The Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) is Australia's premier tourism trade event and the largest international travel trade show of its kind in the southern hemisphere.

What happens at ATE?

ATE provides a forum for Australian tourism businesses to showcase their products and establish important business links with the people and organisations that take Australian tourism to the international market place. The event also provides opportunities for representatives of the international travel trade to experience Australia first-hand, ensuring they are equipped and inspired to send visitors to our shores. ATE delegates participate in business-to-business appointments and networking opportunities across the event, with pre and post-familiarisation touring opportunities also forming part of the program for international Buyers and media.

In 2013 East’ and ‘West’ modules will be combined into a single, ‘shorter and sharper’ global event.

When: Friday 26 - Tuesday 30 April 2013 (Registrations Friday 26 April)

One day workshop designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to become more aware of how we operate and the effects business can of on the environment and society.

Environmental sustainability of your business is a critical consideration within your overall business planning. Being sustainable is about simultaneously being profitable and responding to the concerns of the environment in which you operate in. Just as critical is the way you operate your business and the effects that it can have on society and Australian culture. This workshop aims to provide you with the skills and knowledge to become more aware of how we operate and the effects business can of on the environment and society.
