Before you buy organic products, you need to know whether they are genuinely organic.

One of the best ways to find out is to look for the organic certification logos and the word "organic" on product labels.

Here are some guidelines on how to differentiate the labels according to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) standards.

100% Organic:

The product has been made using pure organic ingredients. The manufacturer has also processed, packed, handled and transported the product in full compliance with the USDA standards for organic agriculture.

Organic:

This product contains at least 95 % organic ingredients (excluding water or salt). It is eligible for the organic label provided the remaining 5% of the ingredients are not commercially available in organic form, and not produced using specifically prohibited methods (i.e. irradiation).

Made with Organic Ingredients:

The product labeled "Made with organic ingredients" must contain between 70% - 95% organic ingredients, excluding water and salt. As many as three of the organic ingredients in the content may be listed on the front of the package

Product with less than 70% organic ingredients:

The label on this product will be allowed to list the organic items in the "ingredients" panel only, and the term "organic" may not be used anywhere else on the package.

One common misconception is that "natural" equals "organic". While "natural" usually indicates foods that have been minimally processed or without added artificial ingredients, it does not address the way that food is grown.

Here's more organic facts and what other terms mean legally:

Organic fruits and vegetables were grown without synthetic pesticides, synthetic fertilizers or sewage slude and haven't been genetically engineered and irradiated.

Organic beef and chicken come from animals that weren't the offspring of cloned animals. They were raised on 100% organic feed, were never given growth hormones, antibiotics or other drugs and their meat was never irradiated.

Organic milk comes from animals that, for at least the past 12 months, were fed 100% organic feed and weren't given antibiotics or growth homones like rBST. This organic fact alone gets me to drink organic milk.

Organic eggs come from hens that were fed 100% organic feed and were never given growth hormones or antibiotics.

Organic seafood doesn't mean a thing, since USDA hasn't defined the term.

Cage-free eggs come from hens that were not confined to cages and that may or may not have had access to the outdoors. They're not necessarily organic.

Free range or free roaming poultry have access to the outdoors, but for no minimum time. They're not necessarily organic. Cage-free poultry doesn't mean anything, since most chickens grown for meat are kept indoors (but cage-free) until they're transported to slaughter.

No hormones administered can appear on beef labels if the producer can document that the animals were raised without hormones.

Hormone-free is an illegal claim, since all animals produce their own hormones.

No antibiotics added can appear on a label if the producer can document that the animals were raised without antibiotics.

Natural (or All Natural) meat or poultry products contain "no artificial ingredients and are no more than minimally processed." They're not necessarily organic, though some supermarkets try to make them appear to be.

Today, I received a message from a friend asking me to show her how to update her Facebook status via Twitter.

Well, these are some of the useful and free tools I use to update my Facebook status and other social networking sites:

1. From Twitter to Facebook:
Use Twitter apps: http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/

2. From your Blog or RSS Feeds to Twitter and Facebook
Use Twitterfeed: http://twitterfeed.com/

3. Schedule your tweets in advance:
1st: Plan and prepare what you want to tweet over a duration of time
2nd: Use SocialOomph: http://www.socialoomph.com/

If you find this article useful, feel free to share it with your friends!

Warm regards,

Sany Woo

IT IS a merry family affair whenever Lau Kwai Fong makes glutinuous rice balls (tang yuan) for the Winter Solstice festival.

Her daughters-in-law and grandchildren will gather at her home in Petaling Jaya to knead, roll and boil the tang yuan before bowls of the marble-sized balls are offered at the altar for prayers.

Lau, 80, has been making the glutinous rice balls from the time she got married.

Closely-knit: Samantha (second from left) feeding her grandmother Lau with the tang yuan while Lau’s other grandchildren Nicholas (left), Nigel (third from left) and Benjamin look on.

She insists that the tang yuan must be hand- made, which she does lovingly for the family.

“I do not buy ready-made ones because I don’t know the ingredients or colouring that are used,” said Lau.

