Microsoft has an entire Windows Update site devoted to automatically updating users' systems with all the latest fixes and patches for a wide range of Microsoft software, including Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Internet Explorer.

Anti-spyware software programs can be used solely for detection and removal of spyware software that has already been installed onto your computer. Anti-virus software can detect many but not all forms of malicious software before they have a chance to affect your computer. Anti-spyware applications must also be able to remove programs on reboot for spyware/adware that refuses to be removed through normal processes. Of course, anti-spyware applications alone can't protect you entirely from unwanted spyware and adware.

So suppose you only want that you can establish yourself as a marketing guy. I have seen People who have skills but cannot have success only due to lack of understanding of business communication.

Thus doing these simple things and following some strategies you can grow yourself and your business throughout the world.

We always try to express our ideas and thoughts in a proper way. Many of us don't have much communication ethics. So they search for how to effectively communicate with People.
Many of us have come across People who are just held in a post for years just because they cannot communicate better.
Due to today's competition in market communication is gaining importance rapidly.

Actually the reasons why People try to communicate is:
a) Communication is totally different from giving information or talking. In other words it should be precise and should arouse the point of interest for both parties.
b) We can make demands from listeners but I do not actually agree to this.
c)It should be easy to understand. For the simple reason that we cannot make things complicated
for our listeners.

In this context there are three major types of communication categories.

1. Written Communication:

I can say that what is said or heard is very nominal but writing is immortal. It is rightly said that we as humans are mortal but if you write something daily it is an enjoyable act and is always immortal. Written communication is varied in nature like a personal writing, a comment, or even request for
sending information.

Sometimes a bio-data is an effective means of communication. People actually come to know who you are and what we have to say. That is why some blogs have just a page dedicated for our bio-data.

Let us deal the most important communication area that is online communications

The major means of communication of this type is e-mail.This is considered as informal communication way in which the two parties which communicate do not meet.
I think at times it leads to casual and most non observing etiquette. The popular example of this are the forum postings . We can discuss anything and everything without even knowing who we are communicating to.

An improper e-mail format may leave a bad impression on the recipient.So one should closely watch network ethics in communication.

The things I usually follow while communicating through e-mail are:

Writing email or other communication letters in complete sentences. This leaves a good impression on the reader of the e-mail.
Using regular English style. The English which can People actually understand are readily accepted by readers.
Starting with proper salutation and ending with your name. I usually do this so that People recognize me and have faith in my work.
4. Spell-checking your document. It is very important so that your readers can understand each and every part of your mail.

In this regards the things we generally come across are:

1. Formatting. I use formatting wherever necessary to keep my writings more reasonable and understandable.

2. BCC: This is the number of people we are referring to excluding the recipient.

3.Reply to all

A very convenient thing we can do is that we can click on reply to all so that all the recipients which we intend to send our mail are included.

In case of attachments larger files are a big problem. So if I want to send someone large files I contact him with whatever rules is there. So that they can also suggest me.
One thing I particularly find useful is breaking down my files into pieces.

Have you ever wondered how to have your own media server. Well you can have it but it requires a lot of effort. But with today's advanced technologies it is no longer a Himalayan task.

So what is media server. It is a simple connected device which stores all your data in one place and is shared. The requirements of a media server is no longer limited to huge amounts of RAM with large capacity Hard disk drives. When I speak about media servers its definition covers an extensive range. It may be used for sharing your favorite music, Photos and videos. But It is not limited to just that. It is used for serving useful information also.

You can make your own media server by a piece of old hardware PC lying at a corner.
How you go about building your own personal server.

Media server

Here are the detailed steps for WindowsXP.
1.First click on start on your new computer which is meant to be your media server.

2. Select control panel and go to network setup wizard.

3.Press next button and select " It connects through residence".

4. Enter a name and description to the server and click next.

5. Select the work group found and click next.

6. Now you have to enable file sharing. For that click "Turn on File sharing". Then just click next.

7. To start sharing create a new folder in any drive.

8. Right Click on the folder you created and select "network sharing" tab and "allow network users to
change my file"

9.Now go to the computer which you want access. Right click on my Computer and select Map Network drive.

10. Click "Browse" and select name of the Home server.Click next.

11. To access your media server files simply go to my computer and double click the shared drive.

Wow you have just made a new streaming media server! Now you can copy and paste the files which you need according to your wish.

The web communities in Google and Facebook are hot nowadays.
The other day I also joined a geeky website community in Google+ and I must say it has a wow! factor to it.

Google has been trying to promote Google+ from its initial stages.
I even think that communities are a great way to communicate with like minded people from around the world. Now , my dear friends, hold your breath as Google+ has its own communities feature now.This has been a direct competition to Facebook.

How to create your own community:

1. Click the new community tab on the left side of Google+

2. Select create a community . You should select public and allow everyone.

3. Once it is created personalize with your picture and info.

enjoy your new community.

Social media platforms have come up with the concept of groups. But beyond all other companies in my view Google+ communities are just incredible.

There is a whole new concept of circles. You can even grow your circles and categorize them.
I include the ones who are closer into my friends circle. Otherwise it
is all up to you to decide how many circles you want to create and how many people you want to include in it.

We all hear that end of the world is near is it true or a rumor read on to find out.

One morning I was having my cup of coffee when my mother told me viola you know today the world was to be destroyed

I was astonished to hear that and I was alive!

Friday was supposed to be the day life on Earth will cease to exist. The predicted apocalypse -- which spawned a disaster movie "2012," says Google .

Several scientists are saying that according to mayan culture a culture as old as around 2000 B.C the end of world is near.
Some people thought it was going to be an economic shutdown and some proposed it was nearing to be the end of world . The proposed day was friday and according to mayan calendar it could have been Sunday

But not even modern-day Mayans calendar proposed the theory of apocalypse. They view the calendar as portending the end of one era and heralding the start of a new one, not the death of all the world's species.

The End of World is even the hot topic for most of the Hollywood movies like

Shortages: "The Hunger Games"

Cannibals: "The Road"

and

Viral pandemic: "12 Monkeys"

The people from around the world from India to Malaysia arranged for "Last Party" Ha ha!

Gone are the days when Internet explorer was the only choice for users. If you want to have a top insight on various modern browsers then read on.

My personal experience that many pages open only with internet explorer rather than chrome and others.
What more windows 8 works great with IE 9. So more and more apps will work with IE in near future

In my view opera is the most enhanced browser in terms of customization and speed.
You can have as many themes as you like for your pages and choose from them.You can change the lokk and feel of opera browser with one click.
