Once again we have Mr Hansen pimping more books, this one scared me because it came on right after the nightly news. Dean Graziosi is trying to get you  to birddog real estate deals for others. With matching buyers and sellers you supposedly are going to make a ton of money. What is going on?

He will let you know he does not want to charge you over and over, so that’s good, however what he really wants is your phone number so high pressure sales calls can start about getting you into a couching system. This is the normal real estate deal, come see my free talk and sign up in my couching system. Arizona says his business is horrible with a F rating, remind you of other “systems” we have talked about in the past?

Dean Graziosi claims to have found a $525,000 house walked the property, did not get an inspection or anything just bought it as is for a near full price offer, this seems like bad advice because the buyer after you will want an inspection. Would you buy a house without an inspection? Not unless I am a contractor or builder would I do that.

When Dean Graziosi was pitching these offers in the mid 2000′s he wanted people to take out high risk loans and pack on debt that would make me scream. Right now he is claiming people should buy foreclosures and rent them out. Great but what about the fact that most foreclosures are in depressed areas that values have really fallen. He pitches using a website to get a value of a house, but it might not notice that the area is depressed, so without knowing the real value it’s stupid.

Apparently others have had a hard time contacting the “mentors” that they bought over the phone for $2000.00 bucks, this is ridiculous. We have all the warning signs about staying away from these deals, Infomercial, Testimonials about making $80,000 to $100,000 dollars right away, people claiming to be millionaires now just using this system and only making 5 or 10 deals.

With well over 200 websites pitching this propaganda it’s something to be weary about.

One thing all successful affiliate marketers have in common is they are all looking to make a few dollars a day from several different streams of income, you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket. I have followed this for the past several months and found that if you break it down into small achievable goals it makes it easier. Dennis Becker’s 5 Bucks a Day does just that.

First thing I thought about was; 5 Bucks a Day? You have to be kidding me right, to think that 5 bucks a day will actually feed me and my family and my beer habit?  Nope, it will not however what if you could spend a few hours and find a solution that will make you 5 dollars a day for the next several years? And you could come up with 100 of them? That’s a lot of money, but it won’t happen without you, and some standard things you will need to do like keeping a journal and such while always thinking about how do I make 5 dollars a day from this or anything I do.

Now, here is Dennis Becker not making stupid claims like, you can be the next millionaire, or let me help you make 100,000 dollars next week, he is setting a much smaller goal (easy to make, less likely to fail, but still possible.) 5 dollars a day. The title itself made me want to buy it and knowing that the transaction took place over ClickBank made it even easier to buy; They have one of the best refund processes if not the best.

Now this is not a step by step process on how to make 5 Bucks a Day, but it will set you in motion to think like an affiliate marketer and how to come up with ideas that will make you 5 bucks a day. This is key, you will not have a blueprint with this book, you will have to think which is awesome because when someone lays out a step by step process and it does not make that 5 dollars a day you will get discouraged and quit. This is about getting into the right mindset and habits to make yourself successful.

No, this is not about making only 5 bucks a day, this is about making 5 bucks a day in as many ways as possible with as little maintenance as possible for each stream that creates 5 bucks a day.

This can work, and has been known to work, and is based on building a solid foundation, you can make a quick buck but what about tomorrow? These are the things you need to realize if you are going to work at home for any length of time or if you are trying to build up a passive sustainable income.

Cons
I did not find many what I did not like is paying the cost of a printed book for an e-Book but in the end it is worth it, the cost is $27.00 and that to me is a little steep on the surface but when others pay thousands of dollars for books and other educational material it makes sense.

I have received many requests about Partner With Paul and the legitimacy, so I started looking at it and one of the first things I noticed when viewing this page is that it’s just like every other “You can make money on the internet”, it had “proof” on how much money they made, it has the personal touch with the photo and everything you expect from a sales page.

When we look at some of the simple stuff we notice that the photo that is supposed to be Paul and his family is actually a stock photo from IStockPhoto.com. This image has been used on 18 other sites as well. Great shot but not the family.