“It’s not really hard work. I have my children and my daughters-in-laws to help me. Sometimes, I would do it myself because I know they are busy,” she said.

The sweet syrup is made from rock sugar and added with pandan leaves for fragrance, while ginger lends a tinge of “piquancy” to enhance the taste and also remove any overwhelming feeling of eating too much tang yuan.

“Once the balls start floating to the surface, I would scoop them up as they are well-boiled.”

Her tang yuan were springy in texture, and not at all rubbery with flour. It was a testament of her experience and skills after so many years.

Her granddaughter, Samantha Khoo, 17, said she enjoyed making the tang yuan every year.

“We used to make them in many different colours but it’s a lot of work, so we just stick to the basic white, green (from pandan leaves) and pink (from permitted food colouring).

“This is one festival where we can get in touch with our Chinese roots,” she said.

Her brother, Nigel Khoo, said he could easily have three bowls at one go.

Lau said to the Chinese, Winter Solstice (Dong Zhi) was even bigger than the Chinese New Year.

Winter Solstice falls around Dec 22 every year.

It is a day that families gather to enjoy glutinous rice balls with bowls of steaming hot, sweet ginger soup.

In China, it is traditionally celebrated at the beginning of winter to remind of another year gone by, and for one to look forward to the new year.

The glutinous rice balls are meant to symbolise family unity and perfect health — the rounder the balls, the stronger the family ties are!

On the day of the festival, the whole family will gather together for prayers.

The tang yuan will be placed on the altar and once prayers are over, family members will have the sweet dessert together.

An old belief observed during the festival is that if there is a pregnant woman in the family, a dollop of the dough would be placed in the fire to predict the gender of the baby from the shape of the burst dough!

But some people, rather than becoming motivated, are using these success stories as the “reason” that they haven’t made it yet.

Rather than aspiring to BE like those leaders, they complain that they aren’t successful because they haven’t found someone like that to be a savior in their downline.

Looking for people like that is definitely a good idea, but until you find one – why not BECOME one yourself?

I encourage you to read this post in it’s entirety and evaluate your exact qualities and dedication to your business. Be honest with yourself……

The fist step to recovery is to admit there is a problem.

1. The Lotto Group

These are the members that come to business presentations and get seduced by the hype, buy an enrollment package and then disappear. Some times these people get in based on the promises of their sponsors, “sign up, and I will build it for you”.

These investors didn’t buy a business and pursue the MLM profession; they bought a home business lottery to see if their numbers would come up.

If this is you, you are NOT in the MLM profession and you will not succeed so enjoy your products.

2. Weekend Wonder Group

This group is an interesting one. These people usually come to their first meeting in designer suits, looking and speaking confidently. They see this profession as “easy” and they don’t feel any need to educate themselves or attend any training.

They come in fast, bringing in a whole bunch of people, sometimes even generating a few large cheques right away.

A few weeks to a few months later when they don’t see the duplication they quit or simply move to another company and leave behind many casualties.

This group comes into the industry with the attitude that they are going to make a million even if it takes them all weekend. If this is you, you are NOT in the MLM profession and you will not succeed so enjoy your products.

3. Slave Driver Group

This group is rare but they do exist. These individuals are the investors who come in and expect the upline to build an entire business for them.

This group is not satisfied with just help and support they receive and expect the upline to keep creating welfare cheques for them.

These people are not shy to ask their uplines to place “one or two hot shots” in their legs. If this is you, you are NOT in the MLM profession and you will not succeed so enjoy your products.

4. Social Group

The social group generally are nice, friendly people and they comprise a large percentage of the MLM workforce. Their primary reason for being involved in MLM is not money.

They love making friends first; making money is secondary. They are also extremely helpful in event planning and coordination and they often volunteer their time to sit at the registration table and other tasks.

They are at every meeting and training but never bring any prospects with them.

If this is you, you are an important part of any team and are highly liked and respected however you will not reach financial significance, so enjoy your new found friends & your products.

