So today i will teach you to protect from these keyloggers.

Step 1 :- Open task manager (Ctrl+shift+esc) -> Processess -> View -> select columns -> Tick PID

Step 2 :- Open command prompt and type "netstat -ano"
Now you have to look for only Established PID

Step 3 :- Again go back to processess and match the PID of established connection with the PID in processess

Step 4 :- Look at its image name. If you found name of trusted applications like explorer.exe or firefox.exe there's nothing to worry..You are safe
But If you found any suspicious name like svchost.exe or anyother which you haven't saw earlier you have chances of keyloggers installed in your system.

Step 5 :- Right click the suspicious file -> Open file locations and upload that file to any online scanners
If you have any keylogger installed it will detect it easily, For your satisfaction check that file in atleast 2-3 online scanners

One of the most free calling app "Viber" have got hacked defaced one of there sub-domain http://support.viber.com/. This hack was done by the popular hacker's group known as "Syrian Electronic Army". Once again SEA is on the news of the security, and have breached the security of the Viber website.

Hackers claimed that they are not able to hack the all the database of the Viber, but have breached and took the backup of the P artial database.

On the deface page SEA have left a message to Viber users, with the screenshot of hacked database.

Follow the steps to bypass:
1) Press the power button to turn on your computer.
2) While ur on the screen with the animated microsoft logo press and hold the power button until turn off.
3) Press the power button to turn on again.
4) You should now see the option to bunch Start Up repair.. Select the option and press enter.
5) Run Startup Repair.
6) You should see a blue bar tht moves across the screen repeatedly. Above it should be messages

This is my written tutorial on WEP wifi cracking using Gerix-wifi-cracker in Backtrack 5 and 5r1.

NOTE--: All words in [ ] are either tabs or buttons we will use in gerix.

1) First off go to applications> exploitation tools> wireless exploitation> WLAN exploitation> gerix-wifi-cracker-ng.

2) Once gerix opens, go to the [configuration] tab.

3)Click on your wlan0 interface.

4) Click on [enable/disable monitor mode]
-gerix will now start a new interface- mon0

5) Click [set random MAC address]

6) Now go down towards the bottom of that same window and find the -channel- drop down menu.
-Find -all channels- and click that

7) Next to that is the -seconds- drop down menu.
-Choose somewhere between 5 and 15

8) Click [rescan networks]

It takes about 5-6 hours if the password is weak a high signal of the WiFi network you are going to hack and you have sometimes 10-12 for more complicated passwords and if the WiFi signal of the Network is weak .The time taken also changes if the WiFi network you are going to hack has many other clients already accessing it .

You will use this tool for capturing the packets sent and recieved through the Access Point you are going to hack .The more packets you capture the better chances of cracking the password .You will need more than 1,00,000 minium packets to crack the password .The packets will be captured in the .ncp format .You will use this tool to convert the .ncp to .cap .
NOT MANY NETWORK CARDS ARE SUPPORTED SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR NETWORK ADAPTER IN DEVICE MANAGER. IF it is not supported then there is no other option then to use backtrack with extra hardware.

Facebook is set to announce new security features today that will let people set passwords for third-party apps and get help from friends when they can't get into their account.
When hackers hijack accounts, the first thing they typically do is change passwords so legitimate account holders can't get back in. Instead of going through the rigamarole of verifying that you are the legitimate account owner, Facebook will now let friends vouch for you.
The new Trusted Friends feature, which like App Passwords will available for "testing" in coming weeks, lets you select three to five friends who can be trusted to help get access to a hijacked account. Facebook will send secret codes to the select friends who can then share them with you.
"It's sort of similar to giving a house key to your friends when you go on vacation--pick the friends you most trust in case you need their help in the future," the company said in a blog post due to go live today. CNET has seen an advance copy