If we look at the phone number on the Partner with Paul site (347) 562-1179 we see that it also is noted on the following websites:

www.partnerwithshaun.com (Another Partner with .. )
sfxhq.com (Secret Forex Headquarters)

Now can you make money with Partner with Paul? I am not sure but I would bet any information they can give you can find on the internet or in other sources. After by brief reading I see it as a business that just wants to sell you the thoughts or promises that you can make money.

P.S. I am going to start putting together more posts in the coming days to get going again, I have been very busy over the past several months and not had much time to do any research, that is over.

I noticed this morning that Kevin Trudeau was back on the air with new infomercials. He was once again pushing a book that has the “cure” for cancer. This is amazing he was spinning every lawsuit into a “The Drug Companies are holding me down”, and “The Drug Companies Own the Government” and other awesome and unbelievable feats of trickery. He spun every lawsuit into freedom of speech. He claimed that Nutrasystem, Weight Watchers and others paid the government to sue him over his weight loss book and more. If you believe all that you will also believe that he wants to give you his books free if you pay $59.95 for his annual subscription to NaturalCures.com what a deal right? Here are some of the claims:

• A diabetic cure used in Asia has been reported to cure people of diabetes and get them totally off insulin, virtually 92% of the time.
• A Russian cure for breast cancer, completely eliminates the cancer in 30 days, 87% of the time.
• A cure used in the Middle East for asthma gets people off their asthma medication 78% of the time in one week and 95% of the patients are completely asthma free within 30 days.

The claims are ridiculous and more than likely bullshit, however I am not a Doctor, wait neither is Kevin he is however a convicted felon who has had a lot of trouble with the FTC.  He is saying that because he got sued by the government that it proves his books are true and that they do not want you to know the truth. It’s sick to think about how many people are actually going to buy these books.

Lets talk about his diet book “The Weight Loss Cure ‘They’ Don’t Want You to Know About” now he claims you can do it all from home but you need daily injections of a prescription drug that consumers cannot get easily.  These injections are based on Dr Albert Simeons who said that daily injections of the hormone human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) and a 500 calorie diet would have great weight loss. Yes, I am sure they would since 500 calories is probably 4 to 5 times less than what you are eating right now. Now, why do we need a prescription when he said in the infomercial that prescriptions kill people?

During this infomercial he made several claims but has no proof of the claims, he provides anecdotal evidence, but has not produced evidence that any supposed customer claims have been evaluated by a medical practitioner. These are all testimonials not evidence. Lets look at one such “proof” he cited a 25-year research study involving a natural cure for diabetes at the University of Calgary. When he was confronted by Jake Tapper he insisted he had a copy and would give it, of course it never came up and now in his infomercials claims that the University of Calgary destroyed it so that the pharmaceuticals industry would not get upset.

Let’s get something clear, I hate the pharmaceuticals industry and I believe it is crooked however one thing I do know is scientists are scientists and believe in proof, I honestly do not believe that a study that could cure something that is killing people would not be released, or if it was not released a new “drug” would be created that would cure the problem.

At the end of the infomercial Kevin said he was getting sued again and not sure how long he would be on the air, hopefully not long, I am tired of the constant rants and raves of quacks who are really only out to steal your money.

Hopefully by now everyone knows not to call these folks, but apparently people are still calling or they would stop. Here we go with another Donald Barrett Promotion,  this time a book written by Nigel Williams, this one is a pay $1.00 and we will bill you later for $29.95 every few months scam.  Nigel apparently found that he needs to travel the globe to combat the environmental issues we are faced with and discovered that you can get wealthy doing this.  Best of all he wants to give you this book “free”.

If you define free as $1.00 processing fee and a subscription to “The Green Millionaire eMagazine” for 29.95 every other month “After a 14 day trial period you will be billed the low price of $29.95 and every 60 days thereafter.”  There are all kinds of testimonials like “I now only have to work a few days a month and I have the lifestyle of a millionaire… it’s so simple anyone can do it”.

Apparently Nigel was very busy before his green revolution as his job entailed “i was a marketing guy who was able to sell products to people, cars, luggage, liquor, tires, and clothing. i could make you want things that you don’t really need.” Great now he can sell us a book we do not need.

