Happy Holi -8th march, 2012- Call it India's Mardigras, or the India's Spainiard Tomato Fest, or Hindi's Samba fest. U better say our Indian Holi is a combination of all these foreign counterparts, needless to mention-a raunchier one!
I had frowned a day before, as it gonna be my Morning shift duty on Holi! As I always used to pray " Buss itna saa khwab hai, Diwali me B Shift na ho, Holi mein A shift na ho, aur New year mein to teeno naa ho"! God wasn't considerate this time, as I felt, so I reached office with one Yellow Gullaal Packet in my pocket!

It started off with one of my colleague breaking the ice with his blood red gullaaal! I could smell C2H5OH from him, but on mild interrogation, he claimed "SAHAB, holi kal shaam maa manaa le hun, aaj duity aana rahees!"
But I swear it was fun then, many sections of the industrial plant started inviting us for sweets, where people while working played holly, blissfully smiling with colored teeths and unbeliebably elegant Maqbool Fida Hussains on their faces; all masterpieces worth Crores of Sterlings!
Steel kept flowing out from the furnaces and so did colors and sweets and cold drinks and what not! A colleague in his tea break broke open rock holi havoc with a Tin can and few followers singing Amitabh's Holi numbers and some cranny, raunchy and hanky panky bhojpuri classics! The Coffee Day Express canteen turned out into a raging inferno with around 50 guys gathered around it! As Shakespeare had said "all the worlds a stage" so was the entire plant for Holi celebrations!"
Remembering Lata Mangeshkar's song - "ae mere watan ko logon" saluting the great Indian Military and the veer Jawans of India, I contemplated my version in respect of the Indian Steel Maker. On a Holi Day, a steel maker's Furnace sputtering flames, light, noise and sparks can make his master sing the song "JAB DESH MEIN THEE HOLI, HUM MANAA RAHE THEY DIWALI; JAB SABNE MACHAYI DHOOM BADHIYA, TUMNE BANAYI BLOOM AUR SARIYA."
Whatever the case, that happinness in the dreamy eyes of many, without much worry, without much of remorse of celebrating Holi at office but rather celebrating it with their colleagues was fun; fun - albeit of different kind!

Few BasicTips To Make Your Face Glow

Three things, which we all must follow to keep our skin glowing. These are-

1) CLEANSING:-
Wheat (Atta / Besan) acts as a face wash & there are no harmful chemicals in it .So, everybody can try this out at home.

2) TONING:-
POTATO-juice acts as toner to our skin.We all have it in our kitchen.So,why not try it out?

3) MOISTURIZING:-
COCONUT OIL-acts as moisturizer.That is also easily available in our home and 100% chemical free.

These three points are the easiest and always availble & we won't need much time also. So Friends!!! why don't you try it out.

Another tips to make your skin glow

Take juice of one lemon and keep it on a glass bowl.Then mix 2spoon sugar with it.Let the sugar dissolve for 6 to 8 hours.Then after cleansing and toning session apply the lemon mixture and rub ,then take bath.TRY it out and see the result yourself.

Tips to get rid of sunburn :-

Just apply juice of tomato all over and after 5 min. wash

it away.Do it for few days and see the result.

Now friends: lets know about some facial packs with the things easily available at our home.

FOR OILY SKIN

1) OATMEAL MASK:
Oatmeal- 4 tsp
Rosewater- 1sp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Boil oatmeal with milk then let it cool.Mix rose water with it and apply it on your face with cotton.After 20 min.rinse with lukewarm water and then with cold water.
2) CURD AND MULTANI MITTI:
Curd - 2sp
Multani mitti- 1sp
Honey- 1/2sp
Rose water- 1/2sp
Mix all the ingredients like cream and then apply it on your face with cotton.After 20min.rinse with lukewarm water and then with cold water.
3) ORANGE AND EGG:
Orange -1pc
Egg-1pc
Honey-1sp
Odycologne- 15drops
Boiled water -1cup
Dip the orange in boiled water for 15min.and then make a paste.Mix the white portion of the egg and honey with it.Apply the paste with cotton.After 20 min.rinse off with lukewarm water and then with cold water.
4) APPLE & HONEY:
Apple -1pc
Honey -2sp
Lemon juice- 1sp
Mix the apple with honey & lemonjuice and apply it in your face with cotton.Rinse it off with lukewarm water and then with cold water after 20 min.