5. Some Time Group

This group is the largest segment of the MLM work force. They call themselves PART TIME but they are NOT. There is a distinct difference between PART TIMER and SOME TIMER.

SOME TIMERS allow their business venture to take a back seat to all their other competing commitments.

They simply conduct their business when they can and as long as they can depend all of their other life commitments. They don’t have a plan of Action or precise business plan, nor are they building their business on a consistent basis.

They simply do it when convenient or when the opportunity presents itself. “You cannot socialize your MLM business” Ramin Mesgarlou

If your Promise is for your home business to free you up from your JOB, financial stress or traditional business, then you must treat it with the utmost respect.

Doing a mini presentation in the elevator or having a chat in the hall way is not showing respect for your business.

You wouldn’t do that with your JOB nor should you do that with your home business which is your absolute best financial freedom option.

6. Part Time Group

This group does all the right things and have a real opportunity to reach some if not all of their financial promises. Some of the part time group will go on to become “part time serious” or even “full time”. This group is not in a rush and are committed to most of the MLM success principles. There are two key weaknesses that part time group possesses that separates them from the top two most successful groups:

a. They have not committed to become a trainer for their team and only rely on the company systems and the upline to provide all their team support.

b. They have not built “LIKE & TRUST” with their key leaders mainly because they have not utilized their home to provide support or to spend much quality one on one time with their leaders.

If this is you, you are on the right track; stretch yourself a bit more by hosting weekly events in your home.

Also make a habit of treating your leaders for a quick latte and other “LIKE & TRUST” building activities and you will reach your financial promises. “Objective is to shift as many SOMETIMERS to PART TIMERS as possible” Ramin Mesgarlou

7. Part Time Serious Group

This is the select group that you always hear about, that “went from 0 – $10,000/month in 12 months “PART TIME”. These stories are true and every company has them, but let’s put the facts on the table. This special group maybe termed “part time” but they really have two full time commitments.

a. First is their full time JOB or business that takes 40 + hours a week

b. Second is their MLM business that also takes 25+ hours a week.

This special group is totally motivated to build their MLM business and replace their full time JOB or traditional business as soon as possible. They live, breathe, sleep their MLM Business and they are what we call E & E (excited and exhausted) until they reach their financial promises. It takes a great deal of commitment and drive to be able to keep on track for 12 to 18 months that it will take to achieve your financial and success promises. I am here to tell you that it’s not easy, but it is worth it and the vast majority of the part time serious group will end up full time within two years.

They work the business consistently and not in spurts, they use all the existing company tools, and if the company does not have sufficient support and training tools they will create them to support their team. Just like pro athletes on practice days, the serious part time group are never too busy or too tired, they show up as they are suppose to and get down to business day after day.

(The only exception to this is when leaders from other MLM companies switch and bring with them other qualified MLMers who fall into part time, part time serious or full time categories. In this case, the leader can succeed rapidly without investing the commitment and the efforts that it would normally be necessary. Lets not let these exceptions confuse you of what it takes for an average person to achieve similar results)

8. Full Time Group

The FULL TIME group shares many similarities with the part time serious group. Most full time distributors started as part time or part time serious on their way to full time. However, there is one serious danger that full time distributors face which sometimes can lead to financial turmoil for many. The industry’s common teaching is to “work your MLM business on a part time basis until you replace your full time income (JOB, traditional business), then quit your full time income and build your MLM business full time”.

That sounds great and it is the objective of millions of MLMers. The danger here is that until the Forensic Networker program no one was providing these ambitious MLMers with a FULL TIME MLM business plan. The distributors are told to continue to work their part time business plan by simply doing more of the same. I have seen over and over again distributors who started part time and quickly replace their full time income with their company’s part time business plan and quit their jobs. When that happens the new found freedom will sidetrack their focus as they start to enjoy the fun things in their lives.

Some even fall into the “Some time distributor” category. When they finally decide to get back to work they become very confused because they don’t know what to do.