Now if you notice I said a $1.00 processing fee for an eBook, now I am unsure about what this processing fee is except a way to get you setup for the subscription charges you are going to get hit for. When an eBook is truly free it costs nothing, you don’t give anything not even an email address.

Just another notice that you have to read the terms of service and not to trust anything that can make you rich that is shown when no normal TV programing is running.  I will try to find some more information on this eBook and program maybe I will use a visa gift card and get a copy of the book to read. I am sure it is filled with fun things to talk about.

Brandy Smith posted the following question on Crush LLC, Crush Direct Response, TMP Nevada Scam Entity and I feel that it’s one that I will just answer in a blog post instead of the comments.

“Matt, I don’t get it. I’m on the scamtimes.com site as a result of research regarding quickprofitkit.com. I read all the complaints. One in particular, from gulliblenoutofwork, provides a link to news6alerts.com. The way it appears, it’s an article produced by a news organization to warn people against online scams. However, that is not the case-it is simply another advertisement for yet another scam. What is the deal???
Also, your reply to gulliblenoutofwork contains terms and conditions for WHAT? Are you actually pushing a different “online opportunity”? I’m afraid to even click on the Niche Blitzkrieg Review link, so I won’t. By the way, you have a typo in the last paragraph: “build A okay money stream”. I would never sign up for anything that has typos or uses improper grammar.”

The link to news6alerts.com is not a news entity and they are not trying to warn people against online scams. They are pushing a scam that is now called “Mass Online Income”. Many of these programs have been renamed due to the Google v Jesse Willms lawsuit.

However if we just look at the news site itself we will notice two things. The first piece of text on the website is “Advertisement” and the a little further down we see “This site is not affiliated with any newspaper publication.” This is what we call a “flog” or a Fake Blog. These types of sites are the new thing when it comes to scams and have popped up all over the place. These are supposed to give the scam authority and make it seem legit, which by your comment you fell for and thought it was legit. The joy of these sites and what scams are trying to do now is they will attempt to expose another scam to push the scam they are hawking. This will give them credibility and they will attempt to ride the backs of others. Who does not trust someone who is “looking out for them” and exposing a scam or warning of the same scam they are pushing.

Okay back to “Cash at Home Kit“, you mentioned the terms and conditions I posted, you can find them here and this is the site you end up on after visiting our great news source news6alerts.com and is the first paragraph. “By submitting your credit card information, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, as set forth: By sampling our product for 1.97, you will be given a period of 3 days, from the time you place the order, to decide if you want to continue using the product. This is the type of site you have to stay away from. They will rip you off and they plan on it.

Now you brought up Niche Blitzkrieg and that is a good question, you accused me of pushing an “online opportunity” which would be incorrect so let me just explain what is going on. I am not pushing Niche Blitzkrieg as a get rich quick scheme the only reason I even reviewed it was for this very reason, everyone who comes to this site is or was looking for an online business and either was scammed or almost scammed. After exposing several programs I got several people who wanted me to stop being negative and find some positive reviews. Find one that will work for people. So I set out to do that.

Niche Blitzkrieg was the best one I found, the creator is honest, the terms are fair, the cost is a little high, but now he is giving a trial (which I don’t really like because of the other programs that uses trials are not normally legit) so people can see if it works for them. You can see this as pushing if you want, and yes I get a couple bucks when someone purchases Niche Blitzkrieg from this site and that is to be expected. However I use the program, I like the program, and I feel it is good for others as well.

This program will not tell you that you will get rich, it measures success in creating small sites that make $10 to $30 dollars a month in earnings and then repeating that over and over to build a decent income stream. My review of this program is fair and it is up to you if you want to read it or not.

Personally it does not mater to me one way or another. I write this blog to help people, but you can only help people who want to help themselves. My typo and grammar does not matter in the greater scheme of things as my income while affected by people buying Niche Blitzkrieg does not depend on it. I work a 9 to 5 at an international company who is continuing to do good so I am comfortable. I do not expect to make much money on the internet however I do enjoy the beer money that the internet brings me. Or the ability to buy a new microphone for my podcast and odds and ends that I do not have to use my other money for.
