			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">The Sissi Project in particular and the EBSA in general want to warmly thank the local council of Vrachasi (especially Mr. Michalis Petsalakis and Mr. Christos Mamaloukos) and the municipal council of Ayios Nikolaos (especially the mayor Dimitris Kounenakis and the vice-mayor Michalis Keroulis), for agreeing to cede the old School of Vrachasi to the Belgian School to be transformed into a study centre.</p>