The reason for the confusion is that working your MLM from home full time is a totally different business than doing it part time. Part time members can get away with doing little since they have a full time income with their full JOB. Regardless of their income, the part timer feels good about any effort they put towards their business since it is over and above their full time job commitments. Their distributors also see them as “committed” within the platform of the part time distributor. The distributor’s work habits are created during this phase, but once the platform changes to full time, the lingering part time habits create confusion and frustration.

The routine plan no longer is a fit for them and a new comprehensive full time plan is required to sustain and increase the momentum of the business.

This article is by Rob Franta.

Below are some of the reasons why most people FAIL:

1. They do not have the right skills and mindset
2. They are not willing to learn and are uncoachable
3. They are not willing to step out of their comfort zone
4. They have a negative attitude
5. They do not know how to motivate themselves
6. They do not have a strong desire and take necessary actions to achieve success
7. And mostly, it's because they QUIT!

Nobody is born with the skills and mindset needed to be successful.

Those who are successful actually learned the necessary skills and they have the right attitude.

Your greatest asset is your ability to pick leaders. It is difficult to teach someone how to spot a leader. Experience is the best teacher.

However, there are certain traits all leaders share.

High Self-Esteem

Goal Driven

Entrepreneurial

Aggressive

Business Minded

Open Minded

Owner Mentality

Ready to Act Now

Decisive

Mentally Tough

What leaders are NOT.

Passive

Wishy-Washy

Close Minded

Employee Mentality

Cynical

Not Ready to Act

Low Self-Esteem

Easily Influenced by Others

Worries About What Others Think

This tip is inspired by Tim Sales.

According to Deepak Chopra, the true definition of Self Esteem is to be: Immune to criticism and flattery. Beneath no one, superior to none. Fearless.
If you were all of the above, your business would skyrocket!

During my seminars and personal financial consultations, I have come across many people who have different attitudes towards money. All of us have unique personalities − some characteristics are inborn and some are learnt along life’s journey. Likewise, when it comes to money and real estate investments, we too possess various money personalities. They are:

1. Spenders / Shoppers
These personalities derive great emotional satisfaction from spending money. They need instant gratification and can't resist spending money. Spenders often shop to entertain themselves, even if the items they buy go unused. A sale is simply an excuse to spend money on the pretext of getting a good deal on things that they do not need at the moment.

A well-to-do good friend of mine was shocked to discover, during his house moving, that his wife owned more than 100 pairs of shoes and over 30 handbags! Like most guys, he couldn’t see the need for his wife to own so many pairs of shoes and handbags. As money was not an issue, he didn’t mind his wife buying more new shoes or handbags, provided that she gave her old ones away. He was concerned that his new house was quickly running out of closet space to store the things his wife bought.

Unfortunately, besides being a shopper, his wife was also a hoarder. She didn’t have the heart to give away things that are still fairly new and seldom used. This led to frequent quarrels and my friend decided that the only way out was to build more closet space in his current house and to move to a bigger house a few years later to accommodate his wife’s impulsive shopping habit. It was a small price that he could afford to pay to keep his wife happy.

Advice for Spenders/ Shoppers: Shop a lot less, save a lot more

If you love to spend, it's very likely that you are going to continue doing it. when shopping, try to seek long term value, not just short -term satisfaction. Before purchasing, ask yourself how much that purchase is going to mean in a year. If the answer is "not much",then forgo the purchase. This way, you can limit your spending to things that you'll actually use. If possible, set a monthly budget and stick to it. In case you over-spend in a month, make sure that you have the discipline to cut back the following month.

Another suggestion is to cut up any extra credit cards you may have and lower the credit limit on the ones you use regularly. Give standing instructions to auto-debit your bank account on the due date with the full amount for all your credit cards. This way you will not be tempted to overspend.

2. Debtors
Debtors are similar to Spenders/Shoppers. The only difference is that they are spending money that they don’t have and are living beyond their means. They are deeply in debt and often, are not in a position to do much investing. Debtors will typically live rich but die poor!