PACK FOR DRY SKIN

MILK CREAM AND HONEY:
Milk cream-2sp
Honey -2sp
Rose water-1sp
Mix all the ingredients and make a paste.Then apply it with cotton.After 20 min.rinse off with lukewarm and then cold water.

Yummy..I love this delicious stuff.My mother in law prepares it with great skill.I have tried to learn the way it is prepared quite a few times, but couldn't bring the taste that she pours in.
The dish is made out of salad-stuffed bread with cheese in it. Then it is fried .The vegetables shown in picture adds some uniqueness in its taste and looks.It tastes best when served hot.

MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE PLUS PROJECT

My Readers:

Itz a news to all of us that Google has really started thinking about exploring Social networking domain seriously with Google Plus Project.Those guys in Google are hefty enough to put their impressions in that field which is a far cry of other networking sites. People like me who always prefer them in all spheres of my communication and contacts to the outer world were at a fix when tried something on platform of social networking. I wanted to communicate to my near and dear ones, my relatives, friends from those years of my childhood days, friends from my school, college and university days who live at the other parts of the planet. Facebook right at that point of time came up with the right idea and people started forwarding those information to others. Day by day, the saga went on and we all know where the company is right now. They earned the most trusted faith of their customers and their database went on building up. Orkut was there at point of time, but I don't actually know the reason behind none being able to stop the race of Facebook.

On introspecting the journey of facebook, all they did was a belief in one point agenda which was "Social Networking". They felt the need at right point of time and came up with the application website. All of us know these facts, but my point query to all my readers is "Why Google with all their intelligence couldn't come up with such idea before?"It can't be believed that they didn't feel the need at that point of time. When most of the net savvy guys from all over the world were sitting in from of their computers, opening internet explorer and searching anything they wished through "Google search engine", it really can't digest the understanding that those techies didn't have the idea from their search results. Anyway, it’s better late than never. At least those giants have realized the fact that even still untouched field can be touched upon where there is a lot of scope for improvement.

I believe that once they are into this field of work, they indeed will come up with flying colors. There is no doubt about that. They know this industry of internet more than any species of this universe. Just give you a example: This guys have immediately captured the loop holes in the idea of message broadcasting which we experience in Facebook or twitter, and explored the issue in the idea of "Circles". You can literally drag and drop your friends into predefined Circles where they give you the administrative control of organizing whom to see what or what to share with whom. We do fall into a awkward situation when a message gets broadcasted to all friends of friend list when it is intended for a single one. Though Groups can be formed in Facebook but the system is not that user friendly what I suppose. There are other features also like Hangouts, Sparks etc what you can easily know from the link https://plus.google.com/.

Guys. the agenda that Google has captured, may be of late, was quite overwhelming but the main issue lies with the way by which they have planned to capture the customer base. They need to break their head upfront to deal case of shifting people from the world of facebook (fb) and twitter. We all by the way, have got accustomed with the look of facebook. The word got spread up like anything from door to door, kitchen to kitchen. My mom-in-law, who is around 65 years old and is a house wife, even tries to find a little bit of her precious time out from her temple and kitchen to ask me to have a scroll at her facebook account. Everyday she eagerly waits for a new posting from her brothers and sisters who stay abroad. These days even she has started acclimatizing with the looks of Facebook. The strength of facebook is that it has made a tight grip on its customers like what Microsoft did with windows operating system WINXP.

