De &lt;strong&gt;rivna morötterna&lt;/strong&gt; gör burgaren saaaftig och ger oanad god smak ihop övrig fyllning. Squashen kanske inte smakar så mycket men tycker det ger snygg färg. Tack för alla tips jag fått på "lata-dagar-lunch". Vi åt köttbullar igår och eftersom jag har världens bästa recept på köttbullar (se &lt;a href="http://sarasdelikatesser.blogspot.com/2011/10/kottbullar-grundrecept.html"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: #274e13;"&gt;här&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;) så kändes en köttbullemacka frestande. Dock blev det inget extraextra på som nån god röra utan köttbullarna fick pryda mackan ensam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Mixas ihop i en mixer. Rulla till 2 st korvar och skär i 30 bitar. Rulla till bollar och lägg glest på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Grädda mitt i ugnen, i 175&amp;nbsp;grader. Räkna med 10 minuter för mini och 13-18 minuter för normala. &lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Daniel drar till Tyskland&lt;/em&gt; över natten för påfyllning av vårt dryckesförråd och han hade tagit ledigt från jobbet idag så han har pysslat om mig och bl a fixat god lunch... eller, jag skulle snarare kalla det lördagsmiddag iof för det var inte så simpelt som gårdagens lunch (ägg och frukt). Men Daniel har en förmåga att snabbt slänga ihop nåt på nolltid. &lt;em&gt;Det är min Daniel det &amp;lt;3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Underbart väder har det varit idag också och jag har inspekterat &lt;span style="color: #274e13;"&gt;mina växter&lt;/span&gt; - främst invändigt. Och tänk .. det känns som de börjat vakna och fått nytt liv!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Ikväll blir det mys, men frågan är vad jag ska titta på nu när &lt;strong&gt;"På spåret"&lt;/strong&gt; är slut? &lt;strong&gt;"The Voice"&lt;/strong&gt;, är det nåt att ha?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ett måste till var kokt potatis, skirat smör och kokta ärtor. Och är så än idag.&amp;nbsp;Mina vänner hatade denna rätt och jag minns att jag nästan skämdes över min aptit ...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Det kom att dröja innan jag åt det igen. När jag började plugga till lärare 2005 åt jag fiskpudding på min praktikplats och HERREGUD vilket &lt;em&gt;halleluja-moment&lt;/em&gt;!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Nu spanar jag ständigt på jobbet när det blir fiskpudding och lyckan är total när dagen är inne för denna rätt. Gud nåde barnen om de äter upp den. Eller om jag blir sjuk. Sist gång var kökspersonalen så gulliga att de skickade med mig ett rejält lass hem. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;400 g vit fisk, t ex torsk eller sej (eller både och)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 finhackad gul lök&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 dl ris &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;3 ägg&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4 dl mjölk&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;smör&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;salt och vitpeppar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Fräs löken mjuk i smör. Skär fisken i bitar och lägg i en kastrull ihop med löken. Täck fisken med vatten. Koka upp och låt låt småsjuda ihop med 1 tsk salt i ca 5 minuter. Sila över fonden (vattnet) till en annan kastrull och tillsätt riset och låt koka i ca 20 minuter. Tillsätt mjölken och låt det koka in i riset, det skall bli grötigt. Rör sedan ner äggen och tillsätt fisken. Rör till en jämn smet. Smaksätt med salt och vitpeppar. Fyll i smörad form och grädda i 200 grader, i 25-30 minuter. Finhacka löken och krossa vitpepparkornen i en mortel. Häll vinäger, vatten, schalottenlök och vitpepparn i en såskastrull. Låt det koka upp. När vätskan nästan kokat bort tillsätt då ytterligare vatten. Sila&amp;nbsp;(så lök och vitpepparkorn försvinner) och häll i en mindre, rostfri skål.&amp;nbsp;Sät i vattenbad. Tänk på att vattnet ska vara varmt men inte koka i vattenbadet.&amp;nbsp; Tillsätt äggulorna, en i taget och vispa lugnt (gärna ballongvisp. Såsen tjocknar nu. Tillsätt därefter det smälta smöret, lite i taget under vispning. Jag brukar ta bort skålen från värmen i omgångar, det blir lättare att hälla ner smöret då. Rör ner dragon och persilja. Skulle såsen skära sig börjar du om med en äggula och vispar sedan ner den "spruckna" såsen. Servera såsen kall eller ljummen.