A newly married young couple in their late twenties came to see me for a personal financial consultation. They were keen on investing in properties and stocks. Their combined gross income was RM15,000 per month but their net worth was less than RM100,000! They had RM20,000 in credit card debts, less than RM5,000 in savings and they both drive brand new Japanese cars worth around RM70,000 each. Their logic of purchasing new cars was that they didn’t want any problems associated with buying cheaper second-hand cars.

In my opinion, both fell into the Debtor personality. While they were earning well for their age bracket, they were mismanaging their money by accumulating credit card debts and over-spending. Since both were desk-bound employees, there was no need for them to make a good impression by driving new cars. In fact, they could ill-afford to drive new cars at this stage of their lives, given their current financial situation.

In order to clear up the credit card debts and begin their investment journey, I strongly suggested that they sell off their two cars which were around a year old and downgrade to a three year old Proton or Perodua car which costs around RM35,000 each. Straight away, they would be able to settle their credit cards debts and have sufficient start-up capital of around RM50,000 to begin investing.

Unfortunately, it was easier said than done. Towards the end of our consultation, the husband blurted out that they had just placed a deposit for a new car for himself worth RM85,000 to lock-in the low interest rates. Since both had the Debtor personality, I really had a tough time convincing them to change their spending habits. If one of them had a different money personality, perhaps I would have an easier time to get one spouse to convince and force the other to change his/her ways. Finally, all I could do was wish them good luck. Personally, there is no way they will go far in life unless they make drastic changes to their behaviour

Advice for Debtors: Start saving, investing & don't spend money that you don't have!

If you are already in debt, you first need to get your debts sorted out before you can begin investing. If you are not be able to do it alone, get some professional financial help like what the couple did when they saw me.

Also, analyse what caused you to get into trouble. If it was easy access to credit cards, then the solution would be to cut up all "temptations" cards and sticks to debit cards. If spending was something that you used to compensate for other areas in your life that you feel were lacking, think about what these might be and work on changing them. If your house and cars were purchased because of the need to look good, then you may even need to downgrade your lifestyles by moving to a smaller house, drive an older car, etc.

Next, focus your efforts on saving money diligently. Pay yourself first by setting aside a certain portion of your take-home income that automatically goes into a special bank account that is used for investments. The money in this account can never be spend - it is your golden goose. Later, when you retire, you can only spend the eggs that your golden goose laid i.e whatever interest, dividend or rental incomethat your investments generated.

3. Savers
Savers are the exact opposite of Spenders/Shoppers and Debtors. They only shop when absolutely necessary and never accumulate credit cards debts. They generally have no debts and are often viewed as cheapskates. Savers are not concerned about keeping up with the Joneses or following the latest trends. They are happy with their 20-year-old cars and derive great satisfaction from seeing the interest earned on their bank statements. Due to their conservative nature, they don't take big risks with their investments. They prefer fixed deposits instead of other riskier investments where there is a possibility of a loss.

Extreme Savers unfortunately will live poor but die rich! Most of our parents who had lived through the Second World War and experienced hard times, where they didn’t have the luxury of three meals a day, will fall into this money personality type. I met many people who live in old houses that were last renovated 20 years ago and drive well-maintained cars that are more than 15 years old. These people are the ones who have more than RM5 million in fixed deposits! At the current fixed deposit rate of 2.5% p.a., their interest income alone is over RM10,000 per month which is more than sufficient to fund their no-frills lifestyle.

Advice for Savers: Practice moderation & take a little more investment risk

If you are a Saver, you should not let all the fun parts of life pass by just to save a few cents. To achieve some sort of balance, it's advisable that you allocate a small sum of "Play Money" where you can nourish your inner child by living like a King/Queen for a few hours every month. Spending a bit of money on having fun isn't going to make you bankrupt. Once you have tasted the good life, would you want more? The answer is a definite 'Yes'. In fact, you would be motivated to challenge yourself to make more money so that you can have more of the good life.

