Here's what I know for sure, you can't circle "someday" on a calendar and "I'll get around to it" isn't a line item on any schedule I've seen before. So if you truly want a different result, you've got to plan for a different result. That includes scheduling things in advance. It makes saying "no" to distraction and deviations so much easier because you can honestly say, "I've got something planned already..." and really mean it, then stick to it.
