THIS INFO COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Just received my own official radio show website from Youngevity. Basically, you can listen to Doctor Joel Wallach's radio show entitled Dead Doctors Don't Lie from my site and his radio show archives 24/7 and search his huge database of past shows for a specific illness or disease that you would like addressed. Click on that link and bam, you'll have the past radio show where he talks about it and recommends supplements to take for that specific condition and a link to buy the specific products he recommends from me. Now, something you should know, l'm a walking testimony of taking nutritional supplements daily to treat a condition (took a year of trial and error but I got the line of supplements I need down to a science, no prescription involved) and having all the success doing so. I'm not ashamed to say this and because of my success, I feel a calling to steer others in the right direction. This site is the key to that and a dream come true because even before the Dr Joel Wallach's radio affiliate announced this, I was searching for a way to get Dr Wallach's message out in this way by simply sending people a link to hear this brilliant Doc speak about the benefits of nutritional supplementation. I'm so serious about this that my site also has my telephone number and email address so you can contact me and ask any question you want. Best Regards and best of luck! Click the link to listen: http://deaddoctorsradio.com/100916152
Truly a classic, and one of my absolute favorites: the savory, gooey, always satisfying meatball sub. Hot turkey meatballs on warm bread that is covered in homemade tomato sauce then topped with cheese, you simply can't get much better than that. Making a tasty meatball sub is a wonderful way to use those left-overs from your turkey meatballs with angel hair pasta dinner.

Ingredients:

1 sub roll (I used an Italian loaf roll)

3-4 meatballs smothered in sauce

mozzarella cheese

Steps:

Reheat the meatballs and desired amount of sauce in a pot on the stove over low heat. Make sure to stir occasionally.

While the meatballs and sauce are heating, cut your roll in half.

Using your (clean) fingers, hollow out the middle of the bread to create a bowl-type indention.

Do this to both halves of the roll.

When the meatballs and sauce are nice and hot, pop the bread into the microwave for a few seconds, this will make the bread warm.

Then pile the hot meatballs into the indention that you have made in your roll.

Top with cheese, and savor each and every delicious bite!

This sandwich is so good on its own, you don't even need anything to go along side it.

Today wasn't an ordinary lunch. It was satisfaction. The satisfaction came in the form of turkey burger quesadilla. The only thing, that I would take away from that, is the fact that it didn't seem like a quesadilla when I was happily consuming it, no this was better. Why? Maybe it had something to do with the fresh home made flour tortillas that sandwiched this turkey burger quesadilla. Maybe it was the deliciousness of the actual turkey in between those freshly made tortillas. Maybe, it was because it was more like an actual sandwich than a quesadilla due to the thickness of it. Whatever it was, this is one lunch that will be repeated and soon.

Ingredients:

Turkey meat burger (please see The Secret To Making The Best Homemade Turkey Burgers on my Off The Menu blog to use an insanely awesome tasting turkey burger for this sandwich)

Flour Tortillas - make your own from scratch or make it easy by using Quaker Flour Tortilla mix found in the Hispanic food aisle which I might add is almost just as good as from scratch

Cheddar cheese

Recommended: pickles & tomatoes

After making your turkey burger from our recipe, simply break out your panini press or if you don't have one use a skillet but we highly recommend using a panini press if you have one.

While you're heating the panini press, sandwich a generous portion of the turkey meat in between two flour tortillas and while you're at it, add your cheddar cheese, pickles, and tomato. To top it off, we suggest either mayo or even BBQ sauce for real flavor. Finally, heat your now sandwiched creation on the panini press for a good 2 to 3 minutes or until nice and crispy. Now all you have to do is enjoy and that shouldn't be a problem.

Italian Sub With Tasty Banana Peppers & Olives

Serving suggestion time: cheese crackers had my vote but it's hard not to eye that packed sub.

Who doesn't love a good Italian sub made to order? However, there was no ordering here. True that I could of gone to the 5 different Subways located within a 5 mile radius to my home but when I can make one at home that's better then you can bet I'm staying in. As delicious as this was and as easy as it was to make, I had no trouble doing that.

Ingredients:

Albertson's French Bread

Salami (try and find good quality salami because it goes a long way in the taste dept.)

Provolone Cheese

Mezzetta Banana Wax Peppers (found in a jar)

Sliced Black Olives

Italian Dressing

If you have an Albertson's grocery story nearby, then I suggest that you use their French bread. For some reason, it's rare to find good French bread in a chain grocery store and not have to go to a speciality bread shop but Albertson's is that one exception.