Now, the upfront task of those Managers and Technocrats of Google is to break that bond. Its guaranteed that they have already planned and implemented the best possible ideas into their project of Google plus even before its launch, but what I. may be along with a few others from you, feel that they should had tried to built a collection of opinions and advices from their vast pool of customers of various platforms about the ways and means to improve their project. A few of my suggestions to the team include:

1. 1) They need to give incentives to those people who will migrate from other Social networking sites. It will be decided on the frequency of use of Google plus project and the number of users they brought from those domains.

2. 2) .These incentives may rise from intangible benefits to tangible income based on criteria that fulfill their s and agreement.

3. 3) The design of the screen should be very simple. Much simpler than existing social networking sites.

4. 4) They should emphasis on the scope of improvement for people of physical disablement. Like reading out the messages for them, embedding facility for calls to their friends etc.

5. 5) Circles formed in the form of generic names like “Student”, “Engineer”, “Doctor”, “Literates”, “Lawyers” etc .or even “Housewife” may be given some sort of inputs characteristically, on its entry within that circle. Something like what we get when while typing in Google search engine. A tab may be placed within that circle where a Doctor can search his/her relevant e-books or documents and download same at the same time.

6. 6) Option of various languages is a priority.

Its a possibility that all those options have already been incorporated or they find those worth not doing.But there are so many things that each one of us can contribute to make it a success. All the Best for the team.

Hope you have enjoyed the match played between two neighboring nations.Play and Players apart, everything else ware there in the match.Look at the composition of spectators.Could any playing nation imagine any better profile of spectators than this one.Did you notice the way they enjoyed that match?Those persons from Indian and Pakistan political world are such a busy person that they, I think, don't have any time to smile or laugh for a minute or so, even at the need for betterment of their inner soul.But see, those same persons are sitting long for hours and enjoying with hands lifted in air to see their own team winning the match.WHY THAT IS SO???
The answer is very simple.
                        Every human being at some point or other needs to release the presure in some way or other.No person can hold same for the whole span of his life how big he or she may be.At times, you need to be like a child with all your internal expression bubling out of you,enjoying everything that have been happening around.You can't stay in a shell for long thinking only to achieve the objectives of your career.There are so many things going unnoticed around you and passing with time.Get involved to those and try to find something out of that which may benefit your inner developement.
                       Now coming to the original topic of Worldcup, I really get amazed the way these players handles the pressure.The pressure is from the expectation of whole nation, the pressure being hyped by the media,the pressure is from the all spheres.People would say that Man...come on...get me those extra penny, I can even handle same.But the practical situation for them is not the same.You can't take the beating at every moment of you life thinking those extra money that are getting deposited in your account.At times, Its for sure, that those icons also try to get the feel of free life excluded from all these arificial life and money.You need to stay relaxed from all surroundings to get a breathe of life. Imagine a an hour where you get the chance to roll over a land of grass looking at the clear sky at night and finding that no one is observing you or disturbing you.Guys if you can do that...,Its for sure that this will give you an extra bit of energy to pass next few days of excess workload.

ABOUT THE FIGURE

Material Used:

1) Three kinds of wood is used
   a) Jack Fruit Wood
   b) Margosa
   c) A kind of hairy sour apple

2) Macnite Board

3) Base was made from Black colour. Except base all are made of natural things

How to maintain the figure:

1) Never use water to clean it
2) When it catches dirt always use brush to clean it.
3) If by time, figure turn blackish or reddish due to pollution, then rub with sand paper to the portion of figure only.
4) never rub the base with sandpaper.

Here , look at 'TOM& JERRY' .The design in FIG-1, FIG-2 AND IN FIG-3 has been conceived with kantha stich(name came from a Bengali word"KANTHA" usually used to cover infants) all over the bed sheet.It is really an excellent work of my aunt who is a designer .It's perfect for your child's bed.

This Saree in FIG-4 AND FIG-5 (A must for Indian women) .is a handloom product form south India.It is a gift by my aunt-in-law. It looks very gorgeous with all those thread works.

The shawl IN FIG-6 AND IN FIG-7 is getting complete with different stitches like chain,stem,buttonhole etc.It really looks gorgeous with all the bright colors.This stitches are done by me.