Instead of taking little or no investment risk by leaving all your money in fixed deposits, you need to learn to take a little more risk by investing a portion of your capital into higher return investments such as REITs, properties, bond funds, etc. After all, the key to investing success is to minimise risks while maximising returns. Avoiding investments risks completely will not get you far in the long run.

4. The Avoiders / Money Monks
These people are not comfortable with the subject of money due to their lack of interest or they feel that that are other more important issues. Often, they will try their level best to avoid the subject completely. Money Monks are happy-go-lucky types who strongly belief that God will take care of them. At the extreme end, they may not even know whether they are rich or broke.

If you are married to an Avoider or a Money Monk, you will have to shoulder the responsibility of managing money and investing for your family. The big advantage is that you will have little or no arguments on any money matters with them.

Advice for Avoiders/Money Monks: Make sure that you do not marry your own kind. Alternatively, find a trusted professional financial planner.

It's a sad fact that people typically will not change even when they know they need to. Hence, it is extremely tough to suggest to Avoiders and Money Monk that they should have an interest in knowing how money works. If you are an Avoider or Money Monk, an easier alternative is to make sure you don't marry their own kinds or you should seek professional help when it comes to managing your money.

5. Investors
Investors are consciously aware of how money works. They know where they are financially today and try to put as much of their money to work. All investors tend to seek a day when their passive income from their investments will provide sufficient income to cover all their expenses. Their actions are driven by careful decision making, and they are comfortable with the need to take a certain amount of risk in pursuit of their goals

Advice for Investors: Keep it up!

Congratulations! Financially speaking, you are on the right path and doing great! Keep doing what you are doing, and continue to educate yourself.

It’s extremely important to know which money personality you fall into as each has its own strengths and weaknesses. Understanding your unique money personality will help you shape your approach to spending, saving and investing. If you are married, it will also help you understand your spouse better as most marriages get into trouble because of money issues.

OCTOBER is the month that women in Malaysia should pay utmost attention to because it is a time when everyone around the world pause and take notice of breast cancer.

Not only shall we remember those who have suffered from the disease but Pink October is the month to further create awareness regarding all issues relating to breast cancer.

According to a report released by National Cancer Registry (NCR) recently, nearly 70,000 new cases are reported in a period of two years which showed how breast cancer continues to remain the biggest threat to women today.

In hope to shed more light onto this illness, as well as to collect funds to be channelled to the breast cancer cause, Bill Keith, Malaysia's top designer with the support of Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Berhad have designed 3,000 exclusive recycling bags as part of the Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur's Pink October fund-raising campaign.

Although these bags are designer bags, they are sold at only RM25 each as the campaign aims to raise RM75,000 which will be channelled to the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA).

"Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur is excited to kick off the Pink October celebrations with the launch of 'Fundraising with Style' breast cancer campaign," said Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur chief executive officer Amir Firdaus Abdullah during the campaign launch recently.

Amir said the campaign aims to engage the public to support the plight of breast cancer patients, in the hopes that significant funds are channelled to help save lives.

"Through campaigns such as these, we want to spread the message that early detection saves lives, and it is not only the responsibility of the women to take early detection steps. Men should also play an equally important role and should encourage their partners to conduct breast self- examination (BSE) and undergo yearly breast ultrasound or mammography check," he said.

"We sincerely hope that the public will come forward and support our pledge to support more women with breast cancer," said Bill Keith who designed The Pink Couture bag which measures 48.3cm x 35.6cm in size and is made from recyclable canvas material.

"We are very happy to see organisations such as Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur and Great Eastern coming forward to support the plight of women with breast cancer through the sale of this designer shopping bag," said BCWA president, Ranjit Kaur.

She added that 10 per cent from the amount raised from the sale will be channelled to support women who require breast prosthesis.

The Pink Couture bag was unveiled to the public by Malaysian shoe extraordinaire, Professor Datuk Jimmy Choo during the campaign launch.

Also present were Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Datuk Rohani Abdul Karim, owner of Rafflesia Pearl Centre Winnie Sin and Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur breast cancer surgeon/consultant Datuk Dr Suseela Nair.

