-861-1061.
Thanks.