Just look at them, they are just begging to go on a sandwich.

I just love a good banana pepper and the reason I mention it, is because it's a very important ingredient for a good Italian sub. Without them, the Italian sub will be without a great deal of zest to give it the flavor it needs. One is all it takes for this particular sandwich.

Another important step in the Italian sub making task, is after you put all your ingredients together on the sub to your liking; pop it in the toaster oven for about 2 to 3 minutes for that nice and toasty effect.

There you have it, great French bread with a little Italian dressing, spicy but not too spicy banana peppers, quality salami, with black olives for taste is all you need to do a quality Italian sub at home. I don't know you feel about them but Italian subs just have a certain taste associated with them that keeps me coming back to them. I hope I've shown you that you don't need to go out and order one to enjoy this always satisfying sub.

The Melting Pot Sandwich: The Ultimate Lunchtime Hunger Buster

I'm not a huge fan of roast beef lunchmeat (unless it's straight from the rump on a bagel with gravy) but I know there's probably a lot of you that dig a Arby's roast beef sandwich. This just doesn't have roast beef on it but that's the main taste. That makes it just the sandwich for you especially if you're super hungry but be warned, it's not for the faint of stomach. Just looking at the ingredient list is enough to fill you up:

Ciabatta bread

Garlic Caesar Dressing

Roast Beef

Salami

Ham

Provolone Cheese

Tomato

One of the highlights of this sandwich would definitely have to be this Ciabatta bread I discovered while searching out ingredients for my sandwich at Kroger. As you can see from the packaging, you actually have to bake it the oven. The result is nothing short of a very warm, delicious, fresh, and toasty tasting bread.

Toasty is the only way to go with this sandwich

Originally, I didn't intend to add tomatoes to this sandwich creation because a little birdie told me that they don't really go well with roast beef. I'm glad I didn't end up listening to that birdie because it made this sandwich taste more delicious.

Ultimately, this a satisfying sandwich, but it would of been better if I had used a different dressing. Perhaps the sweet taste of poppy seed dressing would of done the trick. Sometimes, you win or lose in the sandwich war especially when you're trying to invent something different but this sandwich is somewhat in between. I probably wouldn't use so many different kinds of meats ever again on a sandwich. That part of it was kind of an experiment gone wrong Needless to say. if you're making this sandwich I would recommend leaving off the ham and the salami because it really doesn't add anything to the taste. All in all if you have a big appetite and like roast beef then you'll want to try this for yourself.

Turkey & Tomato Panini With PepperJack Cheese & Poppy Seed Dressing

I just love breaking out the panini press because you can make some really tasty sandwiches on that wonderful machine. The turkey & tomato panini I made for our debut post on Sandwich Everything was no exception.

To make this hot off the press sandwich, your going to need a panini press to really make it the best but if you don't have one then you can always grill it in a pan. Hopefully, you have one though but if you don't I highly recommend you get one as they are pretty reasonably priced. It's also guaranteed you'll make some very satisfying sandwiches with it as I did here.

A recommendation for the bread... you're going to want to start off with some really good bread that works awesomely in the panini press. I got mine from Costco and it's called Rosemary Olive Oil Loaf. To be honest with you, I hadn't used this particular bread before today for a panini. I typically use it to make sandwiches for work because it's really affordable as it lasts 3 weeks, which comes out to about 1.50 a week for bread. That is a heck a lot better than lesser quality bread, that lasts about a week from the bread aisle. I digress though, getting back to the sandwich, here is the ingredients listed out to make a lot easier for you... I just really wanted to recommend the bread because it's that good,

Ingredients:

Rosemary Olive Oil Loaf (from Costco)

Turkey lunch meat (any kind will do from your local deli)

Pepper jack Cheese

Poppy seed Dressing

I couldn't resist taking an after shot because I have to get my favorite sandwich time chip in there, the one and only Cheeto.

I really can't express to you how tasty this panini but to say that it was probably the best one I've done on my panini press (so far) and I've had it for 3 years. The pepper jack cheese combined with the turkey & tomato and poppy seed seed dressing give it a sweet & spicy flavor that was very delectable. Add to that, the warm crunchiness and the flavors of the bread and ingredients really pop out. This comes highly recommended.
