Year over year change of sale slightly went up 1.23 percent from 80 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale went down 2.4 percent from 83 sold homes of November 2011.

The number of sold homes in Sandy Utah Real Estate showed off an improvement last month. With a total of 84 homes sold in the market, both monthly and yearly change of sales increased this time. In terms of yearly change of sale, it went up 35.71 percent from 54 sold homes of October last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale drifted up 6 percent from 79 sold properties of September 2011.

Year over year change of sale went up 32 percent from 68 sold homes of August last year. There was a slight decrease on the monthly change of sale of which went down 3.8 percent from 104 sold homes of July 2011.

The median sold price was $220,500 of which dropped 3.10 percent from $227,550 of August 2010. Home sales have been for 66 median days on market. Sandy Utah Homes had a balance market due to 6.3 months of inventory.

Home selling and buying in Sandy Utah Real Estate showed off some improvements in the market last month. According to MLS record, there were 104 homes that have been sold out in Sandy. These brought several changes on both monthly and yearly change of sale levels in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 18.27 percent from 85 sold homes of July 2010. Monthly change of sale slightly increased 3.8 percent from 100 homes sold during June 2011.

Sold homes had a median sold price of $236950 of which dropped 3.29 percent from $245000 of July last year. Sandy Utah Homes experienced a balance market since it got 6.35 months of inventory.

This time, there are 156 under contract homes of which dropped from 161 last month. Fewer under contract homes will also affect the curves of home sales in the future. It can either decrease or increase depending on the trends and flow of home buyers in the market.