Last year, in a similar campaign, the private healthcare provider Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur had raised RM50,000 through the sale of exclusively designed pink scarves by internationally renowned fashion designer, Zang Toi.

This is amazing. Randy Pausch died of pancreatic cancer in 2008, but wrote a book ‘The last lecture” before then, one of the bestsellers in 2007. What a legacy to leave behind...

In a letter to his wife Jai and his children, Dylan, Logan, and Chloe, he wrote this beautiful "Guide To A Better Life" for his wife and children to follow. May you be blessed by his insight.

Points On How To Improve Your Life

Personality:

1. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

2. Don't have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

3. Don't over do; keep your limits.

4. Don't take yourself so seriously; no one else does.

5. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.

6. Dream more while you are awake.

7. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

8. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner of his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.

9. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.

10. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

11. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

12. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

13. Smile and laugh more.

14. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

Community:

15. Call your family often.

16. Each day give something good to others.

18. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.

19. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

20. What other people think of you is none of your business.

21. Your job will not take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will. Stay in touch

Life:

22. Put GOD first in anything and everything that you think, say and do.

23. GOD heals everything.

24. Do the right things.

25. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

26. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

27. The best is yet to come.

28. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.

29. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.

30. If you know GOD you will always be happy. So, be happy.

While you practice all of the above, share this knowledge with the people you love, people you school with, people you play with, people you work with and people you live with.

Not only will it enrich YOUR life, but also that of those around you.

Warm regards,

Sany Woo

There are many shapes and sizes of bananas. Bananas tastes good whether they are eaten ripe, deep fried with batter (goreng pisang), blended into juices, sliced into ice-kacang or with ice-cream (banana boat). They are very nutritious also

However, one picture you do not want to see is a mashed banana. Not a pretty sight to behold

Well, you may end up looking like a mashed banana if you do not drive safely

Lately, I noticed that there are more reckless drivers on the road. Doesn't matter if they are driving a car, motorcycle or heavy vehicle. They just weave in and out of lanes without turning the indication lights on and without caring if they might get knocked into. Driving over the speed limits on highways. Haphazardly parking at no parking areas, blocking the traffic. This is just to mention a few that I experienced since last week

Just this morning I drove my husband to the bus terminal at Bukit Jalil to catch a bus to Johor. He called me 2 hours and 30 minutes later to say he has reached the destination. Well, the trip should take at least 3 and a half hours! The bus driver must be in a great hurry to become Super Mashed Banana Man! Doesn't he care about the safety of his passengers in the bus?

Oh! I must tell you about yesterday. As I was driving home, a man on a motorcycle just weaved in front of my car, wanting to cut to the right most lane to get on the highway. I nearly knocked into him and when I press my car hon to warn him, he just look back at me and gave me a smile BUT he did not even slow down or avoid my car. He must be really asking for it!

So.... Please... Please.... Drive Safely and think about the safety and well-being of your family in the car with you and of those in the other cars on the same road as you are.

I would like to end with this greeting to all my friends: Have a great holiday and have a safe trip back home with your family!

Warm wishes,

Sany Woo

By Marc Menninger

Of all the online techniques you can use to build your network marketing business, a multi level marketing blog is by far the most effective. That’s why it’s the first thing I recommend my new team members do when they ask how to build their business online.

Why is an MLM blog so important? Here are five reasons:

1. Creates trust. Trust is fundamental to any business relationship and network marketing blogs can create trust quickly. If your content is relevant to your readers and provides value, then they will begin to trust you and your opinions. You’ll build a consistent readership and people will start following you on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social networking sites. If you’re new to network marketing then blog about your experience learning the business. No matter how new you are there are plenty of people who haven’t started yet, looking for someone to follow.

2. Creates credibility. Even though setting up a blog can be done in mere minutes by anyone with a computer and Internet access, most people view blogs as being written by experts. If you have a blog on network marketing then many of your readers are going to figure you must know what you’re talking about–even if you just got started in your business last week. The more content you have and the more consistent your posts are, the more credible you appear in the eyes of your readers. That’s why I encourage people on my team to start blogging sooner rather than later.

