Recebi uma pergunta hoje , aqui nos comentários de uma amiga querendo seguir a 80 10 10 mas achando difícil comer tanta fruta. Se você não sabe do que estou falando, e que tanta fruta é essa , dê uma olhada nos primeiros dias da parte 30 dias, no segundo dia " planejamento "  explico isso , o básico sobre a dieta alta em frutas.

  Vitamina D , vem do sol e precisa de cálcio pra assimilação. 
 Melhor fonte de cálcio : folhas verdes.
 Cálcio vem do solo,de pedras, a raiz absorve -o e sintetiza -o com a ajuda do sol, fica então o cálcio ali prontinho de forma assimilável , perfeitamente equilibrada com outras prioridades da planta, vitaminas e minerais.

  Gorduras. 


Conhecem esse ? macaco que pegou a camera do fotografo e ficou se fotografando :) 




 Algumas vezes falei aqui sobre a necessidade de evitar gorduras. Maximo 10% de gorduras ( do total calorico diário)

 No texto sobre celulite eu indico o texto sobre diabetes pra entender como a gordura afeta o corpo . Resolvi escrever mais sobre isso , percebi que continua um assunto confuso.

Um tempo atras eu assisti esse video e me fez pensar muito. Sobre lixo e principalmente plástico.( ingles)


  A mulher no video é a Julia butterfly Hill, talvez você reconheça , ela ficou bem famosa, morou numa arvore , para salva-la , por anos (738 dias)

Postagem curtinha hoje :  Dateorade.  Ótimo para tomar depois do treino. Quando vou malhar muito como hoje , bootcamp. Eu tomo um mini datorade.  ( 2 tâmaras) antes de sair pra malhar.  Uma ótima bebida pra qualquer hora na verdade e dependendo do ritmo pode fazer ela mais forte ou fraca. Ontem eu escrevi sobre celulite, e quase coloquei a dica de usar suco de grapefruit ( toranja) pois dizem que esse suco estimula o sistema linfático. 
 Aí eu pensei " não , nada disso. Se a pessoa se alimenta de uma dieta abundante em frutas, se a pessoa está lendo esse 30 dias, tem malhado ,hidratado…  é por aí e pronto.

 Para hoje estava pensando em comentar sobre b12 , recebi algumas perguntas a respeito ... não vou conseguir escrever muito hoje , tive um acidente com meu dente ou ausência dele (como  expliquei  no primeiro dia, arranquei 4 dentes pra colocar aparelho ) machuquei ao escovar os dentes ontem , e a dor !!!!
