Due to plummeting equity in many properties and a number of natural disasters in recent months, finding new insurance for rental properties has been predominantly difficult.

While this may not effect your end buyer, it can impact you or another investor who is purchasing the property to hold or season. Make sure that the property is insured and insurable by you even if you do not plan to hold onto it.

Scrub uniforms can be a wonderful thing. If you work in the medical or a lab field then you know how some good scrubs can be very comfortable. I never worked in a field that required them but I do have a lot of friends which do wear them. I have stayed at some of my friend’s home at times one the spur of the moment, kind of doing the girl’s night out thing. I borrowed a pair of uniform scrubs the next day, besides looking like a nurse I did find them to be very comfortable.

Lab coats are a differ story, I have worn them for work on occasion, while they can be hot at times it is important to have a good lab coat. I have spilled and been covered more than once with stuff that would have never come out of clothing so it is nice to have a good lab coat. If you plan on being in either one of the fields I suggest you spend the extra and get good top quality. You will find them to last a lot longer, plus the comfort level is a lot better since you may be wearing them for hours.Similar Posts:
