Today I had the pleasure of attending a workshop put on by Lisa A of Tangerine House of Design. The workshop was on Pet Photography as is offered as part of Super Monday through Professional Photographers of America. The workshop was a blast, Lisa is very knowledgeable in her trade and has an easy going manner that puts students, pets, and owners at ease. She is passionate about her photography, her subjects and helping others learn more about photography.

Lucky, posted here, was one of the Chiuaua we got to photograph as part of the workshop.

A late afternoon fall day in Minnesota.

Near Lake Louise in Banff National Park, Alberta. Nicholas Morant was a photographer for the Canadian Pacific Railway. This particular point on the mainline became known as “Morant’s Curve” as it was one of his favorite photo spots.

This October I had a wonderful opportunity to join Darwin, Sam and John photographing as part of the SNAP! Photography Seminars ‘Weekend Workshop’ where we stayed at the wonderful Baker Creek Chalets. The weeks was relaxing, full of photography, laughter, and learning. Above is a photo taken the morning after the rest of the group had departed of the Castle Mountains. That night is snowed lightly and the sun and clouds danced on the mountains.

This last weekend I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing the wedding of Lindsy and Zach Johnson in White Bear Lake, MN. Here is Lindsy and her niece on the beach near the Church where the wedding took place. The bride was glowing, the groom handsome, the family very friendly. The day was wonderful and you could see the love between these two.
