It was so very beautiful! The wedding was fall colors, so you can imagine how beautiful everything was. I had so much fun with this family. Here is a little peek from their special day.

One word....WOW! Tawni was amazing to work with. She knew how to work the camera, and wasn't afraid to try new things. We were at her family's farm....its been a working farm for over a 100 years! There were so many things around us: a creek, open land, old barns, horses, cows, and we even found a baby horny-toad. Such a BEAUTIFUL location!

So, my dear friend Shay contacted me about taking some photos of her little girl, Averi to put in her portfolio a few weeks ago. Averi is a pageant Queen! I was very excited about the whole shoot and all the different ideas we had. Averi was such a doll. She wins the award for best 3year old ever! Averi took direction so well, and had so many ideas of her own. I LOVED working with her and hope to have the chance to do it again in the future.

Ahhhh JR High....the good days. Miss Jessica is headed to jr. high this year and she seems very excited about it. Jessica is a very active 12 year old. She loves church activities, softball, cheerleading, being outside, and a whole huge list of things. Lets all say congrats now; she has made it to the next chapter in life!

TRIPLETS!!! I don't even know where to start. When their mom Jennifer contacted me about setting up a senior session with her triplets I was super excited about it! The boys had the whole session all planned out: "first we can go here, then over to our friends" I was loving it! This session was a lot of fun because I got to shoot three brothers, each with their own personal style.

I love backyard weddings done right, and this wedding was nothing short of perfection. Chandra looked beautiful in her gown. Damian was dashing in his cool white shirt. The wedding took place in the backyard of one of their good friends, but this wasn't just any backyard. It was the backyard of my dreams, and it was decorated perfectly for this wedding.

I had a hard time coming up with ideas for this mother daughter session. I have three boys myself, so I had to put on my thinking cap and think of things I would do with my daughter if I had one. We started out with a little tea party, played with bubbles and finished by running in a field. I had taken some photos of Chelsea and Claire last winter, so I was so excited to shoot some in the summer! Claire was such doll the whole time! She was really into the bubbles. Chelsea and Claire gave it the western look by wearing shorts and cowgirl boots. Such a fun idea!

Meet Lisa and Daniel! They are such a sweet couple. Both of them are from Texas, but moved to Woodward because of work. They are going to exchange vows in February next year. When Lisa emailed me asking if I could take their engagement pictures I was so excited! I had be wanting to set up the scene from the Taylor Swift music video "Mine" so I thought this would be the perfect time! We exchanged emails about the idea and got all the details about the hanging photos worked out. It was pretty windy when we were taking pictures, but all in all the session was a success! Congrats to Lisa and Daniel!

Meet my 2012 senior model Katie! She is so, so, SO beautiful! Her smile is to die for! I had such a good time working with her and her mom, Monica. It was a very hot day, so we all took a little drink break to perk back up. This senior session was an absolutely perfect way to start off the class of 2012!

So, yesterday my hubby and I drove out to Putnam Oklahoma to meet Misty and Bret for an engagement session. It was such a great day...the weather was absolutely perfect. Bret's ranch in Putnam was a beautiful location. There was a lake, rolling hills, and wheat fields all around us. I had such a good time getting to know Bret and Misty who will be married in Amarillo Texas in August. Congrats!

Meet my brother-in-law Joe and his beautiful fiancé Chelsie. They both live in Denver, but came to Clovis for their engagement session. I've known Joe for sometime now and I have never seen him happier. Chelsie is such a sweet girl, she really is the girl next door. This was only my second time meeting her and I can already say that I love her. Congrats to the both of them!

It was a cold day out, but Chelsea and sweet little Claire were amazing to work with. This session started in Boiling Springs and ended at Crystal Beach. I had such a good time with these gals, they keep me laughing the whole time. Claire looked so cute in her bright red dress, and momma look super gorgeous all in black.