3. Allows you to interact with your readers. Multilevel marketing blogs are perfect platforms for engaging with people and building relationships with them. If your content is interesting, valuable and compelling you’ll probably get comments from your readers. Reply to comments in your MLM blog as a first step to engage with your readers. In many cases, as the blog owner you can see the e-mail address of the people leaving comments. Put that address in Facebook and see if they have a profile there. Say “Thanks for stopping by my blog!” when you request to be their Facebook friend. Engaging with your readers proves you are a real person and your prospects will be more likely to do business with you if you’re friendly and approachable.

4. Provides training to your members. Not only is your multi level marketing blog content great for educating your readers, you can also use it as a platform for training your new team members. Take this article, for instance. Once it’s posted on my blog I’ll forever be able to direct new members of my network marketing team to it to help them understand why MLM blogging is so important. Posting training content on your blog will help streamline and automate your new member training. And if you do it right, you can set your training up in an autoresponder like Aweber and send them a new blog post to study every day without lifting a finger!

5. Creates endless MLM leads. Easily the best reason for having a network marketing blog, though, is that it can automatically collect free MLM leads for your business. Not just a few leads, either. But LOTS of leads. There are some things you need to have in place to pull this off. You need to understand search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing techniques and you need to have some sort of MLM lead capture system in place. If you do it right, you will never have to buy MLM leads to build your business again.

A deficiency of Omega 3 such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaeinoic acid) reduces cell membrane's permeability, causing inefficient transportation of oxygen and nutrients into the cells, and poor removal of toxins from cells, which ultimately lead to cell deterioration and health problems.

Omega 3 is also important because it is needed by our bodies to produce prostaglandins, leukotrienes and lipoxins - needed for regulating all biological functions, including those of the cardiovascular, immune brain and nervous systems.

Here is a simple checklist to help you decide if you have Omega 3 deficiency.

Do you have...

Vision problems, including dry, sensitive eyes and failing vision

Heart disease, including high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, stroke and heart attack

Joint and muscular pains, like arthritis

Forgetfulness, poor concentration

Irritability, depression and mood swings

Learning disabilities, including dyslexia and ADHD (attention-deficit-hyperactivity disorder)

Dry skin, hair and nails, including "chicken skin" texture on the back arms, cracked heels or fingertips, psoriasis, eczema, brittle or soft and weak nails

Low energy, frequent tiredness, lack of stamina

Poor wound healing

Frequent infections

Some cancers, including prostate cancer

Yesterday, as I was driving home after closing the shop, I saw a man bending over by the roadside near the traffic lights. He was wearing a white shirt and bermuda shorts and was holding one of his slippers in his hand.

Initially, I thought he was a crazy man trying to hit someone with his slippers. Upon looking closer, I saw that he was actually using the slipper to move an injured puppy from the main road to the side of the road, away from the traffic. The man was patiently pushing the puppy while it was trying to snap and bite his hands.

It was only when the puppy was safely 'moved' to the side of the road that I noticed that the man had stop and parked his car nearby. At that time, it was already late at night but there's still heavy traffic at Pelangi Damansara.

Now... how many of us will take the time to stop, park our cars by the side of the road while taking the risk of getting hurt to help an injured stray, guide it to safety and maybe bring it to a vet later?

Good night,

Do you find it difficult to hold back the urge to urinate?

Do you have embarrassing 'oops' moments when sneezing, coughing or laughing?

Do you lose control of your bladder when you squat or lift heavy objects?

Do you choose to drink less than the recommended 6-8 glasses of water daily to avoid frequenting the toilet too much?

Do you need to urinate 8 times or more daily when you drink a lot of water?

Do you dribble slowly during urination and continue to dribble even when you're finished?

Is your sleep interrupted by frequent visits to the toilet?

"80% of urinary incontinence is treatable".
