Mama knows best, right? What if she's the one urging you to try on dresses outside your budget? That's exactly what happened Friday night.

Hayley was footing the bill for her dress, so she had a strict $2,000 budget. That was more than enough to cover her modest wish list: sweetheart neckline, A-line skirt, flowers and texture. But before she could even see Melissa's picks for her, she spied a Judd Waddell gown out of the corner of her eye. This was IT! She could practically see a halo around it. But the $4,200 price tag kept it out of her dressing room.

Standing on the runway in a dress with all the details she requested, Hayley was utterly confused. Why didn't she like it? It had everything she'd asked for, and she could afford it. She couldn't stop thinking about the Judd Waddell gown, and her mom told her to try it on. It's always a big mistake trying on dresses outside your price range, but Lori was confident she could work with Hayley on the cost.

And what did Hayley think of the silk organza gown with the big flower on the bodice? "Oh, yeah. It took my breath away," she said. Modeling it for her family, she had an awakening. "I can't afford this dress. What have I done to myself?" Then, Lori shocked everyone when she offered to sell the gown -- a one-of-a-kind that Judd had given her -- for $2,000. Who could pass up a deal like that?!

Hayley did. She wasn't ready to make a big decision and wanted to sleep on it. So, she walked away from a stunning dress -- and an incredible bargain.

Tiffany was a bubbly bride with three mothers to please: her mom, her future mother-in-law and her godmother. What's more, the women had very different tastes. Her MIL, Mama G, was from Brooklyn and wanted to see the bride in something fashion-forward. Her mom wanted something princessy and Southern. Robin had her hands full.

Dress No. 1, a sexy fit and flare in satin, was all Marilyn. Tiffany loved it, and so did Mama G. But her mother thought it looked too much like a prom dress. Dress No. 2 was for her. It was a classic ball gown with a corset bodice. Both Mama G and Tiffany's mom loved the look, but her godmother thought there was a little too much cleavage to be contained in this dress.

So, it was time for Lori to step up and pick her perfect dress for Tiffany. She knew just the right gown -- a full-skirted Southern dress with an edgy, sexy bodice. This was the crowd-pleaser! "I need you to love it," Tiffany said when she stepped out in it. "I feel like a bride!" Ultimately, everyone said yes -- including the most important customer of all...Tiffany!

Down in fittings, scientist bride Jordan was ready to try on her fit and flare lace gown. It had come down to this dress and one other, she explained, but this gown was the logical choice. Given her industry, Jordan couldn't help but think of her wedding dress in terms of logic, but on her wedding day, the mood was all romance! Congratulations to the beautiful bride!
