I have created this blog after much pressure from friends and family, who believe that I have what it takes to develop my skills in the kitchen past just being a home cook.
I am known for my baking in particular, and have a number of recipes I use on a regular basis, some of which are also suitable for those with food intolerances. I’m not restricting this blog to cakes and biscuits though – all things sweet and savoury will be covered here! I am also open to requests for particular type of recipe.
I hope to share my favourite recipes with you in the coming months, and will be providing step, by step instructions with photos for illustration, as I have found them the most helpful in the blogs that I follow.
