Ilona and Erwin love Disneyland and to be able to shoot here with no people means so much to them. It’s definitely the icing on the cake for them and I am so proud to be a part of fulfilling their wedding dreams. Congratulations again!! I wish you guys nothing but the best!!

Ilona and Erwin LOVE Disney. I don’t mean, they just simply LOVE it…I really mean they LOVE IT! Their fairytale wedding was simply breathtaking. So many fun details that I couldn’t even begin to imagine. My favorite was their invitations as well as their custom made “guide maps” that looked like a replica of the park maps. Ilona and Erwin really put a lot of thought and creativity into their wedding and it truly showcased who they are as a couple – fun-loving, smart, and ever so playful! I loved documenting every minute of it.

As you will see below, the wedding was such a joyous day for not only the couple but also for their guests. Mickey and Minnie even stopped by to take some pictures with everyone. It was such a thrilling moment for everyone. All I saw were flashes of camera lights shooting at Mickey and Minnie. I’m surprised I’m not blinded by all that flash!

Congratulations Ilona and Erwin! I wish you guys nothing but the best because you two deserve it. You guys are so sweet and you take such good care of one another. Don’t forget to text me when you go to Disneyland next time. I’m always down to go!

Wayley is such a gentleman and I can tell he adores Kathleen with how he looks at her and takes care of her. Kathleen is super sweet and beautiful! You can totally be a model Kathleen!! Together, they are wonderful and uber adorable.

I’ve been getting a ton of questions and feedback about my time on the show and just wanted to share my 2 cents about my experience. First off, just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all my wonderful family and friends who supported me throughout my cooking and TV reality show journey.  I never imagined I’d ever be on TV showing the world one of my weaknesses for everyone to laugh at my expense. I am normally the type of girl who shy’s away from stuff like this where people could potentially laugh and make fun of me, but somehow I got the courage to step out of my comfort zone and not be afraid to show the world who I am.  By the way, my voice is real. You have no idea how many people ask me that on a weekly basis. I think it’s quite funny. Even Mr. Bobby Flay asked me if that was my real voice when he first met me. TOO FUNNY! Love it!

I really had no idea how to cook going into it.  I never even cooked eggs before so when you saw me cook eggs on that first episode, that was literally the first time I ever did that.  No joke! So you lucky viewers got to truly witness a “worst cook” who knew nothing. By me not knowing anything going into it, you truly got to see me learn what “cumin” and “saffron” was. I must admit, I had some funny incidents, mishaps, and lines on the show that will forever follow me. I have fans who come up to me and remind me how to properly pronounce “cumin” and my friends keep joking around that they want me to cook them some saffron balls or pull some noodles for them. Yup! I am pretty clueless in the kitchen! I admit it! But so what? I was there to learn and grow and that is what I did. I did the best I could and that’s all anyone can ask for.

On top of all this, I made such wonderful friends from the show.  The whole cast was amazing! I continue to talk to each of them on a fairly regular basis and miss them terribly. We literally lived together in a house for over a month and we became a fun family. I love them all and sincerely want to thank each of them for simply being them and helping make this experience so memorable, fun, and interesting.  Also, a big congratulations to my girl, Kelli for winning! I love ya girl and I am so proud of ya!

Reading everyone’s tweets was super entertaining and fun to read. I loved it all!  Thank you for all your love and support and faith in me. I wish I could have taken home the final win, but I know that even though I didn’t win,  you all truly believed in me and are proud of how far I did come. I felt all the love and support and I am one happy clam for having such wonderful fans!

Disneyland of course is where Melisa and Robert met while they both worked there. It holds a very special place in their hearts. I’ve been shooting a lot of Disneyland engagements this year as many of you may have noticed. I guess Disneyland is a popular place for most couples. I can see why! It’s super special and one of a kind! Congratulations Robert and Melisa!

While I was shooting these fun-loving gals, I couldn’t help wishing I had sisters growing up. I’m an only child and I always wanted siblings to hang out with. I can only imagine all the mischievous fun these will all have when they become teenagers!! hahaha I can’t wait!
